The worst ever service videocon D2h is providing.Am getting no Signal message in my DTH box.

For that i have mail 3 times to customercare and called customercare more than 20 times.

I recharged my account through your website with correct RMN option after payment the amount was credited to a different account (this is absolutely issue from your website). this was happed on June 20th 9.30 PM. I suggest please remove this option so that further other customers won't face this problem.

I have a videocon tv with a 3 year warranty. The display and motherboard have are not working since 1.5 months and videocon service center dosent care about it. They say they don't have parts and no man power. The service person sits in office till 12 pm and finishes work by 5 pm, so they dont serve before 12 and after 5.
Videocon has the worst service ever and they don't deserve to serve consumers and manufacture goods....

I had purchased a videocon led tv from vijay sales it's been a month now that the tv is not working. I'm continuously complaining and taking follow up for the replacement of the mother board (My tv is yet in warranty). The service team is continuously giving me different no to complain and no one answers the call. Vijay sales is committing that the product is on transit from past 28 days. I've had a complaint with set top box and had filed a complaint and they replaced it with another and the same problem is occurring and wen I've filed a complaint with customer service they said it will be resolved by the help of technician and technician hasn't arrived even after the 24 hours ..
Feels waste of owning the product when it doesn't provide good service.

D2h recharged but but only few channels telecasted. Not only that bengali add-ons has been changed to oriya add-ons. Which is intentional and without my permission. I am facing the problem since last 2/3 months. Several requests to customer care failed to evoke any result.
