9th july 2019 i called videocon d2h consumer care for visiting engineer for signal error but. They are not visiting. When engineer are not visiting. So we are trying check the set up box and we get succes. And 19th july 2019 recharge my account. But 20th july they are debit my balance form my id. And they said it when engineer are visit they charge. You will be paid on engineer hand. I called consumer care they not solve my problems only they are get only complaint no.[protected] on 20th july 2019

    Videocon LED 49 inch TV Panel issue, service centre says company not providing TV parts because of which they are not able to resolve the problem and can't assure the date and time to resolve the problem. I am very much disturbed because after paying this much money for ledTV and services charges to repair, company customer support and service centre is not able to resolve my problem. 3warranty is provided by company in which company has promised for TV parts.

      Subject: Channels not getting activated as per new trai rule - Very poor customer service of Videocon d2h (My Videocon ID is[protected]
      Dear Sir,
      This is to bring to your notice that even after several complaints to customer care and several phone calls to their customer service numbers. I am not able to change my channel package as per my requirement.
      I have tried to select channels as per new trai rules, on the website as well as on app d2h infinity, but the selection is not getting registered/activated. I have tried several times since the last several days, but whenever I submit my selection one dialogue box appears, saying the following :
      "Thank you your selection has been registered and we will get back to you soon", but there is no action and my package is not migrated.
      Further, when I view my plan online it shows channels which I have never selected, and total monthly charges are shown as approx.Rs.320, while my selection total cost comes to approx Rs. 165, after adding ncf & gst. I am not able to exercise my choice of channels as per the new trai requirement. This is totally against the new regulation of trai, whereby consumer has the right to select the channels as per the choice. I, therefore, request you to take appropriate action so that my desired channels are activated and unnecessary channels are removed. In this regard, I have contacted customer care on phone also several times, in last many days but no solution is provided by them except saying that "these 100 channels are mandetory you can't remove these channel and disconnect the phone call)." Some of the channel they are providing me are tamil, oriya and other languages channel. For how long can one wait and how many times I have to call? Every month i recharge with 200 but they stop my services in 15 days, but is getting exhausted very fast due to extra monthly charge owing to activation o[censored]nnecessary channels by Videocon d2h.
      I have tried to contact the Nodal office also, but the phone is not picked up, and when I write mail on the mail address provided on their website, postmaster mail comes back saying that the mail was not delivered.
      I hope you will help me to solve this problem

        I'm Videocon user my stb id () .the problem start on 16 july 2019.issue was our set top box was change by Videocon engg.we pay his visiting charges or set top box price.but Videocon deducted on our account rs.450.now our balance is in minus.
        We do not see single channel on tv .we try to complain Videocon customer care on the date of 16 July.daily we registered complaint but Videocon customer care not solving our problem still now .it was cheat we last one week .no one action on our problem.very badly treatment.our one week balance was wastage due to this problem.
        When we to contact engg. Personally he was saying he submitted 450 on that day .then Videocon why deducted our amount.plz action on our problem.

          I have recharge my videocon d2h through yono lite sbi mobile app on dated 2june 2019 an amount of 1000. Till now my d2h not recharge from my that tranjection neither my money refunded. L have contact many times related this problem to videocon d2h helpline and sbi helpline but solution not found. Sbi yono lite provide tranjection no. Uh74970364 and say ask to videocon about this tranjection. My sbi yono lite tranjection is inb mbs dth[protected]. Kindly solve my problem.

I spoke to somebody on friday she said somebody will call at2pm. I did receive call from man arrogant # from tikal nagar.. He said he will come between 4pm to 6pm byt he didn't come then i asked him at 6pm n reminded him. Very rudely he said i forgot i will tomm. Around 1030a. M

            I made mistake i should have called urban clap or a local repairing walanormslly they charge 150 to 200inr # videconchzrges 400inr. I still agreed. I will definitely never buy any videocon product in my life service sucks.

                My cust i'd is[protected] this is from morning onwards showing on the screen signal not available while there is no rain after that also tried to connect with the customer care also but they are also not giving any solution for that unless they are saying for an engineer to visit to our home and to pay him 200 which is unnecessary and i am sure after paying amount o[censored]r subscription and than seeing this signal not available i am not going to pay a 1 rupee to anybody so kindly check ur connection and give solution for this bcz i haven't paid to see this black & white screen, i am already very upset with ur low class service and thinking to throw this useless box check on this issue and give me a solution asap.

                    My split ac needs to get repaired we tried calling the customer support names tekcare but the number showed unavailable this is not the first time happening these people have blocked the registered numbers on the customer receipt we have provided and taken money from us in order to get our ac's customer service extended for 2 years uptill 2020 and their not is showing unavailable please look for the issue and reply as soon as possible as possible

But i wrongly recharged for rs.371/+ through paytm opting registered mobile number [protected] which pertains to customer id 96344044. Pls arrange to refund my amount either to bank account or else recharge to my customer id[protected]. Sir pls do the needful. I also called the customer care and informed the fact. They also verified and confirmed the amount credited in customer id 96344044. I also confirm that the wrong id was my older one.. Pls help me recrefit the amount of rs 371/-

                                My videocon led tv is not working properly as no picture is being displayed on it and only audio sound is there like as in radio. We have a huge faith in videocon products but if this complaint is not going to resolve then it is very difficult to buy videocon products in future so it's my humble request to solve this problem. There is 5 year warranty so please check it as soon as possible

                                  I am a regular subscriber of videocon d2h. But from may, 2019, they have willing stopped broadcast of jinvani channel which is free to air. When contacted, the officials from jinvani channel clearly stated that the videocon d2h are not willing to broadcast it. We request you to kindly start broadcasting the same. It is free to air channel and non-broadcast of the same is hampering the religious sentiments of a particular community. If required, we will take up this matter with the concerned authorities for redressal of our grievances.

                                      Raise complain on 22-11-18 and still no solutions and today when i complained again than i received call from 24*7 agency regarding service but they direct told to pay 500/ rs first and no receipt will be given for it, and than only person will come to inspect. Even though i have already paid 250/ earlier 8 months ago and no receipt was given at that time also. Now they are saying that company has changed service vendor so u have to pay again but no receipt will be given for it.

                                        Money deducted twice ie. 800rs. But service didn't provide even for 12 days.

                                        They didn't sent the technician after several follow ups

                                        I have paid another 500 to local private person for installation.

                                        After follow up of more than a month there is no response from them.

                                        They always say. Will be refunded in 8 hours.. But from past 45 days they haven't refund my money. I need this to be resolved as they gave worst service

                                        Worst service by Videocon d2h. They never send technician but deduct money for many times. If technician comes. He takes money and will inform them that he didn't take. And these guys also deduct. Technician comes for uninstall as it is easy thing. Later for installation they say that they don't have item to fit and says that will come next day and they won't come at all

                                        Please send summary report and proof. If that is the case it has not added to my account and after June 10th I have recharged twice and still I had negative balance in my account. So you meant. Will in 20 days I have bill of 600rs??

                                        Please check all the series of steps that happened and also check all SRs that I have raised. I didn't get any reversal. They initially said they are going to add and they received to the department. Later they said, they haven't received.

                                        Please check all the things carefully. There are deductions. Twice 400+400 then technician took 400 and 12 days

                                        So here, I didn't receive the first 400 and the money collected by technician without providing installation as he said he will come next day as he said he forget the drill machine
