    Hello my name is bhavish wagh from pune. My customer id is[protected] and contact no. Is [protected]. From last 2 month i frequently getting a message of signal not available for no reason. I can understand if the rain comes it should display such message, but how can on a sunny day this issue occurred. I reached out to the customer care regarding this issue and they informed me that i will be charged 200 for engineer visit. So the question comes i didn't touch the stb & neither dish how can my d2h suddenly started malfunctioning. And why should i pay 200 after spending 475 as monthly rental just to see signal not available. I saw this signal not available complaint filed by many consumer but they still facing the issue so would you please either solve my issue or else i will proceed with the other entertainment provider. I also posted the issue on videocon d2h facebook wall but they never reached out to me after some reply.

      Dear sir/madam
      I have purchased one lcd tv of videocon make, after some time it was not working properly (Picture related problem) the i register a service complaint and my complaint ref no. Is gur[protected].
      After 3 days service center informed me about the panel problem in lcd and they told panel should be change but i did not accept their offer and request for return the lcd without repair.
      After several follow-ups on telephone they return my lcd after 20 days.
      But now its condition is very bad then earlier, it is not switched on.
      I called in service center for this, they informed me its electronics item we cannot do anything.
      I called in customer care no is[protected] for the above problem and they provide me the contact no. Of mr. Rajeev kumar – [protected] but it’s found wrong.
      I again called in above customer care no. Then they given me contact no. Of mr. Kapil bajaj – [protected] but he did not pick phone call.

      Service engineer visited at my home without any prior information for delivery while that time any family member of my family not presence at home then my neighbor only collect the lcd.
      She signed the job card for the receiving of product not for the testing and satisfaction report for the same and now the condition is very bad as it was earlier

          I was worked in Videocon Industries as Area Service In charge under Ghaziabad Branch since 22/10/2012 to 30/11/2016. I was resigned with 08 days notice. But even after 3.5 Months my full and final was not settled. Neither company will respond on my mails neither they gave any assurance .My Nov`16 Salary, My conveyance, My wrong deduction regarding data card was cleared till now.               Sir,
              I have purchased videocon refrigerator mode no. Vz294pecsnhfk on 4th september, 2016 for m/s darling digital world, pondicherry. After three /four days we had noticed that watering in the refrigerator, on this we had made so many complaints with call centre. During the month of jan'17 one service engg was attended the complain and that there was a loose connection and he said that it had been rectified, you have no compliant. Next day we had noticed that some grill fitted in the inner side of refrigerator was broken and fell down. The watering again started. We had again booked complained after a serious compliant service engineer came changed some of the parts and the complaint still open. Even after this, water is coming in side more than earlier. We are approaching the service centre and no one is hearing our problem. It is total lose to us.

                I had a problem for with my set top box. Called the d2h service guys.They promised to send a guy the same day.
                The service guy came the next day around 2 PM. He fixed the issue. He says he updated the software and now it would work fine. I checked and things are working fine.
                He made a call to a d2h call center and made me talk to the guy on phone. First thing he asked: Is the problem fixed? I said "YES". Secondly he asked: Am I happy with the service? I again said "YES". Next he asked me that how much I paid him: I said I did not pay him anything yet, but the service guy was asking for ₹200/-. Finally he asked if the service was offered within 24 hours: I said "NO" an laughed a bit saying that it took more than 24 hours. And boy I kept laughing. Handed the phone over to the service guy.
                Now, the service guy says ₹200/-. I took out the money and before giving, I asked him a receipt.
                He said that the call was the only conformation for the payment and I won't get any written receipt.
                Well I do not mind paying ₹200/- for a job well done. I appreciate what he did. But what is so wrong if I insist on a written receipt. I had to explain him like If i am buying something then I get a receipt. So I need one, hence i demanded one.
                He said, Videocon does not give receipts. Finally on insistence he agreed to write on a paper about the payment, but that wont mean anything unless a Videocon stamp was not there, at least it should have a complaint number or a receipt number to validate a transaction.
                It is not about the money. Why do Videocon does not give receipts to customers even when asked. Is videocon hiding something? Are they charging more? Are they avoiding service tax this way?

                  It's nothing but just horrible experience talking to your customer service executives...not at all helpful... your query is not solved...They wont answer the questions you ask... interrupt you...and even they will disconnect your call...rude and not at all helpful...

                    Dear Team,

                    With great regret, I am writing this to lodge a complaint on Videocon refrigerator. I bought the refrigerator on 13 June 2015 to be exact from Bismi appliances Kaloor, Ernakulam, Kerala. This fridge has a 5-year warranty and within a year the bulb inside was damaged. This was repaired in December after several follow-ups and now the fridge ‘itself ‘doesn’t work. I had raised a complaint to Bismi and a representative showed up and claimed we have to pay him Rs 2300 as charges. This is unacceptable and irrelevant to a consumer who has faithfully purchased a product from your company with warranty and finds that the fridge does not work within 20 months.
                    We were assured that we would not be liable to pay for anything during the warranty period and now this is what is happening. Keeping aside the inconveniences that is causing throughout, it is seriously pathetic to see that companies cheat customers claiming warranty and guarantee which forces us to pay all hidden charged. Many of the customers are unaware of the facts regarding these charges that they have to face in future.
                    I am neither going to pay any charges for a fridge, that was damaged within a short span after purchase nor going to have a good impression on Videocon products anymore. We even do not have a specific contact to deal with this issue as this is continuing and get looped to different people.
                    This is ongoing and I am not going to entertain such things. Either repair the fridge and make it normal or replace the fridge ASAP.

                      My Name is Rahul Kumar Singh and my videocon d2h ID is[protected]. I did recharge of PLATINUM HD (i.e. 650/- monthly) for 3 months by paying 1950 amount on 5th Feb. M TUNES channel is unavailable from 8th Feb. I already follow-up with videocon d2h team via email but got unsatisfactory answer stating as this issue from broadcaster and there is no problem from videocon d2h side. I asked them to justify my paid amount which they have added as part of base package. If they have added in base package then they should provide all base package feature but they are failed into that and i am looking to compensate it in someway.

                      Kindly help us in getting compensate and stop them to fool people/customer.

                        I have Videocon d2h . I was due for recharge of videocon d2h Tv and while doing recharge i mistakenly selected 12 months pack insted of my normal recharge of 1 month in the videocon app for android. While rechrge the app straight away directs you to paytm for payment.So for 12 months I was charged ₹7800/- i din want this 12 month recharge so i called videcon d2h customer care ([protected]) and asked them to reverse my payment. They said they will reverse it and asked me to do 1 month payment as usual. This happened on 27 february 2017. They said the payment willbe deposited in my account in 3-5 working days. Now its been 10 days but still i havnt received my payment. My complaint no. Is[protected]. My customer ID of videocon D2h is 79429072. Customer care people are indisciplined. And does not know the way to talk and handle customers. Shame on the services of videocon d2h. What should I do. File a police complaint or what?

                          Bought semi automatic Videocon Washing machine on 14/02/2016, but on 22/01/2017 the spin tub stop functioning and tilted. On 23/01/2017 I approached the dealer Shanti Electricals, Dharavi, Mumbai and registered the complain who informed the service center. With sms confirmation from the service center an official called Mr. Anand, SCode S26666, visited and examined the machine. On inquiry he told that the plastic parts have been broken Rs. 3500/- will be charged. He refused to give any service report and told to contact superior Mr. Satishkumar Shetty, mumbai.

                          When I spoke to Mr. Satishkumar Shetty, he too is interested in servicing the machine for money. When reminded him that the machine is warranty period, it is not even a year old, he told that there is no warranty for plastic materials.
                          Several calls to to Mr. Satishkumar Shetty and visit to dealer produced zro result.

                          Mailed complaint to [protected]@vgmail.com on 19/02/2017, only get donotreply message from the same.

                          Still waiting for proper direction from the Service Center or the dealer. It is really paining to get such shoddy services from such a highly reputed company who sell defective product and the officials dealing with customers are so arrogant and negligent. They are only keen on making money defying their responsibilities towards customers.

                              Hi,

                              I have a problem with my television somr black spots are displaying in my tv. Now tthe engineer is charging more than rs 2000 for the service. Why should i pay any penny for service even if it is in warrenty period. What is the use of warrenty i[censored] r charging gor money. It seems i did a big mistake of buying a videocon product. I request all the customers not buy any of the product from such a company.

                                LCDTVVAD32FH-BMA Auto restart of TV on switching first time in a day takes place with big sound and screen crash.
                                On continuous switching off and On the TV, it starts functioning normally.

                                Raised service ticket to videocon service center, they visited and claiming motherboard need to be changed but for the same model it is not available.

                                I did not get the reason why it got damaged, is it because of sudden power cuttoff/power voltage fluctuation/Manual TV Power shutoff without using remote or life of the motherboard is 5 years only.

                                I bought this LCD TV 32 in Year 2012 Dec, o warranty exist.

                                Kindly suggest why TV shutoff automatically and then function normally after several switch off and on, what is the best solution.

                                  I am purchased one videocon mobile from amazon store on 6 Dec. 2016. videocon smart phone not working from last one month and accordingly it was handed over to their service center at Basirhat, 24 Pharganas North, on[protected].                                   Now their service center given "Special customer replacement certificate" for warranty claim and advice to return the product to seller. I am purchased the product from amazon. When I contact the amazon customer care. They are advising to contact to manufacturer.
                                  manufacture Dealer not ready to replace the product, and advising to contact to seller.

                                  Vedeocon given one year all India warranty. But when we contact to replacement, they are advising to contact the seller..

                                    My d2h remote is faulty since I installed and have registered 4 complaints regarding remote and being under warranty it's not exchanged. Customer care people r charging for remote and remote is being tested and checked by d2h engineer from last 4 visits. Need u r help in exchanging faulty remote. Also area manager is insisting on sale of remote rather than solving customers issue. And after paying hardearned money to recharge d2h iam not able to view channels due to faulty remote.

                                      Sir, I have given my new videocon at the your service centre Job No vascas034j[protected] IMEI [protected] on 23rd January under guarantee period. But till today I am unable to get my mobile from the servicing centre (Space Solutions Guwahati) and through calling at helpline no[protected] also I am unable to get the proper information only says that we send it to the company. So I kindly requesr you to provide me a new mobile since it was under guarantee period.

                                      I have given my new videocon mobile handset to Apace Solutions, Guwahati for repairing on 23rd Jan 2017, but it is not delevered to me . Job no vascas034j[protected] and IMEI no [protected]. So I kindly request to return the handset in good condition and if not repairable provide a new handset as early as possible.
