Hi,

I am videocon dth subscription with id 43290079

I had purchased dvr by paying rs.6500 and i used it for some time.

Now, this device is not working and it got replaced by normal setup box by paying again rs.400 which has lots of issues, like no simulatanously recording like we had in dvr, no arrangement of favorites channel, very irritating way to fast forward, rewind record play… in short this is total crap i had ever seen before.

Most company make improvement in products, but this product with model 6666 is total crap. It takes lots of steps to rewinding, forward and then again play. After paying 6900 i got a product which is available easily in market of all other company for just[protected]

I paid for the costliest product available in your company and now i got cheapest product

I contacted local engineer but they are saying there is no way to escape from this irritating position.

I require dvr for which i had paid for or else kindly arrange for refund of by this product and if possible then refund of my 2nd connection also.

    From sunday (07/01/18) around 12:00 pm on wards, the picture (Black screen displayed) and sound are not working in my tv, but the channel name / program name are displayed. Today (08/01/18) i have given the complaint and the technician came to my home and rectified (He did restart / enter the password) then he charged rs 200/-. I refused to pay the money due following reason.
    1. He didn't change any spare.
    2. There is no fault in my receiver or set up box.
    3. This technical issue is purely from videocon.

    Meanwhile you have cut the money from service and the service was terminated.
    Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I am getting many calls daily from DTH services. although i blocked the numbers by TRUECALLER, there are different numbers from DTH, i am getting daily calls which disturbs me and are like frustrated.

    I would like to remove the DTH connection and throw out and i would not require anymore.

      Rf remote control of my videocon d2h stb is unpair frequently. I have complained for it and their visitor asked to change the remote and i have changed the remote but same issue with the new remote control also.
      If it is a buggy product then company should resolve the issue and change it free of cost. I don't know what is the issue with stb or with rf remote control.
      I need a permanent solution for this issue.

        My father is a current subscriber of video con d2h. His customer id is 3490246. The subscription is registered under the name of ramesh dv. He is no longer in our contact. I successfully however changed the registered phone number with the help of costomer care but i am not able to change the name. So i request you to change the name to lohit ramesh, which is my brother's name as he is using and paying for this customer id. I am mentioning it below again.

            Received an replacement tv after logging a complain against it since last 6 months.
            Mr. Sangram panchal, who promised to provide replacement tv with similar feature of inbuilt setup or, installation charges will be atken care by him.
            But he just asked for a difference amount of 5000 rs and i have to spend additional service charges + setup installation charges.
            Why should a customer pay 10k extra bucks, when you have an active warranty.
            Stop cheating cusotmers and please respond.
            After this step i can take this issue to consumer court.

              I have several times call to the customer care in fact 5 times from 20th dec 2017 to 1st jan 2018 but till now i have no results. They always told me that they forwarding the same. But no one able to give me the reason for that, although the company has the policy to do the work within 24 hours of request. But after 2 weeks no one give the damn care to resolve this.

                I seen so much complaints on this topic from 2 years but videocon ind always give us a single copy paste answers to all of them. If other networks provider companies have these 2 channel then why you don’t. We are pay for all channels. Some major sports events telecast on these two channels but bcoz i have your d2h connection i’m unable to watch these events. I will change your connection and i suggesting to all consumers who disappointed by your services please change your service provider. Videocon is wrost d2h service.

                  I submitted my request for repair of my vediocon fridge on 27th of this month. It took one full day to provide service code and i received service code no. R28209 on 28th. The mechanic came and dismantled the fridge on 28th, took some parts and vanished for three days. He returned on 30th after several phone calls because the parts were not available with videocon. Ultimately the parts would not fit because he said ours is old model (7 year old) and he cut the wire, and joined the old part with gum tape and fixed. This leaves room for short circuit and future damage.

                  Therefore, i request videocon to
                  1. Keep sufficient stock of parts.
                  2. Produce parts for old models also (7 year is not very old)
                  3 please instruct the mechanic to show the new parts to the customer before unpacking. The mechanic is supposed to show me the new parts before installing or opening the packet. I am not sure whether he really bought the parts, i am paying for.
                  4. Reasonably price the parts (The heater coil costs rs.850 against market price of 550). The servicing cost me rs. 2250.

                      I got a money back certificate for an amount of inr 11000/-, on purchasing a dth sattellite lcd tv model 3204 on 07/06/2010.

                      It is ready for maturity since[protected] years and 11 months), i have already send the required bond document to the

                      Which was received on 22 july 2017. I called them to discuss the status of the situation and was told that i will receive the sum in 2 months from that date, but i am sorry to inform you that it's been 5 months and am yet to receive information regarding the same. My phones were not picked since that date. My customer number is 12313003. Kindly respond to my plea and generate the said amount.

                          The machenic ia telling to pay visit charges of rs.590
                          Why shud i pay the charge under warranty @ 3 years during purchase i have not informed such details or else i will file case in consumer court against vijay sales as well as videocon company
                          I am expecting to solve the issue as soon as poaaible without any charges waiting for reply

                          Something wrong & trying to force user's to pay for the same.

                            My consumer number is[protected] my set top box is damaged as per your engineer... Engineer misbehaved, spoke rudely & left without solving the problem
                            I was informed by the cust care exec to pay 400 rs for getting a replacement, but your engineers demanded 1200 rs... Why?
                            I'm v. Upset & dissatisfied by this kind of service & commitment from a branded company videocon.. I will disconnect this service if my problem is not solved with nominal charges of 400 rs.. & i will never ever recommend your brands to anybody....

                            I HAVE ALREADY PAID 1200 RS FOR A BOX REPLACEMENT & I DEMAND FOR A REFUND OF 800 RS THAT I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO PAY EXTRA I was informed by the cust care exec to pay 400 rs for getting a replacement, but your engineer demanded 1200 rs... Why?

                                14 mails sent to the [protected]@d2h.com since a month now - no one is bother to reply.
                                I got a call from the escalation team name neerja and monty number [protected] from delhi on 22nd nov and 2nd dec. They
                                Told the case is is open and will get back to me but after that 20 days gone none bother to reply or call.
                                I called up to the customer care but they don't have any clue of the mails as they are the voice department. Spoke with several people again and again but the result is call disconnection form them. I have all the call recordings regarding the same that was discussed. If you want i can provide if asked.

Accordingly a certificate was given for redemption of rs.10, 000 after 6 years and 11 months. The certificate was submitted by speed post on 27.05.17 to paithan office, dist: aurangabad vide acknw.
