My videocon 42 inch led tv which was brought with 3 years extended warranty, suddenly stopped working on 1st august 2017.
I called the customer care on 8th august 2017 after which an engineer was assigned to solve this problem.
The engineer arrived on 12th august 2017 and opened up the tv, took photographs of the tv parts and went away.
Almost a month passed and i got no response from the engineer and videocon services. On 26th september 2017 i called the customer care again, where i was informed that the prior complaint was closed.
I was shocked, because the complaint was not resolved and still they closed it.
On the advise of the customer care executive, i reopened the complaint. They said an engineer would come to investigate the tv problem, which never happened.
I somehow managed to find the service head of the area i live in who said that my tv would be replaced after an engineer comes again and clicks pictures of the tv yet again.
Its 15th november 2017 and still my tv has not been replaced.

    I have 2 videocon d2h connection
    30198156 and[protected] when i logg on to website it show details of 30198156 this is surrender by me so please delete it
    Due to this custom it i can not access our new id[protected]
    In both login user id is same
    Please delete this is from 30198156
    When we get new connection with customer id[protected] i request to customer care representative to delete my old i'd and assign it to new one he asign it and i use this 1st month but there afterwards company update his website it causes reassign my user id to old customer id
    Now problem is that same user id for 2 customer id and when i try to open it shows always details of old id
    But i want to use details of new i'd
    I'd details given below

    Old customer id is 30198156
    User id is ashif. [protected]@gmail.com

    New customer id is[protected]
    User id is ashif. [protected]@gmail.com

    In both customer id user id is same
    So this problem occurs
    If you delete user id from old customer id i. E 30198156
    And reset new one i. E[protected]

        Dear sir,
        Under my customer id no.[protected] i have foll individual products only one of which i want to continue and rest 3 to be discontinued. Let me know the procedure to do the same since i have been conveying the same to your call center, followed by an earlier email sent, followed by a stb complaint today.

        Product no. Future recharge/discontinue

        4. [protected] to be re - charged

        I would like to recharge only the 4k hd product at sr no 4 in above list.
        Since i your software does not have facility to recharge individual products or change the package of individual products under a common customer and account no., i had conveyed this to your call center since more than 6 months.
        Since i did not receive any response, i have already installed tata sky, replacing one of the above product.

        Now i will give you one more month to set my customer id, account id, so that i can charge /recharge any product or change package of the product individually, based on my usage

        Also i want to recharge the 4k hd product only out of above 4 products.

        I will wait for another month for you to do so, and after which i will completely switch to tata sky based on your very poor customer service, very poor online software for recharging. I have already lost more than rs10, 000=00 as i was told by your call center that you can individually charge, only by recharging the entire 4 products at least for a month which i did continuously 4 to 5 times.
        I have recorded all these conversations with your call center.

        Let me know before i go to the d2h regulator for further action after launching a consumer complaint.

          I bought a videocon fully automatic top load washing machine on 4th dec 2016. Bt aftr few months it started malfunctioning. Twice i complaint about the problem and twice there service man came but could not fix the problem. 3rd time when i complaint, the same serviceman came but still could not fix the problem and over that also took the service code from us and closed the complaint reporting as okay. After that once i went to the store from where i bought and made complaint through them but that time not a single day any serviceman came. After that i msgd many times for service but no reply came from videocon. Being fed up i again went last time to the store and from there took videocons complaint number and registered complaint on 30th oct 2017, and the next day the same serviceman came and changed the water inlet valve and after that he asked for the service code but i refused to give him and said that i ll give only after i check and be satisfied. When i checked the same problem again and i called the serviceman and said him and after that he said that he is not understanding about the problem so any other serviceman will come on tuesday. On wednesday i went to the store again and said them everything aftrwghich they gave me the contact number of the area service manager mr. Gurpreet. I called him and said evrything after which he said that he will talk to the service man who came earlier and inform me. This incident was on 9/11/2017 and today is 12/11/2017.in between these days i ve called him numerous times but he did not receive a single time. Even many a times i found call waiting which clearly signifies that intentionaly he is avoiding my call. Intentionaly they are avoiding this service as because next month on 4th dec my warranty will be over. Please look into this matter and i want videocon to learn to give good service.           Please help me out as intentionaly videocon is playing cunning games with its customer.

          I ve sent email to u at [protected]@vgmail.in 5 days ago but still no response came from ur side. Its clearly seen that intentionaly u r not responsing to the promised services. Just fooling around customers. I ve also attached a video file of the malfunctioning of my washing machine so that u can help me but in vain. I ve been suffering o[censored]r services since almost 1 year. Now m fed up & sorry to say that but m bound to file case against dis in d consumer court.

              Incident : volume of tv suddenly stop working
              Part changed on 25th oct and again on 30th oct it stop working, again complaint raised on 31st which is attended on 2nd nov by tekcare india pvt. Ltd. But technician said that the mother board is damaged and even the tv stop working, there is a problem of sound bar which were replaced but that while repairing mother board also damaged.in just three years of time these are the issues which i am facing.

              I tried reaching mr. Narayan also who is a service head of branch but he never picked up a phone nor even call back and i also dropped him a multiple messages but no revert.

              I have written in twitter many time the only revert which i get in twitter from videocon is "that they have informed their service team and they will contact me soon" and this soon is about 15 days.

              Due to non availability of tv for last 15 days, my 4 year old son get addicted of mobile phone for watching cartoon and playing games.

              I will raise the complaint in consumer forum now

              I called to videocon today and the guy mahantej he behaves likes a stupid he doesn't even know how talk with the customers such an idiot he is.i called them to deactivate my add-on but they are telling stories

                  Complaint regarding my washing machine has been filled on 22/10/2017 and complaint no BAN[protected] was assigned. A service centre person has visited and said there is issue in PCB which needs to be replaced. According he is brought one PCB bill for the same is attached herewith. After replacing the PCB also machine was not working hence he took the PCB and assured that he will replace with good one. Whenever I call him he says on one hour I am coming but he never came till today
                  The issue was raised to branch manager vidiocon on mobile no.[protected] however he also failed to resolve the issue. You are requested to intervene in the issue. In case you are not able to resolve please provide contact mail of appropriate authority.

                  Till today the complaint is not resolved. It appears the company is least bothered about after sale service. They gave a date of 28th November but no result. I request your blog to take up the issue till their Board of Directors so such a unfreindly behaviour with customers. What effort I have put for this service would have purchased at least 10 such washing machine. Very sorry

                      We had purchased this 3d led smart tv around 1.5 years ago which is still under warranty suddenly went off due to some technical issue and we had logged a complain on which the company said they cannot repair the set so will replace it.

                      But later they are sending us lower grade models that are almost 28% less the mrp of our model and not even ready to extend the warranty nor are ready to issue the refund for 3 months now.

                      Besides they don't even answer our calls or revert to the messages.

                      We either need warranty extension for one year at least over the model vnv50q549sa (Worth mrp 72990) if that is what we will receive it. Else we want refund on our model (Vkr40qx-zs priced around 95, 000 at the time of purchase).

                        I have purchased videocon tv from gulati electronics on march'2017. And few days later there was issue with the tv screen. Despite registering the complain there is no response from the videocon local emp nor the dealer is supporting. I'm getting harassed by them from last two months. Please find the complain no's - luc[protected], which is closed by them without resolving the concern. The new complain registered is luc[protected]. Kindly help me getting the repair done. Your support would be highly appreciated.

                          I am your existing customer since last 4 year. My id number is 74492126. I am resident of cavery apartment a1 903 gomati nagar vistar lucknow. Yesterday i made a request for an other connection to your local office. They sent mr muzzamil for this job. Starting his efforts were to use his wire on the pretext of your wire is short and joint is not advisable. They installed existing and new on same antina. They charged rs 2000/. For 41 meters rs 492/.+ 340/ for joiner and connector +999/ for set box without any receipt. When he demanded rs 950/ for installation, i refused to pay without receipt. I tried to know from your customer care number. The response was very disappointing. Please resolve

                            I had sent the bond for rs.12000/- on 25/05/17 thru speed post on their paithan address. I wrote 4-5 mails on [protected]@vgmail.in. My money back certificate no. Is vg/0510/32169 dt. 006/07/2010 to be matured after 6 years 11 months.

                            No response from videocon industries ltd. It is a clearcut cheating by the company.

                              In less than a year of purchasing an led tv from videocon, the sensor in the motherboard is damaged. Cannot even use the remotes.

                              I have continuously called, complained, followed up - with the technician as well as the area office.

                              It has been 10 days and none of their representatives have any idea when they will get the replacement part. How are there no parts available?? Or is the problem so common that they have run out?

                              Still waiting for the tv to be fixed

                                Sir, i bought my television on december 11, 2014 and the tv got spoiled on july 2017 which i compiled the customer care on 16th august and came and watched the tv and said that the tv should be replaced and went with the tv and said we will come to the tv in 15 days, but despite repeated contact, their headoffice aurangabad, noida and customer care have contracted everyone, but my tv has not come so far, so i am worried you've been a complaint and they will reach tomorrow speak when i talk, it was about 3 months while today i am certain supporting documents sent to you.

                                    Now i am using relance dish, as per a message received from vediocon i condacted to the said mobile, yesterday a custamer care exi; called me and gave the detailes to change the connection to vediocon and also told " to pay only rs.235/ only and smart card of reliance dish and told the technition will come at2.30pm and install the system without any payment... But today the distributer called me to pay rs435/ he is not ready to install without this additional rs200/ what is this please solve this problem and install the connection as early as possible

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        I had bought a videocon smart ddb led vju40fh18xahfda bearing serial no.[protected] from vijay sales at mira bhayandar, dist. Thane 401107 outlet on 19th april, 2016 (Around 18 months ago) with the 1+2 years extended warranty.
                                        On 29th october, 2017 around 6pm suddenly the image was disappeared & only the output was audio - instead of audio & video (Fault is no image). I raised the compliant with customer care on same date i. E. 29th october, 2017 my compliant no. Is tha[protected] & it is also serviced by mr. Vikash (Contact t no. [protected]) on 1st nov, 2017. He visited my place & asked me rs.800+18% gst= rs.944 as visiting charges & he took some photographs of the television & told me the snapshots will be forwarded to company & company will reply by 2nd nov, 2017 around 12pm. If they confirm to repair the tv then he will inform us or it will take around 12000/- to replace the panel if we want to replace it.
                                        I asked him company should replace it free of cost as it is in warranty period & the case is not of physical damage as we were already aware the 75% of led television are repaired due to no image problem.
                                        After visit i am in touch with mr. Vikash on daily basis weather had he got any reply from company, he simply said ‘no’, may be get up to tomorrow, the same answer he used to reply. I also called customer care support for information but they said it is pending & didn’t have more information about this; they just send the reminder call to my local service centre & asked me to wait for 24 hours. Now i am totally frustrated what the hell service is provided by videocon, they just bother to collect the service charges on 1st first after that customer may go to hell – company is not at all bothered after sale service.
                                        Today after 5 days still the query is pending no one knows why the company is not yet replied.
                                        But yet no information is provided by customer care support or service centre of mira-bhayandar that in warranty period why i should i pay charges for parts. It should be replaced free of cost during the warranty period & when it will be replaced (How many more days required to replace the panel)
                                        I hope the above information will be enough for the videocon team to solve my complaint for replace of panel if required to make tv in working condition.

                                        Just now i had also contact the customer care on 3940 40 40 but they said the status of the complaint is just 'PENDING' it is not showing anything else, they asked to wait for 24 hours & the Engineer will contact me tomorrow for the status, I called this no. Daily & same request is taken by the your company but the person never contact me.
                                        one more thing PANEL IS NOT BROKED if your system is showing break that means engineer had filed wrong report to company.
                                        HE WANTS TO GET MONEY FROM ME. Company should take this seriously, engineers like this is just SPOILING THE GOODWILL OF THE VIDEOCON. For me i will never refer videocon to any one nor will I buy.
