My t v is under warranty but it is not working. It shows smart card not inserted properly. I have made many calls to the customer care and d2h customer care but no one came for repair. D2h people says this is the complaint of the t v so call the t v customer. I called the t v customer care and also registered online complaint but no response yet. Please correct this as quick as possible

      I bought Videcon LED 50 inch smart TV in Nov 2015 and paid for extended warranty. On 02-Jul-2017 I registered complain no MUM[protected] because I was unable to access Internet programs on my TV. Problem did not get sorted. By Aug 5th, my TV was not even starting. I again called up Customer service and have since been chasing up with them unremittingly and unavailingly

      Upshot - after paying through my nose for a high end TV and paying also for extended warranty, I have made do without a TV for the last 6 weeks. I have no clue when this situation will change if at all. Over and above that, I have suffered the indignity and aggravation o[censored]mpteen unanswered or unattended follow-up calls, broken promises, lack of interest and response and complete apathy towards my situation. In effect, I have, as a customer, paid in money, paid in time and paid in effort -all of which have been wasted and I have definitely not received what I have paid for

        Product info: vidiocon led 32' ddb, in may 2015 with 3 year promised warranty.

        Pl. Go through the my earlier mail & regarding poor quality of videocon, ones again got problem in my led 32’ tv, this is highly concerning and business as usual, because current progress is very pathetic against product & gives no confidence on your efforts.
        Now mother board has been failed after checking your customer representative.
        Secondly i prior inform to you that i fed up or completely upset yours product as well as my whole family, so therefor i want to go consumer forum for justice, because every time i have to pay, who comes to check.

        Poor product related to service
        I was purchases vidiocon led 32' ddb, in may 2015 with 3 year promised warranty, as the days progressed, the problem grew, some time power circuit gone, after some days went out again, gradually the problem started growing and all these had become much disturbed me.

        Now again these product kept in service center of vidiocon for repair purpose, like picture visibility not available.
        I am very trouble, so pl. I don't want such product of vidiocon in my life.

                Hello readers,

                I had purchased a ac from videocon on 5june 2017, i want to buy voltas ac (5 star, 1.5ton 37000rs) but due to high price i bought from videocon due to very low price (29999rs). Selling at lower prices is a trick by videocon.

                I understood this trick (Sell ac cheaper and no after sale service) just one week before (5sep 2017) when my ac was not working and showing a error "e2". I checked the booklet for the error and got the information that the prob. Was due to temperature sensor.

                I contacted customer care and they registered a complian. I got the message below-

                05th sep 2017
                "dear customer your reference no is pat[protected] pl give response code r98577, if receive call within 1 hr. For online amc visit www.vgservice.co.in"

                After one hour i got another message

                Pat[protected] will be serviced by arjun[protected], svc point [protected] provide scode xxxxxx only if satisfactory job done, appt dt-06/09/17, 11:00am

                After that i got a call from service center, may be a technician

                He asked about the problem and the told me, "sir your wire has been cut by rat and you have to pay for this". I was completely shocked and told him to visit first in presence of me and show this".

                He did't came. Next day i got a message-
                07th sep 2017
                Pat[protected] will be serviced by deepak[protected], svc point [protected] provide scode s25899 only if satisfactory job done, appt dt-06/09/17, 11:00am

                I again got the call and same rat wire story repeated without visiting.

                After that one other person called on 10th sep, he told me that i will come in evening but did't came, when i called him in night he told me that i will come in early morning.in morning when he did't came i called him the he told me that i will come and do the work but he did't came.

                After that i called customer care then he provide me two numbers

                C care told me that these person are the head of service center and send technicians, i called both numbers but the are not receiving calls. However second person rajesh received and send a technician on 11th sep 6.45pm.

                The technician first went near outdoor unit and tried to leak some gas and send my brother to bring the bill who was watching his work.
                After that he checked indoor unit did something (By pressing temperature sensor) and told that problem was with remote control.

                He also told that some gas should be added costs 1200rs.

                Ok, then he went from my home.

                Just after 30mins the prob was same error"e2"

                I called him yesterday on 11th sep and he told me that i will come in morning today on 12th sep but has not come.

                The interesting matter is that the head of the service center still not receiving call as number given above atul and rajesh.

                So, i rquest you videocon company person please serioulsy look into the complain and solve soon, 7day has been passed.
                According to my knowledge by replacing temp. Sensor will solve the issues, which will take not more that 30mins.

                No action has been taken yet, i am still waiting in this hot summer without AC, which is just 3months old(Videocon AC) and repairing will take maximum of 30mins.

                My complain was registered on 5th
                sep. Today is the 10th day of complain.

                    I had purchased a videocon led vkc50fh tv from vijay sales surat under an agreement of 5 years warranty.
                    Invoice no - 226-sur10-14si 921

                    Tv failed under warranty, i lodged a complaint for the same on 16th july’17. Service request no sur[protected] was generated.

                    After 2 months of lodging complaint, i don’t know when will my tv be replaced?
                    How can someone believe your warranty system, if to settle a warranty i have to do one-way communications and no response from other side? Every-time i call, i am given a new date only. But not getting any positive response.

                    Please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

                          Please delete my mobile number [protected] from your system. I am getting n numbers of reminder calls and sms for some person on which this number is registered. But actually this is my company's sim card which was not supposed to be that person they are mentioning. I complained a lot whenever they call to ask for recharge but no point.

                            Hi,

                            This is to inform you that, my 40" led tv, mirage plus full hd (3 years old with 5years warranty) is not functioning properly from last 2 months, display problem in led. This is becoming a big issue as none of your executive are responding. They are giving fake assurance of replacement past 2 months. Today your team has sent a delivery boy with another led tv (Same model).. But that was also a defective one, lines are seen in display when switched on. More over it seems to be a refurbished one instead a new tv.
                            I want justice to this videocon product.. Made in india.

                            I request the concerned team to look into this issue immediately. However tv is serving a warranty of 5 years. Hence there should not be a problem of replacement.

                              Sir my videocon led screen not working so i complaint the service center before 7 month. My led is a warrenty but the service center or company not interest my problem.                                 My customer id is 72621556 since last few days i am facing following problems with videocon d2h :
                                I could not watch my subscribed channels on their respective channel number. When i changed channel to ‘discovery channel’ the banner shows the correct name but actually it is showing some d2h home 1 and this is happening for more than 4-5 channels.
                                Other problem is, time to time they use to update the software of my device, i think this migth be the problem of channel mismatch, my operator is about to send a technical person to resolve the problem but the operator executive told me to pay the applicable amount (I have completed 1 year of warranty), i think this is wrong to ask charges, if this problem exists due to software updates, please give me a solution.

                                  Star sports network have launched the sd versions of their select hd channels which will broadcast international sports (Which is good news for sd subscribers). Currently it is broadcasting england vs west indies cricket test matches. However, videocon d2h has not yet added this channel to its platform while most other major service providers have. We are deprived of watching these international events. Not adding these channels do not pretend and write as "resolved" we are trying etc.

                                  Customers grievance quoting to add these channels date back to aug 5 2017 is yet to be redressed. If not added we shall be compelled to switch over to other dth service providers or else lodge complaints before ministry of information and broadcasting, govt. Of india, citing how our grievance not given due importance.

                                  Coming india vs australia one day series and t20 events will come up in star sports select 2. So act proactively... So that there would be no resentment among the viewers.

                                    It's a pity that even after subscribing to the highest package videocon d2h is not providing star sports select 1 & select 2. So i'll be missing matches of premier league, which are being broadcasted on those channels. Videocon clearly is way behind in terms of adaptability to companies like tatasky & airtel & dishtv. Deactivating my both subscriptions if these channels are not being provided sooner.

                                      I have recharged d2h for one year through online in the month of apr 17. Their is no signal for a particular timing from 06:30 am to approx 11:30 am. It has happen twice within in three months. Today since morning there is no signal. I am using setup box were as display shows : the smart card is not inserted properly. But smart card is not used by me and if set box is u/s then why signal breaks for a particular timing.

                                      The complain is lodged for second time, first time i cancelled the complain as the issue was resolved within a week automatically. But for last two days the issue has raised again.

                                      The customer care tried to resolve online but failed. He replied with a rubbish answer saying that your card may have some problem, if card has a problem then it should not work permanently, why signals fails for a particular timing. There was no answer by him.

                                      I request my 4700/- rs to be refunded because till the time i was doing monthly recharge there was no problem but as soon as i have recharged for a year the problem has started.

                                      It shows the company is cheating the customer by giving offers.

                                        The customer service of videocon d2h is quoting that "they'll add the channel based on customer base's demand". Probably this is their way of "avoiding" the customer's actual demands. All other major dth providers are broadcasting the star sports select sd channels. Moreover, even local cable tv providers have added these two channels. Just don't understand why videocon d2h is fooling it's customer base by not broadcasting star sports select sd 1 and 2. This way they are forcing people to migrate to other dth providers. The english premier league (Epl), bundesliga and f1 racing will supposedly will air on star sports select channels. If by that they don't add these two channels i'll move on any other dth service. So kindly brodcast these two channels as soon as possible.
