Respected sir,

With heavy heart i shri sumit kumar manna, residing at 23, avenue south, santoshpur, kolkata 700075 is a subscriber of videocon d2h since long.

Recently i have observed that videocon d2h group's public grievance system is nill. They are not entertaining email query through their [protected]@d2h.com. I faced a huge hurdles and problem while cancelling once subscribed addon hd hindi entertainment channel in may 2018.
I emailed thrice and telephonic conversation at least 5 times to cancel this addon. But nothing has happened. And at last on 21 may 2018 i spent around rs. 110/- and telephonic conversation at least 1 hour to cancel this addon.

Today i faced another problem while checking my balance.
On 30.05.2018 i recharged my account (Customer id:[protected] with rs. 301/- that day my balance was rs. 335.04 (After deducting the due amount for 30.05.2018). The total deduction for my subscription is rs. 7.95 per day. So as per this system the total deduction for 2 days (I. E. On 31.5 and 01.06) will be rs. 15.9. So my total balance should be rs. 319.14 on 01.06.2018 after deducting all charges upto 01.06.2018.
But with a utter surprise i have seen that my balance has come to rs. 287.46. So without any reason videocon d2h group fraudulently has cut rs. 31.68.
I have raised this issue to the customer care group today (01.06.2018) at 06.35 am but twice the customer care executive has deliberately has cancelled my conversation and by my luck the third executive has transferred my call to one supervisor named "debabrata". I talked around one hour.

He listened my objection against my voice towards fraudulent activity towards my balance change. But he cannot solve my problem. But he gave me complain no.[protected] at 07.13 am) and assured me that my problem would be solved by 11.00 am but now it 4.10 pm i have not received any call from videocon group nor my balance has changed.

I have got enough pain by constant ill treatment by the videocon d2h customer care executive.
Luckily i check my balance today. May be this thing of fraudulent activity towards balance is going on since long.

Herewith i am complaining against this type fraud activity by the videocon d2h group and demand a suitable reason for my balance mismatch and also demanding that my balance should be restored after cutting legitimate cost.

I am herewith appealing all your kind concern towards customer grievance and raise a point that a heavy penalty may be put on videocon d2h group for their fraud activity like this as i mentioned.

    Respected sir/madam,

    I have a single door videcon fridge purchased in 2010 that was first serviced by your authorized service center technician manzoor ahamed, darga road, near national college, gulbarga (His contact no:[protected]) after i raised the service request to your call center in october-2017, technician visited and told me that the compressor and cooling box both are not working and need to be replaced by video con parts in order to repair and gave me estimation of 5, 500/- then i said ok and go head and replace the parts next day he did the service and fridge was working very good initial 3 months after that it was taking 15-30 minutes to get ice box cool for another 3 months, then in seventh month that is beginning of may-2018 it was taking almost 45 minutes to get cool and after the 25th may it was not getting cool at all.

    So i called to the guy manzoor ahamed who repaired last time he was not picking my call then i thought of calling to video con to get the service and registered a complaint "ban[protected]" meanwhile i tried to call him once again he picked my call and sent the technician to check the fridge. After investigating he found that compressor is not working then i told him that its under 1 year warranty he changed his statement and told that the problem is with ice box then i told that ice box is also replace along with compressor then he said that cooling gas is need to filled along with ice box replacement and left to his office saying tomorrow mean today he will come with parts to repair free of cost.

    I got a doubt on the technician wordings then i verified weather the compressor is genuine or not i found that its manufactured by some siberia company (http://www.siberia-compressors.com) a china product, that he brought in a box packed in genuine videocon compressor box.

    I strongly believe that i have been cheated by your service center person and planning to file a fraud case against him and videcon in consumer court.

    I need a official person to visit from videocon to my home and do the needful before i proceed legaly.

    I am sending you all the details in the attacment.
    1. Compressor fitted in fridge
    2. Cotton box naming videocon compressor
    3. Bill with all the details

    Looking for your support and help as early as possible as i lost the trust in videcon please do the need full asap.

    please contact me on [protected] for more information and i m trying to contact the customer care and not able to reach service center/person.
    Eventhough I have recharged DTH for one month I am not getting the channels and the service engineer is not attending the call despite mails.

      Hi, i have requested for relocation services from video con. They have informed me the charges as below,
      Re installation charges : 400 rs
      Relocation kit : 50 rs.

      When i told there is no requirement of any relocation kit and i have all the items of previous installation available with me including nuts and bolts, they informed me it is mandatory that this kit has to be purchased.

      Next day morning, videocon engineer called me for installation and in the afternoon installation was complete. The whole process from me calling for installation and videocon installing the antenna and account activation is done within 24 hrs.

      The problem came when the engineer requested me to pay the rs 50 for the relocation kit to himself and remaining amount has to be added to the recharge amount. If i want to recharge for rs 360 (South gold kids), so he asked me to recharge for rs 400 + 360 = 760 rs.

      But when i recharged for 760 rs, videocon deducted rs 450 as reinstallation charges, when i argued that you engineer has already collected rs 50 for the relocation kit, they say, they will take a compliant on the engineer and ask him to recharge the amount.

      Already two compliants was raised[protected],[protected] but both are not solved till now, almost two weeks was completed and even today when i ask about the status of compliant, they are saying they will again raise the compliant and they does not have any authority to solve this issue.

      I tried to call the nodal officer, but there is no response from him also. They gave only the landline number and there is no mobile number.

      This is worst service from videocon and how cheating they are.

      If videocon is not going to recharge my amount back, i am going to disconnect their service and will never recommend their d2h to any one.

      It is not about 50 rs, but about integrity and honesty, if videocon is not able to do what they promised then i am not going to use their service.

      i hope you don't understand the problem here.

      The amount debited by Videocon is 450 Rs and not 400 Rs.

      i have paid 760 and if you have deducted only 400 Rs then remaining amount is Rs 360. (simple Math)
      i have selected South Gold Kids package which is Rs 360 per month. Now when i recharged on 16th may 2018, My due date should be 15th June (1 month) and not 8th June 2018. This is simple and only issue is Videocon doesn't want to accept their mistake.

      and FYI, i have received message from Videocon on 16th May, than 450 Rs was deducted. Check your outgoing message on your System.

      Ha Ha, Now your Customer care Person is saying Rs 450 was deducted not Rs 400. so don't have Sufficient balance. What a hopeless service.

      until Yesterday:
      Videocon D2h : we cannot see how much you paid, we cannot see how much deducted, i can only raise a compliant, Our Person will contact you to solve the issue.
      Nodal Officer : I can only forward your compliant to Concern department? -- Dont know what is the use of this nodal office if he can only forward the compliant

      Yesterday:
      Videocon D2H : i can see that you paid 760 and 450 was deducted for relocation charges. i will only raise compliant for 50 Rs reversal. Videocon doesnot have any facility to call back. You need to recharge now to activate the service.

      So many lies Videocon

      finally understood, Videocon is Fraud and cannot expect any solution from them.

      i am going to just use you service for timebeing and my good time, i am going to switch to other Operator. Final Goodbye to Videcon

        Hello, i filled a complaint for my one year old videocon led tv on april 14, numbered kol[protected]. But my tv has not been serviced yet. I paid part of the service charge during the first visit of the service person and he promised to take care of the problem. But more than one month over and nobody came for servicing!
        Please do the needful to fix it.

          I have subscribed for south platinum plan plan thinking that all channels would be available as and when needed. I have prepaid for 6 months. But now ten1/2/3 are not available. I have 2 months validity left. This is clearly a case of cheating as many other d2h service providers are providing these channels at reasonable cost. As world cup is approaching if you still fail toprovide these channels please send someone to get your crap set top box from my house cheaters.

          I am facing an issue in STB from past two days error message displaying on screen stating Satellite scanning and none of channels were found. I have called customer care twice and registered complaint no one responce properly. Its very worst experience in life never had.

            I am getting error message e107-4 on my videocon d2h from 20th may 2018, videocon arranged the engineer visit on next day but engineer visit my place and told me that your service will resume on 22nd may. But still services not resumed and customer care is daily asked meto wait for next 24 hrs. I am waiting since tuesday but their 24 hrs are not yet finish.

            Even after multiple follow ups didn't get any revert. So finally I have installed Dish TV.
            Please do not buy Videocon D2h. As I heard and experienced many people discontinued Videocon D2h due to worst customer service, old software which is very slow, remote issue which works hardly 1 year and after that you have to pay 550 rs for new request which almost take 3-4 days to deliver remote.
            My sincere advise do not go for Videocon D2h

              Stb is not working and it is showing message "scanning satellite st2". Called customer care and have not got a satisfactory reply. They would be sending an engineer to solve this issue and the engineer will. Charge 200. This is a software issue which should be sorted from the service location. One, i don't find the reason of sending an engineer when it is something which they can solve at their end. Two, they are charging money for an issue which is a software update issue

                I had a brought videocon tv from vijay sales on last year jun-2017 under extended warranty of 2 years. I was facing issues in the tv since month of april 2018. Finally the tv stopped working and i made a complaint on may 3 – 2018. The complaint no is mum[protected]. The engineer visited my place on 9/05/18 after check and he confirmed there is an issued in the led display and it needs to be replaced. He give irrsponsible answer

                The outsource agency says there is some problem in arrival of parts from the company and they are helpless.

                Please look into the matter and please replace the part asap because the after sales service given by videocon is pathetic. When the part is going to arrive and it will be replaced.

                Also the outsourced agency is clueless and it very annoying to be without a tv since it is an integral part of life.

                    My videocon d2h customer id is[protected] . I have recharged with 331 rs (1 months value) as Gold Maxi recharge value on 9th May 2018 . This should give me recharge due date as 8th June but some unknown reason it is showing me 5th June as Due date for next recharge .
                    I have complained about this multiple times to their help desk no [protected] but every time they are raising new tickets and saying back end team will look into this . Below are the request no :

                    When I asked them for the status of the above mentioned tickets, they simply says back end team closed the tickets as no action pending and they simple create new ticket as they do not have proper explanation for that .

                      And i registered complaint thrice but no one is responding to it.

                      Kindly update asap

                      Now thought that such good companies manufacture such 3rd class products too. Very bad experience buying a videocon product.

                      Minus rating from my side irrespective with both product and service.

                        I am a regular customer of videocon d2h from 10 yrs (Id 6231177), now i am very upset to the service of videocon d2h.
                        I have raised complained on 22 may 2018 (No[protected] and still i am waiting for service engineer.
                        Many time i have called to customer care but not any positive response found.
                        And due to this now i am planning to switch off my ac from videocon d2h to other sources

                            I purchased videocon led tv on 9/9/2017 from vijay sales borivali west with three years warranty. Within 1 year of the warranty period, the display of my tv has become blank only sound is heard. Since 15/4/2018. On 16/4/2018, 17/4/2018 and 30/4/2018 i lodged complaint with customer care and i was given complaint reference no: mum[protected] response code s31476, mum[protected] response code r42790 and mum[protected] response code s07040. On 23/4/2018 and 24/4/2018 techinicians from videocon service centre visited my house and checked my tv and he told that the panel is not working and panel needs to be replaced and he has placed the order for new panel and within one week he will come and replace the panel. However thereafter since more than one month has elapsed. Now the service centre is not picking up my calls and when i call customer care they always say that they have send reminders and within 24 hours service centre will call back to me. Till today i have niether received any call nor nor my tv is repaired nor my tv is replaced. It is very shocking a reputed company like videocon having given warranty at the time of selling their product has failed to fulfil their commitment. I have also lodged complaint with vijay sales and they have also send reminders to videocon but there is no response. Hence my complaint may be registered and either my tv be repaired immediately or my tv be replaced with new tv as i am suffering much inconvenience during my vacation period when i am at home deprived from watching tv programmes and news. I am a senior citizen and great inconvenience is caused to me. It is a clear cut case of deficiency of service by videocon industries.                             I purchased LED TV 50" Videocon Industries through Vijay Sales Borivali West Branch with three years warranty on 9/9/2017. Since 15/4/2018, the display of my TV has gone blank and only sound is heard. I have lodged complaint with customer care thrice and twice technicians visited my house and checked my TV and told that Panel is not working and needs to be replaced. Till today niether my TV is repaired nor the same is replaced. Even Service centres of Videocon is not responding and customer care do not give satisfactory answers.                             There is no response from Videocon Industries nor my complaint is resolved till date. Today is the 42nd day after the display of my TV has gone blank and it is still under warranty period and even two EMI of Bajaj Finance Ltd is yet to be repaid. Service centres are not responding when called and Customer care do not give satisfactory answers. I have become now frustrated. I am now doubtful whether Videocon Industries will take cognizance of my complaint and will repair or replace my TV or will I have to file a complaint before Consumer forum on the ground of deficiency of service of Videocon Industries and claim compensation and costs of litigation from the company. Hope that reputed organisation like Videocon will not compel me to approach Consumer forum for redressal of my grievances. Videocon Industries and its service centres are once again reminded and requested to forthwith treat my complaint as urgent and resolve the issue of my TV either by repairing it or by replacing it with new TV atleast with 2/3 days. If nothing is done or nothing is heard then I will have no other option but to approach consumer forum and claim compensation and damages from Videocon Industries for the loss and sufferings caused to me due to deficiency in the services after sale of their product and giving fake warranty when they do not intend to fulfill their committment during warranty period and thereby they have deceived and cheated me and wasted my hard earned money for purchase of the above product.

                            After a long time today I visited customer care office at Vijay sales Borivali West and also received call from Videocon Service centre asking me to send images of my TV, It model No: and Purchase bill which I have already sent to the, and requested them to either repair my TV or replace my TV as today is the 43rd day I am without watching my TV which I have purchased from my hard earned money and I am deprived of watching my TV without any fault on the part only due to negligence on the part of Videocon Service Centre as they are neglecting my calls and do not respond whenever I called. Hence kindly treat this as urgent and do the needful at the earliest. My entire vacation is lost.

                            Yesterday Vikas Pandey asked me to send the photos of my TV, model number and copy of purchase bill and he told me that within an hour he will get approval for replacement of my TV as parts are not available and it cannot be repaired. However after sending the photos, I have not received any call nor any mail from Vikas Pandey Videocon Service Centre, Today is 44th day when the display of TV has gone blank. I have also forwarded the photos on Videocon Industries consumer complaint page and Vijay sales consumer complaint page. yesterday and today morning.Till now I am upset as I have not received any response to my mail or complaint.I once again remind you and request you to forthwith either repair my TV or replace my TV at the earliest.Next week my work will commence after vacation and therefore therefore no body will be available if techinicians of Videocon will visit my house for repairs or replacement. I am available till sunday 3/6/2018 whole day at home. Therefore if my TV is repaired or replaced before 3/6/2018 then there will not be any difficulty. Kindly do the needful and oblige. Anxiously awaiting your reply urgently with your favourable response and your co-operation.

                            Today is 45 days over. Since 45 days I have been contacting your customer care and service centre on various numbers given to me by customer care i.e. [protected], [protected], [protected], , [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], and your customer care on 39404040 but I have failed to get any response from them and no satisfactory replies are given. Service centres do not pick up my calls and customer care gets irritated due to frequent calls.

                            As a consumer of Videocon Product I have purchased 50" LED TV on assurance of 3 years warranty from Vijay sales on 9/9/2017 and on 15/4/2018 within one year period of warranty the display of my TV gone blank. I have repeatedly send complaints on Videocon Industries complaint forum and Vijay sales Forum but except giving fake assurance and asking me to wait for some time, no action is taken. Thrice I have lodged complaints with customer care and twice technicians visited my house and checked my TV and said that the panel is not working and needs to be replaced. However till today niether my TV is repaired nor replaced.

                            As a consumer I am suffering since last 45 days. I have therefore send mails to Videocon as well as to Vijay Sales but no satisfactory reply is given to me. I am therefore frustrated.

                            In view of my above pain kindly assist me from your end to get my complaint resolved at the earliest either my TV can be repaired or the same can be replaced. Even if it cannot be done atleast inform me that your company had given fake warranty committment and they do not intend to fulfil their committment. Please understand my problem seriously and do the needful to redress my grievances and either get my TV repaired or replace my TV and do the needful shortly. Period of warranty is getting over and nothing has been done till today. Your service centre Mr Vikas Pandey asked me to send images of my TV model Number and Purchase bill which I have already sent but till date he has not informed me the status of my complaint nor has taken any steps to resolve my complaint. Hence please treat this as urgent and do the needful to redress my grievances.

                                  Within ten months of purchase, had to complaint five times. First of all the service centre number is difficult to reach. Upon managing they r polite and do register your complaint, duly technicians arriive, but they r just totally incapable of rectifying it. Again tried to reach some senior manager or technician, but have been unable to as they refuse to deal with any complaints

                                    I had purchased the split ac of the above model and serial number from dealer sargam electronics gurgaon, on 10/02/2018, invoice no: gst-plaza-4638.

                                    The ac has not worked ever since it was installed as the ac gas has leaked and i have logged the complaints with sargam electronics on the 29/april, gur[protected] and later again on 02/may, gur[protected].

                                    Both times the service agents have come and done the nitrogen test but not filled the required coolant gas.

                                    It has been more than 3 weeks since i am facing the problem. Please take this on priority and resolve the issue.

                                      I am using a videocon dth customer id is 80157754 & my monthly package is new gold speorts which is 380 per month & i have taken sony ten 1 additional which is 10 per month so its 390 per month but in this month i have been recharged today of 400 & they told now your package is 400 per month from last 3 months i have been recharged of 400 & my validity is from 19 to 19 every month but now they says it is valid from 19 to 16 next month so provide me the same package as on web side still showing 380 per month so provide me the validity of 19 to 19 every mother otherwise i am going to launch a complaint in consumer court & from next month i am not going to recharge that and regarding that call on my no [protected]
