My customer id is 84030500, because of wind direction of antenna changed. This happened often they are not rectifying properly. Every time they are taking 200 rs service charge. They have taken two complaints. Fist one[protected], without doing anything they have removed the this trouble ticket, so that they will show it is resolved and cheat the customer and their top management. Then they have created one more[protected]. They have taken our amount for recharging but, no technician came even after 48hrs also. D2h is down from past 5 days.

      my tv has display and sound issue from last 2 months.
      i have lodge complaint on 28th may 2018.
      30th may service person came and examined but still didn't got any service person for repair.
      its been more than 20 days and still i am waiting for parts.
      Kindly do needful.
      Otherwise i have to lodge a complaint in consumer forum.

        My Videocon LED TV was purchased on 19th May and was improperly installed on 23rd May by Mr Pankaj. He was very arrogant and inefficient he took my signature and Service Code number before installation. He didn't show us the proper installation alignments despite me REQUESTING HIM TWICE. Now the Videocon Service Center is telling me to pay charges for re-installing for no fault of mine. After endless calls to Service Center my problem is not resolved. This is the first time I am facing such a problem. I'll never ever recommend Videocon brand to anyone and also inform Vijay Sales about their inefficiency and pathetic Service Center www

          Signal not coming after rain. Rain is over ! Some channels are coming. Contact customer care. They asked for chargable basis engineer visit. Last time also same thing. Not feasible altime to pay for such issues. No response on email and twitter also! Everytime in bad weather if I have to call engineer to rectify then what for customer care is ???

              Hello Sir,
              I had purchased a Videocon Satellite LCD Model 2602 in 2010 and got a Paisa Vasool Offer for Rs. 10000/-. I sent the claim documents to the address posted on the Certificate. Universal Digital Connect Limited. Plot No 248, 1st Floor, Udyog Vihar Ph-IV, Gurgaon.

              But I got the claim certificate back saying the company no longer is present there.

              What should I do?

                2 days before i recharge my setup box at 222 rupees for tamil and malayalam and other languages.before months i recharge the pack for only malayalam channels.so i trying to contact the customer centre.but they will not respond.every time says they are busy.my cash will be invain.but i can not tolerate this.whether i will not get any response from your company i will show u what can i do??

                  Dear Team,
                  I have recharged my Videocon D2H account(938277) on 9th June’18 with Rs 1800/- for 6 months + 14days free.

                  Accordingly my D2H a/c due date would have been 22nd Dec’18(and it was reflecting on TV screen on that day with balance Rs.1933/-), however it was changed on 13th June’18, post phone call from VD2H representative regarding KIDZ Active plan. Though I refused to activate the plan and disconnected the call, I observed my a/c due date and balance amount changed on system to 23rd Oct’18.

                  Regarding the same I called helpline and logged in complaint (Complaint number:[protected] to have positive solution, however today I received message on my register number wherein due date has further preponed to 22nd Oct’18 with balance of Rs. 1861.16/-

                  I am really surprised, I had complaint and expecting to rectify the due date to Dec’18. How it has further reduced to 22nd Oct’18?

                  I feel it’s an absolute ambiguity in Videocon operational in what they offers to customer and what actually delivered!

I bought this satellite lcd in chhattisgarh, when i purchased the dealer had got the set already activated with some other person's name and mobile number. As i am in transferable job now i am posted in pune. I have no contact with that person, also i don't know him. It is registered with the person whose name is gudda vishwakarma. I don't get any messages as it is not my mobile number, so please change the abovesaid number with my mobile number.

                          Sony ten 2 channel was not subscribed in our plan, so as said in the SMS provided by the videocon d2h, we gave a missed call to the provided number. A message was given saying that the the service will be activated. But we waited for two days. Then we messeged again as shown in the videocon TV screen. Again no use, the channel was not subscribed. We repeated this many times. Then we mailed videocon customer care asking their assistance. No response was given. We tried in customer care number and there was no reply. I am very unhappy to mention the poor cuutomer care service of videocon d2h.

                            Hi,

                            The RTN number which we gave is not correct. I have given RTN as 88xxxxxxx3 but it was registered in 88xxxxxxx1. Last digit is different so that OTP is getting to the phone now. I wan't this number to be changed. For any addon activation things am forced to call customer care which is not available 95% of the time. I have given this complaint 6 months back and there's no update regarding the same. Am forced to change my connection now as I wan't to subscribe to TEN 2 which am not able to do. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

                              This is mohd dilshaad and i am using videocon d2h from last 1 year and suddenly from yesterday i am getting an error message on my screen saying signal not available. When i called your customer service, when i called your agent told me that i need to pay rs 200 to your service engineer for his visit. This is absolutely not acceptable from you guys. I would never pay extra for you guys mistake and now seriously i am thinking of moving to another service provider. Please revert me back asap, before i throw away your box and dish from my house.                                       Hi,
                                      I had activated a la-carte channel (Sony ten 2, and sony ten 3) using the videocond2h website. The plan cost was 10.03 rs including gst. The plan was active for the day and around evening when i was tried to see the channel, i was shown a message that the preview period had expired. When i openned the website the plan was not in my packages (Earlier it was there screenshot attached is the proof) and now the channel costing was changed to 47 rs per channel.

                                      Why was my plan deactivated in the first place. If this was a technical glitch that you kept the old plans active and popped up new plans for those channels in the website then it your fault. If the customer activates the old plan before you update it, its your job to continue the old subscription for that user. More over i don't know why are you people charging extra even from diamond user (One of your base plans) for these channels as these should be in your sports pack.

                                      On top of all you are offering free viewing of these channels for new subscriptions (Screenshot attached also can see in the homepage of website) till 15th july (Fifa world cup finals). What about old customers? You expect old customers to pay extra for these channels and give benefits to the new ones?
                                      This is the first time i am complaining against you and i have been using your services for past 7 years. I did not expect this king of behavior from your team.

                                      If you need my account details kindly share your official email. But i want answers on the above questions by me.

Regharge done by paytm, also contacted paytm and they sed they can't help one recharge has been done and to contact videocon d2h, ihave made numerous phone calls to customer care and also send many mails to [protected]@d2h.com but i got no response from videocon.
