My videocon mobile (Imei - no. [protected]) was given for necessary servicing (Under warranty period) on 19.08.2017 at apace sollutions guwahati - 781005 which is a recognized service centre by the videocon moblie company but they have not yet returned back my mobile till date, i. E - 20.11.2017. I have contacted them so many times and written e-mail also but they are still unable to give any reply about the mobile....

star sports select sd1 and select sd2 not available

Select sd1 and select sd2 are available in every other platform and still videocon has not brought it to their list of channels. When every one is telling about future is football and stuff. The channel which shows premier league is still unavailable in videocon. When we call the customer care. They are clueless about the existence of such a channel poor service from videocon....

tv under warranty is not working. customer service neglects complaint.

My videocon 42 inch led tv which was brought with 3 years extended warranty, suddenly stopped working on 1st august 2017.
I called the customer care on 8th august 2017 after which an engineer was assigned to solve this problem.
The engineer arrived on 12th august 2017 and opened up the tv, took photographs of the tv parts and went away.
Almost a month passed and i got no response from the engineer and videocon services....
