I have made complaint through complaint id IND[protected] on 14/05/18, due to unbalancing of tub the outer portion of tub as shown in the photos attached has been damaged and need replacement. As the machine is packed the damage can not be seen from outside. Have a horrible experience to share with all. Never ever go with videocond2h!! These guys are extremely pathetic. They are so cheap and unprofessional that they neither give service or refund my money. I relocated a new place in february 2018. Ever since then i am neither getting any of their channels. Have raised several complaints, no use! They only assure it will...

I have purchased a videocon led tv on 10-dec'17 from vijay sales and it stopped working on 14th april'2018. I have registered a complaint on 15th april'18 but the customer service of videocon is the worst you can ever experience.
