No service, no refund of money, no ethics
Hi all,

Have a horrible experience to share with all. Never ever go with videocond2h!! These guys are extremely pathetic. They are so cheap and unprofessional that they neither give service or refund my money. I relocated a new place in february 2018. Ever since then i am neither getting any of their channels. Have raised several complaints, no use! They only assure it will get resolved but never so. I have even written and called them asking to terminate the connection and refund my money. Have also told them that they can take back their set up box etc. It has been over one and half months since that, no refund from them yet. These guys are so cheap and unprofessional they can't even refund rs 2500. I heard from my friends that these guys owe some it company some money. They didn't have the cash, so they instead gave them several of their products (E. G tv) as payment. Have pasted below the mail thread conversation with videocond2h. Future customers beware, opt for some other services, never go choose them!!

Hi,

You should keep in mind that since february 17th of february 2018, i have not got any videocon service. Ever since i relocated to a new place just 3km from my old place, for which you deducted 400rs as relocation charge. You haven't done the installation since then. I had loaded around 3500rs on 9th january 2018 in my videocon account. You have already unnecessarily deducted amount since 17th of february. I have raised several complaints, but no use. I have already raised two request to terminate my connection and to refund my money. It has been 20 days since my final complaint via that mail addressed to you on the 31st of march 2018. You people still haven't refunded my money. From pathetic service to very unprofessional way going about dealing connection termination. Make sure you refund my money ever since i have stopped receiving your service. Your lackadaisical approach to this matter poses a serious question to your efficiency and attitude towards your customers. I truly doubt you maintain any standards to be known as a reliable brand in india.

Termination of my videocon d2h account

My name is rejith rajan and my customer id is[protected]. I was using videocon d2h for two years. I have recently relocated from btm 4th stage to akshayanagar dlf. It has been around one month and half since i have relocated and still they haven't done the installation at my new place. I have raised several complaints with the customer care. I just want my connection terminated, i have communicated the same to the customer care. They have raised a request, they said it will be done in 7 days. They haven't yet done anything till now. I have seen pathetic services, you guys have taken it to another level. I had pre-loaded money in my videcon d2h account. I need refund for that money as well.

I don't find any valid reasons to continue with a company so inefficient. You have already deducted money for relocation which they haven't done completely. Have deducted money from videocon2dh account for months that i didn't get any channel due to the installation not being completed.

Now your company is even delaying the service disconnection, making me regret even more for ever opting for videocon d2h.

I have already seen inefficiency at your customer care and technician level. Now i hope it is not the same with the higher officials.

All i want is to get my connection terminated and refund the balance amount to my bank account at the earliest.

You haven't mentioned how much more time?It has been almost close to 2 months since I had asked to terminate my connection and refund my money.Should I wait for you guys to finish deducting all of my pre-loaded money or wait for your Videocond2h to be completely acquired by Dishnet.Everyone please take note of their usual assurances that they will resolve the issue.

Till now no call, no mail thread or no refund.Nothing has happened.It seems even the complaint registered here will not force Videocon to resolve this issue.Please do take note how pathetic they are.They will not even refund a sum of over 2000Rs .Please subscribe to them at your own risk!These guys are beyond mending, they lack even the list bit of professionalism.

    I have purchased a videocon led tv on 10-dec'17 from vijay sales and it stopped working on 14th april'2018. I have registered a complaint on 15th april'18 but the customer service of videocon is the worst you can ever experience.

    There customer service staff is merely a joke and is really pathetic. The only thing they would tell you is your issue would be resolved in next 24 hours and i have been hearing this since last 20 days approx and one of the no which they would give you for escalation would never pick p the call. I am wondering that videocon as a company is a actually paying these guys in the name of service. I am still trying to find a guy who can help get the problem resolved.

          Hi team,

          I purchased a 32 inch videocon tv as per diwali offer norms published in toi newspaper dated oct 31 2015. I choose mentioned retailer ie pirgal electronics and from them i purchased my tv on 01 nov 2015. On 23 apr 2018 i registered for tv service thinking i am covered under their 5 year warranty but then to my surprise i came to know

          1. Tv sold to me is a 2 year old model ie month/year 092013 instead of 2015 (01/11/2015 date of purchase). If they would have sold the tv of 2015 manufacturing model then i would have definitely got the 2 year default extended warranty.

          2. As per the offer i am supposed to get 5 year warranty as during purchase of tv retailer told me that in warranty card only 1 year warranty comes and extended warranty will be applied automatically when you go for installation from videocon.

          I have the purchase bill, toi news paper offer cutting which has diwali offer terms and condition of 5 year warranty condition that tv has to be purchased between 10 oct15 - 15 nov15 and i have purchased my tv within that range only ie on 01 nov15. I have warranty card of 1 year but as the pirgal electronics lied and told me that this 1 year warranty will be extended when the videocon team will do installation and the warranty will be extended
          To 5 years in system.

          Now when i am trying to use my 5 year warranty then service person is asking for physical card and same i requested from pirgal electronics and they denied saying videocon company got bankcorrupt and they don't want to talk to me and they cannot give me warranty.

          The service person is asking for the extended warranty card which was not given to me by pirgal electronics and now i am not able to service my tv and the repair cost is around 5000 and i purchased this tv for extended warranty benefit only and same i am not able to use it instead purchasing in offer and provided them full money to prigal electronics. Kindly help me in getting my 5 year warrany.

            I have paid an amount to recharge my d2h videocon connection no[protected] in the name of rajdeep singh s/o gurdev singh but was neither credited to my d2h account nor refunded to my saving account from which payment was made till date. The recharge was done on 29/04/2018 vide ref. No.[protected] and[protected] for rs. 32/- each. As i have talked to d2h customer care but not getting proper answer to my query.
            Kindly resolve the issue for crediting the amount either to my d2h account or my saving a/c.

              I have registered for service about my led tv 32. Which is in warranty, when your executive came we explained him the problem is not consistent but it occurs most of the time. When he arrived he did not touch the tv and said it might be cable issue, and took 350 charge even tv is in warranty, did not have the receipt. Again next day we sent him video recording, then he said i will come tomorrow and take charges again. But still he did not arrived, i did follow videocon consistently since the day but just one email reply no action further. Kindly help me to resolve the issue as earliest.

                I had puchased videocon LED TV 40" DDB MODEL on 18 oct 2018, it devloped problem of no picture on 04 sep18 and complaint was lodged with service centre. Sec 08 Dwarka ND. They asked to attend fault if i am ready to pay Rs 1000/-. One technician attended on 06.09.2018. He told panel to be replaced it is under guarantee . he took bar cody copy and charged Rs 1000/- in advance. In fact he did not do any thing. He told item will come in 07- 08 days after raising demand. I confirmed on 15.09.18 about status. Service centre started telling me cooked up story that if item does not come them we will send TV there. He did not tell any thing else when it will come back.
                But now there is no communication from service centre. No response from any other. I had mailed to customer care and senior in maint. Chain but no response. How ridiculous is this, now everyone turning there head. Ultimately I (consumer) am suffering. Company is not bothered. They sell out inferior quality product at inflated price and do the unholy business ie loot.
                Either u resolve my issue on highest priority else i would publish in written media and electronic media your deeds and will approach consumer court for harassment and mental agony against your company for this misdeeds.

                    I have associated with you for more than 7 years but from last 2 years i am fed up with your worst service and customer exp. After every 4-5 month your setup box started problem. After your visit you give the solution of replacement and make me assure that this will be now fixed and no issue,
                    But after 4-5 month again the same issue and the solution is same replacement of set top box,
                    Last time you told me that the issue is with the setup box model what i am using and you gave me new model without recording. But after 1-1.5 month i am on the same track your box started miss behaving. Again you are asking for the visit charge.
                    I done know how you will recover you customer in this competitive market.
                    When i say i need to moved out from you and switch over to another operator.

                      I had purchased a satellite (Lcd dth), videocon tv and obtained a bond for rs 11, 000/- to be redeemed after 6 years and 11 months. I had sent the following documents to the universal digital connect address in aurangabad 431 105 on 12th nov 2017.
                      I had sent 1. Original bond no 19140 for rs 11, 000/- duly signed 2. Copy of bill of the bangalore dealer girias, 3. Aadhar copy. 4. Copy of passport. 5. Copy of cancelled cheque.
                      Subsiquently they asked for copy of pan, which was also sent. I had asked them to send money to my bank account. I spoke to the concerned people several times and they were replying that money less tax will be sent shortly, which never happened. Now if i give a ring to their phone[protected], it will always be busy and i think the phone has been disconnected for not paying bill. I wonder a reputed company like videocon is avoiding payments. Hope good sense will prevail on the concerned authorities to make payments and gain back their reputation. Thanks

                        We bought videocon (Model no vkg50fh-fda) from vijay sales borivli east on 27.05.2015 under warranty (3 years) for rs. 55990 (Aprrox. 56000) requested for repair : mid of february 2018 since the part of the tv was not available, they offered replacement with a new videocon tv of 50”. We surrendered the tv by visiting the factory of videocon on 19.03.2018. We were then promised that videocon tv (Model no. Vnv50q549samp) will be given. But later on we were asked to pay extra rs.5000/= cost of new led rs.43000 (Currently in vijay sales). There are only two models of videocon that are available with their valuations currently in vijay sales. 1. Model no. Vnv50q549samp 2. Model no. Vnv55q549samp we had asked for the 55 inches tv cost quivalent to our previous led. They had given us options : 1) we will get old model's new tv as replacement. 2) we can pay 5, 000₹ for led of 50” (43, 000₹ vijaysale price). 3) we can pay 17, 000₹ for new led of 55”. (Valuation 54, 000₹ vijay sales) we asked for opting the option 1... To which we were told that the tv is not available. As we donot want to pay since led was under warranty

                          I am the customer of videocon DDB LED SMART TV *SERIAL NO* 6387471 which was bought by us on “14 March, 2017 “ nearby Shop Vijay Sales (Konarak arcade, Bldg No -D, Gr flr, Gharda circle, Dombivli east) ..
                          Since we hv bought the TV we hv Display damage for that the mechanic has charged 13390 in which 12800 Display and 590 der charges.We have made payment sincerely but we hv recieve the display changes irrational dat it shows blur pictures.. As we are contacting the office they are giving lame excuses to us..
                          Plz take actions as soon as possible or else we r going to File an complaint regarding fraud case as our 13390/- is been wasted !!

                            The Videocon Airconditioner that I have, gives some abnormal noises.
                            As the product is under warranty, I tried calling the customer care number, sent service SMS as suggested in the recorded voice, sent an email of the issue and also logged an online complaint in their website as well. Every time in the phone call, there is a recorded voice saying; "All customer service executives are busy" I have literally waited for almost 16 to 18 minutes for a couple of times. There is no end to it. I'm really stuck with this and no clue on what next?

                              There customer service number not working
                              I bought a 3d tv for inr 60000 from vijay sales, delhi, lajpat nagar.
                              Its display failed last year and they replaced my tv with non 3d tv. Replacement tv failed again. I sent svc message to 53030 as per their website, with no response till now. I am no where now. Not sure whats going to happen next. Will i loose my 60k.

                                We have shifted our residence from howrah to kolkata on 16.04.2018. We have contacted Videocon D2H Customer care for de-installation and re-installation. De-installation was completed on 14.04.2018. But for re-installation we are facing great problem. We have made several complaint since 19.04.2018 for Re-installation vide compalint number

                                In all complaint they have assured us that Dish will be re-installed within 24 hiurs. But No engineers has responded for this. Besides this complaint we have contacted several time with customer care. But they have given hollow promise

                                  Msy stb is stuck on Scanning Satellite st2 from today morning. The scanning process complete to 100 but no progress after that and there is no problem in stb itself
                                  I called customer support and talked to mr.amey the technical supervisor but he said the engineer will visit and it will cost me rs200 for the same.
                                  Why should i pay i already done recharge then for what u r asking money.

                                  Maine led tv videocon ka 12/6/2017 ko purchase kiya tha, abbi tv warranty me hai but customer care pe call karne pe koi bhi phone nai pic kar raha hai bs hold par rakha huaa hai, so please attend kariye mera phn ya phr kisi servicemen ko bhej ke tv theek karayein mera.

                                    My videocon d2h is not working since 11th april, 2018. I informed their customer care several times. Customer care confirmed me 3 times (On 3 different days) that they were sending their technician on that respective day. But no one attended to resolve the issue till now.

                                    Restoration of the service is very urgent for us.

                                    So, my request to videocon d2h team, please confirm if the resolution of the issue from your end is possible or not.

                                        In dated 13.04.18 arround 6.00pm service not available. Customer
                                        Id[protected]. And call customer care registered complained. Complain
                                        Id[protected] but no engineer visit 14.04.18. Then call customer care
                                        They again complain logg id[protected]. They assured resue resolved
                                        Within 48hrs. But no one dnt call back in your side. When i call back
                                        After six days your side replied call closed engineer side, why closed
                                        With out in my permission? In dated 21.04.18 again complined logg in
                                        Customer care they have replaied issue resolved within 48 hrs and last
                                        Call logg id —[protected].

                                        Please help and do the needful solution
