I lodged a complaint with customer care on 16th May 2017, with complaint number 51727317. I was told that engineer would visit my place in 24 hrs. But even after 24 hrs when the engineer didn't come and I checked back with the customer care, they told us that the engineer has already visited your place.
Such rubbish customer care service by videocon....

There is no any action taken by Service provider with respect to complaint no.GUR[protected] dated 28/03/2017 and old complaint no. is GUR[protected] dated 04/03/2017.
Videocon Service provider cheating the customer and no any positive action taken by manufacturer. Zonal Service representative also not interacting with customer in positive way.

I have bought a led television of vediocon company whose purchase date is 17/04/2016 it hasn't been a year that my television wasn't working properly. From 15/04/2017 it does work. We have made a complain in vediocon service centre and also to the shop owner of the shop from where i have purchased my television. I will be very thankful if you solve this issue.
