We had raised a request for relacation of D2h and its been 4 days, its not done. More than that everyday they are called us in the morning and promised to visit by 10-12 and after 12 they calls again and says that they couldnt come so they will be vising by 4-6. So far they cheated us like this 6-7 times. Why are the making us to wait if they dont have a plan to visit.

They are real cheaters. Extremely poor service by videocon. We are so much frustrated. We lost so much time.

      This is to inform you that I had complained to your company customer care having complaint no. DEL[protected] on dated 07.06.17 for blank screen. Then your Company technician Mr. Rajesh having mobile no. [protected] came and told for faulty of motherboard of LED TV without checking it. From 07.06.17 to 04.07.17 the problem is not rectified due to non availability of motherboard in company service centre. Today evening technician came for repair and he checked TV and told that mother board is ok and simply repaired the LED TV and now it is working.
      Now I want to ask that Who is responsible for one month delay for rectification of LED TV and Very poor knowledge of your company technician. My one month HD recharge has been wasted due to your negligence. My family has been harassed for one month. In last, I want to know What action will you take in this regard?

        Hi,

        I am Bhushan Prata, I have purchased a LED tv from Flipkart on 22-Dec-2014(as on invoice date) and the invoce celarly says that the warranty period is 1 year + 2 years of extended warranty.

        But as i called to file a complaint the first customer care executive told me that you have 2 years of extended warranty but you have to pay the visiting charges and parts replacement charges which makes no sense to me.
        Then I asked to talk to any senior, then she transferd the call and he told me that I dont have any extended warranty.

        I have the invoice which clearly saying that I have 2 years of extended wawrranty which comes along with the TV.

        More over your website is a ****. I tried to register my product on your site, it won't.
        I tried to add a feedback to your site, it won't. Please look into your site's quality as well.

        All this is very idiotic and misleading.

        So please look into this issue and revert back as soon as possible.

          Star sports network have launched the sd versions of their select hd channels which will broadcast international sports (Which is good news for sd subscribers). Currently it is broadcasting wimbledon championship 2017. However, videocon d2h has not yet added this channel to its platform while most other major service providers have. I request videocon d2h to add these 2 channels asap.

          Why is the complaint marked as resolved??? Also the heading is changed to Star Sports Select HD!!!

          I mentioned to add Star Sports Select SD channels. If Videocon D2H is not planning to add these two channels and hiding their faults by changing the user complaints, then i better change to another DTH provider.
          Same complaint. With the premier league around the corner, really hoping Videocon d2h adds Star Sports Select 1 and 2 to their platform, will save me the hassle of subscribing to hotstar and watching BPL in low quality.

          Same old problem. Why Videocon d2h not having Star Sports Select 1 and Star Sports Select 2 on SD packages. Local cable guys are providing the same
          Same complaint here. I want to watch premier league but videlcon hasn't added star sports select sd channels in their platform. I request them to add it asap.
          Videocon will lose customers to its rivals very soon. Videocon D2h not acting fast to add the star sports select sd 1 channel.

          I have written to you and contacted customer care center as well but of no use. By when you can be able to provide these channels, any ETA please ? This is really pathetic, all other service providers have added these channels to their SD platform.
          VD2H .. I have called customer care 3 times till now for same reason, everytime they say 'will register a complaint and added channels soon'... no changes have happened in last 2+ months.. you guys are pathetic in this aspect... you may loose your customer with this attitude...

          Extremely poor from Videocon to not add the SD versions for Star Sports Select. Have already written to them, but no use.
          This is their response.. in spite o[censored]s already paying for the HD versions of the channel.

          First complaint logged on new channels on Jul 4, 2017 by dpk1888y, till now there is no resolution, every time you give the same answer that we are working please be patient. This is not at all acceptable and recently you have removed Sony TEN1, Sony TEN2, Sony TEN3, Neo prime and Neo sports channels as well from all of your base packages. Even though you are charging very high when compared with the other service providers you are not providing all sports channels, not a great move from Videocon D2H.

          I am really very disappointed with the services you are providing, I know so many people are facing the same problem and definitely you might have lost some customers and will lost so many customers soon.
          Tata sky is providing all sports channels at a price of 399 p.m.
          Airtel is providing the same at a price of 351 p.m.

          One thing I don't understand when other service providers are providing at less costs why Videocon is not able to provide all channels even though Videocon is charging high??
          Select 1 sd and select 2 sd is still not added. Any update on these 2 channels??

            I have raised a complain tha[protected] as my 40"led tv display gone wrong, customer care only answered once, sent his service guy per rs.900.00 per visit charge, and after that there is not a single response from them, the service guy said if the ic is not available the tv will be replaced with new one. But when we asked customer care about it, they said we know nothing about it, and the only response i have got is" we are looking into it". I kept on calling them and writing emails to the videocon customer care but all they have said is" sorry for inconvenience, and we are looking into it". It is been so many days since i have raised the complain, yet no action has taken. I even said them that if they wont repair the tv and take action immediately i will publish it on social media, they still didn't bother, and provided the same reply. Below is the mail trail

              I have paid 450/- to videocon for relocation on 12 th june and they have assured me to relocate the dish on 16th june but till today they have not relocated the same. My monthly plan balance also gone as waste. Further i have called call center for 40-50 times they assure that complaint will be resolved within 8 hours but no response. Its 17 days delay already. Worst service.

                My customer I'd is 43261671 from 1 July 2017, without notice and reason they removed channel no. 116 zindgi which is unexpectable it's an humble request to you to resume this channel else I have to disconnect your all services and I'm serious.

                      I have purchased Videocon D2H Satelite LCD. My Customer ID is 4908673 and my name is NEERAJ KUMAR but it appears as Gudda Vishwakarma. It is a Satelite LCD i.e. the Set Box is inbuilt. I have purchased the abovesaid article on my name but why it is registered on some other person's name. I want that my name should appear in the Customer's Name. I had purchased it from Korba Chhattisgarh, now i have been transferred to Pune. I don't know the person on whose name the d2h is registered. Kindly update the correct name i.e. NEERAJ KUMAR in place of Gudda Vishwakarma.

                          I have been facing the same problem for quite some time error E16-4 repeatedly. Smart card not installed properly.

                          I called customer care for same but issue not resolved & they suggest technician which will cost me 200 plus. I refused for technician visit & asked about smart card or smart card slot which is not available to our set top box then again executive forced me for technician visit & when i was not agreed with same then executive act like she is not able to hear me or I m not able to hear her voice & she disconnect my call.

                          This is not acceptable, i m using videocon D2H from last 4 year.
                          Now i m planing to go consumer court.

                            We from Sree Enterprises Bangalore registered as authorized service center for Electrolux through quick customer electronic service pvt ltd, by depositing Rs 40000 within a month the service for Electrolux was taken over by tekcare which is under Videocon
                            while quick customer electronic services pvt ltd promised and confirmed to pay back out standing amount of Rs 23910 within two months, we were told that Tekcare under Videocon which is now providing the service has taken the responsibility to settle the amount. now no one is taking responsibility. Please help us recover

                                I have two videocon ac at my place... Out of two, one need to be taken out of the wall since construction work going on at my place and that wall need to be demolished.. I called the service provider mr. Ashwani on 26 th june and till date nobody turned out.. Moreover when i called in the morning today he misbehaved so much that i had to register a complaint against him... I need that appropriate action be taken against him

                                I have done Rs 50 recharge through paytm for my videocon account num 96435412 on 24th jun17, paytm saying they have transfered the money to videocon and videocon saying they have not received money. I m following up with both the team but no one resolve the issue. They are just want to make money .

                                    It's unprofessional service given from your side. I am facing yesterday no channel visible on first videcon screen showing then i was complain customer care and same was forwarded to service engineer.

                                    I got called yesterday from engineer mob no as
                                    1.[protected] name is not available

                                    Above person called to me on 26th jun 2017 i will come up to 6pm then again he called to me and called i will come up to 8 pm. I was waited at least 8.30 pm but he was not available.

                                    2. Akash [protected]

                                    He was called me on 27 jun nearly 2 pm and he came at home and he was very unprofessional person. He does not know anything he just analyse and check with set top box and antenna camera..

                                    He suggesting us following component need to change

                                    1. Set top box = 400 rs
                                    2. Antenna camera= 350 rs
                                    3. Service charge = 200 rs

                                    Total 950 rs

                                    He was telling me i don't know much more about it but i was checking and replacing set top box its working. He was not listen to do the software update on it. But he didn't know anythings

                                    Its above quotation is unprofessional and i think i need to move another d2h if that much amount need to pay. What a service you are giving us. All service taker people are unprofessional and you are saying engineer will visit. Are you sure about that guys are engineer people.

                                    Day 1 evening experience

                                    What expect from you. I am telling next experience that was came from your cutomer care team i was called to senior that head of supervisor. I said will give withing 1 hr and concall with site engineer head and i was waited call from them he called on landline number which is [protected] which is my official and called came when i was left the office. He was not called to me on my registered number and again i was called to customer care and called forwarded to supervisor he told me you will get called withing 1 hrs on your number but till no one call to me. What you think on it what the hell of service you are given to us.

                                    I am also afraid on it you service not good and you never share us any bill slips to any one customer.

                                    Will you please look this on priority and confirm to me

                                      D2h recharge issues

                                      I'm trying to recharge the vediocon d2h but failed again and again with amount deducted more than once without any intimation. This is becoming habitual. Service is becoming worst day by day.. Moreover they start calling, intimating by all means to recharge 5-10 days prior expiry date. The calls are so frequent like harassment and if one need to recharge, their site not worked properly and amount deducted many time for one recharge.
