Respected official,
i had brought a videocon ddb led 98 cm, it has not working now
not even 1 year is completed of this tv, its display is not working properly ' some engenier from company had come and say that its
physically danaged. the main screen is perfectly fine, there is not a single scratch on it, so how do it can break from inside.
the company is charging us rs.14000 for repair without any reason . on the time of purchasing it has been told us that no charges will apply on repair (any repair) under warrenty period . still 2 yrs warrenty is left.
its my humble request to your reputed and honest department to help me out, i am very much suffring from this company.
your help in this regard will highly solicieted.

    Dear sir
    I had purchase full auto matic wm and also amc for the same but from the date of purchace it get failure on regular interval
    Neither executive attend the same on time nor parts available with them on time always they need 5-6 days to get that repair haing amc but if amc is not taken than will replace the said parts on same time
    Requting you to replace this defected product at earliest and provide me a good piece at earliest as my motjer is facing problem on regular basis

      It is really terrible experience with your customer care unit [protected].Mr Sarkar is behaved badly. Such a person is damaging reputation of your esteem organization. For small information I had to call 5 times on 20th and 21st.Unnessary long duration call.please correct such people. If we get such poor performance from your call centre I might search for alternate solution. I have worked in Japan and you just can not imagine such a worst communication taking place there.It is really shameful. -Gulavani I'D[protected]

          I have been your customer since long however the channels offered by you are not upto the mark. Although i am paying regular for New South Diamond package, i am not at all satisfied. The other DTH's are charging very less for the same package and also giving more channels than you.

          Unless this could be corrected within a months time, i wish not to continue with you any longer. you will be losing a potential customer!

            We purchased a 32' slim colour tv on 1st december 2015, from fine electronics, main bazar ambedkar chowk, ballabgarh, faridabad.
            It started giving trouble in december 2015, (less than 10 days). the remote is not working properly and led buttons also not working. after lot of phone calls, they come and demand 1500 hundred rupees. and they refused to repair my led without money, my led is under warranty period, videocon executive why demand money? we did lot of call regarding problem but they didn't any positive response. our problem is remain. please help to overcome...

              Videocon Group, Tekcare india Pvt Ltd appointed Dytech Services, Ranchi, Jharkand, India as service franchise for providing warranty/post warrenty service to customer from 14 oct 2015. Since From oct 2015 to jan 2017 Dytech Services received 10000 Complains and successfully Performed all of them. But from starting company always wants to gave loss to Service Center. From Start to till date Videocon autobill 5, 25, 000 rupess on Service Center. when Dytech Services started its only received 72, 258/- Rupees in its account till date. Total investment on infrastructure and salary of Dytech Services is 1, 20, 000 per month. When Dytech wrote mail to upper management about its losses. but no reply comes from upper management. This Time Branch Service Manager MR N K Sahoo Ranchi demanded money from Service center, But Service center refuses to pay any illegal demand from BSM. Dytech Services also wrote mail to upper management about BSM demand but no reply comes. Time to Time BSM N K Sahoo Pull Together with ASI Rohit Kumar, Parmod Yavdav and Privious ASI Deepak Kumar gave many time losses to Service Center. And now BSM started removing services from Dytech. And This time all services are remove by Upper mangement and BSM from Dytech Sevice Center. It is Clear that Upper Management giving support to BSM and their ASI. Total Investment of Dytech Services is 15, 00, 000 but Company removes all services from Dytech. It is Clear that total game is played by ASI's, BSM and their Senior ZSM Mr. Mustafi and they also got support from upper management. At starting in loi with videocon it was clear that if service center do not want to continue service or company want to close service center in both the cases they have to given 60 days notice in written but without any notice come from Videocon, he removes all his services from Dytech Service Center. Is it right to CHEAT to any Services Partner, when he spend so much money for company with faith ?

                Diffective piece delivered and doesn't give any support on returning.

                I called the customer care (3 times) and raised the issue that I received a defective product and need assistance with it. But they always just mentions they will get bask to me on this and there is no response from the customer service executives. They doesn't even log the complaint on this matter.

                  We are using Videocon DTH (Customer ID[protected] since 2 years and on 6th Feb 2017 there was problem with Signals. I called Videocont DTH Customer Care for help. Executive from Videocont DTH asked me to wait for more than 5 mins and then she asked for issue. I told her that I am not getting Signals and please help me. Instead of giving me any solution over the phone she told me that she will send Engineer to my home and we have to pay Rs.200/-. It is very absurd that there was problem in their signals (Complaint No.[protected] and for that we have to pay Videocont DTH Rs.200/- service charges. I didnt agree to pay the same and asked her to cancel the service. Just after 10 mins signals available and we enjoyed TV.

                  On 10th Feb 2017 we got a call from the back end team and that executive told me that we have received a complaint about Billing. I told her that its not a billing issue but its a signals issue. Instead of listening to me she started lecture and by 6 pm evening they stopped service.

                  10th Feb 2017 around 9.45pm we called customer care and executive me told that all service stopped and your service is cancelled. OK I agree, since your service is so worst and asked them to refund my amount. He says amount cannot be refunded. Its amazing when we are not using your service and why you want to enjoy our free money.

                  Please refund amount whatever it may be even if it is Rs.1/-, it is our hard earned money, why you want to enjoy our hard earned money at FREE. When you have stopped service then return amount.

                      I have registered for annual subscription (and paid online) on 16th Nov 2016 and got my connection on 20th Nov 2016. However because of internal cabling issues in my apartment STB was not getting full signal and hence I disconnected the box on 24th Nov 2016, which is just 8 days after the connection request and 4 days after the connection is activated. Now, as per their policy whatever is remaining in my account balance (which is like some 5200+ rupees) has to be given back to my in the form of a cheque.

                      Its been more than 60 days now and still they are not returning MY hard earned money. Around 30th of November they said they will send me a cheque which will reach me in 15 days. Till now I have not received it. When I started calling them for confirmation on 23rd of Jan, Mr. Naresh Thakur (senior supervisor at the call center) says he raised the concern at high priority and I will receive a call back from their backend team before evening.

                      From that day, I was calling them daily and each time he says the same (surprising that everytime he is the senior supervisor there). Till now no call back, which mean no money back.

                      @Videocon people, try not to cheat on people by stealing their hard earned money., and please return my money.

                            My name is Chandrashekar,

                            We bought a TV from PAI international (Near Miyapur).

                            The TV at the time first use only changed the software the same was not provided even after calling ti customer care nor for mailing .

                            We recently changed the home, due to reinstlation we asked to D2H they came and installed the same with in one day.But after the installation Signal Not Coming, the same intimated to Video con and D2H the same was checked by the D2H technician then he found that problem in TV only not in D2H. after we called to customer care and mailed to the same .the technician came after a two days and saying complaint was made today only.
                            He is considering the mail complaint only.before that i called to customer two days before the technician came, the customer care given the phone Number only.
                            after that 4days over in four days the technician came two times fist time changed the Mother Bord and told that software need to upload, again he came two days after two evening at 5.30 pm uploded the software but it is not corrected one the same was noticed by him only we are still waiting when it will close .

                            Other wise i need to take legal help on both for false promises and for selling the damaged item sold .

                                Based on the call from your customer service center, denying to refund or replace the the faulty product stating that the product is not the same which is originally bought, i regret to inform you that this is the only product which is delivered to me, and also like to inform you if you doubt the authenticity of the product you may the check the unique IMA number the product.Without doing so your cal center executive strongly refuses to replace or refund for the product returned. I feel very bad about your service and make me think either the supplier with whom you have partnered and the brand Video-con your portal is promoting or your portal itself indulging in fraud and cheating.                                   My customer id is[protected] I purchased Videocon d2h in 2014 at that time I supposed to choose two regional languages I took marathi and Kannada. Last almost 8 months that cancelled Kannada from my list. They are charging for it. My nabbour has the same d2h and paying same rental 275 but they seeing Kannada channel. Please check and do the needful.

                                      Hi,

                                      I am very disappointed with the service and the unprofessional behavior of the supervisor Videocon has hired.

                                      I have requested for relocation of my d2h connection but only the De - Installation part was complete and the installation part is still not complete I have already paid the charges for the service but the work is still not complete whenever I get them to raise the complain number they close the complain putting in some fake comment like installation already done and mobiule switch off . It has been 5 days but the work is still pending. When I spoke to there Supervisor Pawan Chawan he was very unprofessional and in spite of helping me to resolve the issue he was rude in his behavior . He was neither sorting the installation issue and when I requested to remove the service if it cant be done, he told even that we cant do. I have to take this issue further after speaking to him . I have lost the trust in d2h company and after facing such poor experience with d2h has made me to come to a decision of withdrawing this service for ever and would recommend others with my experience as SAY NO to Videocon not for the product but for there service and unprofessional staff .

                                        1. For last one week only free advertisement channel are coming in the TV.
                                        2. For other Channel it show Error E 04-4
