Regarding it i have called to customer care but not get satisfactory response from customer care & telling for Chargeable visit & this issue can be solved by customer care by using networking software, but they are dealing & forcing with service engg visit and it's chargeable.
    Why should I pay for application related issues ??

    Msy stb is stuck on Scanning Satellite st2 from today morning. The scanning process complete to 100 but no progress after that and there is no problem in stb itself
    I called customer support and talked to mr.amey the technical supervisor but he said the engineer will visit and it will cost me rs200 for the same.
    Why should i pay i already done recharge then for what u r asking money.
    This is so pathetic

      I register a complaint today in the morning, shahnawaz was the one who came in the evening to resolve the issue, during this he was clearing the pipe connected to indoor, due to the force he was putting the indoor came out of the wall, it is total his mistake and now he is saying i have to call installation people and get it fixed and has to pay for it, he was very rude and misbehaved, please take proper actions

        Hi team,

        I did recharge of 435 through paytm on march 7. I got the recharge successful message. Thing is that i already had balance when i recharged. That recharge should have reflected in my account but it didn't. The customer number is[protected]. My set top box is showing insufficient message. Kindly look into this on priority since my old balance is about to expire and new balance has not been reflected onto my account.

          My name is vijay m. Bhatewara from nashik district. We had purchased videocon lcd tv in the year 2010. We had availed for 'videocon paisa vasool offer' under which we were issued a bond of rs.12000/-. The bond matured after 7 years i. E.in 2017 and therefore to collect the bond maturity amount we contacted the videocon bmo, aurangabad and submitted the original bond certificate along with the required documents to their office by post on november 2017. The bond serial no. Is vg/0510/15106. After telephonic communication with their officials they confirmed that they received the bond and it is under process.
          But even after four months and regular follow-up we have still not received the bond maturity amount. Whenever we call them they say that we will have to buy a videocon product against the bond value. But we dont need any their product and when told so to them, they replied that they are not sure when the bond amount will be refunded and the time required for it is not certain.
          This is unfair as it was nowhere stated in the bond that we will have to purchase a videocon product in replacement of the bond value.
          Please solve this issue and refund the bond amount as soon as possible.

          After I filed the complained, immediately after 4-5 days I received the bond amount cheque by post from the company. I had already submitted the required documents to them before, so it didn't took much time.

              I register my complaint on 18th march 2018 with complaint no:-cha[protected] regarding my led tv is not working. Next day i visited service centre and they told me that some parts need to be replaced. But till today issue is not resolved, whenever i make contact with them they says that part us not send by the company yet. Very poor service of videocon. I made mistake by buying this product. When i complained in the service provider they are saying we have to pay the service charges when the problem is from their end as rest of the channels are working properly. If it was from our end than we should face the problem with all the channels rather than few particular channels.

                        I have been using videocon d2h for the last 8 years, but the service provided by the company is highly unacceptable. Last 2-3 days only hindi cinema channels and lifestyles channels such as zee cinema, star gold, history tv, discovery etc are not coming. Message on this channels are showing "signal not available", but whereas in jamshedpur it is hot weather and there is no sign of rain nor clouds. Yesterday, when i contacted the customer care, they said they have done everything from there end and now they cannot do anything, they can only send the service engineer which will be chargeable. But my question is why do i have to pay, which is not my fault. The problem is occuring from videoncon d2h ends. All the channels are coming fine except the mentioned channels. So, i request videocon d2h officials to rectify the problem as soon as possible if you want to retain your loyal customer.

                          Few days back i activated "1+1 hd english movies and enter addon" for 1 rupee in addon section of my account through online. Firstly, i thought its an offer but later i come to know its a fault from videocon d2h and you people showing 1 rupee for all addons but you are charging actual prices of it. This is not a good sign for u people. Remove my add-on as soon as possible. And i will attach screenshots of add-on section which is showing all packs for 1 rupee.

                          NOTE: ("actually the add-on section contain fault and it's showing all packs for 1rupee and that is the main problem happened that's why I activated English add-on but later come to know it's problem from ur side so you have to remove the add-on as soon as possible I will provide screenshots for proof").

                          We have file complain about this to company. It's about a month to file a complaint. Company is not doing our work. Company does not have parts. We want to return our TV set.company is closed and we have warranty for TV.
                          There is problem in electronic ckt. Suggest us how to resolved. wheather that electronic ckt card is available. What is its cost?

                          Send us where we will get electronic card give us address detail from where it can be purchased?

                              I have purchase videocon refrigerator from croma on 21/4/2016 also purchased extended warranty cover of 2 years. After 3 month i complaint about dent issue inside the refrigerator, that time they told me to call videocon service centre, so i registered complained gur[protected] to videocon. Videocon service engineers didn't fix by saying that this is due to weather.

                              After 1 year product is under extended warranty. At the time of purchase executive told me that they provide full body covers.
                              So i also again register complaint to croma service center, but their team rejected the complaint by saying that they only covers malfunctions under the extended warranty not full body. And also told me that product is rusted from inside due to which dent appeared inside the refrigerator, they don't cover physical damages.

                              So as they sold me poor product quality with fake commitments
                              I suggest don't buy products from croma stores. Also don't buy videocon products their service engineers don't know to fix their products.

                                Hello,

                                I'm a resident of sukhwani scarlet, on keshnand road, wagholi pune 412207. My society has a common are antenna.
                                I contacted the dealer for setting up 1 new and 1 existing connection. The technician visited my residence along with a electrician. I was charged rs.650 for wire fitting (Wire length was 10metrs) + charges for connecting it to the distributor box + visiting charges + cost of new set top box. When i questioned this the tech argued stating that customers need to pay these. I responded by telling that the company website has all the charges and what he's charging me is unacceptable.

                                I want to report this mal practice by videocon service providers. The technician was from lohegaon isp, his name was mausin and his contact number is :[protected]
                                I had tried to raise this concern with customercare but have been unsuccessful.

                                    This is santosh inani and i am using videocon d2h from last 3 years and suddenly from yesterday i am getting an error message on my screen saying signal not available. When i called your customer service, first he asked me to wait for 10mins to resolve this problem, but its not fixed. Then when i called today your agent told me that i need to pay rs 200 to your service enginner for his visit. This is absolutely not acceptable from you guys. I would never pay extra for you guys mistake and now seriously i am thinking of moving to another service provider. Please revert me back asap, before i throw away your box and dish from my house. My cust id is[protected] and my phone number is [protected]

                                    I am going to call for your service engineer to resolve this issue in another 24 hours. It really hurts that i need to pay rs 200 to him for no fault of mine. I will wait till my subscription expire and would break all my commitments with videocon because of your pathetic service

                                      Sir i forget and losted my registored mobile no because i had 1 year recharge so there is no need of that no but at that time recharge is not possible without rejistored no sir i am very soory but plzz solve my problem as soon as possible it might be a little problem for u but me it is a big problem sir kindly register my new no on my card no [protected] and sr no[protected]
