Dear Team,
I have recharged my Videocon D2H account(938277) on 9th June’18 with Rs 1800/- for 6 months + 14days free.
Accordingly my D2H a/c due date would have been 22nd Dec’18(and it was reflecting on TV screen on that day with balance Rs.1933/-), however it was changed on 13th June’18, post phone call from VD2H representative regarding KIDZ Active plan. Though I refused to activate the plan and disconnected the call, I observed my a/c due date and balance amount changed on system to 23rd Oct’18.
Regarding the same I called helpline and logged in complaint (Complaint number:[protected] to have positive solution, however today I received message on my register number wherein due date has further preponed to 22nd Oct’18 with balance of Rs. 1861.16/-
I am really surprised, I had complaint and expecting to rectify the due date to Dec’18. How it has further reduced to 22nd Oct’18?
I feel it’s an absolute ambiguity in Videocon operational in what they offers to customer and what actually delivered!
Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
