My name is darshan ashar my d2h account no. 5587988 & customer id is[protected] unable to use smart connect model no rf 5555 - unable to login-also i have calling from 4 days to call customer service but they are not idea about smart connect set up box, i have broth this box very costly 4, 000/- this service working only 1 year now is not working also videocon people not helping us.
Please update my selected channels immediately without any further excuses and delays. (
