    Really a worst service from videocon d2h. After a recharge on[protected], thought to have the videocon d2h services. But had a 'channel not available' problem for which i raised a complaint. Which they said will be resolved within 24 hours. Which until now on[protected] is not resolved. Had nearly 10-15 calls made to their service centres. Even called the nodal officer, but videocon has worse reputation altogether as shown by their team.
    I know its out of question that these guys will refund...
    When will india have good ranking in service.
    Country is getting shamed due to this so called videocon.
    I shall post the same on the facebook page so that rest of world knows about this!

      My D2H account number is[protected], and Everytime we recharge through Paytm/online and we have to wait for 6-7 days to restart our cable services. That too when we call to customer care. In total we have lost almost 25+ days of services due to this, and paid unnecessary to you guys. I need a compensation of this now. Either provide a 25 days of free services or payback my money. For this when I have sent the email to Videocon. I received very dissatisfactory reply.

      I st reply We would like to inform you that currently your product with customer ID –[protected] is out of warranty and therefore as a company service policy there will be service visit charge of Rs. 200/- applicable and In case of any defective part/product replacement required necessary charges will be communicated by the service engineer during the time of visit. We request you to please click on the link given below for more details regarding service charges.

      When I have resent the email to read it properly then I received below reply, that we have not received complaint from you, hence no waiver is applicable.

      What the nonsense was this, I didn't understand. That you recharge and dont get services until you call to customer care. Means you give money freely to them.

          Dear sir, i purchased videocon satellite lcd model no. 2201 under videocon paisa vasool offer 2010 in which received guranteed money back certificate of a sum of rs. 6500/-. I have contacted customer care several times for contact details to send / forward certificate for reimbursement or claim of rs. 6500/- money back offer but could not received it so far. Certificate issued by universal digital connect limited but so far no valid contact information and mailing address. I am very much upset with the customer care service and get rid of too many follow up of proper guidance. Hence decided to complaint it in consumer complaint forum with an hope to get right direction.

              I had purchased videocon lcd model no.2202 on 01/07/2010 under paisa vasool offer 2010 which guranteed me to a sum of 5000 in the form of money back certificate on surrendering the original certificate but i am not able to encash it and i am not able to contact the authorities who are responsible for paying the cash back.
              I want the authorities to look in to the matter and contact me asap.

                  I recharged in my videocon d2h after months, recharge hot done, yet my services didn't get started. I called customer care for that, they send some kind of codes from their side & my d2h box got stucked on software update at 5%. Now they are demanding rs.200 for it. Very bad services from videocon. They are looting the customers.

                      We are repeating complain regarding non action commited by technician, some one visit & declaire defolt in cable, m some one replaces set top box they are charging monies on some or other reason but result is zero, till ficture in hd chanel staryt freezing & picture gets crucade, it will be a basic reason of long loyal client gets switch over for another alternative

                      Pl resolve the issue, & prevent us to migrate to immediate compitetor, so express your inability to resolve the issue so i can decide what to do

During service (Gas filling) there was a huge blast and engineer told us that everything is fine. They charged for the service, gas and went back.ac worked for an hour and there was no cooling after that. We we called service engineer back, they confirmed that the coil is leaked and we need to pay for that. Thiis clearly shows that the leakage caused due to unprofessional handling during the service. Now no one is supporting including the local vendor and area service manager mr rajiv.

                          Pathetic service and support from videocon, stay away from them.

                            I booked a connection and was asked to pay online in advance. I paid INR 2020 through my credit card.The Sales Guy at Mumbai office Mr. Rizwan assured that you'll get you DTH installed anyhow by 2nd June 2017, if you pay us online. This was a trap and i couldn't figure it then. I enquired multiple times if installation is possible at 6.15 in the evening, Rizwan assured he'll arrange only if i choose to pay in advance. To win my trust he even shared his office timings of 2pm to 10 pm and his landline no[protected], in case I faced any issues.

                            On 2nd June i got a call from their executive in Gurgaon, his name was Vishal and his number was [protected].He confirmed that their technician will visit at 6 for DTH installation. I cancelled my urgent meetings for the evening and made sure i reach back home on time.

                            but around 6pm in the evening things totally changed, they stopped attending my calls and gave no revert to messages either. i truly understand there could be some problem but not answering my calls is no solution at all. i made 100's of calls to both Rizwan and Vishal but no revert. Luckily i got a chance to speak with vishal for 30 odd seconds but that too he hung by by saying i'll confirm you back. Their number is busy, they are answering to other calls but not me.

                            How do things change! if i wouldn''t have paid they would have called me 100 times but now i have paid they are not even bothered to revert.

                            How pathetic service.

                            This is day one! & how they are serving a new customer.

                            i am repenting my decision to choose Videocon, never in my life i would recommend this brand to anyone.

                            i don't want the connection now and want my money back.

                                I bought 3 Moto g2 last year from flip kart one for self and 2 for friends all the phones started giving trouble. The call receiver hears echo of his own voice. Warranty period has expired and I approached and service centre cannot find the fault and gives lame excuse and offers to replace m board for RS 6700, the market price today is around 7000 for new one. On my recommendation several friends bought this model and all have failed. I will never buy any mobile branded by Motorola in my whole life caution all my friends not to buy.

                                      I had complaint one month back regarding no signal to my set top box, the technician adviced to change the set top box by paying rs 400/- issue sold for time being, the same complaint was repeated in a week he adviced to change me lmb which was changed by them 2 months back due to signal issue., byt still i changed it n paid 300/- he didnt gave receipt against the payment. This time it didnt lasted for even two days again i called customer care n lodged the complaint again he got repaired but now after 8 days same problem had occured once again i tried to call the customer care to lodge a complaint but found a poor response from the executive as while speaking to them it was not like speaking with a call centre executive it was like speaking with a person who is in a bar buzzing and speaking in a rude manner this i have experienced twice when i called today at 21.30 n 21.35. So i felt something wrong in this so i bought to your notice as they had not registered my complaint. Secondly plz replace my set top box full unit with a new unit free of cost as from last year onwards i am facing such problems frequently orelse give me the charges of set top box n lmb which he had istalled few days back.

                                      Plz revert to this and take action on the executive who have attended my call. U can listen to my call recording which he had with me.

                                      Its very strange my complaint is mot attended since last two days . Without using the services u will deduct my balance frm monthly package which is very wrong .

                                      from last month onwards i have paid 1200 to technician for repair n parts n till date the issue is not rectified or no one is taking it seriously. The tech is saying i dont know how to repair it he is saying d2h signal frequency is low u upgrade to dish tv . This is the suggestion of technician.

                                        I pravin kulkarni had purchase a very esteem videocon satellite lcd tv, model no. 3201 on may 2010, with pay back of rs 12000/- under scheme of videocon paisa vasool offer being held in year 2010 in nashik district from bhafna electricals,.

                                        I have money back certificate no vide 38563 and submitted all necessary documents to distributor / shopper since last month i. E.in april.

                                        In this regards, we are not getting any feedback from niether from dealer nor from videocon, dealer always keep on saying that documents has been send but there were no response from company.
