I had order new videocon d2h connection with customer id[protected] at 25/1/2018. And at 2nd day, for a general reason i had cancelled my order. And the company executive told me that my order is cancelled and my refund process takes maximum 7 days and in meanwhile time i got my refund.. But still i do not got any conformation or refund after 14 days. I had mail many times to company but there is no reply came from the company websites or customer care. So please help me as possible.. It was mentally harassment by the company.

There is no progress of my complaint till now. It is so ridiculous from the company..There is no any call After 15 days gone.

    My d2h no is[protected], today i. E on 6th feb 2018 i lodge a complaint regarding no channel service on my d2h, i called thrice but urs customer executive misguided me only, lastly they said after 24 hrs service will resume. I want to knw when bcoz o[censored]rs fault service is interrupted then u sud compensate us by increasing the service duration by that much time which u take to resume the service. Kindly look into my matter n compensate me for interruption made by ur end.

      We have been frustrated with videocon forever, all the complaints go in utter vain and distress. No emails and calls are responded. Every time one tries to submit a complain, they charge you a sum of rs 300. Out of 30 days in a month, 20 days there is no signal. They will not respond to your emails or call unless you agree to pay a charge of rs 300 for their faulty product. This one time the executive literally came and pressed a button, and charged us again.
      Every month we have an issue with the product, it is frustrating for a middle class family to go through this stress when all they want to do is watch tv.
      I am sure once jio launches their dth they will run behind all o[censored]s for getting their horrible service.
      Never ever take videocon dth, it wont work in monsoon, winter or summer.
      Even if you go for their highest package they will never provide you hd channels as promised. They will keep giving you horrible channel add ons that you never asked for and charge you a mountain.
      I hope major legal action is taken against them and they shut down and give us our refund back.

        I had done a recharge of my videocon dth for 1 month @ 205 rs but i had got the recharge but the validity of recharge was just 20 days instead of 1 month so please solve the problem or i had to take necessary action against you.           Videocon had an offer in 2010, in which if i buy your product, i will get 40% refund after 7 years. I have bought a tv under the scheme and now refund time is already due. I have already submitted all the requisite documents in the month of october 2017. However, now your team is continuously making excuses since last four months and delaying the refund. I tried calling your designated call center several times but in vain. I don't know to whom i should contact. I have already contacted your team on +[protected]

              I got a money back certificate for an mount of INR 11000/-, on purchasing a DTH Satellite LCD TV model 3204 on 26/06/2010.

              I have send my money back certificate for maturity to Videocon industries on June 2017, but still I did not got my money. I have tried to contact multiple time but not receiving any response.

                  Tortured by Videocon since a month. I have purchased a Washing machine of Videocon from Vijay Sales and it hasn't been a year as yet and my machine doesn't wish to start. According to the Videocon employee its a problem in the PCB unit of the washing machine hence the machine is receiving no power. Its been a month that I have been regularly calling up the service center to get a repair done for my product but the only response I get from them is the part required for my machine is not available . Strange to hear that a part of a new machine is not available . The service center also passed on the number of the regional head who doesn't bother to answer his calls ever. Our problem is not getting solved and if the company doesn't have the part I would want a change in the machine. A new washing machine is what I would want at no extra cost or refund the value of the washing paid during purchase along with the extended warranty amount paid .

                    This is to bring to your notice that i am having way too many problems with my tv which i have purchased from your reputed company.
                    When i had first bought the tv in january 2016, that tv itself had to be replaced immediately because it was faulty.
                    Then the replaced tv also started giving me problems due to which it had to be replaced again with another tv (You can kindly check my records for the same).
                    Now this tv is also giving me problems... First with the wi-fi (Wireless connection) not working on the tv and now the tv itself has stopped completely. The power light is not coming on at all.
                    I fail to understand how a reputed company as yourself does not live up to the customers expectations. I have paid 50, 000 r/s which in itself is no small amount and this is the kind of service i am provided with!!
                    My tv is under the extended warranty period but it has been only about a year since this replaced tv was provided to me...
                    I fail to understand why such an expensive tv doesn’t function properly even for a year.?? Is it because you are using sub-standard parts?
                    Imagine having been provided with three tv’s in a span of two years and still facing problems..
                    Kindly address this problem not only for me but as a whole so that you are aware what the customers are facing when they buy your products..
                    Please do not give me your standard answer that you will send your technician and he will look into the matter.. This problem is on a much bigger scale..
                    Anyways i am forwarding you my latest complaint no. And also my phone no so that you can have a look into my records and see for yourselves the mental stress that i have to go through each time something like this happens.

                      Today is Republic day but videocon is not letting us see dd national. Although it is a free to air channel then also videocon is showing "Insufficient balance".
                      What is the use of money if it is a free to air channel.
                      I don't want to see live cricket matches but at least we have right to see Republic day parade.
                      Please look into this problem

                        We have purchased the videocon television 42 inch against paisa vasool offer bond no.17039 customer name-adesh jain, i have paid the remaining amount of television approx amount 25000 through dd on 2 jan 2018 and payment is recieved also to your videocon bhopal office which is located at shela arcade mp nagar bhopal. But the television is not delivered to me yet now almost 1 month is over there is accountant gautam das said we have delivered the television soon but response from him and he is not receiving the phone calls also please look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible. I am very dissatisfied with such a big brand. If it is not possible please refund my amount and i took this matter to consumer forum.

                          Sir, i purchased a vdeocon (Vsn33wv2mda) air conditioner on 01 april 2017 from nandilath attingal branch at thiruvananthapuram dist.in kerala. The branch had taken installation charges also when i bought this product. But the installation is not well & proper (Connection between unit and ac is not fully covered). When i had noticed this i contacted the branch, they told me that it will be solved in first service time. But first service time they did not do this and said that it could not be done by them because they are only for service of ac not in installation. I contacted the branch by mobile but they denied for resolving the problems and misbehave me and dropped my call. So requested to resolve my problems by proper installation.                             This is to inform you that i had purchased a videocon washing machine "videocon60dtgl/dm washing
                            Machine set" model no "vt60dtdm-fav" serial no-"[protected]" dated 13/02/2012, cash memo no -
                            "gc/011331/11-12" vendor great eastern trading co. A defect was notice on last september 2017 and
                            Service request no "kol[protected]" was raised. Mr anal mukherjee from videocon authorised service
                            Centre "sam appliance service" attended the machine on 27/09/2017. He charged rs[protected]+620) for
                            New pcb that was replaced on 05/10/2017.
                            Sorry to inform you that after 2-3 days the problem occurred again and machine was unusable. Further
                            Complain was again lodged. The above mentioned service engineer again replaced the pcb but the problem
                            Was not sorted out.
                            The above mention engineer mr anal mukherjee advised to take the machine to the service centre for
                            Further investigation and confirmed me to return the machine within 7 days. The machine was taken on
                            29/11/2017. Since then almost two months have passed but there was no communication from their end. I
                            Communicated with them on several occasion but the machine has not been returned till date. Even they
                            Have not received my phone most of the times.
                            I would request you to takeup the matter on urgent basis and sort the problem at the earliest.

                            As per discussion with Mr. ARIJIT SENGUPTA [protected] of M/S videocon on 31/01/2018, I was advised to accept the defective machine along with Rs 3320 which was taken by Mr Anal Mukherjee of "sam appliance service", videocon authorised service Centre " on 05/10/2017. Further as per Mr. ARIJIT SENGUPTA [protected] there is some dispute between M/S videocon and "sam appliance service" for which I am being harassed for last 5 months.This is not my concern about whatever is going on between M/S videocon and "sam appliance service".M/S videocon had deputed "sam appliance service" for the service as per request NO "KOL[protected]".
                            Sorry to inform you that I am not convinced with the advise of Mr. ARIJIT SENGUPTA [protected] regarding collection of the defective machine along with above mentioned amount from "sam appliance service".
                            I would rather want my machine to be repaired and sent to my resident.I would like Mr. ARIJIT SENGUPTA [protected] to collect the defective machine from "sam appliance service" and get it repaired from any other serivce centre and get it installed at my resident.
                            This problem has been recurring for last 5 months, if I do not get any solution, I shall be forced to take legal action.

                              We have requested for a remote change for our videocon d2h id 61625165 and we were informed that the remote will be delivered within 24 hrs and a charge of rs 250 will be collected for the same. But even after 4 days they have not given is the remote and each day the engineer says he will bring tomorrow. Fed up by this we again called customer care and was surprised to know that our complaint stands cancelled as the remote was delivered. How come our complaint be closed without informing the customer.
                              Still we booked another complaint and the engineer brought a remote and he collected rs 350 and another 30 for battery which was in contrary to the rs 250 that was informed to us by customer care. Also just after 1 hr the remote was not working. We contacted the engineer and he disconnected the phone. We again called customer care and informed about the situation and also complained against the engineer for charging us more. But they gave a reply that we need to give again 250 for another remote.
                              This we find as absolutely looting the customer and arrogant behavior from the company. As of now we are deprived of watching the channels for the past 15 days for which we are being charged for each day.

He is no longer in our contact. I successfully however changed the registered phone number from my account by logging into it, but i am not able to change the name. So i request you to change the name to malkaiah m, which is my brother's name as he is using and paying for this customer id. I am mentioning it below again.

                                  Respected sir/madam, i had purchased a television from vijay sales about 1.5yrs ago from which did get spoiled about 6-7months ago and now again. I called the service centre, they did come to visit, took the transport charges+visiting charges, it's been 3 weeks since then i haven't heard anything from them. We do not expect such things from a huge company as yours. My tv is under warranty and therefore was told that i may get my tv replaced but got no response about that either. As you know nothing works better than bad mouth publicity and as per your service i have no choice but to do so since its been a huge trouble since 3 weeks. It's very embarrassing to have a tv set which is not working. Hence i request you to take my complaint into consideration and get my tv working.

                                    Daily 5-6 times, I see E04-4 : Smart Card Error. Every time customer care needed to call. They ask restart. Sometimes solve sometime they send executives chargeable of 400 Rs.
                                    Why should I pay Everytime for those foolish cheaters. My Set-top box was new and in warranty but after warranty over it started showing error. I upgraded it by paying some money. But still it shows error.
                                    I am filling case against them in consumer Court on 25 th Jan 2018.Further I will make sure all my society residents around 1000 flats will not use D2h.. I will make sure whole Nanded City will ban videocon D2h.
                                    Eagerly waiting for Jio D2h, to teach lesson to these cheaters.

                                      We been following up with videcon customer care since month of our led tv replacement which is pending since one months. Every time i call to customer care i get same old responce we have urgently forwarded email to service centre you will get the call in next 24 / 48 hrs.
                                      Led purchase on 25 dec 2015 from vijay sales - prabhadevi branch with 3 years warranty and in less than 2 years product had black light issue - no video only audio..
                                      Also registered complaint online but they also no reply.
                                      Would line to know futher status and will get the replacement or not?

                                        I had registered a request for d2h shifting on 7th of jan. The call centre executive who had attended the call assured me that the things will be done on sunday itself. And please note that while registering the compliant i had informed him that there is a need of additional cable around 5 metres. I had waited for the engineer call for the entire day. But nothing happened. Next day i got a call from your engineer at 1 pm and he visited the site at 3:45pm and dismantled the antenna and installed at new place. But he didn't brought the required cable and other things.. He told me that customer care executive didn't conveyed all those things which i had informed earlier. And he assured me that things will done by 7:00 yesterday. As i am working in a bank i took a half day by believing your un trustworthy engineer. Today also and waited for your technician but nobody has come. Please note that he had demanded installation charge before completing the job. And today his mobile number was un reachable. Finally i had called customer care executives and one lady who attended my call showed a rude attitude towards me. This is not a good attitude and she is not supposed to sit there. Her name is charandeep kour. And she transferred my call to her supervisor he also told me that he is not responsible for this type of poor customer service from the part of d2h. Then i need an answer where should i compliant on this kind of poor customer service. Let me demand few things as follows
                                        1. Escalate my issue and complete the installation tomorrow before 8.00 am
                                        2. Penalise your engineer and customer care executives who are attended my call on 09 of jan
                                        3. I had incurred monetory loss and i lost my leave. So you bound to complete the proceedure at free of cost and demand compensation of rs. 2500 for the same.
                                        It may be noted that iam paying for your pakages without any use.
                                        Otherwise i'll go to consumer care and any other extend to get my consumer rights...
                                        And you should inform me all the action taken by you in the above case.

                                        And i won't recommend d2h to any one
