Sir my customer id is 92773061.. Actually we upgraded from standard set top box to hd set top box on[protected]. But now our account is showing that am a multiroom customer which iam not. Please help us to cancel this multiroom option from our account.. The box number of the (Standard set top box is [protected]) we are not using this box any more but still we are being charged.. No one is helping us to resolve this issue... Please take appropriate action to resolve this issue..

          This is regarding subjected service request number. I have videocon ddb 32 inch led tv, wherein i am facing an issue of black spot on the screen. I have already handover the led to service centre i. E.
          Ms electronic, shop no. A-8, 9, 10, 11, 1st floor, sector 27, noida, : near vinayak hospital.

          The problem is that no one responding form the service centre that how much time will take to repair the led?

            videocon washing machine service center support

            There is something fishy about the relationship between videocon company and the service centers through which it provides component repair/replacement service to the customers. The complaints registered by the customer is not correctly transmitted/conveyed to the service centers. I wanted the service on saturday and registered a complaint on thursday. Nobody turned up. I registered a complaint again telling that i need service on next saturday....

            Iam an hd - 6666 rf setup box user.
            On thursday 13th july evening suddenly my d2h remote stopped working.
            I made a call to d2h customer service. They asked me to restart my setup box and press * button for 5sec and press ok (Or) any 3 buttons. But there is no use as the remote is not working they registered a complaint and said that as my setup box and remote are in warranty d2h service engineer will come and check and clear the issue by 14th july 01:00 pm.

            Then i received registered complaint no on 13th july woid 53119765

            On friday 14th july service engineer called to know the problem. As i said that the problem is with remote he said "remote will not have warranty"

            And i said "customer service informed me that iam in the warranty period"
            From that second onwards he is not lifting my calls. So i called to customer service and said the conversation happened between us and registered a complaint

            And received a message of complaint no[protected]

            Even though there is no response from the service engineer

            As there is no response till 18th july again on tuesday 18th july. I made call to customer service and registered complaint and the registered complaint no[protected]

                I bought a 190 l videocon refrigerator on january 23, 2017 from ananda electronics, no 4, renga complex, dindigul main road, karumandapam, trichy - 620001. After few months o[censored]sage, its door had the problem that it was not closing properly. As a result the refrigerator had no cooling effect. I complained the same with the videocon customer service and on july 1, 2017 i received i was given complaint reference number coi[protected], the response code given to me was r45927. On july 2, 2017 technical assistance was given by shri rahul, he said that the door needed repair and the article needed for it will be received within 3 days. Since then i have been continuously calling on[protected] and asking for the door to be repaired. Today is july 17, 2017 and my complaint has not been addressed till date. When i asked the reason for the delay, it was told to me that because of gst the delay is there.

                        I am using videocon d2h service since 5 years, since 3 month i am getting error message e04-4 smart card not inserted properly. I was getting same error message 100 times a day. Customer care executive is not able to solve the issue, they are recommending engineer visit but we need to pay 200/- rs for that! I face this issue 1year ago they charged 750 rs for the hd setup box again it shows same error for that new box and since 3 days i'm not able to view any thing. Their home channels are working fine
                        If any technical problem at our end then nothing should work right?

                        I have normal d2h connection (not HD). I have sports golden sports pack. I want to see new channel 'Star sports select' . I don't have HD tv / settop box so cant have HD channel. I had called customer care but they say Star sports select is only on HD set top box. It is available on tata sky so why cant on Videocon d2h.

                          I had a problem with my videocon d2h rf remote. So logged a complaint. Call center gave me call id 52956117 on 7th july 2017 and said that person will visit in 24 hrs. Nobody came even after 36 hrs.

                          So i called up again and they provided me new id[protected] and i was told that person will visit in 8hrs. Forget bout 8 hrs. Service person didn't come even after 24 hrs.

                          Again called up and again i was given a brand new complaint id[protected] with same commitment of 8 hrs. Again wait for 24 hrs. Nobody came.. Now this is limit...

                          I again called customer care in anger and the person told me that tomorrow without fail service person will come.

                          By god and d2h people grace service person came, but he couldn't resolve the problem, as he found issue in stb, so he changed stb, but he didn't have power adapter (What the heck). Don't know what type of service person he was. Then he told that some other person will come next day. After lot of follow ups new person came. He also couldn't resolve the issue and told that he will come with new remote. But nobody came even after 2 days. I called that person and he told me that some senior person will come from company and will resolve the issue.. But still awaiting...

                          Actually neither customer service team nor d2h company care about customers. They just want to do the business.. No qualified technicians and no other option other than call center to escalate the issue..

                            Hi team,

                            No action taken on the complaints raised as per the below details. Could you please take necessary action in this regard already raised multiple times with customer care support team. No action taken it is the case of gross negligence as compressor got replaced in last complaint where engineer left some parts in ac resulting in damaging fan and other stuff.

                            Del[protected] will be serviced by ajaz[protected], svc point [protected] provide scode s89330 only if satisfactory job done, appt dt-08/07/17, 8:00pm

                            Have contacted around 10 times with customer care support team in last three days after raising the complaints but not getting any response except the reminder to service center and few numbers to contact directly to contact the service center - vishal service center serving dilshad garden delhi.

                            No work done in previous complaint raised and charged for service and replacement of capacitors and service charges.

                            Number given for owner - not in delhi, manish another executive not picking up phone.

                            Sudhir delhi - videocon all the time busy in meeting don't have time to talk and ask me contact directly with service center can't do anything.

                            Another number - sachin kathuria not picked up any call forget about the resolution.

                            I will escalate this to highest level to get it resolved through consumer forum or court.

                                    Due to home service remove dust from tv and after on led picture not shows and only volume is come and after switch off and long time led on picture shows in half mode them family member take led and go to service center
                                    My led is under warranty and his picture shows in half and local service engineer tole such type problem not cover under warranty and estimate given for repair is rs-23000 (Twenty thousand) told sir this is right or wrong.

                                    Kindly solve such problem.

                                    Note - 10 month se paisa jama kar rehe the led ke liye aab ye haal hai.

                                      The channel was officially launched on 28 May this year. Tata Sky has launched it. Like it was the case last year with Select HD 1/2, Videocon are once again agitating its customers by not launching the channel. Wimbledon is currently going on but still no signs of launching it. There are many people like me who don't have a HD connection where most of the main events are being telecasted. A kind request to Videocon to start its broadcast.

                                      I spoke to a Videocon D2H customer care executive today and learnt that Star Sports Select 1 & 2 (SD) are still not available on the platform. If this is Videocon's attempt to force subscribers to upgrade to HD, then it is criminal. I'd rather switch to another provider than upgrade on your platform.
                                      The customer service of Videocon d2h is quoting that "they'll add the channel based on customer base's demand". Probably this is their way of "avoiding" the customer's actual demands. All other major dth providers are broadcasting the Star Sports Select SD channels. Moreover, even local cable tv providers have added these two channels. Just don't understand why Videocon d2h is fooling it's customer base by not broadcasting star sports select sd 1 and 2. This way they are forcing people to migrate to other dth providers. The English Premier League (EPL), Bundesliga and F1 racing will supposedly will air on star sports select channels. If by that they don't add these two channels I'll move on any other dth service.
                                      It's pathetic not to have star sports select 1 and 2 in videocon. Have called their customer care and demanded n number of times.. Still no update. Its better to move to tata sky. Missing most of the epl matches because of it.

                                      Star sports select 1 and 2 are not still available on videocon d2h...Its betraying your customer where you can provide HD channels and not SD channels and could not understand how they are saying resolved since our complaint not resolved...
