My Videocon id is[protected]. I registered a complaint on 23rd April regarding the signal issue. No one came and 25th, I again made another complaint. I was waiting for their engineer the whole day by cancelling all other programs. Evening one person came and checked the same and told their dish needs to be changed. Except Videocon dish, none of the other disk got damaged. I told them it is a quality issue and raised another complaint for that. Next day(26th) I gave negative feedback for all the customer service executives who called me since they were not able to rectify my problem. I received a callback from their side and told that will be first priority task and they will fix it that day itself. No one turned up. I called the our Bangalore office and asked no proper reply I got. They were talking like humiliating the customer. This is the 5th day. I called the customer care and again they raised one more complaint. Samething. I received another call and same story. I didn't receive any call from the service center after that. If this is the case, I dont want to continue with their service and I want all the money back till now what I spent including the time spent to talk to them by wasting my productive time from my organization. One more thing: From tomorrow evening, I will be out of station for a week and cannot get it done also.

Now they are telling like 23rd complaint is closed by the engineer without solving it. 25th complaint is still open. They are not at all checking with me whether the issue is resolved or not and always I am calling and asking them. Till there is a negative feedback, they are not at all ready to fix the issue. I feel frustrated and dont want to continue with them. I have to get all the money back.

    I tried to recharge my D2H account for Rs.300 on 11th Apr 2015. However the online transaction failed due to some issues though the money was deducted from my SBI account. I was waiting for refund but it never happened till date.Request you to kindly process the same at the earliest.

        Madam / dear sir, This is a complain regarding one of the worst service, I am receiving from such a brand like you. Sorry to put a note that, I am a regular customer of your's since last 5 yrs, recently also I had availed the VPC Sl No HD[protected] till 12/01/2016, up on the request of your engineer during the visit on[protected]. But since 22nd April, I am unable to watch the TV and did not get any response from your end even after several complains as under. 1) called the local personnel - [protected]@ [protected], on 22-04-15 at 10.30 pm & 23-4-15 at 7.30 am, who had earlier provided the VPC. 2) lodged the complain on 24-4-15 at 7.48 pm (as mr Ashok did not respond even after more than 15 calls continuously for 2 days) vide complaint no[protected]. 3) Since there was no respond till 25-4-15, I had again spoken to customer care ( nilamani Das at 6.20 pm ) and subsequently spoken with Pankaj Kumar and described the details, and lodged an other complain against the engineer - vide complain no[protected]. 4) Mr Pankaj called me at 7.10 pm and told some baseless things I;e a) Engineer called me and I did not pick up and then b) weather is bad, hence engineer cannot visit the address. 5)how could the engineer / supervisor tell base less things as now days every activity can be recorded or proved with substances ? SORRY TO MENTION EVEN AFTER SO MANY DRAMA, NO BODY HAS VISITED MY ADDRESS OR CALLED ME AS ON[protected] TILL 7.40 pm. WEATHER WAS ABSOLUTELY FINE INTHE LAST 2 days EXCEPT SOME RAIN ON 25-04-15 after 8.30 PM. This is the worst service I have ever received from VIDEOCON, and if I do not get any respond and an apology letter by tomorrow along with the recovery of the charges since 22nd April to the date when it will be rectified, I will be force to take legal action against you.             This is for your kind information that I purchased my D2H customer ID no[protected] and recharge the same on dated[protected] for One Year HD Gold package but the date for next recharge appeared in my account is[protected] while I start receiving messages both voice & sms for recharge before[protected] even after repeated complains to customer care, where they assure me that we will rectify the problem. But in order to continue the services I have to recharge the account by Rs110 on[protected] the dealer who provided me the set top box and installed the dish also assured me that your problem will be solved soon but it also yield no results.
            I requested to customer care to refund rectify my problem otherwise I have to forward the case to consumer court. Expecting prompt action from your end please.

              I took the connection a year back now i got relocated and askesd your people to connect at my new residence . since 19 april I have been in touch with the customer care dept and they have send a lot of people to resolve the issue but could not resolve and every time they are asking for money without money receipt. so neither the problem is fixed and no proper technician is available to resolve the issue. so i think that the worst cable connection was purchased by me . Would request you to pls solve the issue. .                   Sir, On 14/4/2015 seeing an offer of discount coupon, I recharged for one year subscription(in my existing package)by Rs.2892 which was successful and normal offer i.e. free 30 days free subscription and 3 percent additional benefit had been credited to my account but the discount coupon had not been sent to my registered mobile or email.                     Dear Videocon d2h, This is really disappointing that I have to write this complaint second time after lots of calls to Videocon D2H customer care and getting no action against the complaints for not installation of new connection . On 17th april 2015 12:21 PM recharged with Rs 1961/- through customer care representative (Keertid2hpriya). My customer Id:[protected] On 17th april 05:48 PM I received SMS our service center (Ph No. 742) will call you in 2 working hrs for work id: 31989897. Till now i didnt received any call. This is horrible condition at the time of installing the new connection, what will happen after installation if any problem persist related to Videocon d2h.

                            respected sir, i m a costumer of vediocon d2h my mobile no. is [protected] which is registered at vediocon d2h the problem is it that your telemarcating calls disturbing and irritating me... from 5-7 months. daily i receives 3-5 calls regarding vediocon telemarketing.. i have registered my mobile no. at DND for blocking telemarketing calls...but ur teams are continue irritating me... plz unregister my mobile no...or i[censored] cant do it..i will complaint for it...or i will change my mobile no.

                            Same here. In the last 3 days, I have received 170+ calls from 38 different numbers, and every time, a new person keeps calling. I am tired of blocking so many numbers. I received one call and they are so stupid, they don't care if we ask them to stop. They keep calling. They ensure to start at 10:02 in the morning and do not stop till 19:28 in the evening, daily. Imagine, 170 calls in 3 days and imagine how many calls per day.

                            They use different numbers to call, every time I block one.

                              I booked a new connection in online on April 9.Their technician visited my house on 11th April and found that connection is not possible due to signal issue.Even he was not able to put the cable into my house.I requested him to find the way. But the technician refused to do and told me that the connection is not possible.Order was cancelled from their side.I called the Bangalore office and they told that they have raised the request to cancel the order and will get back once they receive any communication from the online team.So far I did not receive any call from them.I called their online sales team about this issue they told me to contact [protected]@d2honline.com.I wrote the mail to [protected]@d2honline.com for my refund on 11th April Evening.But so far I did not receive any acknowledgement. Why so much harassing?                                       Dear Sir, I would like to draw your kind attention regarding frequent reminder through SMS and phone call, receiving tow to three times daily, in this regard i am to say that at present i am out of Delhi and nobody using TV so question of recharging does not arises.My mobile phone is under roaming charges.It is my concern and i am fully aware when to recharge my d2h.So please dont send any frequent call, and S.m.s.recharge reminder in my phone in future.                                         72523202 is my customer id, one of my d2h box is not working and on raising a complaint their call center my phone was disconnected couple of times without registering complaint. Also i was sold a VPC service and told that for any product related issues I will be given free service and free product repair and part replacement except remote but now the company is not agreeing to the promise.
