    Greetings! This is r. Kannan and my mobile no is [protected].

    I have purchased videocon ac 1.5 ton (5 star) – model no.: vsn55wv2-mda on 12th march
    2017 from jayam & co, selaiyur branch, chennai amount of rs.28, 500/- (Rupees twenty eight thousand five hundred only) and installed on 13th march 2017.

    The product worked properly only 2weeks. After that swing is not working. Complaint raised and authorized technician came and seen and found swing motor problem and technician said need to change new swing motor. Then, after two day he came and fixed new swing motor. It was worked only one day. Again repeated same problem. (Ref. Complaint detail is enclosed).

    Again complaint raised and happened same problem (3 times).

    3 times complaint raised and swing motor changed 3 times but problem not rectified and all complaint is failure. Yesterday (27.04.17) also changed new swing motor advised by mr. Satyanarayannan head manager and mr. Sarathkumar branch manger. But not working properly.

    Called to mr. Saranth kumar, branch manager, mobile no.:[protected] and mr. Satyanarayanan, mobile no.:[protected], but they are not picking. I sent sms what happened and after replacing swing motor is not working properly.

    In this regard, the above said complaint attended 3 times and swing motor replaced 3 times problem is not rectified and all the complaint failure.

    This product purchased 12th march 2017 and not completed 2months also. The problems repeating continuously and still not rectified.

    Hence, i requested regarding take back your failure model of above said your product and refund the amount rs, 28, 500/- (Rupees twenty eight thousand five hundred only) immediately without fail.

    I mailed regarding refund the money to me rs.28500/- and take your failure product on 28th april 2017 and spoken all the problems to customer care service department[protected].

    I called to videocon authorised person. But nobody taking phone. Very bad customer service.

    I kindly request you to take necessary action and recovery my money immediately.

      Hi.. I purchased videocon lcd tv in may 2010 from vasanth & co dealer in velachery chennai. I got the money back certificate for rs.2500 which can be claimed after 6years 11months. I. E in apr 2017. I sent that to the address mentioned last month and there is no response from videocon and i have not received it back also. The details of the certificate and invoice bill as below.

      HI..Just for your information..I got a fake phone call immediately after submitting this complaint, from Bihar idea mobile asking for my bank details for refund..Ph no- [protected].. He cut the phone immediately after I asked him to send a DD.. Beware of this Spam too..

        Really disappointed on me that I made a decision to purchase such a worse product in my life. Purchased refrigerator on[protected]. Almost five years ago and by now I have paid almost 4000 rs. It gets non working in only summers when you need it most I have changed 3 compressor back to back in last three years. It only worked fine for first 2 years. This is very bad, I have managed to buy this product on EMI from Croma centre by paying hard earned money down payment. But these guys don't understand. I will always ask my Frens families to never buy a single product from Videocon.
        Thanks. A lot videocon to provide me such a worse experience of chilling in summers. Will never forget this

            TV Speaker not fixed
            Hi Team, I have raised a complaint for my Videocon DDB LED TV as the TV speaker was fault. Register a complaint with no
            CHE[protected] dated 12th April 2017 and servicer enginer visited and said they need to get a new speaker. After few days got a call from Service Engineer (Balaji) and they confirmed the speaker was received by them and they will come and fix in TV last Saturday(22nd April), past 3 days we are calling him daily and he is saying the same that they will come and fix today.. Today he is saying if you want to raise a complaint raise no issues for me.. the speaker was with them and they will come and fix. This is not the proper way of response to the customer. For this service we are paying the charges too. Did any top management there to help us with this to fix the speaker

              I have loged a complent on 17.04.2014 for Signal Not Available, One engineer came to my place Mr.Jagadish, he cheked the connection & took Rs.240/- from me. Next day again same problem i called up mr jagadish he didnt respond nor lifting my calls, on 20.04.2017 one mr.balraj called me & asked what was the problem then i told him regarding signal not available & mr.jagadish is not responding to the phone calls. Then Mr.Balraj came to my place & he did some thing & channal came. then he demanded for Rs.200/- as service charges. I told him i have already paid 240/- to mr jagadish just tow days back & the problem is not resolved now how can you ask for 200/- & did not pay any amount to Mr.Balraj. again next day 21.04.2017 Same problem no Signal. I called up Balraj to rectify the same he refused to come telling its not my area of service you contact to Office. I contacted the office there Mr.Murali spoke to me & told give me 10 Min I will call back. But its more than 48 Hrs i did not get the call from Mr.Murali not he is picking my phone calls. then i called up videocon 22.04.2017 then i spoke to customer care Supervisor Ms.Sonal Patel & Explained the entire story right from 17.04.2017 what had happen . She told give me some time i will resolve the issue. 23.04.2017 Ms.sonal called up me & told that there is some problem in the dish as per the engineer who visited the site. So you have to pay 200/- service chg to the engineer who will visit again. i told till my problem is not resolved regarding the signal i will not pay any amount & i am not able to See the channals for past 8 days & you people are cheating the customers & that engineer who visited our place is fooling the customers. Then Mr.Nilesh - Manager Videocon Customer care called up me on 24.04.2017. Again i need to explain the entier story wht had happen from 17.04.2017. meanwhile that engineer who had visited to my place had given the report to videocon that relocation has to be made. but that engineer has not discussed any thing with us regarding relocation. How can he report the same with videocon. Then i spoke to Mr.Nilesh regarding this then he told me Sir I am Sending the Engineer to your place on 26.04.2017. Today the Engineer Came Mr.Siva Mobile No.[protected] - & His Manager Mr.Dayashankar. They have not done any relocation. Just he did sum setting in my setup box & the channals got started. Then he demanded for the money then i told him you have not done any relocation how can you demand for Money. This problem is there from 17.04.2017. I suffered for 10 days without service. Then i called up Mr.Nilesh Videocon Customer care manger, & told him that the engineer has not done any relocation, he did some adjustments in the settings & the channal started. and after discussing this issue within 1 hour i am getting the SMS from Videocon That Rs.450/- Debited to my account towards Relocation. This is what the great Videocon is having the Service & cheating the Customers & Making money.

                Dear sir,

                I am agm in godrej appliances limited and my sister who is sr. Doctor in all indian institute of medical sciences, bhopal, purchased one videocon ac yesterday from your bhopal kolar road dealer m/s mangalam.

                Your mangalam technicians installed ac yesterday but the installation is not up to the mark & they have drilled our wall for piping / drain but not filled it properly with white cement / putty & the hole is still there & hot air is entering the room

                Its very sorry state of affairs from a prestigious company like videocon. Almost all companies give free installation but here mangalam technicians are asking 800 rs. For installation & for electrical work also they are asking for 2070 rs. Which is very much in higher side. What is the videocon company policy for installation of acs.

                As i said i am in senior position in appliances and i know the technicalities and if such a thing could happens with my customer then company will immediately take corrective action for this. Request you to look into the needful immediately

                  Hi,

                  I am sorry to say but I am very dissappointed with the services of videocon.

                  On 9th of April, 2017 (Today is 22nd), I bought a new Fridge of videocon. Double door, frost free in 24K Rupees. After that in 3-4 days, it started making strang sounds. On 15th the fridge stopped cooling. The freezer was working fine. We lodged the complain on customer care. On 19th, a person came and told us that he has done some setting change, the fridge is ok, no fault and it would be running fine in 8 hours. But it did not. They closed the complain without asking me.

                  Next day I again complained, this time another person came and told us that fridge is faulty. The censor needs to be replaced. By the the night, the freezer also stopped forming ice.

                  I have contacted many time customer care. They everytime give me a number of some manager who never picks up the call. RIght now after spending 24K, we have no fridge working and suffering for more than a week. I dont know where to go and whom to contact.
                  One thing is sure that Videocon is in no mood to help me and dont want to replace this piece. I want it replaced. Please help.

                    Hi my name is Arun Kumar and I am using Videocon LCD and I am facing VOLUME 📣 problem volume is not working whenever I increase volume by my remote that is going decrease by tv button automatically.
                    Now my I put a complete in VIDEOCON but they are saying you have to come in our services centre to fix the problem because your product is one year old but still in warranty
                    I don't understand I have warranty card of Three years
                    And there is not written after complete one year you have to go service centre with your product. On warranty card only written 3 years warranty Now I need service by company at my house and I will not pay anything for that because i have warranty. Cars with three years .

                      I have bought a 2nd new connection with videocon d2h with HD box. Now the compant is providing the rf remote which does not required the infrared remote and can be access from anywhere but the agent who has installed the box provided me the duplicate remote with infrared technology. Now even i dont know whether the STB box they are providing are the orignal one or not. Are videocon d2h is not doing this type of things. Asking them to resolve my issue ASAP.

                      I have bye videocon mobile phone for my younger brother but it get dead within in month we had given it to the service center but it get back with another problem we could not use the mobile for a month in four months. so i need my money back.

                        I have ordered videocon d2h hd connection dated 18th april and i had paid rs.1820. (Payment id [protected]). After a so many followup today i called local area sales person and he said local cable operators are not allowing them to install videocon at any house/apartment.. I am staying with my own house.. What is the problem then.

                          Bought a Videocon DDB TV last month and found that remote not working on 13/04/2017. Logged a complaint for the same to Videocon customer care service and got a complaint registered with a service engineer details.

                          Service engineer visited my place on Saturday 15/04/2017 and confirmed that remote needs to be replaced and it's not included on warranty. I agreed and asked to order a new remote. I was assured to get a remote on 17th or 18th.

                          But haven't got the remote and the service engineer (Binod Kumar) response is so horrible, he mentions on call that he received the product bill and not the product and later was not even responding my phone calls. Now I wrote the same over mail to customer service and made multiple phone calls to customer care and their response is we are forwarding your request to the concerned team but no action taken.

                          Also every time when I contact customer care, I was given a mobile number and none of them is responding to the phone calls. Until now, I have no clue by when I would get a new remote.

                          For a paid service, company responding in this manner is horrible.

                            I am Videocon dth subscriber with customer id no.[protected] subscribes monthly basis by paying Rs.275 pm. But the company has adopted dubious way of earning money by sending SMS to subscriber that your one more channel is activated and without customer consent deduct the amount from already paid monthly subscriptions and reducing the balance and number of days.
                            I had paid Rs.275 on March 28, 2017 and my due date of renewal should have been 27.04.2017. But activating an additional channel without my knowledge or consent reduced the renewal date to 21.04.2017.
                            This amount to cheating.The company should restore the renewal date to 28.04.2017 and avoid sending any massage of offer of additional channel and charging for it.

                              Today i was called to this customer care no [protected]. For signal problem of my d2h set up box.
                              This is purely signal problem from your videocon d2h, for that they asked me rs: 450/ rupees for reinstallation of dish antenna.
                              For resolving this issue i called more than 10 time today, but simple they are disconnecting the phone.
                              What is this, this is purely careless about customer, because we have paid the amount before your are providing service.

                              Another big problem with this customer care is, every time i have to tell entire story form starting onwards.
                              This is ridicules and cheap behavior with customer.
                              Even supervisors also not responding, while talking simple they are disconnecting the phone.

                              Pleas resolve this problem as early as possible

                                    This is with reference to Videocon split Air conditioner purchased on[protected]. We have been calling for its service for the past 1 month but the team keeps on lingering it, saying to wait for another 24 hours etc.First service call was registered on 6th march, We called again on[protected], i.e. Thursday and asked for service on[protected], i.e. Saturday.

                                    We kept on waiting the entire day and when we called today, i.e. on[protected], we have been harassed each time on call, asking us to call on this no., that no. etc. and received no support from any of the videocon service centres.

                                    This kind of service is never expected from such a huge group.

                                    Me and my husband are working, hence we cannot remain at home in the weekdays. We live in Janakpuri, New Delhi.

                                    Therefore, please look into the same and help so that we are no more in trouble because of videocon.

                                      I have bought a videocon lcd from next retailer chain in may 2010 at 30500/-inr under the videocon paisa vassol offer. The offer was that we have been issued with a redemption certificate of 13000/- to cllim on completion of 6 years 11 months. Now since we are in april 2017 this certificate from videocon is due for claim/ redemption. But on inquiring several times with videocon call center & d2h call center both on their helpline nos, they & their seniors knew nothing about the same. They just keep on transferring from one dept to other and finally no news. This is ridiculous that a reputed indian company is having no after sales concerns. This is a cheating scheme from videocon. This need to be circulated on facebook & social sights for the cheating offers been brought by videocon.

                                        According to calender 12 months completed on 14 april 2018, against long term recharge for 12 months company offer 30 days extra so after that by adding 30 days in 14 april 2018 that date would 14 may 2018 while d2h recharge expire on 9 may2018 that is cheating with 5 days by videocon d2h

                                        While I complaint on [protected] at 7:16pm & 7:43pm on 15 April 2017 customer care executive says i calculate wrongly they say 12 months complete on 9 April 2018 while I recharged on 15 April 2017 complaint no of that complaint is[protected] and they also says that this is company`s policy 12 months equals to 360 days while all books in India says 12 months is equals to 365days or 366days in leep year

                                        When you pay salary to your employees for 31 days month you pay 1 day extra salary or not if not than I want my next recharge date 14 May 2018 because I recharged for 12 months not for 360 days
