I have purchased refrigerator from your company, this refrigerator was faulty and not even switch on. I have complained many times but nobody cares to replace this faulty refrigerator. Now it’s almost 6 week, complaint still pending (Del[protected]), i am totally disturbed by your services even after so much discussion with you guys for the replacement of refrigerator, you guys failed to provide me a better option even i again paid you extra money as you demanded for another available model now again customer care guys demand more money...???, i have decided to cancel this order, refund my money with the compensation for trouble and mental suffering.

Please don’t fool the customers because they have believe on you. Provide the proper service to the customer because of your ignorance and your poor services customer just backing out.

    My stb stopped functioning on 06/10/2016. I lodged a complaint with videcon`s customer care no.[protected] and was messaged on 07/10/2016 at 7.52 am that the complaint had been registered vide their no. Woid 46918910 and their engineer would call me and then visit my residence to deal with the problem. I did not receive any call. Nor did a representative visit me.
    On again telephoning, i was messaged on 08/10/2016 t 11.55/56 am that a complaint under no.[protected] had been registered and the matter would be resolved by 08/10/2016 by 07.55 pm. No call received. No visit by any engineer.
    I again telephoned customer care and was messaged by them at 21.33 hours that the complaint had been registered under a no.[protected] and that the problem would be resolved by 10.00 am, by 10/10/2016. No action was taken by them.
    On one occasion when i informed the customer care representative that i would cancel the connection and call for a refund of the advance payment made, i was told that no refund would be forthcoming.
    I then emailed their appellate authority (Appellate. [protected]@ infotel connect.com) informing him that i am a 66 year old pensioner who was placed in this position and calling for a refund of the balance standing in my videocon account w. E. F. 06/10/2016. A copy of this compliant was also addressed to [protected]@sansad. Nic.in, the central minister in charge of the telecom sector (Trai).
    I received a ridiculous auto generated reply from the appellate in their standard advertorial format. Nothing, of course, from the ministry.
    Numerous calls were also made by me and my wife thereafter, but with no effect on customer care.

      Hi,

      I requested d2h hollywood on october 8, 2016 at 2057 hrs. By calling videocon customer care number [protected] and the activation charges were deducted from my account on same date.

      The customer care representatives assured me that my services should start within 10 min. I followed up all the instructions given on electronically and over the phone by customer care representatives. However, i am not able to view the channel till date.

      Please take it up with the service provider so that consumers are not affected further, thanks.

        I have called 4 times on your customer care no.[protected] for the 16-4 error my customer no is[protected], due to which i am unable to get service and not able to view channels.sir your call center staff is not responding properly and not willing to register my complaint.they gave me sms and asked me to give miss call which i did.secondly when problem did not got sorted out they were unable to give complaint numbers.
        Please look into matter as there is sufficient balance available in my account and we want to use furthur your services.looking forward for your assistance.

          I would like to you inform that, today onward my d2h was not playing. I have called cse 1st time then your cse told your d2h will be start within 20-30 min due to some sunrise problem, after that when i am called second time then your cse told me that your d2h will start within 1 hour, it will take some time due to sunrise. 3rd time i called after 2.5 hours then your cse told me your d2h have some problem so you need to log a complaint against this. And exucative will be contact within 24 hours.
          Now i want to know why your cse did not log a complaint in 1st time when my d2h has some technical problem, why they are giving me useless excuse. Why they are wasting my time. Since morning my d2h not playing and your cse log a complaint at after 3pm and now you required 24hr to solve this problem why??? Why they are taking this casually.??
          I need a valued reason for this casual approach.

            The services and the package offered by videocon is good in comparison to other service (D2h) providers. Thanks to the faulty remote and hardware offered by video con. Recently i got my setup box remote replaced in may and to my surprise the new remote has become non functional with in 5 months. My usage of tv is very rare and i have not caused any physical damage to it. I have already lodged a complaint with customer care but no response. Why the warranty is not given on remote controls? I want to escalate this issue to the higher authority who can take decisions in their purview. I am not ready to pay for the engineer's visit and want this remote to be change at no cost. I want the quick action or would definitely come to you from other possible channels. I have got my system replaced twice in one year. Both the setup box and the remote were faulty.
            It seems videocon is using local parts to integrate the remote which would seriously hamper the brand value. Orelse it is the company strategy to make the d2h business sustainable and recurring.

            Today while watching TV in the morning suddenly with a sudden noise the TV went off and is not working.

              Vidiocon d2h is currently promoting khushiyo ki diwali offer wherein as per offer base pack will upgraded to next level for two months at rs 10. Customer care executive had activate wrong pack instead of above stated offer due to which my subscription date gets advance so much than normal date. Even after continuous follow up, no resolution given from their end.

                Hi, This is Madhu...
                I bought 50 inch LED tv of Videocon (Model No. VNB50Q519SA) from Vijay Sales on 22.10.2016. on 29.10.2016 i.e. within one week, I observed an vertical line on the extreme left side of the screen. I send a mail on customer care on 22.10.16 but there was not reply or acknowledgement from service team. Then I called on customer service No. on 31.10.2016 and got the complaint reference No. THA[protected] and informed it will be resolved immediately (Hrs informed in Hindi but I didn't understand) today is 02.11.04 midnight, no revert from service centre.

                My question is how the unit is released with poor quality. How it will function for next 10 year (expected life). What is the service guarantee from Videocon?

                I demand either take back the unit or replace the unit with new one. I do not believe in your service or performance after your service.

                Waiting for your revert on my request.

                  I have purchased a Videocon fridge from value plus store, pandeypur, Varanasi on dated 17.04.2016 from day one fridge is not working properly so i have lodge a complain to customer care, 2-3 time technician visited the site and said you must purchase stabilizer..i said its OK i purchased, but problem is still going on, so i am lodge again complain, again technician visited and said actual problem is gas leakage so i have to fill this...i said ok ...but again last month from 23 sep'16 same problem is there like earlier...i follow the same process and technician come and said again gas leakage let me allow to fill this...
                  This time i am denied with words...only 5 months complete to buy this product why i am suffering with month after month issues Please replace this product immediately i have paid of large amount for this product...company persons trying to convince for filling the gas again n again but why i am scarifies with the poor quality product.

                    It is indeed a sad state of affair that i purchased a videocon ac. Within 10 days we faced technical problem and complaint was registered on 05/09/2016 with reference number pat[protected]. Even the technician came and looked into the issue, but could not detect the fault. He promised that he will be back with some instruments and the given request was closed on 21/09/2016.

                    We again lodged different complain requesting them to please look into the issue and reference number pat[protected] on 04/10/2016 and the request was again closed on same day. The technician did not arrive.

                      Work Order# KOL-[protected] & Work order# KOL-[protected], field technician Manish Das came to our house to replace the motherboard for the LCD TV and took Rs.2600/- and assured us that if that does not fix the issue then the money will refunded.They were unable to fix the problem and now giving us a runaround for the refund.It's been over a week i don't have a working TV or the refund.

                        Since october 1, i am disappointing the signal and product provided by the videocon d2h, since 2015 its not working properly and signal lost again and again and they charge every time rs.200/- in a year they charge rs.1200/- which is more than the cost of the product.
                        Neither the company nor the office bearer are taking any responsibilities, even i call on his customer care number but no one taking any action in this regard, in that between they are deducting my balance and which is unexpected from the service provider.
                        The videocon provide worst service and also selling the waste product to indians, due to his services and other communication i have lost a much of time and value which can't measure in rs. But i personally suggest that the company should ban or punished for his services and products.

                              Customer Id[protected] shankaranarayana bhat ...despite several requests my account details display on TV monitor has not been rectified. I recharge my TV intime and Time and again pop up of reminder/ alerts for recharge creates havoc. Why are you not updating whenever recharged. It seems you are not bothered about this. How many times should I beg you.
                              I am thinking of leaving your service if not rectified my account within 2 days. My ladt updation was on[protected].

                                  We had bought a led 50 inch videocon tv just 6 months ago. It just conked off 10 days ago. The warranty was for 2 yrs. Videocon doesn’t seem to have the parts. Just repenting the day i bought the tv. Local tv repair shop would have repaired it in 2 hrs. The service centres are not only rude but are working like govt agency…not concerned. After complaint was registered it took the first engineer 3 days to come. Don’t know how many weeks more we have to bear with videocon. You all must learn a lesson from my sad experience.

                                        Our videocon led tv has a display problem. We have complained about the same to our dealer "talaulikar electricals" in panjim goa and also to the videocon company. It's has been 2 months now and no initiative as been taken by either of them. They only respond saying they will come and check but in vain. We are being charged unnecessarily by our cable operator in the meanwhile as we are stuck in this inconvenience.

                                        After placing the complaint, we immediately received a call from Mr. Shirodkar saying technician is on his way and till date no one has come nor called. We wait leaving all our important work but no one shows up at our doorstep from videocon. What should we do now?
