I'm complaining about exception of star sports select sd on videocon d2h. Star sports select 1&2 are 2 new channels provided by star india. They broadcast epl and bundes liga also tennis and f1. These channels are provided by other dish services and cable operators but not by videocon d2h. It would be delightful if videocon add these two channels and customers can enjoy the sports action around the globe without needing the hd pack.

    Hello team,

    This mail is with regards with the illegal practice which is been performed with the local distributor in one of the location in east singhbhum (Jamshedpur). The complain is on the electro point situated in the address (Shop no 5, kalimati road, sakchi, jamshedpur-1, jharkhand. Phone[protected], [protected]. Email - [protected]@gmail.com). The incident is as we have purchased the videocon television (V3207- more details attached in the screenshot) from electro point since few months back and gifted to one of our relative and when we are opening the pack now it seem that they have not provided the wall mount point kit and the tv seal is also broken (Attached in the mail) and they have provided the used tv and once we reached the shop they abused and didn't accepted but on the general facts we took the television on the replacement of one of the damaged cooler purchased from the same shop. Once we went and discuss with the owner, they abused and revoke to listen anything.

    I urged from videocon to registered a complain against the electro point distributor and provide us the replacement of the tv with the new set as it simply the illegal practice performed by them. I request to help us with the complain number and also immediate replace the tv set.

    Also the complain has been registered on the website of the vodafone.

    Hello Team,

    I agree that the New packing is not possible but the Shop keeper should not give the damaged and seal broken product and in case of refund the Shop Keeper is mentioning as I will not refund the amount and need to purchased some other item.Also first time while taking the Cooler they gave the damaged product and after repalcement againt they gave the damaged product. I agree since the sales are managed by the Distributor so you will nover take the actiona dn will favour his part but think as a normal layman it is the Old product provided in the new price range and that too repeated time and I hope some strict action should be taken and notified the same to me. Its about the reputationa and brand value the distributor is making in the market and its the worst experienced I am facing with Videocon for the same.

    I have HD subscription at home. I'm able to watch Star sports select HD1 and Star sports Select HD 2 channels. But where is star sports select 1 and 2???

      Dth not working. No service engineer responding after register the complaints at several times. As of now i callex to customer care 14 to 20 time call and 5 time email. No respone from videocon and enigeer. Im remote is not working so i raise a complaint on aug month but no replacement and my setup box still under warrenty. So please help me on this am attached compalint msg list. Remote not working. Not giving new remote (No physical damages in remote) and product stil under warrenty

      I got couples calls from videocon one person is saying remote will replace some one is saying remote under warranty.
      Videocon dont have proper process.
      I raise complete aug now they are calling and saying remote not under warranty. I called no.of time customer care why not informed.

      Engineer mobile : [protected], [protected](this guys saying leave it past things and we will provide remote)
      Videocon customer: [protected], [protected](this guys calling and saying your remote not under warranty)

      Finally i asked to deactive my account and give me total money.

      My question is when i called to customer care why not informed.(like your remote not under warranty) after raise this complaint in consumer court.

      please check voice recodes and when i spoke to customercare no one say not under warranty.

      Thanks consumer court. After raising complaint only am getting calls for videocon.

          Sir iam gave my phone in swetha communication authorised videocon service centre at karimnagar (Under warranty) on 19/08/2017. Now (After 2 months) they say you should pay the payment then your phone go for company service plant. Almost 2 months warranty over in service centre, but my phone is not repair. It has pcb problem (Manufacturer’s defect), my phone warranty upto december 2017 what should i do now please tell me sir.

          My videocon phone come from the Delhi plant, because the power strip is broken. But iam give my phone only swetha communication authorised videocon service centre.first they check the and they say "PCB problem" in phone, and need to send main plant.

          May be the power on strip is damaged in the service centre when they are check my mobile handset. But they ask to me.if power on strip money is you ready to pay then the mobile is repair.

          Why iam pay the money for power on strip, what ever service(repair) doing in the warranty Period, if any damage occurred that should be responsible company only

              I purchase videocon satelite led tv on 28th june 2010 under "videocon paisa vasool offer 2010". And was issued money back certificate (Serial no. Vg/0510/09955). Now as per terms and conditions of money back offer i am entitled to received rs. 5000/- after completion of 6 years and 11 months (I. E. On 27th may 2017). I had sent original bond certificate along with all other required documents to below address in may and got confirmation as well that documents have been received by them:

              After lot of follow-up they said that bond money will be given to me by end sept-2017, but so far have not received said amount. Also not getting proper response.

              As mentioned above I have already sent all originals to the given address and also got confirmation that documents were received by them in June-17.

              I am following it up since then.
              I had purchased videocon satellite t.v. and i claimed money back by sending all the required docs and courier reached around 6months back but still there is no response from there end. After so much of struggle I got the customer care team on call and they advising to not possible to give money back due to company account issue and instead purchase videocon products which are showing high cost and worthless products. Im planning to put this on consumer court if this issue not resolve in 10days.

                It's a complaint regarding poor vediocon service poor, my name is rajiv sharma and i have a fault in my led tv on date[protected] so i go to sahid nagar agra (Up) authorised service centre of vediocon and handover the product to the person. First he asked me to charge of 250 though my led tv in under warranty so i said that i did not give any amount. So from that date till now i do not get my tv the head offc. (Lawyers colony agra, up) main person who is mr. Govind said me four days earlier that your led tv will return you after resolving on date[protected] because i got the led panel (Which is defaulting in my les tv) from co. On 16 october and next day i gave you. I also said him that their is a big festival of dewali so please give me before dewali and he replied in affirmative but when i asked him yesterday he said that you will gate it on 24 october. He lied me i said that your recording of first commitment is save in my phone..

                    Dear all,

                    I had purchased videocon d2h lcd tv wherein it was promised that i will be paid sum of rs. 12000 on completion of 6 years 11 months.

                    However the company has played on this promise.

                    Firstly i approached the mentioned office then the office was closed and moved to other place which no one was ready to answer.

                    When tried to contact the mention contact number no one picked the call.

                    Even the email [protected]@videoconmail.com is not responding.

                    Not sure where they reimbursed the amount to any of the customer.

                    I was not expecting this type of mismanagement from videocon.

                      I have raised for an d2h connection shift during august month. And i am waiting in the new location address since more than a month. And i have called 7 times to re-install the d2h at my new address. Its of no use, everytime i call the number and talk for 40 mins and they say within 24 hours they ll resolve, then they told 2 days, then again i called for 4th time they told 30 mins engineer will come and when i called next time within 2 hours they ll come and today they are telling 6 hours engineer will come.

                      What kind of customer service it is. Worst service from videocon d2h

                      Its really by not replying the customer back. Its been one month.. do you think 6-7 times i need to call customer care for this and still no progress?? and now you are asking me to compose a mail. So how long that gonna happen.

                        Dear indian consumer complaints forum team,
                        I (Vivekananda) purchased a satellite tv (Lcdtv3204) from videocon on 26.5.2010 from next retail shop, surat. The tv was received with a cashback certificate (Rs 11000) maturity date 6 years and 11 months. I have contacted the videocon team and sent a courier containing the cashback certificate with necessary documents on 17.5.2017, which reached them on 20.5.2017.
                        For the past 04 months on calling[protected] the videocon team is just giving false promises that i will receive a cheque in 2 weeks and i have not yet received cheque yet. Now the team is not even answering the phone.
                        I request you to kindly resolve or guide me to resolve this issue.

                        What ever the Vivek mentioned is correct. I had purchased videocon satellite t.v. and i claimed money back by sending all the required docs and courier reached around 6months back but still there is no response from there end. After so much of struggle I got the customer care team on call and they advising to not possible to give money back due to company account issue and instead purchase videocon products which are showing high cost and worthless products. Im planning to put this on consumer court if this issue not resolve in 10days.

                          Since a weeks that's 1st october, we are facing issue in no signal and signal not available so we raised complain but no engineer have visited or called us. We since 6 days daily morning and evening calling up customer care to raise a complain and customer care will tell that complain have been raised and engineer will visit with in 8hours and 24 hours... But worst part is never engineer dint visit our place and automatically complain was closing by message and yesterday we spoken to arpreet the supervisor of customer care. She assured that engineer will visit with a 8 hours but engineer called now and we was not available at home and telling that with out visiting our place that engineer said 'i think that your tv will be issue so call tv persons not us... N pay me money.

                          Really worst and cheat engineer you have hired.
                          Kindly solve hour issue or kindly cancell our vediecon d2h cable as it's becoming very worst service is my life.

                            I am facing the same issue which most other customers have been complaining about. I have been videocon d2h's customer since 2014 and now it is 2017. I never faced an issue. But when i downgraded my plan for the first time since 2014, i have started facing a plethora of issues in this. First of all, the user interface has become slow. I have to wait literally 15 seconds before the next button click on remote. It is hanging up horribly. Now the major issue is that whenever i change my channel, it says 'signal is not available'. And the weirdest part is that only colors channel, channel 105 works fine. Rest all other channels say 'signal is not available'??? What nonsense is this??? And your customer care person says that i have to pay 200rs. For rectifying this. First of all, i have never misused your company's set-top box and it still has the original sticker on it. I have used it carefully but why should i pay 200rs for which i have no fault of mine? I need this rectified within this week or else i am going to discontinue your pathetic service and also going to spread the message about your horrible service and customer cheating theory of rs.200 charges through word of mouth and social media

                                Has bought the titatnium silver refrigerator double door, 280 lt. On 28th march 2017 from vijay sales.
                                In september there was no ice formation in refrigerator. So lodged a complaint at videocon customer care. Still awaiting for engineer to come and check the issue.

                                    I had purchased a videocon 32' led tv from vijay sales, faridabad on 31.12.2014 under scheme of 3 years warranty. After some time there was some problem/defect in led functioning. I registered complaint in videocon customer care. The engineer from company attended the complaint and rectified it but it was not a long run solution as the problem persist again very soon. The problem occurs differently every time which can be verified with the records/ complaint made with company since the purchase of product. It has become a headache rather to enjoy the product which have been purchased in thousands of rupees. Warrant does not mean that company sell a defected piece of product and customer suffers and use it in repaired condition regularly.
                                    Few months back official of company told me replacement of product with new one but nothing is done so far and i am facing the disfunction of product regularly anytime.

                                      My d2h stopped working 1 day all of a sudden.. I have spoken to 2 executive and 2 supervisor and it was # experience.. Supervisors are good for nothing.. They could not do any trouble shooting all they want is 200 rs technician visit... I hate this service... They all are just useless i will take this to highest level and see to it that they pay for the harresment
