Hi,
I had activated a la-carte channel (Sony ten 2, and sony ten 3) using the videocond2h website. The plan cost was 10.03 rs including gst. The plan was active for the day and around evening when i was tried to see the channel, i was shown a message that the preview period had expired. When i openned the website the plan was not in my packages (Earlier it was there screenshot attached is the proof) and now the channel costing was changed to 47 rs per channel.

Why was my plan deactivated in the first place. If this was a technical glitch that you kept the old plans active and popped up new plans for those channels in the website then it your fault. If the customer activates the old plan before you update it, its your job to continue the old subscription for that user. More over i don't know why are you people charging extra even from diamond user (One of your base plans) for these channels as these should be in your sports pack.

On top of all you are offering free viewing of these channels for new subscriptions (Screenshot attached also can see in the homepage of website) till 15th july (Fifa world cup finals). What about old customers? You expect old customers to pay extra for these channels and give benefits to the new ones?
This is the first time i am complaining against you and i have been using your services for past 7 years. I did not expect this king of behavior from your team.

If you need my account details kindly share your official email. But i want answers on the above questions by me.

    Not getting any response on [protected]@d2h.com its been one month now shame. Id 57480702, transaction id.-[protected]
    Time of recharge 26th may 2018, 9.30am,
    Wrong id that got recharged[protected]. Regharge done by paytm, also contacted paytm and they sed they can't help one recharge has been done and to contact videocon d2h, ihave made numerous phone calls to customer care and also send many mails to [protected]@d2h.com but i got no response from videocon.

      I purchased videocon led tv model no. Uhd led vmm50qhozs-fda serial no.[protected] on 10/11/2015 from vijay sales mira road with extended warranty of (1+4 years). Within 2.5 year of the warranty period, the display of my tv has become blank, only sound is heard. I visited vijay sales & lodged a complaint & i was given complaint reference no: tha[protected] on 20/05/2018. On 23/5/2018 technician from videocon service centre visited my house and checked my tv and he told that the power p. C. B is required and needs to be replaced. He has placed the order for new p. C. B and within one week he will come and replace it. Also they charged for their service of rs. 1298/- however thereafter since more than 2 weeks, technician has still not visited my house. Now the service centre phone no. [protected] is switched-off. It is a clear cut case of deficiency of service by videocon industries. Kindly do the needful either by repairing my tv or replace with new tv at the earliest. Hoping for your positive reply. Attaching invoice of tv purchased from vijay sales & service charge invoice by videocon service centre.

        Dear sir,
        I purchased videocon satellite lcd model no. 2202 under videocon paisa vasool offer 2010 in which received guranteed money back certificate of a sum of rs. 5000/-. I have contacted customer care several times for contact details to send / forward certificate for reimbursement or claim of rs. 5000/- money back offer but could not received it so far. Certificate issued by universal digital connect limited but so far no valid contact information and mailing address. I am very much upset with the customer care service and get rid of too many follow up of proper guidance.
        I have sent all the document sent on the aurngabad. Still i did'n receive any message or any information from your side.
        Hence decided to complaint it in consumer complaint forum with an hope to get right direction. My contact number is [protected]

            1. Requested for service. Technician came and said to change setup box after long follow. Technician changed on 30th day. He asked me to update you videocon 31st day only videocon responded and they charged again for service charge.
            2. Mailed serveral time and didn't get reply.
            3. Customer support never responded and deducting money from the account.

              I have two connections and i have been trying to call the customer care for the past few days. They don't even have a toll free customer care number. To speak to the customer care executive they will make you wait for more than 6 mins (During this time they will tell that all their executives are busy attending to other customers and will be back to you in a short time) after which the call automatically drops. Then the pop up message arrives that you are charged more than rs 10 for this call by the telecom operator. I tried many times but still not able to reach anyone.[protected] this is the customer care number given in the official website. Companies like videocon d2h is a shame for other indian brands. Eagerly waiting for jio dth to start operations, so that i can throw this # out my compound. Customer id :[protected]

                Dear concern this is complain is related to my videocon led which stopped working on 10th may 2018, service call centre sent an engineer, who declared that picture tube needs to be replaced, as it was in guarantee period, they gave me time for 2-3 days to get it fixed. But after regular follow ups for last 45 days, there is no positive response from the customer care, please help to get the issue rectified as soon as possible.

                    I am extremly dissatisfied and dissapointed by the service videocon d2h as i have subscribed the sony2 channel for fifa 2018 worldcup.
                    The amount has been deducted since last night at 10 pm but no service available yet.
                    I evev spoke with customer care number but of no use.
                    If i knew that this was the service level that videocon d2h, i would have change service provider way before after using for more than 6 years.
                    I have even receive a text confirmation that my account was deducted with rs.50 "you are already a subscriber of sony ten 2 and keep enjoying the service.

                      I subscribed for platinum plan despite that can’t see world cop 2018 football and will have to pay more for ten 2 hd & ten 3.
                      It is shame upon you mr dhhot as your company donot miss a chance to make money and no wonder still you are in loss.
                      Platinum subscription is the most expensive despite that your loyal customers are dissatisfied.
                      Will subscribe for both the channels but it is certain i am going to shift my all relationships with your company after world cup.

                        Videocon d2h not only charges me a hefty monthly subscription fee but also does not provide all the necessary channels. To start with, all they have is some other regional channels but seriously lack some important events telecast.

                        This month we have the football world cup and they have no clue that the worlds most watched single event has begun. The customer care number does not work, everytime you try to call them. Emails are responded to after weeks! Its a lowest level of services + zero customer service i've ever experienced in my life yet. Pathetic and i intend to move on from this pathetic so called service asap.

                          I have been using Videocon d2h service for more than 2 years now. Today, all of a sudden, the system stopped working, i mean Videocon d2h not working.Displays as technical problem Or signal not available.The setup box seems to be working fine.

                          And when I called the customer care, they said there is no technician. I can't understand why firms like videocon ignores customer complaints, and reach out to resolve problems at the right time.

                            Their services are really poor. I had used dish, airtel and videocon d2h is the third dth service provider. My experience with hem is the worst compared to airtel and dish tv.

                            I used to see sony ten and rest sony channels at my home, and to my utter surprise on the world cup inauguration day, i could not see any of sony channels. I tried to contact them using all channels or media, none of them was working

                              Even after paying full price of videocon d2h platinum hd pack for 24 months, the company is trying to force me to pay extra for watching football world cup 2018 even in standard definition resolution, leave alone watching in hd.

                              Moreover, the tournament (World cup 2018) is of one (1) month's duration but one must pay for minimum 90 days.

                              It is hard to believe, these malpractices are going on without the company being hauled up by the authorities.

                              Kindly look into the matter urgently and save scores of consumers from ongoing harassment.

                                Sub : refund of disconnected videocon d2h dish tv customer id :[protected]

                                This is a serious lack in serving to your customer and i would like to highlight this matter upto your level after my complaint remained unresolved despite of number of requests made to your call center and it turned out to be a pathetic and unreliable service.

                                I am an old subsciber of d2h services and recently, due to the frequent signal loss i had made my first written complaint for the disconnection of the service n refund of balance amount of rs.2257/- which i have paid in advance, to the customer care on 15/04/2018, to which i did not get any response/revert nor did it was being paid heed.

                                Later, i made another complaint over rhe phone to customer care and i had been allotted request id no.[protected].

                                On my second request, one engineer visited my place and checked the service which he witnessed the signal loss but he did not provide a written report to me and asked me to call on customer care for refund.

                                Then i made another refund request on 18/04/2018 at 11.46 am and talked to superitendent mr. Imran to also get an urgent call back from back end team for refund of my balance amount. Ref. Request id no.[protected].

                                I did not receive any call from back end team for disconnection of d2h service and refund.

                                Further, my d2h service got disconnected on sunday, 22/04/2018.

                                Later, again i made call to customer carw service and talked ro team leader mr. Santosh, who promised me to process the refund within 15 days from the disconnection date i. E. From 22/04/2018. Ref. Request id no.[protected].

                                In the meantime, i made another call but there was typical responses n call drops.

                                Again i made a call on 15/05/2018 talked to supervisor ms. Pooja. Ref. Request id[protected]. Just promises n no action.

                                Again on the same day, i. E. 15/05/2018, i talked to the team leader ms. Sandeep kaur at 10.49 am who promised me to escalate my complaint and refund my balance amount of rs. 2257/- within 2 days time. Reference request id[protected].

                                This is the high time to try the patience and this matter will take a legal turn if you also fail to refund my balance amount also the harrassment to consumer charges will be applicable.

                                This is my last effort to approach the videocon d2h team for my refund as its been two months and no positive movement from the company's end. I will be forced to shelter consumer dispute redressal forum - bandra, mumbai grahak panchayat-vile parle and any other sources to seek justice.

                                Today (14/06/2018) someone name mr. Sanjeevkumar called up and and told me that my recharge amount of rs.3692/- is pending with videocon d2h. But to get the refund i will have to surrender the assets they provided while taking connection. How is it fair? I am only asking my recharge refund which was excessively paid in advance. How is it related to set box and dish atena to be surrendered?

                                He was telling that it is as per company's policy but he was unable to explain under what policy the demand of surrender of assets is raised while going for disconnection and additional recharge is paid by the customer. He disconnected the call. This connection is taken in year 2013 and to justify the surrender of assets the policy 2013 should be explained to me.

                                This will certainly go the press if no suitable remedy is provided. I will fight the legal battle. This issue is already raised to the govt. And unless and until i will get the justice, i will pursue this matter.

                                I have purchased videocon 32 inched tv with two year waranty . Its panel has problem and half of the screen is black and picture can be seen on other half only .i have registered complain But i am not getting resolution for the same since .

                                  Such a sorry service!!! Ever after paying for hd platinum south pack, we are forced to take sony channels with an additional price and also fifa world cup coming in there are complete sony hd channels and videocon is not taking up things seriously.
                                  Kindly update your support team about upcoming events.
                                  Doesn't make sense once the event is over and you come up with channels.
                                  Try to fix the same in priority and kindly take you customers seriously.

                                      My customer id is[protected] suddenly I am facing"Signal not available ". Customer care is saying that they will send engineer but I have to pay service charge over 200 rupees.. Wait... Why? Is it my fault? Or is it the new scheme of earning money where modus operandi is to create signal issues and then send engineers to collect service charge? Kindly resolve it at earliest otherswise I don't have any issues in throwing it out.

                                        Hi i am native of srikakulam district was given led 24 inch tv which has got led screen complaint in december. The videocon service center of srikakulam said after three months that replacement will be given for the tv. Then it was shifted to visakhapatnam for replacement but till now there is no response from them even after contacting them number of times. They are saying replacement will be given but till now six months was completed. When i called them after seeing my contact number they are switching off their phone. The customer executive was ramakrishna whose number is +91 [protected]. The response of the videocon service center was very bad and their items should not buy with their very poor service. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
