As per sony the official broadcast for fifa world cup 2018 sony ten2 and sony ten 3.

In videocon d2h these channels are not part of the platform itself for hd.

In hd all sports pack these channels are not available. These should be made available atleast during the fifa world cup time
Could you please let me know if these channels will be added before fifa world cup 2018. I have sent emails to nodal team and customer care but no reply

    I can't understand why a well known all india basis D2H company Videocon D2h not include SONY TEN 2 HD in their channel list. I mailed them previously regarding this matter but there is no reply from them. The strange thing is they are not telling clearly the real reason that why they are not able to include SONY TEN 2 HD.

      My videocon led tv 40 inch is not working since 2 months. I am regularly calling the company dealers and also the authorised person of that area. But no proper response is given to me and no one can visit to resolve the problem. If they can't handle these issues, how can they manage a company? Really a very bad service provided by company. Take action seriously asap.

      I've purchased 40 inch tv from bhopal. Currently tv is not working I called my seller. He arranged a customer case visit. Now the engineer say that the tv panel is not working and it is not come under warranty. I want to know about the panel warranty . Any help would be appreciated.

        My customer id is 31853434 I have been facing issues with accessing few of the channels as I get an error signal not available and when I tried reaching customer care they said I need to pay 200 Rs for the engineer to come down and check the issue this is totally not acceptable, I made it very clear to the customer care person that I am not ready to pay and if it comes I have to go ahead and stop using videocond2h and the response I get is that there is nothing much they can do and the service will be offered only if I pay the amount. Which makes it very clear that they don't require customer its the money they are after though you are a customer for years it will not make any difference you need to pay only then you will get the service though it is not your mistake this was made very clear by one representative, supervisor and also the manager. I have decided I am not going to go for videocond2h.com any further and looking for the local cable services as they are 100 times better.

          I have complained no. Gha[protected] for my led tv on 27 may 2018 which is purchased on oct 2017. A person came from service center at same day n told us that both cards r damaged he will change when company provide d cards. Many time i call but service center has the request pending. Why r u not providing facility? Perhaps i'll never purchase or suggest anyone 4 videocon coz i found lots of online complaints. People r unsatisfied. Thats why we go for foreign company.
          Its request to u to take d action for d sake of your name coz a company never wants to spoil its name.

              I am using videocon from last one year. There is an issue of message coming on tv again and again shown in subject. On calling customer care they are asking for visiting charges of rupees 200. It seems like they are trying to fool customers by asking so much of visiting charge, as this was not informed earlier that you will have to pay visiting charges.

                My password has expired and I am not able to reset my password as the app is throwing error. I tried with all the options, i.e. email address, Registered Telephone Number and also with Customer ID. Still I am getting same issue.
                Aslo I had dropped email to videocon D2H customer care to downgrade my existing package to Gold lite. But there is no response. My RTN is [protected]. My consumer number is[protected].

                  As you all know fifa world cup 2018 is going to start from 14th june, 2018. It will be telecast in sony ten 2 hd and sony ten 3 hd, and this two channels are not provided by your company. That means we have to watch this kind of important football matches without hd channels. Rest of all the companies (Tata sky, airtel tv, dish tv) are providing those channels. If you wont be able to provide those two channels before the world cup starts, please inform. I have no other option other than changing to other company.

                    1. Complaint registered with videocon customer care-dated 16th april, 2018
                    As complaint no mum[protected].
                    2. The complaint referred to shraddha enterprises who deputed their representative mr. Brajesh prajapati (Mob.[protected]) to attend the complaint.
                    3. After consulting to his shri vishal (Mob.[protected]), mr. Brajesh checked all the papers and informed that the faulty speakers of the led will be replaced within 7 days and collected rs 990/- as his charge and issued the receipt.
                    4. After 8-10 days, when the matter was inquired, the videocon customer care gave the no of mr. Dharmendra (Mob.[protected]) and rakesh (Mob [protected]) of shraddha enterprise.
                    5. These people first attended the calls but subsequently stopped. Videocon customer care says it the responsibility of shraddha enterprise.
                    My complainy is lying as it is and i have lost rs 990/- also.in view of this matter may kindly be taken up and help in resolving the issue.

                      Hello, my name is abhinav shukla and my customer id is 57480702 and i was trying to recharge for annual pack mistakenly i entered a wrong customer id, the wrong customer id is 57480720. I recharged from paytm. Ihave also contacted paytm but they said they can't do anything once the recharge is successful. Iam trying to contact videocon d2h for the last 15 day but they are not providing any response.

                      On 26 may i recharged for my annual pack, but it go recharged on different id and from 26 of may iam trying to contact Videocon d2h but iam getting no response what so ever.

                      Iam also attaching the screenshot of the same also i contacted paytm on this matter they said they can't help me one the recharge is successful amd to contact Videocon d2h for any further assistance.

Currently in am canada and on intrenational roaming. I told the customer care representatives many times not to call me. I subscribed to dnd service also but still they are calling continuously till i pick up the call and they are calling at odd times as i am in completely different time zone

                            I registered a complaint about the washing machine not working on 1 june to the call centre at mumbai in the name of aditya dhareshwar, thane west. I am calling them up everyday and i'm assured the technician will come in 24 hours... A service centre number yogesh service centre was given for me to call but no response. I have also sent a mail but no reply. It is a new washing machine under the warranty period.in january too it was repaired and money paid. We are fed up if the services of videocon and if i knew this is their track record i would never have bought this machine. Hope the authorities look into the matter

                              Sir/madam,
                              I purchased videocon led tv, vkc 32 hh, on 16.10.2015. Original warranty of 5 years and also extended by 03 years. I have contacted to service centre on 24.04.2018, m. S. Electronics (Tekcare india pvt. Ltd), an authorised service centre, h. No. 163 hig, awadh puri, vikash nagar, kanpur, mob. No. [protected] and [protected] and one person visited from service centre and charged rs.590/- for no job done and i was instructed to bring the tv to the service centre. I brought tv to the service centre on 17.05.2018 and i was charged rs.650/- for transportation charges. Today, 07.06.2018, no information about what you people are doing with my tv set. No preparing done since 24.04.2018 and no information when the issue will be resolved. I am also informed that cost of preparing and/or any component replacement charged will be collected from me.

                              When my product is in warranty period and still 05 years warranty left with us, then why are you charging cost from ne in the name of service charge, transportation cost, repairing/components replacement charge, then what is meant by warranty and what is use of such warranty when whole cost is imposed in us.

                              Further, the tv is still not repaired even after two months and there is information when it is going to be repaired. So, post sale, you people intentionally provide worst service and also charge all cost to the customer, why so??

                                Today, 6th june'18, i have requested to to switch/replace the sony ten1 hd to sony ten2 hd but customer care (Nikhil) refused to take my request & advise me there is no sony ten2 hd available. This is quite strange how come a big well known company "videocon d2h" doesn't have sony ten2/3 hd available.

                                Is it fooling us or actually not have the service. Also, customer care peoples are very poor.

                                  I have subscription of account 44742546 which I have recharged after inquiring with customer care for 6 months via order[protected] on 29-jan-2018. End date was confirmed by the customer care and it was in august. and the end date changed suddenly to 18-jul. And now on 29-may the date again has been changed to 13-jul. Even after many phone calls the first time subscription was not updated. I have not asked for any change in base pack and addons so the date should ideally should not change. Even after many followup calls the result is always not satisfying. And there was some message on 29-may for topup what it indicates ideally we don't have any idea. How can we justify that when will be the last date of subscription. Even if we consider 30 days * 6 also the date should be 28-jul. I want to know full details about the things happening.

                                    Sir, my id no is[protected], i have sufficient balance in my account, but i cant view the channels, my pack is south silver, my amount is always reducing, only lstv & rstv is working. Whenever i am switching on the channel it asks to check smartcard, it should be properly inserted, so many times contacted customer care, ref no. Id no etc but of no use, y r u doing so, in our area no one is willing to buy videocon dth because of the same problem, if we recharge it will take 2 to 3 days to activate, please solve the problem. For the bangalore region ur customer care no is always recorded speech that all channels are busy. Is this the service ur providing to customers? Ur cheating the people after the recharge amount paid to u.

                                        So few days ago my base pack is upgraded from super gold to gold kids without my consent. I have contacted customer care service and told them the problem. But they keep refusing to listen and said that it is my fault and i have activated the mentioned pack, which i have not. It is done by technical team by there own and i did not upgraded my base pack.

                                        I've told customer support to revert the subscription pack back to super gold.
                                        He said it will be changed soon. But its been 4 days and no action has been taken.

                                        I've also requested to change my registered mobile number but this was also ignored.

                                        I can not even access my d2h account because it have wrong mobile number registered and not accepting login with email.

                                        The videocon d2h website is also buggy because when i try to reset my password it shows a database error saying
                                        "the requested database mmsoradb is not defined in configuration."

                                        I've already emailed my complaint to [protected]@d2h.com, but haven't received any reply from them too.

                                        This is the worst customer support i've seen ever. Please resolve my issue.
