Hi my name is arun kumar on 30 th january i purchased videocon led tv but from last 20 days. I was watching dust on led screen. So i calls to customer. Care thn engineer came to fix the problem. But he told me panal has been damaged so it will be change 8 days has been completed but i am not getting. Any responce from videocon company side. I called to videocon in muzaffarnagar mr narendra told me our office is going to relocate so your problem. Will be resolve after may be 8 or more then 8 days i asked reson he told me because we don't have panal to fix the problem so that is not my fault. Iam not getting any response from videocon side

Thank you my problem has been resolve.
After vardah cyclone Videocon d2h not working. Tried to give complaint via toll free number but able to reach the customer care executive even after 100 calls. I have also recharged for 3 months few days before.

No response from Videocon.

Please address this issue immediately.

    Recently I had an issue with the Videocon D2H after the Cyclone in Chennai. I have registered a complaint about no signal to VD2H on 16-12-16. Till now the issue did not resolved. Their customer care is totally waste and I have made several complaints and escalations up to their floor manager level for four times and everything gone vain. They are telling to wait 8 working hours every time and giving false/fake commitments that it will be resolved.

    Totally spent 10+ hours in the last 7 days to speak with them regarding this and no result attained. They are asking excuses with cyclone as the cause even after 16 days from cyclone.

    I have been waited enough and don't ask me to wait further and bear with your pathetic service. Do you need a month to restore your services? It's been already 12 days.

    But every other DTH provider has restored their services and even TNEB restored their lines. But these useless fellows not even called me for the complaint after 12 days from the date of complaint.

    I booked a d2h remote dongle on Videocon d2h website on oct 8. I didn't received the product and when I try to call them wait for the call from engineers they will resolve it but no one calls... its been like 3 months they doing to us ... when I ask for refund they are not giving to me

        I have mentioned complaint for the same complaint but nobody visit my site and the complaint is automatically closed. But when i called to your customer care and supervisor, the lethargically replied as it's been closed due to some problem and can take only as fresh complaint. How come you people are not responsible for the complaint for last 15 days?

I work in night shift and its so irritating when your phone buzz after every hour. I've told them many times to put my no in dnd( do no disturb) but as usual nothing happen. I'm so much fed up with this videocon service. I'm begging you not to call me again to remind me for the recharge.when i need i'll refill.

              Already i registered the complaint. Intermittently the channels are restored and now the same complaint persist. The smart card location or any other details are not accessible to us as the set top box sealed and cannot be opened without breaking the seal. As such your display of error is not true. The recharge done on[protected] online is not updated in the account. Even today morning i have made the complaint. This state of error is being displayed by you for the past 3 months at the time recharging though it has been done on the due date, you are not able to locate customer id for the payment or crediting a wrong customer and penalizing the right customer. If this is the state of your customer care, then there is no use of continuing with your brand services. Please take immediate action and rectify it within today.

              Customer name: A Aravind ID: 93453640 card no:[protected] for the past 3 months at the time of recharging date the above complaint displayed and with no channel even though recharges already done. For the present case online recharges is done on[protected] but it is not updated by you till date. please rectify and confirm my sms. Please do rectify the same and see that this does not happen again. Please note that we don't know where the smart card is in the set top box as it is completely sealed. But in the notification it is saying that the smart card has not been properly inserted or pull the smart card slightly and push till it is firmly places inside the slot or insert the smart card in the right direction as indicated on the card. The question of doing all these will arise only when we know the place where the smart card is inside the set top box. Hence avoid these flimsy tricks and try to update the payment then and there and be consumer friendly. Otherwise you will loose a valuable customer.

              Please also note that the cell number or the landline(toll free)displaying in your d2h home channel1 is not useful to the customer. When I dialed the Toll free number, I I get the response as " please verify the number you dialed. For the cell no, the reply is giving the information to dial the toll free number or to wait on line as all the representatives are busy in attending customers and I held the phone for 3 to 4 minutes by spending Rs5 to 6 but still it is giving the same reply and I tried 3 times as such. So modify your programming in the above two category either your representative will call us back if we hold for a minimum of 1 minute or make a provision to SMS to a particular cell number for registering the complaint. If SMS we spent only Rs1 and the complaint will reach you and you have to respond by sending the complaint registration number to follow up.

                    I have raised WOID stating that "No signal" from my STB box by calling Customer care Number ( [protected]) on 16- DEC-2016.

                    While registering the complaint they informed me that it will be resolved within 4-5 days. Normally it will be within 24 hours, But Due to Cyclone, they said it will take 4-5 days.

                    I have Frequently Contacted customer care on 18Dear Sir,

                    I have Frequently Contacted customer care on 18th, 20th & 21st, every time they wrongly guided me that your WOID will get resolved within today.

                    After 8 days also, My complaint is not resolved till now, even i didn't get any single call from Service Engineer .

                    Please let us know when it will get rectified. And also, extend my due date for this delay from your side OR else please give valid reason in written for not extending due date of my subscription as it was delay from your side.,

                      I had raised a complaints on 17 th and it was falsely closed by engineer on 18th without my consent.Again I raised complain on 22nd morning and they closed it without sending engineer.It's a pathetic service and I would like strict action to be taken against videocon d2h.They are simply closing the complain without sending engineer and without asking asking my consent.

                            My Videocon D2H (account number[protected] is not working for close to 2 weeks. I had already created a complaint and no one bothered to respond. When I call again today I am being told that my earlier complaint is marked closed.

                            There is utter negligence and no one bothered to take any response.

                              My videocon D2H ID is[protected], its not working for more than 10 days,
                              after that i tried to made call to thier customer care no [protected], everyday i tried to make a call for more than 50times per day, but no response on that customer care number, i never ever seen such a worst response customer care in the world,
                              totally videocon products are such a waste peoducts not even working for more than one month (previously air conditioner hust worked for 6 month and throughed in dust bin now d2h)
                              please advice them to give quality products to customer, should not cheat their customer, very very worst products in india,

                                I have been a loyal customer for Videocond2h for more than 2 years now. Recently I had an issue with the d2h for the first time after the Cyclone in Chennai. I called the customer care on 15th dec 2016, 2days post cyclone and raised a case as there is no signal on d2h. I was told that the issue will be fixed in 2 days. After 2 days I received a message with the Technician name and phone number. Same day I received the call from the Tech confirming the address.

                                Tech did not come till evening, So I called him to check the status. He responded saying that this is not under his assigned area and will not be able to come and assist on this.

                                I phoned again the same day to customer care and spoke to the rep who said that he will escalate the case to the area head to fix the issue. There was no update till the next day.

                                I called them again the next day and Rep transferred the call to his supervisor. I spoke him and he promised the same thing that he will escalate the issue to the area head who will fix it. no response.

                                I called them again the next day and spoke to an another supervisor who started saying the same thing, so I requested to escalate this matter to his manager.
                                Manager came on the line with me. He promised that he will phone the area head and call me back with the update. I never received any call for two days. Now I am in a point to cancel the subscription and move to a different provider all together.

                                  Hello,

                                  In chennai due to cylon by d2h device lost signal, till I am not getting a signal and raise the complaint on 14, Dec 2016 ( complaint no.[protected]. But till now no one is called again I was spoken to Videocon customer on dec, 18. but their response is pathetic, my compliant is closed without my concern and they said again raise the complaint (no. 48614842.) but 14 Dec to 21 Dec as of now I am paying without using services. I need waive of[censored]ntil fix the issue. Is this Videocon pay even single rupees to customer ? Then why should us?

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, I am having videocon d2h (Cust Id[protected] and last 10 days (since 12/12/2016) I am getting only error message when I switch on d2h. I've raised the complaint thru customer care and the complaint id is WOID 48600016 but no service engineer has responded yet.
                                    I've tried to reach them everyday but getting voice message saying all customer care members are busy, and the call gets disconnected after 30 minutes. So, i am losing Rs35 everyday without using the service.
                                    Even I've tried to raise the same complaint thru their website but no response still.
                                    Please can you help me in this regard.

                                      I had buy New videocon d2h on 02 december 2016 after 1 week remote was not working. I informed customer care and service man came he charged 50 rupees for remote battery replace of new product on 08 december 2016.After that again problem arise on 15 december 2016.I contact many times customer care executive and supervisor they are helpless for me problem still exists waste of my money, time and effort.hope this complaint will helpfull for me.my customer id :[protected]

                                        [protected]:17:47: Murali: My D2h service failed on 12/12/16 when I tried to register complaint on 14.12.16 at 22 hrs call center assistant had not registered my complaint, next day only I could able to register complaint but till today no action has been taken, and call center executive not attending the call.Chromepet service center not taking any call, but daily app RS.15 is debited from my subscription with out providing any service, only way is going to consumer forum and saying goodbye to VCON D2H
