But now they close channel sony ten hd and say that to ropen tjis channel give extra money and also say that this channel was close due to their new policy but this policy was not available when i rechage on my cabel and now they give only one channel

    Madam/ sir,
    I would like to draw your kind attenton that i have purchased videocon mobile, model no. Videocon graphier 1 from nad communication, jamuria, burdwan, w. B., pin - 713336 (Mobile no.- [protected]) by paying rs. 4, 900 on 12.05.2017. But before expiry of even 01 year it became defective as display is not functioning, always a shadow is coming on the screen. As a result i can’t use my handset. I went to the shop but they informed us that presently there is no service centre in jamuria or asansol. However after several requests the shopkeeper took my handset and sent it to a service centre in durgapur area (W. B.) about 03 weeks ago. Till date i.’ve not got my handset. It is within warranty period.
    Kindly co-ordinate with the shopkeeper and arrange to return my handset in usable/good condition without further delay.

      So i immediately called videocon d2h customer care and as confirmed with your customer care it is wrongly credited in to someone else account mr. Virender,

        My videocon d2h id is:[protected], i have made an online payment in videocon d2h site for 3 months pack for rs. 1, 350/- on[protected] at 10:33 am thru sbi debit card. The amount of rs. 1, 350/- was debited in my account but it was not recharged. And till not the amount was not refunded to my account. Several times i have called to customer care of videocon d2h, they would say that the amount rs. 1, 350/- has already been reversed to your account on[protected] with transaction id was: 40651405 which is not credited to my account. Hence it is requested to find out the amount rs. 1, 350/- which account it has been credited.

          I am having d2h connection since it was launched and i am facing certain issues with the d2h. I called up your call center and spoke with manjinder singh sr. Supervisor punjab center & vijay partap they are not able to resolve my compliant and asking me for unnecessary charges which in my earlier service queries has never been charged where in engineer has also visited my residence earlier now you are asking for charges. I asked him that if you are asking for any unnecessary charges so i am having 6 connections at my house i would like to withdraw all the connections and give it yo your competitors they dont even feel once that the customer is leaving them they dint even once apologized and tried retaining the customer. They are so adamant and rude in their behavior that it doesnt matter to them if i withdraw all my 6 connections.

          Is this the way your customer service behaves and treat your customers???

          I think that you have so many customers now that you dont value the old and loyal customers.

          I want the resolution and these executives to be removed immediately as they are not compatible for the customer service.

          I need strict action to be taken against manjinder singh sr. Supervisor punjab center & vijay partap

          If i dont get the proper resolution i will make a written complaint to consumer forum as i pay for my services and ask for the compensation as well

              Hello team,

              My customer id is[protected]

              I am getting error e04-4 smart card error, when i called your call center i was told that they are running some command in background which will reset the box, but nothing happend.

              Then i was told that they will send a tech to check for this issue, for which i have to pay rs 200.

              Last month, i had same issue for which tech visited, positioned the disc again post which my issue was resolved.

              My concern is that if there is smart card error which indicates hardware is faulty, then why i am able to view videocon home channels.

              Is this some sort of fraud racket that videocon is running to loot customers.

              Can you explain my queries???

                Previously i ve complaint on 12th nov and rply fro u i. E. Videocon came to email u abt my problems in detail. I ve sent email to u at [protected]@vgmail.in 5 days ago but still no response came from ur side. Its clearly seen that intentionaly u r not responsing to the promised services. Just fooling around customers. I ve also attached a video file of the malfunctioning of my washing machine so that u can help me but in vain. I ve been suffering o[censored]r services since almost 1 year. Now m fed up & sorry to say that but m bound to file case against dis in d consumer court.

                    Customer id 55558831 name: mahesh videocon setup box in my house isn't working so i called customer care and registered a complaint, they sent an engineer he replaced the box with another box he took 400 rs. For visiting 200 rs. And for setup box 200 rs. And said to us that it will work or activate in 1 hour but it is also not working, i called to customer care and said this issue, they said they will send engineer again for free of cost and replace it. Then i called the same engineer who gave the setup box he is saying there is no problem with the setup box it has to be activated it will take 3 days. Then i asked him that you said it will be activated in 1 hour but now you are saying it takes 3 days to activate then he says that it has to be done from service side what can i do. They are just playing with there customers. I was thinking about the cable operators who use to provide service better for one or the other reasons they stay in our neighbourhood we can question them and bring them but these d2h people are untrustworthy people. Videocon service is worst they charge for service but provides worst service and after charging they say we will send an engineer for free of cost.

                      I purchased a led smart tv of videocon in diwali offer worth 67000/-. The only reason i decided to take the chance with videocon was because of the 5 years warranty. One day after 2 years, the tv went dead while watching. The technician said that replacement parts are not available and so the case for replacement if tv was forwarded. After struggling with the company for 4 months. A tv was delivered to my house. On checking it was found that the tv box was open. The tv was damaged, half if the accessories were missing. Pictures of the same was clicked and sent to company again. They now deny to replace the tv, or proceed with the case. The branch manager now does not pick up my call. The missing accessories like stand, wall mount will be provided on payment. This is my worse experience with any brand ever. And now after reading other complaints, i feel that other customers have also gone through the same. An advice to all, say no to such companies

                        My videocon mobile (Imei - no. [protected]) was given for necessary servicing (Under warranty period) on 19.08.2017 at apace sollutions guwahati - 781005 which is a recognized service centre by the videocon moblie company but they have not yet returned back my mobile till date, i. E - 20.11.2017. I have contacted them so many times and written e-mail also but they are still unable to give any reply about the mobile.

                            Select sd1 and select sd2 are available in every other platform and still videocon has not brought it to their list of channels. When every one is telling about future is football and stuff. The channel which shows premier league is still unavailable in videocon. When we call the customer care. They are clueless about the existence of such a channel poor service from videocon.

                              Customer care person told be your bt dongle is not supported, please buy bt csr 4.0 dongle. When i purchased same & checked on stb still its not working.

                              After that technical team person from videocon d2h saying that stb (Hd6666-rf) is not supporting any bluetooth dongle.

                              What is going on? Why customer care person told ne buy new version bt dongle once again?

Just one month validity of the connections we need to call service engineer and have to pay 200 rs also the components have been overc harged and the lnb which costs 200 rs is charged 400. Thewre is no bill whatever the dth says its final. Two connectors mere 100 rs were charged to me at 800 rs. Videocon being indian brand looting its customers

                                      My videocon 42 inch led tv which was brought with 3 years extended warranty, suddenly stopped working on 1st august 2017.
                                      I called the customer care on 8th august 2017 after which an engineer was assigned to solve this problem.
                                      The engineer arrived on 12th august 2017 and opened up the tv, took photographs of the tv parts and went away.
                                      Almost a month passed and i got no response from the engineer and videocon services. On 26th september 2017 i called the customer care again, where i was informed that the prior complaint was closed.
                                      I was shocked, because the complaint was not resolved and still they closed it.
                                      On the advise of the customer care executive, i reopened the complaint. They said an engineer would come to investigate the tv problem, which never happened.
                                      I somehow managed to find the service head of the area i live in who said that my tv would be replaced after an engineer comes again and clicks pictures of the tv yet again.
                                      Its 15th november 2017 and still my tv has not been replaced.

                                        I have 2 videocon d2h connection
                                        30198156 and[protected] when i logg on to website it show details of 30198156 this is surrender by me so please delete it
                                        Due to this custom it i can not access our new id[protected]
                                        In both login user id is same
                                        Please delete this is from 30198156
                                        When we get new connection with customer id[protected] i request to customer care representative to delete my old i'd and assign it to new one he asign it and i use this 1st month but there afterwards company update his website it causes reassign my user id to old customer id
                                        Now problem is that same user id for 2 customer id and when i try to open it shows always details of old id
                                        But i want to use details of new i'd
                                        I'd details given below

                                        Old customer id is 30198156
                                        User id is ashif. [protected]@gmail.com

                                        New customer id is[protected]
                                        User id is ashif. [protected]@gmail.com

                                        In both customer id user id is same
                                        So this problem occurs
                                        If you delete user id from old customer id i. E 30198156
                                        And reset new one i. E[protected]
