    I am still wondering why trai and other gov authorities still haven't ban this videocon company.

    I get spam emails and sms every day. I sent many emails to stop spamming and tried to unsubscribed but i get an unusual web screen which looks like complete error.

    I think videocon do not want any users to unsubscribe from their spam mailing list. This is completely outlaw.

    Please tell me how do i sue them for this?

      This is mallikarjuna and i am using videocon d2h from last 3.5 years and suddenly from yesterday i am getting an error message on my screen saying signal not available. When i called your customer service, those guys don't know about any technical issues, didn't help me fix. They told me will raise complaint and send service engineer and his visiting charges would be 200 rs for his visit. This is absolutely not acceptable from you guys. I would never pay extra for you guys mistake and now seriously i am thinking of moving to another service provider. My cust id is[protected].
      This is my first experience that i am paying monthly charges then also these people cant provide free service. Simply making money in all way and there is no value for customer.

      These are things to fool the customer and making money. Have to take serious action on this.

        Videocon d2h company claiming for giving best service. But in truth, i am using videocon since 2014 and faced all time worst quality of their remote. I have canged the new remote worth rs 350 through their technician on 20/07/17 and again it is not working even on 29/07/17.
        Sir kindly take necessary action so that the company concentrate on remote quality.

            I encounter a dreadful experience at present for committing the crime of opting videocon d2h services 3 years back.
            As mentioned, i opted for videocon d2h services 3 years back & the connection name was issues in the name of my roommate at chennai (Who did vacate from the room 2 years back). Since then i have been periodically calling the customer care team of videocon for updating my correct details for the connection (Name, mobile number e. T. C.). Interesting thing to be noted here is that they don't have a proper customer care team who can interact in english (If you don't know hindi, then there is absolutely no option for you to communicate with them). After a couple of requests, they finally updated my mobile number in their records (And not name).
            Now, i since i am planning to relocate from my current room, i contacted their team well in advance to inform about the cancellation of my subscription and hardware surrender (Set top box, dish e. T. C). And here comes the interesting part, post the request, i received calls from videocon team who informed that i won't be refunded the caution deposit which i spend during the installation & for the hardware return they are willing to return only 16% of the net value for the money which i spend (Approx 243rs against rs.1500 which i spend for installation.) during installation. Also, they are no ready to give the amount in cash but through cheque. Again, since the name of the customer is not updated correctly from their side (Which is clearly their fault, as mentioned above) they are not ready to change the customer name for now and they want me to give the below proofs for refunding me the nominal amount (Rs. 243)

            1. Photo identity proof of new and old customer (Scan copy).
            2. Address proof of new and old customer (Scan copy).
            3. No objection certificate from existing old and new customer. (Format attached)

            This clearly shows their laxity in returning the refund amount since from the mobile number is clear that the connection is currently in my name and their intention is obvious that they want to reclaim their hardware without paying anything to me.

            Please help me in getting refund from these fraudsters.

                Now the above mentioned number belongs to me and i don't have any d2h service but even then each month your customer service support torture me to recharge the d2h connection.

                        I am facing very much problem with the operator. The problem is that dd channels like dd national, dd news aren't available if account isn't recharged. However as far as i know these are free channels and should be shown even if dish isn't recharged. Please help address the issue.

                          Hi everyone,

                          This is so annoying that videocon d2h is sending too much of spam sms and emails almost every day. I tried and raised the complaint address them to stop these spam acts since many months but they did not stop yet even after they claim that such things will be stopped.

                          The frustrating part of this is they do not have proper or even qualified customer support.in fact when tried to unsubscribe the email promotions i couldn't unsubscribe because the result of the unsubscribe page is always ends up with some kind of error/null. Which clearly means that video d2h service do not want the customers to stay away from their bs promotions.

                          Not just that, videocon d2h starts to show the usage expiry details before 2 weeks, it would made sense if they just start to show such expiry popups before 3 to 5 days. That totally sucks when that just keep popping up on every 4 minutes even you try to remove using the remote button.

                          After all they do not even let you call their customer service number if your account is not recharged. I mean what the hell???

                          Videocon d2h = worst service, con packages, spam emails, spam sms, frustrations, etc...

                          I wish i could remove this lunatic dth but unfortunately i happen to buy hd set top box which is a huge investment on my side. It would be great if this pathetic videos takes back its product and return my money.

                          However i need a help of a lawyer to take action against videocons unlawful act.

                            I have a d2h connection with videocon, my customer id is[protected]. I have faced a problem in remote, which is not working properly regarding this i made service requests 3 times from the last 3 days. Still service executive not visit our home and the complaints are hanging... This type of worst response never ever i faced from videocon. If the customer requirements not fulfilled on time then we forced to switch over another service provider. My last complaint no.[protected] on 22nd jul17. But still no response from videocon service engineer. If i supposed once again call to customer care, surely they will register the complaints and again generate one more complaint number and will say, our service executive will attend the problem with in 8 hours...!??!!!??

                            Kindly look into it and try to solve the issue

                                As i am withdraw the cash on 17 jul 17 in my native place (Podaturpet-631208, atm name-karur vysya). That time i have withdraw the cash rs.10, 000 only (Like 4000+6000). After that i have checking in my a/c, the amount will be debited extra 4000. I. E (4000+4000+6000). Totally 14, 000/-. So 4000/- will be debited extra. Still i have waiting for recash amount 4000/-. Still i have not yet received the 4000/-;

                                  I have purchased videocon d2h tv lcd 3204 under videocon paisa vasool offer 2010., that says "we undertake to pay a sum of rs11, 000 after 6 years and 11months."

                                  After the maturity period, i have sent my documents to the specified address certificate by post. But the post returned back.

                                  Dropped an e-mail, got a reply as e-mail does not exist.

                                  Called the numbers, and it says number does not exist.

                                  I have attached the photo of the certificate below.

                                    My said machine was purchased in 2011 from croma bangalore.
                                    Currently i have relocated to pune. I have registered my complaint at pune service centre on 6th june 2017.
                                    The technician visited and found that the pulsator needs replacement.
                                    Its almost 2 weeks and he has no clue when the part wiill arrive.
                                    Yesterday i spoke to the service centre pune and one mr kapil attended. Looks like he is helpless as the whole system is flawed and he has no clue whether the part is available or not. He receives some sheet everyday from some central warehouse which tells him whether the part has been despatched1 and doens't say whether it exists.
                                    I have been following up with the technician who is least bothered whether the part has arrived or not.
                                    I am told by mr kapil that this model is no longer under production. I insisted to speak to some one senior and mr sharma immediately sent a mail to central office.
                                    Can someone tell me whether this part is available or not?
                                    How come the product lifecycle is merely 7 years and no plan is made for supporting the appliances sold in the market?

                                        Sir my customer id is 92773061.. Actually we upgraded from standard set top box to hd set top box on[protected]. But now our account is showing that am a multiroom customer which iam not. Please help us to cancel this multiroom option from our account.. The box number of the (Standard set top box is [protected]) we are not using this box any more but still we are being charged.. No one is helping us to resolve this issue... Please take appropriate action to resolve this issue..
