Videocon d2h company claiming for giving best service. But in truth, i am using videocon since 2014 and faced all time worst quality of their remote. I have canged the new remote worth rs 350 through their technician on 20/07/17 and again it is not working even on 29/07/17.
Sir kindly take necessary action so that the company concentrate on remote quality....

I submitted my bond paper and i'd document as per sales person guideline and waiting for money to be credited in account, how much time it's take to be resolved, as the contact details on bond are offline not responding even the service centre no proper communication at ahemdabad, email communication is also not responding thus i'm posting this complaint.

I am facing very much problem with the operator. The problem is that dd channels like dd national, dd news aren't available if account isn't recharged. However as far as i know these are free channels and should be shown even if dish isn't recharged. Please help address the issue.

This is so annoying that videocon d2h is sending too much of spam sms and emails almost every day. I tried and raised the complaint address them to stop these spam acts since many months but they did not stop yet even after they claim that such things will be stopped.
