I am using Videocon d2h. From past 2 days I am getting "Signal Not Available" message on screen for no specific reason. Whereas the Home channels where d2h advertise is working fine.

I dropped them an eMail regarding the problem and they are shamelessly asking rs200 + other charges just for technician visit. I don't understand why these scammers always ask for money for tiny miny problems. Moreover this is not my fault as the set top box is working fine. I also noticed I am not alone facing this problem. There are many others.

Guys, lets just boycott these fraudsters all at once. We need a gamechanger like JIO in the Digital TV industry. They are flourishing just because we are taking their cr*p. Almost all of these dish providers are making fool o[censored]s customers. Just reply to show your agreement!

    Sir,

    I had purchased a new Videocon LED TV Model : DDBTVVMA40FH18XAH on 18 Jan 2017 from Super Electronic Plaza, G-30/110, Sanjay Place, Opposite LIC Building, Agra-282002 on a price of Rs 34, 000/-.

    I am facing a problem while playing videos from USB/Pendrive (In all format). The picture quality is very awkward and poor, especially color is very high and cannot reduce. I can't see this type of bad reception of LED. It is found that the Brightness, contrast, and color features of display are not adjustable while playing videos from USB/Pendrive.

    For this imperfection, I had contracted Customer Care on 22- 01-17 and after spending more than 2 hrs it is not fruitful. On lodging a complaint on dated 22- 01-17, a rep from Videocon named Mr Amir had visited my premises on 23-01-17 and he confirmed that Brightness, contrast, and color cannot be adjusted in this model. Even after consulting with their seniors Mr kanchan, he verified that this bad quality will remain unchanged in this model while playing with USB.

    When the feature “user mode” is working in TV mode (AV mode) perfactly then why it is not effective in USB Multimedia mode. This simple and essential feature is available in all other brands of SMART LED TV currently from lowest to high cost models.

    I am very much disappointed while dealing with such a huge brand and it is still unbelievable. It is requested that if this simple Brightness, contrast, and color adjustment feature (as stated above) is not available in this model then kindly change the model or accept return of this LED TV.

    An early action is requested please.

      Dear sir,
      My name is pintu Singh, I am 5 year aproxly old costmor of vidiocon.
      Sir I am call your costmor care but your men was not respond positively your supervisor disconnect call without solve my problem. I was told him why I face problem, and why I am every month paid 200/ visit charg only your problem.
      The problem was every month technical error show signal not available.
      Sir pleas suggest me what can I do??

        DTH number[protected] against paytm Order Id [protected] has been charged with Rs.365 through paytm on jan 8 2017. Paytm confirmed that it has been successfully processed at their end and provided reference number [protected] shared by the operator videocon d2h with them, and asked us to contact videocon customer care no [protected]. While contacting them they refused to refund the amount saying that we shoud have contacted them on the same day itself. Kindly escalate the issue

          I have purchased videocon ddb led, i am getting problem in ddb from 4 months.
          I had complaint to dealer (Next showroom pali), they told me to complaint to videocon.
          I tried to call on videocon customer care but they are not writing my complaint and call disconnected.
          I had send mail to videocon customer care and they send me back a confirmation mail that my complaint has been reached to them.
          I didn't get any single call or mail from videocon about 10 days. After that a videocon service center guy call me about my complaint and ask me to take my ddb to his service center.
          They keep my ddb at their service center and today call me to take my ddb return, call again for new complaint because you ddb is not repaired yet now.
          My 3 months subscription has expired but i didn't use the service.
          Videocon support team didn't response to my mail.

          Kindly tell me what should i do now? I would never recommend videocon product to my family and friends. Videocon service is worst.

            Dear sir,
            i purchased this product on feb 13 and last month display problem observed with this set.
            i raised a complaint to service center on 20 dec 16. asme is attended by engg. and he told me that there is problem of power supply and it has to replaced by new one.
            i given visiting cahrges for visit and power supply order give to videocon person
            as discussed.
            after 3 days service center refused to give the supply by saying that this part is not available in company and they can not provide the same...
            it is strange that such a reputed company like videcon manufacture the product for only 3 or four years...and the other hands gives waranty for 3 to 4 year on new product.
            it is already sent to service center for repairing on dated 09 jan 17 and after repairing done received the set again on 17 jan 17 but still it is not working at all.

            if you dont have any parts of this set in your stock then it is not customer fault...customer fault is only he purchased this type of product like VIDEOCON...
            i want promt decision from videocon to replace the set fron new one updated set.
            my recently complaint no. is GUR[protected]

              I am the customer of VIDEOCON D2H and I have subscription of monthly gold pack with Rs. 275 which includes Hindi + Some Marathi Channels. I recharge my subscription regularly still unable get benefits of Marathi Channels. I have raised it to VIDEOCON D2H customer care but did not get my issue resolved. And every time I call VIDEOCON D2H customer care I got reply saying your previous complaint got canceled you have to raise it new.

              please help me .

                Hi, we had purchased a videocon d2h connection and they gave a HD set top box. later one day, that was before warrenty period the set top box stopped working, hence we raised a complaint. videocon person came to change it and he said that we need to pay for it because the warranty has expired, so we called the customer care and clarified to the person about the warranty that is still not expired. so he changed the box for free and went. i was not at home during this process and later when i went home and checked they had put the SD set top box instead of the HD set top box we had before. i had called the customer care numerous times and they are arguing that the previous product was SD box. but i have the proof of the HD box that we where using. i Request the videocon people to kindly replace the SD box with HD box without any cost, as it was not our fault.
                I had attached the photos of the old d2h hd set top box as a proof.

                    I purchased a washing machine on 7/1/2013 and It has 2 Year Warranty and another 2 Years of extended Warranty from the Next Retail Showroom. The machine stop working and i given complaint to Videocon Service Center on 13/11/2016. Service Team came and Declared that Damaged Item is Not Repairable and send me a mail to exchange the machine with new machine with the depreciation. But now they are not giving any...

                    I have a savings bank account with axis bank. I am a judicial officer. On 17-1-17 at about 6.05 Pm i had visited the Axis bank atm for withdrawal of Rs 4500/- but had used my SBI Atm card for withdrawal of money.My transaction was declined on the ground unable to process and a atm slip also came from the ATM machine. However later i found that the said amount is debited from my SBI account. You are hereby requested to immediatly deposit the said amount in my SBI account failing wihich i will be compelled to file consumer case and FIR or complaint case if required

                    I have a axis bank savings account and had been at Kanika Chaka, Cuttack Atm but used my SBI Atm to withdraw Rs 4500 from Axis bank Atm the, transaction was declined but later i found money is debited from my SBI account and not credited till date. please do the needful immediately.

                        I had complained to videocond2h regarding lack of service on 23rd dec. I was asked to recharge to connect to the customer service team. So i recharged for rs. 250 with a validity till 5th jan 2017. The service executive was suppose to report at 2 pm on 24th dec 16, but instead reported at 11 am. Since we were outside by then had asked him to come at 2:00 pm which he had refused and suggested the next day. But he did not turn up. When we connected to customer service on next day, they asked us to be patient as their sla was 5 days and when we checked with them after 5 days, they have closed the ticket already without offering solution. After raising the issue with customer service team through a series of mails, i was promised solution in 3 days on 5th of jan 2017. But now on 8th of jan 2017 when i tried to connect to the customer service team, they are further extending the time line to 8 working days. Not only have they made me waste rs. 250 on recharging, they are also not in the mindset of offering any solution. Request you to kindly intervene in this with suitable solution.

                            This is regarding my mail dated 31st December, 2016 regarding 'box hang' complaint submitted to Videocon D2H. We also complaint about the same on customer care. The ''so called engineer'' has attended our complaint after 5 days, inspite of the assurance that it will be attended within 24 hours.
                            The STB has been changed 5th time in last 3 months and still the same problems persist. We cannot record, cannot forward or rewind, cannot see our old recordings and list of problem goes on.
                            The concerned person doesn't understand the problem, doesn't know the solution and we are the sufferers.
                            The executives only give excuses and do not have knowledge at all. They demand unnecessary money and we have already spent Rs. 2000 and still our problem is there only.
                            Is this the service you provide to your dedicated customer?
                            We have suffered enough and we have heard enough of the stories. Now we need our money back and uninstall Videocon D2H.
                            This is the worst service provider we have ever seen. We need our refund on priority and explanation to this level of service.

                              Fed up with Dish TV, I purchased 3 D2H connections on Mar 8, 2016 vide cust id[protected]. To my utter surprise my connection were disconnected on Jan 3, 2016 which is a good 65 days prior to the expiry.

                              It seems the malpractices of Dish TV have started percolating to D2H after their acquisition as well. I called your cust care no but they were unable to give any reply and just acting funny.

                              I give you 24 hrs to resolve the same failing which, I will have no option but to approach the honr'l consumer court for harassment and mental agony.

                                Please note that AMC of Refrigerator was done on 14.06.2016 by Mr. Danish and he told that the card will be delivered within 15 days and since then We are regularly contacting within almost 7-10 days either Mr. Jagdish Arora who is the area head or Mr. Danish, for providing AMC Card but everytime the person say that it will be delivered in this much time or that much time. Mr. Danish most of the time does not even pick up the call. But that time never came till today. Approximately a week ago i.e. on 26 December, 2016 when i again contacted customer care, executive gave me contact number of Mr. Sachin (who is the head/senior of Mr. Jagdish) and this email id to seek greivance for my complaint. Mr. Sachin asked me to give the AMC receipt and further said that either the card will be delivered in 2 days or your money will be refunded. Its almost 6 months but we are still making efforts for the same but there is no positive result from the other side.

                                I am sorry to say but its very hard to trust any of your employee either the one in the senior position is not trustable.

                                Well i must say if this will remain be the attitude of your employees then it will be very difficult for you to retain your customers and for us to again purchase any of your Company's product. This is the first Company i had seen where calling customer care is of no use as they themselves wont do anything they will rather give you the concerned person's number(s) and email ids and everything has to be done by us only. They wont register your complaint telephonically and take any action.

                                If you have this policy of issuing Card then you must pay attention in the delivery of the card in some time as we have other company' refrigerator also and there is no such provision so they do the subsequent work only on the basis of AMC receipt.

                                I have contacted Mr. Sachin and got no satisfaction and now i have contacted you with some ray of hope.

                                Find attached the AMC Receipt for your reference and immediate action.

                                  i was given a complaint to resolve my problem in 17 dec 2016. but as of now they are not taking any step to resolve this.
                                  Everyday m calling to customer care 3-4 times, they are saying that we need max 8 working hours.
                                  when i given the complain in first day they said will try to send the engineer by today, but that day nobody called me. when i called on monday they said i sent your ticket as high priority ... but as the cyclone happened in chennai it will take max 3-4 days, but will try to close your issue dotay.when i called in the next day they said i need max 8 working hours. so i was given time upto 24 dec...but no result.
                                  so i called in 25 dec 11.10 am and i talked with senoir supervisor, he said need max 8 working hour.but no solution.after that m calling daily to customer care 3-4 times everyday and talking with team lead he also telling same thing.

                                  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT GO FOR VIDEOCON D2H...ITS WORSTEST...

Care thn engineer came to fix the problem. But he told me panal has been damaged so it will be change 8 days has been completed but i am not getting. Any responce from videocon company side. I called to videocon in muzaffarnagar mr narendra told me our office is going to relocate so your problem. Will be resolve after may be 8 or more then 8 days i asked reson he told me because we don't have panal to fix the problem so that is not my fault. Iam not getting any response from videocon side

                                    No response from Videocon.

                                      Recently I had an issue with the Videocon D2H after the Cyclone in Chennai. I have registered a complaint about no signal to VD2H on 16-12-16. Till now the issue did not resolved. Their customer care is totally waste and I have made several complaints and escalations up to their floor manager level for four times and everything gone vain. They are telling to wait 8 working hours every time and giving false/fake commitments that it will be resolved.

                                      Totally spent 10+ hours in the last 7 days to speak with them regarding this and no result attained. They are asking excuses with cyclone as the cause even after 16 days from cyclone.

                                      I have been waited enough and don't ask me to wait further and bear with your pathetic service. Do you need a month to restore your services? It's been already 12 days.

                                      But every other DTH provider has restored their services and even TNEB restored their lines. But these useless fellows not even called me for the complaint after 12 days from the date of complaint.

                                      I booked a d2h remote dongle on Videocon d2h website on oct 8. I didn't received the product and when I try to call them wait for the call from engineers they will resolve it but no one calls... its been like 3 months they doing to us ... when I ask for refund they are not giving to me
