I have purchased videocon AC, WM and Fridge 6 months back..that time I was sure that I will get good service in future. ..but I was wrong.

My AC is showing E5 problem since last Monday. ..tried all relevant numbers but no one is providing satisfactory solution.

Called on [protected] but its dead or what can't reach...also lot of people given me this number [protected], but don't know why no one pick up call on this..called several time and no one picked up call...even calling daily since last week.

Its really disappointing from big brand "Videocon"...if know such thing earlier, I would have not done mistake to choose videocon, surely would have gone for some other reputated brand.

Toll free number is not working. ..executives not receiving calls...what kind of support is this????

Finally my father got chance to talk on your complaint register number on Thursday, They said they will come on Friday to troubleshoot the problem within 48 Hrs. They have given service executive# number, he confirmed that he will come on Friday.
We have waited for whole day and not gone outside for our important work, but executive not came, In evening my father called Videocon, they also dont know why service executive not visited till now. Videocon said us that they will ask service executive to call us. Finally Service executive called us and said that due to rain he was unable to come to our location and will come on saturday...Is its service support..????, Isnt responsibility of service executive to call us and say his problem, so we would have done our important work??? This day we managed anyhow.

We thought he will come on Saturday, and again we not went outside for any work...but he didnt came not even called us...This is the worst thing happened...I m not at all satisfied with the service support and attitude of Videocon people.

If you are committing to troubleshoot the problem with in 48 hrs...u failed videocon...i will never never buy ur product, i know it will not effect you, but because o[censored]r stupid service i will ask my friends, family, relatives not to buy such a dump products where you cant even get a call back.

Now come and take back ur scrap...i will bear all expenses for u beggars...and don't even refund me my money.

The people receiving my mails, my calls are such a stupid that they don't know how to satisfy customer, how to provide sercvice, even don't know how to communicate#.

Is disappointing#, that i have purchase AC, WM and fridge from videocon#.

Having problem of TV display not well seenable by every side and it's brightness and contrast are not giving that much advantage of any normal LED or LCD this tv display too bad with comparing with other TV's and it's sound system is too worst totally we are not satisfied what we got info about tv while purchasing old co-operate.

    Can a brand new expensive television stop working 100% in just 3-4 months ?
    And you dont even get any service in 21-26 days. Just silly excuses ?

    Happens if it's Videocon.

    I have already registered complain with their company.
    Complain no : AHM[protected], AHM[protected]

    I called them hundred's of times but they give silly excuses. And always say it will be done soon.
    I have 2 new TV sets from Videocon and both are not working as expected.

      I have a videocon dth, customer id 51740941. Yesterday i got msg "e16-4 insufficient balance or channel not subscribed" but my balance was sufficient (Rs. 850.62). Except some news channels (301, 303, 304, 305 etc.) all has blocked. After complain, today i am unable to watch any channel. New msg is coming "signal not available". It always happens when my warranty period over. Videocon did make this as a money making process it seems. Not sure if the persons directly go to the top floor of house and does some trick.

        I have registered my complaint against videocon d2h due to no signal nothing and they had assured they will send an Engr within 24hrs but nobody has turned up since friday today being Tuesday .I have paid all my bills evrything on time but no action has been taken leaving me helpless. the supervisors just bluff of sending somebody real fast but doesnt seem like.

          I am facing issue was i have applied to replace my set top box with smart box & paid full amount in my account, videocon created work order for exchange after next day i have called their engineer for change my settp box & suddenly they says not product is out of stock & now no idea when we getting my product, as per their commitment we have change my device next day (Today) but they not idea when their product available, i have inform to service provider but unknown reason behind i did not get any response by video con service center, first time of my life i have face this type of bad customer care service of videocon i am very hurtled by this company.
          Also, customer care is not refunding the amount if they item not avaliable in videocon warehouse, customer care always saying we are working on your complaint.. What types of service is provided by videocon d2h if they cannot solve an issue latest work order is[protected]Dated 10.9.2016) & complaint no. Is[protected].9.2016). D2h authorities urgently and immediately resolve the issue within 7 days (Till 17.09.2016) otherwise i would have to approach the consumer court regarding my complaints.

            Hi,

            This is with reference to complaint no.GHA[protected] Which was registered 7 days back.
            This is the second complaint in last 4 months. I have bought Videocon Refrigerator and LED 8 months back. But in this short duration both of these appliances started creating Problems.
            Refrigerator is not working at all. I am very much disappointed with Videocon products.
            Request you to please arrange New Refrigerator for us. We can't afford to complaint every 4 month.

              One of the worst service I never experienced. Channels are not coming properly, if I call customer care they are not ready to take the complaint without charge of 200 rs. If you are not providing proper service why you charge customer. The worrest part is some channels shows insufficient Balance/ no signal and channels are not coming in their number. If we press 503 hungama channel some other channel is coming.

                Here, I complaint about AC which we have recently purchased on Dated 31/08/2016 from Bhawani Traders, Hitkarni market opposite Victoria hospital JBP, the Invoice no. 2315. We have purchase 5 Ac & on the same date we pay there full amount also. But they are not give any good response to us, we are very worried about that. They are not give any good facility, we are complaining so many times in the shop but people are coming they doing work but they are not available to install all the AC. Only 1 ac will be installed but its also not functioning well & also not cooling in a proper manner. We are not expecting this type of response from the well known company.                     Very frustrating electronics and customer service

                    I have bought an LED TV in Nov last year, under a five year warranty periode but it is not able to be well for a year..it went down in 8 months only...i would request everyone PLZ DONT BUY ELECTRONICS From VIDEOCON, they not only use cheap products but also their customer servicing is third class..I have logged a complaint to customer care thrice..till now I did not get any response from them ...they only say our representative will visit you soon...I'm not getting when this soon will end ?????
                    Is there someone who can look into this matter with a serious approach or they all are fraud...they just sell their ELECTRONICS...and don't care for after sells services...
                    Hope to get a response in a fast track mode.

                      I purchased Videocon Z45Q Star in Nov 2015 from Askmebazaar.com. The MRP of the mobile was over Rs.4000/- but I bought at a discount from Askmebazaar.com and I paid around Rs.3, 000/-.

                      Since last month, the battery was heating up and also battery was draining very fast. I took to the Videcon Authorized service centre at Chrompet and they said problem is with Mother Board (PCB) and agreed to replace it free of cost since it is under warranty..

                      I gave it for service on 26th Aug 2016. My job sheet number is VASCTN013J[protected].

                      I called Videocon helpline [protected] on 7th Sep 2016 to know the status of the mobile, but the your people said my repair is under process. I asked them how many days would it take for them to repair it and they say "we cannot commit on the time"

                      When I asked will it take even 2 months, they simply repeat "We cannot commit on the time, you will receive SMS once its done" Why should there be a helpline if they cannot give even a tentative date? I am ready to wait for one more week, but they should atleast give a specific time to return back the product, but company is refusing to give even a tentative date.

                      I am really worried that they will take weeks, if not months. That is why company not giving any commitment on the date.

                      If I don't get my handset back before 15th Sept, in good condition, I want Videocon to give me new handset free of cost with same configuration.

                        People who came for demo hardly know about the washing machine, which made me suspicious with it. Even after telling this i was given excuse that it might be new model. So dnt you guys give training of any new model launch to your employees going further for demo. This washing machine has stopped working now, made sound while rinse and now dnt run anymore.

                        I would request you to exchange this machine with a new product because even i[censored] will repair it i will still face this issue as many of my family members experienced it. I feel there is some manufacturing defect with this machine so humble request to u to replace it. Otherwise i would be forced to go legal for a machine which stopped working within 1 month.

                          Am very very disappointed with videocon d2h. Star sports select hd 1, star sports select hd 2 launched on aug 10 and still you have not activated those channel. I pay for the highest package, but what's the use if you guys haven't launched channels like espn hd and star sports select hd, while other dth have. You should be ashamed. This is pathetic.
                          I kept reaching you people for last 3 weeks, through customer care numbers and through emails and i get the same answer saying the feedback is taken and will update once the channels are available in this platform. Today (Aug 24th) i spoke to the supervisor (Bharanitharan), who has confirmed that they wont be able to provide this channel anytime immediately. So all premier league lovers, its time to switch to other d2h service providers like tata sky who are offering star sports select hd 1, star sports select hd 2 in package starting from rs535.

In fact last month your so called engineer came, installation done that person only...

                                  This is to inform you that i girish chander, customer id:54374884 has been facing grave issues with the videocon set top box from the last 2 days. the error shows that either the channel has not been subscribed or the balance if sufficient but in my case both of the issues are invalid as my next recharge is due for 28th of this month.

                                  Only the news and sports channels are available rest others are out of service. i have contacted the customer care many times since yesterday but without a satisfactory resolution of my problem.

                                  The customer care on duty supervisor mr. vikas told me that he would send an engineer who would charge rs.200. but i wont pay anything as some channels are available while others are not so the error that it shows does not stand in consistency with the issue.

                                  Moreover, you had sent an engineer to change the stb 3 months back which was also pointless as eventually the problem was solved by the people at customer care.

                                  As i have been facing the problem with stb very often i will not pay everytime for it. i am fed up of your services.

                                  I request the reader to kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                        I recharged on 2nd Sept 2016. On some channels everything is OK and on certain channels though video is clear, I could not hear the voice (audio problem), I have made several complaints. Videocon d2h says that I have to pay Rs.200/- for engineer visit. As this is their system problem, I do not understand as to why I should pay Rs.200/-. Without charge they refused to depute their engineer.
