I'm unable use the service as the set up box is not working, hence i called customer service for a solution and they were not able to speak any other language apart from hindi, i could not understand hindi so i asked how to change the language, they said i need to call from my rtn registered phone number, my old phone number is not working anymore, someone please give a solution for this, customer id:[protected], rtn: [protected], new: [protected]

It should be so difficult to change the language, and customer really sucks, whenever I called them I never received any help, someone please take this in to consideration and give me a solution ASAP.

    I had lodged a service request on 13th of may for servicing of my videocon ddb led TV, the customer care guy said within 72 hours technician will visit and solve the problem, today its 18th of May and yet no one has came for servicing, calling the customer care is of no use, everytime they say in 24 hours tecnician will visit, later they provide me with phone no. Of so called "area manager" but they don't pick up the call. Finally yesterday 17th of May I got message that technician will visit at 3pm(screenshot attached), as I called him he refused to come and said he will come today, today as of 18th May he is not picking up phone, customer care keeps giving new area manager numbers. Never ever gonna buy a product from videocon

    So the service center guy called and said Ki there is problem with parts of videocon, so he will come and check only and take service charge of 500+ tax but won't repair the Tv, absolutely outrageous and pathetic, and this is when it's under warrenty, I can't imagine what will happen to people who got videocon products out of warrenty

      I had sent an email on 14.05.2018 @ [protected]@vgmail.in as well as sms to 53030 at 2 times till date, but very regret to say that there was no response till now. Even the local technician is not attending my calls. The cover of the dryer tub is broken and its needs replacement.

      Please depute your technician to repair my complaint immediately.

      Inspite of my 2 emails to the company as well as 2 SMS at 53030 there was no response from the company. Now it is more than 10 days since the complaint was made.

Insipte of so many times repairing by Videocon technician since 22/03/2018 to till date, my refrigerator is not working. Even cooling coil was also replaced by your technician, as per your technician instruction we have kept our refrigerator in the workshop of vishal Ennterprises, 6/32 Mayur park, b/h samta police station subhanpura, vadodara, now says replaced new coil is also faulty, it could not hold pressure. Sir, now question arises how does new refrigerator have such type of problem and even though after various repairing it is not working, this means that the refrigerator supplied by you was not proper and not in good working condition. And it is defective piece. in such hot summer it is not possible to stay without fridge. We are sufferer because of this defective piece. As such I have not received any positive response I hereby warn you to replace my refrigerator within seven days of this letter, else I will go to consumer court.           I have made complaint through complaint id IND[protected] on 14/05/18, due to unbalancing of tub the outer portion of tub as shown in the photos attached has been damaged and need replacement. As the machine is packed the damage can not be seen from outside. The machine was making harsh sound so I registered complaint IND[protected] and the mechanic visited has opened the rear part of machine and determined that due to unbalancing the surface of tub has been damaged. As it is a matter of workmanship and the product is in warranty period. Please arrange to replace the damaged tub as soon as possible and oblige.

            I have purchased a videocon lcd on 2/08/2010 under "videocon paisa vasool offer", as per offer i supposed to get rs. 11000/- after 6 year 11 months. Now i have submitted the bond (Provided at time of purchase) to the company in jul 2017, but still neither received the money nor any response from them about any specific time they will take for the payment. I have communicated this on "[protected]@videoconmail.com" & sent the scan copy and couriered (To aurangabad) the original copy of bond, my pan card and cancelled cheque but not received any response from them.

            Kindly help me to get my many.

                    I'm using videocon d2h for last two months.
                    My customer id is[protected] and account is 2130709. I had subscribed for 'popular' package.

                    On 3rd may 2018, i had received a sms from videocon d2h that my package has been changed to goldlite, attached herewith for your reference.

                    I don't know why it happened from videocon end. I don't find any benefit for me with this change. Only my monthly subscription price will go up from inr199 to inr215.

                    I had called the helpline next day, but no positive response received.
                    Two times i had written to videocon customer care but nobody bothers.
                    Also, written to nodal officer but no solution.

                    So, please arrange to immediately downgrade my package to the original 'popular' pack.

                      Hello,
                      My videocon d2h set top box is taking more than 20 minutes to start. This problem is started 4-5 months back. Gradually wait time for set top box to get started has increased. I tried calling customer care multiple times to send engineer or get set top box replaced but till now no response from videocon. Either no one picks up the call or they keep redirecting me. Every time i call they ask me to call a new number. Customer care representatives speak only in kannada and no english or hindi so, communicating to them is again a big challenge for me. I have even sent a mail but there is no response for that as well.
                      Please send the engineer to replace the set top box.
                      Kindly fix the issue at the earliest.

                        My customer id[protected] is showing subjected error for last 1 week and i send mail to [protected]@d2h on 05-may-2018. I didn't got any reply for the mail and even no one care to contact as well. I send reminder mail on 07-may-2018. Then i made complaint over customer care number[protected] on 9-may-2018 with complaint#[protected]and when i call again on 10-may-2018 they told me that my complaint is resolved as per the engineer. I got new complaint number#[protected] now stating they will resolve it by 6 pm today. I have been complaining for 1 week and no response from the customer service team via email. And when i am calling they are responding as if i am calling to lend some stuff with them. Dear videocon management if you cant provide customers with better service provide me the refund for the balance amount in my account and take the whole stuff back.

                            I had a brought videocon tv from vijay sales on last year jun-2017 under extended warranty of 2 years. I was facing issues in the tv since month of april 2018. Finally the tv stopped working and i made a complaint on may 3 – 2018. The complaint no is mum[protected]. The engineer visited my place on 9/05/18 after check and he confirmed there is an issued in the led display and it needs to be replaced. He give irrsponsible answer

                            The outsource agency says there is some problem in arrival of parts from the company and they are helpless.

                            Please look into the matter and please replace the part asap because the after sales service given by videocon is pathetic. When the part is going to arrive and it will be replaced.

                            Also the outsourced agency is clueless and it very annoying to be without a tv since it is an integral part of life.

                              I had a bought videocon tv 32 inch from vijay sales on 06/12/2015 under extended warranty of 3 years. I was facing issues in the tv since month of april 2018. Finally the tv stopped working and i made a complaint on april 07/2018. The engineer visited my place on 08/04/18, he confirmed there is an issued in the led display and it needs to be replaced. I paid the service charges rs 590 / - the same day and i was told that the part will arrive in 7-8 days. My complaint no - del[protected].

                              Today is 10/05/2018, (Approx one month 4 days) after the complaint was attended but the part has still not arrived. Every time i call the outsourced agency, i’m told there is some issue in arrival of parts and it will take 2-3 more days for the part to arrive. It is very annoying that the complaint was raised on april 7, 2018 and it is still not resolved with no answers when it will be resolved. The outsource agency says there is some problem in arrival of parts from the company and they are helpless.

                              Please look into the matter and please replace the part asap, because the after sales service given by videocon is pathetic.

                              Also the outsourced agency is clueless and it very annoying to be without a tv since it is an integral part of life.

                                I had a brought videocon tv 50 inch from vijay sales on 09/04/2016 under extended warranty of 2 years. I was facing issues in the tv since month of april 2018. Finally the tv stopped working and i made a complaint on april 21 – 2018. The complaint no is mum[protected]. The engineer visited my place on 27/04/18 after 7 days to check and he confirmed there is an issued in the led display and it needs to be replaced. I paid the service charges rs 1290 / - the same day and i was told that the part will arrive in 7-8 days.

                                Today is 09/0/2018 some 12 days after the complaint was attended but the part has still not arrived. Every time i call the outsourced agency, i’m told there is some issue in arrival of parts and it wil take 2-3 more days for the part to arrive. It is very annoying that the complaint was raised on april 21, 2018 and it is still not resolved with no answers when it will be resolved. The outsource agency says there is some problem in arrival of parts from the company and they are helpless.

                                    Hi, i have inbuilt videocon d2h set top box. My d2h account no is 14563494. I am getting above message repeatedly since last 2-3 months. Every time i need to remove and insert card. But since last 15 days it is not all working only d2h channels are working. Several time i need to restarts tv again again. If we call customer care are about this issue, they are recommending engineer visit but we need to pay 200/- rs for that!. I am planning to move another operator soon.

                                      Sir.. I am using videocon d2h. My cif no is[protected] and my mobile no is [protected].. I had subscriptions for one year wef 09may 17. With platinum hd channels... On 16 july 2o17 operator had added cooking active channel without any demand from us... Now when i got notice for expiry of pack.. Called customer care to get detail of new pack then call center told me about active additional channel @30/-pm when i requested the details and asked how this is active. They have discontinued same. There was no message on account status on tv.. No sms was sent to me.
                                      Then i had sent mail to customer care on 06 days back but they failed to respond. Call centre has registered complaint no[protected] and[protected]..
                                      They have sent message stating complaint resolved just now they say email is sent to higher adminstration.. Without calling or contacting me over phone..
                                      And right now my account status as of today is same as it was earlier..,. It is totally a negligent behaviour by operators. Thank god they have added just cooking channel. It could have been great problem if they have activated some adult channel. Who would bw responsible.?? More to say they have deactivated at thier own...
                                      Kindly look as i could come to know and alerted there nay be many customers who do not even ask such questions

                                        No service, no refund of money, no ethics
                                        Hi all,

                                        Have a horrible experience to share with all. Never ever go with videocond2h!! These guys are extremely pathetic. They are so cheap and unprofessional that they neither give service or refund my money. I relocated a new place in february 2018. Ever since then i am neither getting any of their channels. Have raised several complaints, no use! They only assure it will get resolved but never so. I have even written and called them asking to terminate the connection and refund my money. Have also told them that they can take back their set up box etc. It has been over one and half months since that, no refund from them yet. These guys are so cheap and unprofessional they can't even refund rs 2500. I heard from my friends that these guys owe some it company some money. They didn't have the cash, so they instead gave them several of their products (E. G tv) as payment. Have pasted below the mail thread conversation with videocond2h. Future customers beware, opt for some other services, never go choose them!!

                                        You should keep in mind that since february 17th of february 2018, i have not got any videocon service. Ever since i relocated to a new place just 3km from my old place, for which you deducted 400rs as relocation charge. You haven't done the installation since then. I had loaded around 3500rs on 9th january 2018 in my videocon account. You have already unnecessarily deducted amount since 17th of february. I have raised several complaints, but no use. I have already raised two request to terminate my connection and to refund my money. It has been 20 days since my final complaint via that mail addressed to you on the 31st of march 2018. You people still haven't refunded my money. From pathetic service to very unprofessional way going about dealing connection termination. Make sure you refund my money ever since i have stopped receiving your service. Your lackadaisical approach to this matter poses a serious question to your efficiency and attitude towards your customers. I truly doubt you maintain any standards to be known as a reliable brand in india.

                                        My name is rejith rajan and my customer id is[protected]. I was using videocon d2h for two years. I have recently relocated from btm 4th stage to akshayanagar dlf. It has been around one month and half since i have relocated and still they haven't done the installation at my new place. I have raised several complaints with the customer care. I just want my connection terminated, i have communicated the same to the customer care. They have raised a request, they said it will be done in 7 days. They haven't yet done anything till now. I have seen pathetic services, you guys have taken it to another level. I had pre-loaded money in my videcon d2h account. I need refund for that money as well.

                                        I don't find any valid reasons to continue with a company so inefficient. You have already deducted money for relocation which they haven't done completely. Have deducted money from videocon2dh account for months that i didn't get any channel due to the installation not being completed.

                                        Now your company is even delaying the service disconnection, making me regret even more for ever opting for videocon d2h.

                                        I have already seen inefficiency at your customer care and technician level. Now i hope it is not the same with the higher officials.

                                        All i want is to get my connection terminated and refund the balance amount to my bank account at the earliest.

                                        Till now no call, no mail thread or no refund.Nothing has happened.It seems even the complaint registered here will not force Videocon to resolve this issue.Please do take note how pathetic they are.They will not even refund a sum of over 2000Rs .Please subscribe to them at your own risk!These guys are beyond mending, they lack even the list bit of professionalism.
