Hi,
I registered a complaint on 14th nov 2016. The issue is that my videocon tv is not working & it's still in warranty period. After logging complaint, i received a call on same day & service officer visited on same day & collected the service charge & assured me that issue will be resolved in 2-3 days. It's been 7 days now & i haven't got any positive response from videocon. Service officer also visited on 19th nov'16 and collected the tv set to get it repaired but still it is not working. I called the area incharge today in hope of some resolution but didn't get any satisfactory response from his side as well. If this is the manner in which videocon deals with it customers then it is not at all acceptable. Kindly resolve the same asap. Pfa bill details for same.

Hi,
It's been 15 days since I have registered complaint. No solution have been provided by your side as of now. I am taking regular follow up with your Area In charge Mr. Sudhir ([protected]) but his response is not up to the mark. Today when I called on customer care no. the representative informed me that my complaint has been closed. Is this how Videocon handle customer complaints I.e. without providing appropriate solution and without informing customer the complaint has been closed on its own. Even the service charge has been collected but no solution has been provided. Highly dissatisfied with this response.

    The stupid service I have ever dealt with. When ever I do recharge I never get to see the channels.

    It still says Insufficient Balance or channel not subscribed. There is a number to call[protected] that says request has been taken you'll be able to see the channels after 10 min however I am sitting for almost 45 mins nothing happens.

    I called customer service I think they are earning for nothing. Both the representative said I'll be able to see the channel in 10 mins please keep it On.

    Both of them are the liars. I told the other one that the other guy told me the same thing but that stupid asked me to wait for again 10 sec stating that he has processed a different request. Bull [censored] service provider Videocon d2h sucks.

    I'll never recommended it to any of my friends, colleagues or family members to ever buy this products. I am sure no body will bother to read my email that is for sure.

    Tell is this fair to do such thing. How many times should a customer call you guys. I have already spent 20 rs in calling you guys but still the problem is not resolved.

    I wanted to watch my fav. football match but beacause of this service I am unable to do so.

    I am really unhappy. Atleast return my Rs.80 that I have wasted in calling you guys for nothing.

    I want to know is this fair to do with your old customers.

    I am upset and very frustrated with the service. Nice job done Videocon. Keep up the good work.

    Hope some one in the higher management will look into this matter.

      I got a message on 18th November that service activated on my number [protected] and 30 rs charged for this service. When i call videocon customer care they said that i called on 543219 to activate this service at 3:58 pm on 18th November and they denied to refund my money. I checked my call history in mobile as well as in MY VIDEOCON application but there is no such call. It happened many times with me please help me to solve this problem. I'll MNP after this problem solved or not.

                      We installed videocon d2h at our home lately. We have 46 inch LCD tv. But the picture quality was too poor and it is blurred over text. We raised concern and technician came and tested it. We were told that this is maximum clarity you can expect from this d2h. Since it is bigger tv, crystals expand over, this causes blurred effect. We initiated refund over the product. Team confirmed we will receive refund within 2 - 3 weeks at max. We are following-up with the team over a month now, they are saying refund amount will reflect in two days.. three days.. whenever we call, they say the same story. Now after being two months, they say refund cannot be done. As per policy, we cannot do refund. They made us to follow-up over months, committed to refund amount. Now they say, refund cant be done as per policy. I want to escalate this incident. If they cant refund, then why do they make false commitments.

                        The services of Videocon D2H is horrible. Nobody at Customer care is listening to the customer problems. Since last fifteen days the service is very very erratic. After starting the D2H, just after 10 to 15 minutes it start showing Signal not available. Whole day this is the problem. I have paid advance for six months about Rs.4000/- to the Videocon D2H company. Now the service is very-2 poor. I have even asked for refund of the balance amount as you are unable to provide service. This is complete harassment to the customers.

                          I ordered a d2h connection online from "d2honline.com" on Nov 4, 2016. The engineer installed the set top box on Nov 5, 2016. However my one month recharge and activation of platinum HD connection is pending since. Currently none of the channels are available to me, neither HD nor SD and my balance shows 0.00, even though I received recharge messages on registered mobile from Videocon on Nov 5, 2016.

                          I have been calling the customer care ([protected] / [protected]) and service centre since Nov 5, and my package still not active. Every time I call I am told it will be done in next 2 hours or within 24 hours or they ask me to call back. And still they are not aware of what the issue is. The customer service is really pathetic. Either they should recharge my account with the paid amount or take their set top box and refund my money back because I cannot use it without an activation.

                            We have complained about our replacement of Videocon D2H setup box on 25thOCt. Technician called us and we have informed him to come the next day and have also told him the our neighbour will assist him. There was no visit. We called the customer service again on back 5th Nov and got to know that the complaint is closed without informing the customer and without the technician visit. Even after tell them clearly that we want to know why was the complain closed without any information, the agents and the supervisors were unable to answer. We told them that they cannot close the complain and they have to resolve on the same complaint number however the agent along with the supervisor keep repeating their policy. Yet the complain has not got resolved and we have completed 48 hrs for the second complaint. This has happened in the past as well. We have told the company very clearly that they can disconnect the connection and pay the money back which they are not willing to.

                            We have also lost the recharge done for rs. 221 without watching TV. Really waste of time and energy and HARD EARNED MONEY. Please help in getting our issues resolved.

                              I have recharged the my set box on dated 2/11/2016 . yesterday my set box was not working, I have called to customer care they respond system was in maintenance mode, please call after 24 HRS . Today I have called, Videocon customer representative told me there was some issue in your box, need to be check with engineer . you need to pay the 200/ RS for visit . after I have received the call from Videocon engineer, he will do the some diagnosis's remotely and update your box was sort circuit and need to be replace. Please let me know where I can put the complaint and who is responsible . I am using the DTH connection and paying the tax and monthly charges so who will provided the services because as per GOI guideline setbox must required to see the TV channels .

                                Very poor customer support, we called on [protected] they always ask us to hold the line to transfer call to Team leader then disconnect the call, it happen so many times on 5Nov2016. I had call from [protected] and [protected]. Today i have spent 40 to 50 rupees on calling because of your pathetic service and yet issue not resolved. I order DTH online with help of your executive. DTH has to be install on 5Nov2016 but yet not install.In your mail you only mention order no. and payment id and your executive always ask for customer id which was not given to me then i made complaint and at the evening i got customer id but still DTH has not been install.

                                If customer id is mandatory for support then you have to mention it in your mail which we received after order place.

                                You are not installing DTH on time and customer support staff is very poor.

                                  I have complained against the problem i am facing for the D2H product. Its been almost 20 days and they are providing no solution instead they are closing my complaints without my authorization. After all the fuss i have decided to close the connection and they arent even ending my subscripion. Instead they calling me to recharge my account. Be it still picture or set-up box not switching on they have failed to provide the service for the complaints. Every time they send a service engineer they charge you 200 rupees and you end up with that faulty product. The customer care is useless. They arent responsible to answer your calls. They make you wait for around 45 minutes to connect it to the service engineer. When i said that i will have to go complain against the company to the consumer forum they encourage you to do it. I wouldnt advice anyone to use this service as its bad.

                                    My name is abhishek. I have been a good customer of videocon d2h since 4-5 years. Just a month before i disconnected the services and asked them to refund my balance.

                                    I have called up their esteemed customer care 10-12 times and every time they say that the amount has been transferred to my sbi account (I used this account to recharge) on 14th oct.
                                    I have spoke to my bank, got the statement as well, this amount is not reflecting in it.

                                    It has been almost a month, i haven't got my money back. Repeated calls to customer care doesn't help at all.

                                    Please assist me in getting it.

                                    Right after I posted this complaint on this website, I got a fraud call from Videocon saying that they are returning my money and should furnish all the Debit card details including cvv number etc.
                                    I am not sure if this website is being hacked or misused by some miscreants.

                                      I would like to inform you that i had purchased a mobile phone of videocon model no-z42 nova gry though your shop cj dated on 16/02/2016 of invoice no-u[protected] was display background issue that phone then i gone to videocon service centre regarding this matter but videocon service centre had not repaired that phone and given to me a special customer replacement certificate and said to me that you me of mobile box which box had packed. I want to say how possible that after 10 month packed box could be not available so itis therefore requested to you kindly solved my problem on urgently basis.

                                        I purchased videocon refrigerator in 2007. on 26/9/2016 this is the second time i had to replace the compressor and gas filling and it cost me Rs 3500 .i always got serviced by the videocon company. now on 1/112016 it is again showing the problem of cooling and i complained about it in the company and they told us that we have to pay the charges again and that include the service charges and other problem of not cooling. their service is not good .i have the same problem in just one month.this is not fair. it sounds like that they did not repaired it well or it is their way of making customer foolish.definitly the service they provided is not good .
