Sir/Madam,

My consumer Id is 86008612 and I wish to downgrade my pack from SUPER GOLD to GOLD LITE. In this connection, I have already sent various mails to [protected]@d2h.com but no one has been responded. At present there is no one at my home including my family, who normally watch programmes. Hence it is useless for me to recharge a heavy amount against SUPER GOLD PACK. After coming of my family from hometown, i will be upgraded in future.

In view of the above please do the needful to downgrade my d2h pack at the earliest due to above personal reason.

    I recharged my account[protected] on 4th July, from Paytm reference number[protected] of amount 1290. From mt PNB debit card money was deducted twice but recharge is not done yet. I aksed for this issue with Paytm and Videocon. videocon is saying that we did not receive money and paytm is saying that recharge is successful. Now, where is money?

    No one is providing me support.

        The worst ever service videocon D2h is providing.Am getting no Signal message in my DTH box.

        For that i have mail 3 times to customercare and called customercare more than 20 times.

        I have received 2 compliant nos as[protected] and mentioned that it will resolved by july 8.But no body came or contacted me.

        Then i raised again complain and got new complaint no as[protected] and mentioned that it will resolved by july 10.But no body came or contacted me.

        Again when i called customer care, they told me that my complain is closed as no body contacted me.

        i called [protected] more than 17 times and they told me engineer will come to my home on july 9th evening 5.30pm.
        Then how come they are saying i could not be contacted.

        Pathetic service these guys are providing. Really bad worst.

          Hello Team,
          I had taken the D2h connection on 5/6/2010, as part of the same this Money Back certificate was also given.
          This Money Back Certificate states:
          We undertake to pay a sum of Rs.10, 000/- to you after expiry of 6 years and 11 months from the date mentioned at the top of Money Back Certificate on surrendering the certificate in original and on fulfillment of the T&C (overleaf).
          This Card was surrendered to the Videocon BMO office (Auranagbad) on 22/7/17.
          I did confirm the reciept, to which the lady stated it will take 3 months.
          After call in October 2017, they stated you have not given you PAN Card (which as part of the email with the info was not stated) please submit the same so we can process. This made the date of receipt postponed to Jan 2018, on calling them they stated our accounts have been freezed from last October 2017 (Kindly note this could have been stated when i submitted my PAN card, but they didnt).
          Now they made the offer that in terms of 10, 000/- videocon can provide you a product. I did check the products, and this being offered by the company itself then too was at the retail rates, after 2-3 calls i got a discount of 20% then too the price offered by dealers were cheaper than the rates offered by Videocon. Also the product i wanted was not available so i waited for couple of months ( i also did approach Hanuante from Pune office). I also called him on May asking for TV & Food Processor from Videocon, but he stated TV not available, FP will be from Kenstar not Videocon (as i already have a bad experience of Kenstar, i did not move forward). In July when i called in for the TV now they say, Videocon products have been barred from June, you have to take Kenstar products only. I asked for options they stated none available.

          The thing is pretty clear Videocon is not true on its words, firstly for 10, 000/-., now they want the consumers to call each and everytime and will not even offer any kind of support.

          I would like your help in getting the 10, 000/- INR as stated in the voucher, as a consumer i would be purchasing something cheaper rather than a monopoly price offered by Videocon, and now they are just guiding towards Kenstar. I am not interested in any products i would like to press more on the cash rather than products.

            I have submitted all the documents regarding the paisa vasool offer at the videocon office Indore but the response of any has not been made until now neither the money has been allocated to me .reagrding the same i have emailed several times at the videocon customer support and regional office but no response was allocated.
            hence, i thereby came to the decision that the scheme was a fraud and to the same, i will take the company to the consumer court for allegedly frauding a lot no of people and claims worth crores are pending.

              On, July 04, 2018 @10:14 AM, I received a call from Videocon Promotion team (Contact No. [protected]) As an esteem Customer I was offered some 37 HD channels free for one month on trial basis and in case I like the service I can opt for it further at a cost of Rs. 175
              Total Call Length: 2mins 10secs

              Customer ID: 46310332

              However to my surprise I receive the following SMS
              Dear Customer, As per your request we have added PREMIUM HD ADD-ON add-on to your d2h account. charges Rs 148.31 18%GST(Rs.26.69)(175) per month.Our new call centre number is [protected]

              If you pull up the recording of the above call, I have not only confirmed but reconfirmed that I will not be charged anything for a month and there has been a affirmative answer from the person.

              Firstly, I am happy with what service I am using, I did not call to offer any additional service.
              Secondly, You people have breached my DND contract by not using a Call Center number for calls.
              Thirdly, Taking customer for granted by offering one communication on the phone whereas a different action after the call.
              Lastly, I called the customer care number 3 times the service is pathetic, if this is not improved people will stop calling it a customer care. (The authorities should call the number [protected] and check the quality)

              I have written to the Nodal Officer - Mr. Albert Lobo & Mr. Imran Shaikh as this has not been a first incident with Videocon d2h maybe the name is only changed to dishd2h and the problem has only been resolved after writing to the Nodal Officers.

              But both the Nodal Officers have not responded. They are taking the customers for granted.

                    The videocon dth are cheaters.My id is 93038734 .Again and again error of smart card insertion.I am an advocate and will file suit against them surely.I will also change to airtel dth as my parents are using airtel since 13 years but no such problem.Whwn home channels working then why other channels are not.Same day one of my friend's videocon dth has also crashed.It shows this is the trick to charge money from us wrongly.Why I pay to technician.What customer care is doing just passing complaints.I am shifting to Airtel dth.

                      I'm using Videocon d2h for last 3 years. This is with regards to the Videocon d2h customer id[protected]

                      I am facing Signal not available problem from 30th June 2018.

                      I called up customer care and registered my first complaint on 1st July 2018 to en-quire about the solution then the customer care representative told me that within 24 hours there will be a visit of the technician and your problem will be solved. None of the technician has visited and solved the problem till 5th July 2018. And my complained was closed on 5th July 2018 saying I am not paying the visiting charges.

                      Again I called up customer care and registered my second complaint on 5st July 2018 to en-quire about the solution then the customer care representative told me that within 24 hours there will be a visit of the technician and your problem will be solved. None of the technician has visited and solved the problem yet.

                      I have called to the customer care so many times and the response is the same. It’s been 8 days since the proper service is not been provided yet and I am vexed with the customer support answers every time I call.

                      Now my recharge due date already past away. And I am not going to recharge as it will be a loss and waste of money to me if I recharge now as the technicians are not visiting to solve the problem I sincerely need a proper answer/solution for this problem. If Videocon doesn’t solve my problem, then I will move to some other better service than Videocon and also I will never recommend anyone to have Videocon d2h because of poor bad service you people are providing now.
                      Please let me know your answer whether this can be fixed at the earliest or not so that I can shift to some other service as soon as possible.

                        I have bought Videocon 32inch ledtv with model no IVC32F02A on 12/09/2015 from NATIONAL RADIO ELECTRONICS, New bustand, kasargod, kerala
                        Ph no- [protected] with extended warranty upto 3yrs . My tv is not working properly (display issue ) .I had contacted service centre for repair they assured me their visit to my home within 48 hrs . Next day They contacted and asked me to pay 1200 as transportation charge for visiting or else they won’t come . Later when i inquired with customer care as I'm on warranty I don’t need to pay any charges . When I questioned about charges now there aren’t even picking my calls .Its been 6 days no one had visited my place . Followingly i had lodged an complaint through Videocon customer care toll free[protected]Complaint number -COC[protected] )
                        They responded by providing me the contact number of kerala manager ( Jackson Savio
                        Cno- [protected] ) who will assist me regarding this issue and when i contaced him he said concerned area manager will contact me .As now no one (manager or service centre )is picking my calls and I don’t have any higher authority to contact inorder to solve my issue or videocon is not responding to my problem.
                        As first step i have moved legally by complaining on conumer court docket number- 809314
                        This is disaster service management from one of reputed company . So Iam writing to look into same and do needfull on priority .
                        Please acknowledge the mail & revert with justification & update on solving my display issue.
                        Still the issue is not solved i will file a suit in court.

                          The technician comes to home for checking the signal, without checking he came up with 4 connected removed from the cable and saying these connectors gone and charging 200 rs and after some time he came and said LNB need to replace for that 280.'

                          Here is the logic I want to know the problem was with connector or LNB? As far one local technician said the LNB and Connectors was good, why he changed and charged 480 rs. I need refund that amount.

                            Hello Videocon d2h,

                            I recharged my account through your website with correct RMN option after payment the amount was credited to a different account (this is absolutely issue from your website). this was happed on June 20th 9.30 PM. I suggest please remove this option so that further other customers won't face this problem.
                            Here is the list of item I did after recharge
                            - Sent email to customer care (No reply till now)
                            - Calling every day to your support, No proper response. (every day at least I have to spend 2hrs)
                            - Till date, I spoke with 5 customer care managers. Every time i am getting the information as a sent email to client team & waiting for the reply. Do your team takes 15 days to give the reply??? is this your process?? I have the complete call data how your customer care is handling customers. How much time they keeping in HOLD in the call.
                            - complaint numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. for a couple of times, I got the information as the wrong reference number. But, I sent the reference number screenshot which I got after successful recharge to customer care email.

                            TILL DATE NO RESPONSE FOR MY EMAIL.

                            Could you please provide the steps to resolve my problem other than calling customer care/sending email to [protected]@d2h.com which i did so many times already.

                                I have serviced the LCD Videocon TV with Videocon authorized service center M/S Matrix electronics Kottarakkara, Kerala,[protected], [protected], [protected] on 16 April with Payment of INR 7000/- (Rupees Seven Thousands only) with my own transportation for repair and it became the same problems after 45 days and they refused to repair again stating that no guarantee for the spare parts which they charged huge amount.
                                Presently the set is un serviceable and unable to use due to the same problems,

                                Request take necessary action to repair or refund the amount.

                                  There were excess amount debited for installation of my dth while relocating. Case[protected] raised for the same, but still it's one month since the case raised, i have not got any update. I raised a new case[protected] which is also not resolved as promised. Would like to take it up further if there is no reply on my escalated cases and this complaint.

                                    My account page showed 18745620 instead of[protected], Based on that I did a recharge but found after the payment that it has gone to some other person. I had called customer care immediately and the customer care representative asked to send a mail with screen shots which I did immediately. I have not got any response for the past 3 days .
                                    Please route this complaint to the Videocon DTH company and help resolve and recredit in my account

                                      I have a videocon tv with a 3 year warranty. The display and motherboard have are not working since 1.5 months and videocon service center dosent care about it. They say they don't have parts and no man power. The service person sits in office till 12 pm and finishes work by 5 pm, so they dont serve before 12 and after 5.
                                      Videocon has the worst service ever and they don't deserve to serve consumers and manufacture goods.
                                      Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      same here and they charged us 1300/- to come and check to tell us the PCB is faulty. No replacement since more than 2 months now. Horrible service.

                                        I had purchased a videocon led tv from vijay sales it's been a month now that the tv is not working. I'm continuously complaining and taking follow up for the replacement of the mother board (My tv is yet in warranty). The service team is continuously giving me different no to complain and no one answers the call. Vijay sales is committing that the product is on transit from past 28 days. Kindly take action n get my tv repaired. Horrible service.
