Madam/ sir,
I would like to draw your kind attenton that i have purchased videocon mobile, model no. Videocon graphier 1 from nad communication, jamuria, burdwan, w. B., pin - 713336 (Mobile no.- [protected]) by paying rs. 4, 900 on 12.05.2017. But before expiry of even 01 year it became defective as display is not functioning, always a shadow is coming on the screen. As a result i can’t use my handset. I went to the shop but they informed us that presently there is no service centre in jamuria or asansol. However after several requests the shopkeeper took my handset and sent it to a service centre in durgapur area (W. B.) about 03 weeks ago. Till date i.’ve not got my handset. It is within warranty period.
Kindly co-ordinate with the shopkeeper and arrange to return my handset in usable/good condition without further delay.
