I have purchased satelite lcd model no 3201 under paisa vasool offer on 20.06.2010 from next showroom dhule (Maharashtra), first the company has sent premature redemption offer but after maturity of above bond i have sent all required documents original bond and identity and address proof at bmo dept videocon 14 km stone village chitegoan tal paithan road dist aurangabad by regd post to the above address but no any response from the above company since last 15 days
I have already submitted the required details to bmo dept., videocon industries ltd, 14 km stone,
Aurangabad-paithan road,
Village chitegaon to: paithan dist: aurangabad on 20.07.2017 by regd post with original and all details but i have not recieved the cheque yet i have submitted email twice to [protected]@videoconmail.com just now with all details and zerox of the documents with detail particulars, kindly look into the matter urgently

when i have not recieved the cheque, how complaint is shown resolved, i have heard that the offer is bogus and it is cheating to the customer again and again and giving bogus reply that complaint is resolved, the complaint will be resolved only after receipt of cheque by me kindly note, and i will not wait for long time and file the case of cheating against the company in consumer forum

please refer my referance, i have already submitted the required documents original bond and ID proof vide Dhule HO regd letter no RM[protected]IN on 20.07.2017 and it was deiivered on 22.07.2017 to BMO Dept., Videocon Industries Ltd, 14 Km Stone,

It is appeared that Videocon customer care is giving fake reply as complaint is resolved the every documents desired was already submitted in 1 and half month ago ie 20.07.2017 but still the company has not given the real responce in paisa vassol offer and giving fake reply that the complaint is resolved, it is appeared that this company will only response when notice of consumer forum will be received

    This is sheer non sense thing. You people are producing the offers just for fooling people around. Nobody in the customer care department is at all concerned to reply or answer wisely or even try to understand the query. You people are making the offers and providing fake adresses for claiming the offer amount. I have purchased a satellite lcd tv model no. Dth 32"-3204+24m diamond d in the year 2010 whrein videocon has offered to payback the amount of rs. 11000. Past 6 months i've been trying to get in touch. All numbers and address is fake. One number [protected] provided by customer care. The girl with the name of ashwani said would email details but hasn't from past 6 days.
    Please revert back with the solution asap else i would be forced to go to consumer courts.

    I have sent all documents in August. .also recieved recipt for the same from your side. However after that no news from your end.
    I don't know who marked it as resolved. I just received message to send documents..which I did 2 months ago but since then nothing has happened. I have not received any cheque or cash.

      Hi there,

      My name is ayush varshney.

      I had purchased a new connection for videocon d2h hd for 2020/- wherein i am eligible for 1 month free subscription however

      1. For initial 7 days connection was not working due to faulty device installed
      2. After 7 days connection got fixed however it was discontinued within 15- 20 days again.
      3. Last but not the least, i am surprised to know that videocon d2h does not issue bill to their customer for new connection purchase which sounds like somewhere taxes are not being given to indian government.

      Someone should immediately look in to this and take appropriate action on this for not giving any bill which is illegal.

            Sir i have purchased a Videocon mobile handset V502830 dated 24.11.2016. After some time my mobile had some techinical problem like in display and screen, etc. i visited videocon's service center named Dr. Mobile Service center where i discussed my problem and given my handset for warranty repair as it is in wtty. period, they not given me customer acknowledgement No. and send mobile to company after that day (waiting of 30 days) i got unsatisfactory service with an additional problem of battery swelled my handset received back . I am very upset and worried about my mobile phone as i am facing lots of problem without my handset. Please do the needful for solve my problem or tell me the process to take new hand set in place of my old hand set as if it is found un-repairable and under warranty.

              I have stopped using Videocon D2H product just to save myself from your harassment by calling everyday couple of times (From Gujrat, Jaipur, Delhi and so many new numbers). However, even after more than 6 months I have deactivated my account I am still receiving these calls almost daily. Videocon D2H should be banned and I am going to start the campaign if you don't stop harassing people. There are already thousands of complaints there with you for same reason. STOP IT NOW !!

                Hi,

                I m jai yadav & live at dharuhera, dist - rewari. On 30/06/17, my washing machine (Digi dolphin) got some problem in gear box.in a hope to get best services from videocon customer services, i called them, they visited, inspected machine & said, it has issue with gear box which need to be fix. I asked them to go ahead as it is priority one job for us. Two days later they came to my apartment & tried to fix gearbox but they were totally failed to do so. They asked me to dump tis machine at rewari service centre for early resolution. We did the same & delivered machine at rewari service station.

                Till that day, it is not repaired and while i asked about the status, they have a simple reply that the spare parts are not available in india.

                Service centre has closed previous complaints & relodged complain no. Gur[protected] on 22/07/2017 which is to be considered as wrong practice & unethical practice.

                Now this is the most important & matter of worried for me. I purchased videocon washing machine on the face value of company & its services all over world. How it possible that parts of machine are not available and if there is such a long delay, then it should be dealt with other where customer should not face such issues due to inefficiency of service centre.

                  Hi Team,

                  I purchased videocon air conditioner on[protected] in the name of abhishek lal. It is not working at all from the last 7 days, i called the videocon service centre but they are not responding at all. When i purchased from sargam janakpuri they told me that if any problem occur then let them know they will fix the problem and will sort out the issue within 1year and now they are backing out. Please check the attached bill for your reference and replace this product asap orelse i will go to the court and file the suit against sargam and videocon and consumer court will ask you for penalty and you will have to pay the hefty penalty as well as the bill amount. I request to kindly process the refund of videocon air conditioner or repair it asap to avoid the last minute hassle.

                      I tried to recharge my videocon d2h but unfortunately transaction failed (Recharge failed). I apologizes that i made mistake in recharge.

                      U have debited my recharge amount of rs. 750 from my bank account...
                      I tried so many ways by sending email to ur customer id and making calls. But videocon d2h used to say that "recharge has been done by third party vendor, so request has been processed to concern vendor once we receive the reply from their end so on..."
                      Still im waiting for your response n recharge amt...

                      Please refund my money its been almost 5months but still u didnt revert my money rs.750 either into my bank account or into videocon dth balance.

                      Now ur doing the same mistake i made... Plz refund or recharge immediately..

                        Very poor service indeed. 47 days after getting a simple complaint forwarded by their authorized service centre that their original battery has ballooned into a ball that cannot fit into the battery slot of their superphone and needed immediate replacement within the six month warranty period they are still struggling to find the details.

                        I have a chain of the communication with them.

                          Hello,
                          My customer id is[protected]. Customer service is displaying a different customer id after 10 months. I'm unable to understand why. My balance is 600 on my app and they show 0. I have been repeatedly sending emails and making phone calls to customer service. They have been utterly and quite shamefully unapologetic and sending me template responses with no relevant information or with an intent to resolve my issue. Most of my recent emails have been not been responded to. Somebody is ignoring emails without accountability. Why? My money is locked. I can't use the device with another provider. I have old people at home relying on the tv to pass the day.

                            I have been asking for remote they took the complaint many times but no one will call/inform me anything about my complaint.

                            I have raised 3 complaints for same issue it is very poor customer service not even a replay about the complaint.

                              Dear sir/ madam,
                              Please kindly notice that i have complained about your product that your product not properly work. Your service channels are hanged during the running time. We have lot of problems last 5-6 days and your customer care representative not response and disconect my calls. My settop box automaticly swich off or some times restart. I cant properly see my tv channels. My videcon id is87768552. Please look into this matter as soon as posiable.

                              Hi we have bought two LEDs for our office out of which one of the LED is not working and the service centre after checking the product said we cant take your product as the bill date is different from date of installation.                                 I made underground coax wiring setup in the house and the service boy telling me the videocond2h is not providing service for this kind of setup. And they don't have enough tools and parts to solve my problem. now I want to refund my money. I don't want to be a consumer of videoconD2h service anymore.

                                  We bought d2h fitted videocon lcd tv in 2011 during world cup.
                                  For the first two-three years there were no issues.
                                  Later after the d2h fitted tv was out of warranty period, the problems started arising such as
                                  -card not inserted properly
                                  -signal not available
                                  I resolved the issue at my end by re-inserting the smartcard & sometimes by doing factory reset of the set top box.
                                  But yesterday on 3rd august 17, it again showed the message as
                                  -signal not available even when it was not raining/cloudy
                                  So i tried all the above mentioned techniques but was unable to sort the issue.
                                  Finally i called the customer care describing the problem to him. He told that he has tried all online commands but still the d2h not working so he will send an executive who would charge rs 200 for examining the box & signal.
                                  As most of the times the problem was resolved at my side i declined to send the executive & even if he arrives i will not pay him. I also told him that we will discontinue using d2h as only 10 days are left for the recharge to expire.
                                  About half an hour later we receive a call from the executive that he is coming to examine the dish/box. We thought that as we will discontinue using the d2h they would have send the executive & he will do the checking free of charge.
                                  To explain in detail, he just checked the dish by removing the wire & connecting it again which was having full signal, he also checked the tv connections which were also fine.in total he checked the dish/box & all was fine.
                                  After this the d2h started working & he asked how much money did customer care mentioned during the call.
                                  I explained him that during the call i mentioned that i will not pay the examining charge as there is no issue to d2h/tv at all. You disconnect/block the signal online (By specific command) & later when your person arrives you activate it through command online.
                                  So finally i did not pay him any amount.
                                  The executive was on the call with the customer care & a message of delight code popped on the tv & he gave that code to the customer care. The executive left and after that the d2h worked fine.
                                  But today morning i. E 4th aug 17, one day after the repair it is showing zero balance. How can rs. 104 on 3rd aug 17 become zero in one day.
                                  They have debited the full available amount in a day with some online commands.
                                  I will not recharge the d2h & request others also to change over to internet connection or jio where you can watch free tv.
                                  Also by luck i was watching a south indian movie yesterday (3rd aug 17) wherein the hero hires a hacker to hack the online dish network & block people channels on demand.
                                  So this explains that how d2h robs the customers by faking a problem to the dish by sending/controlling the commands to your dish & blocking the signal and when their executive arrives they unblock the signal & take unnecessary service charges.
                                  This indian company d2h is looting the indian people.

                                  Solution expected - please refund the remaining 10 days balance

                                  Please check my recorded call on 3rd August 17 & confirm if i gave an appointment or i had cancelled the appointment. If i would have agreed for the appointment & payment i would not have wasted my valuable time writing this post.
                                  Also to be honest the executive only opened the wire connecting the dish & connected it again. Thats it - problem solved. And you want Rs 200 for opening & re-connecting the wire. If that was the case any dumbo would have opened and connected it by themselves. We have to work for 2 hours thats how when we earn Rs 200. Thats not fair. As explained earlier you send a command so that we do not receive any signal & when your person arrives you connect the signal. Its that simple.
                                  Later during the call with your customer care i was told that the Rs 200 are refunded in my paytm/online recharge account but i have not received any balance from d2h yet.
                                  Please confirm on the refund.

                                        Stb & camera: they are chines material need to replace once in year
