Dear Concern,
I(Ashwani pandey) have a d2h connection of Videocon cust.ID[protected] and my mob.no.is [protected].
Approx 4 months ago i have seen problem in my set top box, then c.c.e suggested me to replace my box, I did, after 1-2month my remote was not working properly then i had changed it, after few days again my remote was not working then again i changed my remote.After 10 days some channels ware not showing, said signal problem, when i did complain then it said to me that engineer visit will be done.
I actually have been paid more than new d2h connection cost for only engineer visit since 4 to 5 months.
So kindly suggest me to port out from this service because every month it is possible to be rain and on every engineer visit i have to pay charge..which is very unfair according to me..In videocon d2h if any product got damaged then engineer visit is mandate, which is chargeable.I think damaged product should be repair in local area shop also..

        I tried to recharge my videocon d2h but unfortunately transaction failed (Recharge failed). I apologizes that i made mistake in recharge.

        Recharge amount : rs. 750

        U have debited my recharge amount of rs. 750 from my bank account...
        I tried so many ways by sending email to ur customer id and making calls. But videocon d2h used to say that "recharge has been done by third party vendor, so request has been processed to concern vendor once we receive the reply from their end so on..."
        Still im waiting for your response n recharge amt...

        Please refund my money its been almost 2.5months but still u didnt revert my money rs.750 either into my bank account or into videocon dth balance.

        Now ur doing the same mistake i made... Plz refund or recharge immediately...

          To whom so ever it may concern,

          I am mr sen and i have purchased a fridge from bajaj showroom at hyderabad on dec 1st 2016.
          Post that i have faced problems of cooling several times but would get fixed on it's own. On 19th may the cooling stopped assuming that it happens always it will start again but didnt. When all my food started rotting due to non cooling i called the toll free number and lodged a complaint.
          The person comes the next and says he has to fill gas in the fridge which will have to be taken out and then it will start. We denied taking the fridge and asked the call centre to send someone. They agreed to send someone on sunday, the 21st. This person who comes says of some leakage and a charge of 3000 to be paid. I deny as when the fridge is in warranty there are no charges to be paid. When we told him to leave as we will speak to customer care he goes out of the house and cribs to the neighbor in telugu. I called ganesh, some incharge and he says the engineer who came home is the person who has correct reports and we don't and hence he doesn't care with what we have to say. When we are using the fridge from past 5 months and we know of the way we have used it, how can he say we are wrong.
          You have to look into this or you will be losing a customer who genuinely rejected so many online cheap deals and went for your product.

            I am using Videocon D2H for past few years and man there service is such a pain. Every now and then there is a new problem from there end and upon calling the customer care, they ask for no less than 200 bucks just for a visit.

            From past 6 days I see "Channel Not Found" error on screen. I thought it was due to low balance so I recharged my account but in vain. I also checked the dish for any tree branches in the way or the dust but there seems absolutely no problem from my side.

            We are forced to use such bad services of these providers as we have no other options left. They are just harassing customers. I will switch to JIO DTH when it launches and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Video"con" D2h.

                I lodged a complaint with customer care on 16th May 2017, with complaint number 51727317. I was told that engineer would visit my place in 24 hrs. But even after 24 hrs when the engineer didn't come and I checked back with the customer care, they told us that the engineer has already visited your place.
                Such rubbish customer care service by videocon.

                  There is no any action taken by Service provider with respect to complaint no.GUR[protected] dated 28/03/2017 and old complaint no. is GUR[protected] dated 04/03/2017.
                  Videocon Service provider cheating the customer and no any positive action taken by manufacturer. Zonal Service representative also not interacting with customer in positive way.

                  My last complaint details are as under
                  Dear sir/madam
                  I have purchased one lcd tv of videocon make, after some time it was not working properly (Picture related problem) the i register a service complaint and my complaint ref no. Is gur[protected].
                  After 3 days service center informed me about the panel problem in lcd and they told panel should be change but i did not accept their offer and request for return the lcd without repair.
                  After several follow-ups on telephone they return my lcd after 20 days.
                  But now its condition is very bad then earlier, it is not switched on.
                  I called in service center for this, they informed me its electronics item we cannot do anything.
                  I called in customer care no is[protected] for the above problem and they provide me the contact no. Of mr. Rajeev kumar – [protected] but it’s found wrong.
                  I again called in above customer care no. Then they given me contact no. Of mr. Kapil bajaj – [protected] but he did not pick phone call.

                  Service engineer visited at my home without any prior information for delivery while that time any family member of my family not presence at home then my neighbor only collect the lcd.
                  She signed the job card for the receiving of product not for the testing and satisfaction report for the same and now the condition is very bad as it was earlier

                        Respected Sir,
                        I had sumbitted a complaint for servicing of my videocon ac 1.5 split following which subject reference was given on 07th May 2017. On 8th May, technician Vikram and his helper cum under traning person visited in the evening at 1600hrs approx. When I asked about servicing charges, he said that he does not know and he enquired telephonically from someone who said that it is Rs. 625?-. Before his servicing, everything including auto cut out system was fine. But after servicing, auto cut out system is failing since then. They serviced in a hurry in a short cut procedure. They never asked me any problem of ac. After servicing I handed him over Rs. 625/- and asked for the bill receipt. He said that the bill pad is at his home in village DUKHERI and he would give me the same on next day i, e, tuesday. After he left my place, sms was received by me that I had paid Rs. 324.40 towards servicing charges and the complaint was closed.Since then I rang technician Vikram several times to hand over Rs. 100/- (taken excessive) plus bill receipt to me by despite his promises to do so, I have not received the same i.e. Rs. 100/- and bill receipt. Also I was shocked to observe the ill manners of the technician Vikram and his helper. Mr. Vikram had put his mobile on charging on my charger in my room/house without asking or taking anybody's permission. His helper was seen lying and resting on my bed with his mobile in his hand watching videos on whatsapp. I have never faced such worst experience so far in my life. Plz teach some ethics and manners to your technicians. I request you to initiate strict action against above said technician Mr. Vikram and do the needful to get my excessive payment of Rs. 100/- and the bill receipt. Thanking in anticipation.                           I have beenbcharged rs 450 for shifting of set top box without performing actual work. I had complained to videocon for shifting the dish antenna from one place to another due to some issues with society but afterwardsvit was sorted and there was no need to shift. But according to videocon (Big time frauds) once complaint is done youncannot cancel it also they didnt inform me regarding the same before so i am very much dissatisfied by there service and if such are there policies then i will definitely shift to other dth service provider and make people aware of such dubious services. There site is so confusing that while changing packs they completely misguide customers. Also cutomer care is of no use worst d2h service providers please dont buy videocon.

                            I have bought a led television of vediocon company whose purchase date is 17/04/2016 it hasn't been a year that my television wasn't working properly. From 15/04/2017 it does work. We have made a complain in vediocon service centre and also to the shop owner of the shop from where i have purchased my television. I will be very thankful if you solve this issue. I am hopefully waiting for your reply.

                                    On 30/04/2017 I lodged a complaint about my refrigerator. A technician came on the same dayand inspected the product then told me that the defrost timer need to be changed. Then he told that he didn't had the part with him therefore he will replace it on some another day. After a week on 08/05/2017 another technician came to replace the timer. At that time I was not at home. He told my wife to bring the bill of the product. When she went inside to bring the bill and came back with it the technician told that he replaced the timer, and charged Rs 1050 for it, and immediately went away without giving a bill for the work and the old part to m wife. When I came home at night and checked, i found that the timer has not been changed. It is the old one. The technician did a fraud with my wife. He charged without replacing the part. I need my money to be refunded or the work done and replacing the timer.

                                      Hi, I have done recharge of amount Rs 2280 on 4th May 2017 at 3pm from videocon d2h website only. Money got debited from my account immediately but the connection is not recharged neither i got any message from videocon regarding transaction id or successful completion. I am calling customer care again and again but they told me to wait for 36 hours. I have waited for 48 hours but still services didnt resume. Then i again called customer care, now they are saying since I dnt hav transaction ID, they cant do anything not evn register a complaint. I told i hav my bank reference ID of the transaction and i can giv u that on screenshot but these guys simply cut down the call. It happens twice. Pls help to either get my set up box recharge or refund my money atleast.
