I had purchase mobile videocon q1 v502830 imei no.[protected] /[protected] on date 23.10.16 but mobile not able to run internet side on brouser, chome even not down loading what app, etc smoothly, attended on service center on date 26.10.16 for software upgrade, but result not fruitful, again give to service center on 28.10.16 he assure upto 6pm we give you doe letter to chande set, but upto 6.30pm when i call them they missguide me that no reply regarding your doe received, we will chase it, but on date 29.10.16 upto 1.30 pm they have not submit my request, again asking me we will do it in 2-3 days, what a customer response from videocon company service center. I am in need of phone, but can do it, not aspecting such responce from reputeted company. Service center goyal communication kota raj.

      I have Recharged a 1650 of South Super gold for 6 months, suddenly i got a payment remainder msg saying account expires soon on 27 oct 2016. when i called the customer care spoke to around 6 people including the last guy called gurvinder singh, all say is you have used hd services which is 175 per month so all your recharge got exhausted, but in the site i have opted only super south gold 275 plan for 6 months. i need a help in getting it solved people are cheating saying additional services and they are not ready to solve the customer problem only they have to listen to policy what they have made to cheat people..i need immediate attention on the same and one i need to get my services till 6 months.

        Dear i ve brought a videocon a/c from vijay sales in mira road recently .for the installation they told me the charge rs 399/- .the technician told me that they need for drilling company charges Rs 2000/officially .i objected for the same, he then contacted the area supervisor.then told me if you do it unofficially then they will do it for Rs 1000, -for me .i had no option but tu agree with them for Rs 1000/- without bill, for copper tubing they charged me Rs 250/-per ft, and for drain tube they charged me Rs 400/-for 10 ft, i told them that i will provide them the drain pipe, they straightly refused. for external stand they charged me Rs 2500/-. total payment was Rs 5250/
        the tech kept the outer machine over the stand without any nuts and bolts when i asked, they told me they will put the wire, finally they put the wire .
        i ve already installed 03 a/cs in my hall and two of my bed rooms, neither of the previous installationcompanies charged me any extra
        The attitude of the tech and the mira road east supervisor really very bad, i really had a very bad experince with videocon
        suggesting pls donot go for videocon products

          Please note that from last few days i am facing problem with videocon d2h, as error message "signal lost"
          I have called your service center couple of times, they say engineer ill visit.
          But after calling engineer personally for 2 -3 times, no one visit to repair the same.
          I am fedup with the product.
          I am totally unhappy with the product & the services.
          If you are unable to give us services please return us our money back, & take back your product.
          Please note that i will not refer anyone to buy videocon d2h products., also will spread on al social sites about the bad services you are providing.
          If the problem is not resolved within one week time, please make a note that i can also approach consumer court for not providing customer support although the product in warranty.
          This is my last warning.

            My self ankush bn chatterjee customer id number[protected] i have recharged my account on 16/10/16 with the amount of rs 275, but my d2h did not started, i have spoken with the customer service executive he took a complain (no[protected] and given me confidently assurance that my problem will be solved on 18/10/16 @03:58pm but the problem still remains the same i have again called the customer service executive on 18/10/16 and again the executive took another complain (no[protected] and """again confidentially""" assured me that my problem will be solved within 19/10/2016 @04:40pm
            Again the problem remains the same.
            Today i have called the customer service executive again and they did not take any action just told me it will sort out soon. but when asked them please clarify the time they become speechless, they can only say that wait till tomorrow again.

            I have given you all details of my complain, i will wait till tomorrow evening if the problem remains the same i will approach to the consumer court.

              I relocated from chennai to coimbatore location. So i called and requested videocon dth customer care for installation in new location. One day later they sent service engineer and charged 400rs. I gave the amount to service engineer. But at the same time videocon dth deducted Rs. 400 from my dth balance. Lot of times I called and asked my money but no response from them. After 4 days they refunded 300rs but still 100 rs pending. Then again I started to communicate with the worst customer service. I didnt get proper response I dont know what they are doing in background. If I call customer care, I have to wait for 30 to 45 min It's total waste of time. Worst customer service. Not at all satisfied with their service.

                    Sir I want to change my pack... So morning I called, one person picked my phone and get the details of pack... Inbetween connection was cut becoz i told him remove my old pack so he cut my phone...after 10 times i tried but no one pick my phone...and also put my no to transfer on another... This incident gives big irritation to me... No one respond my call.. No one is not willing to ask customers grievance... I was shocked...How Videocon get the customer most trusted brand...this is not fair... This is cheating...pls respond me and clear this issue...these all increase my stress... Or otherwise I'll do something for that...

                        TO start with this is the worst service ever. I have recharged with 1383 on 25th September last month foe entire month on all 4 set top boxes i have. EVen then service is discontinued since last 5 days shamelessly. Customer care people said they are helpless and registered a complaint and said someone from backend team will contact after 2 days. This is just very very poor service. I hope this complaint to be looked at the highest priority as this has caused tremendous mental agony to me and my family.
                        I need refund and apology.

                            I call for issue to 18 junior level executive 10 supervisor one officer name Mr Shailendra Tiwari no body give me solution on Which Policy and Clause of Videocon Company Stop my free Package i want in writing from them they cant, Customer care people hold me for 4 hours time by time with approx my 25 phone calls to them i did, i have call register for same with me, i have a blood pressure and they mentally harassment to me take my to much time to solve even they not able to solve or give any solution i had financial loss also due to time consuming of mine and not give me proper replay, not give any top level persons number email address even nodal officer,
                            Kindly take some steps against him, i dont know for how much people they were did cheating like this.

                              I called to customer care in mob no[protected] at 9 pm on 14.10.206 in order to change my plan from south to base, but he misbehaved and threatened me to disconnect the dth line, unless i took more than Rs 200 plan. solve it immidietly, unless i will go with help of law.

                                Hi purchased the videocon mobile, but not able to run IRCTC application ERROR THIS APPLICATION IS NOT ALLOWED ON VIRTUAL DEVICES.
                                Poor Battery backup, gave to ASP for service kept the device for 3 months, when got the device back was told that the motherboard and touch and battery changed.--- SAME ALL Problems nothing changed after 3 months.

                                Written several emails to videocon customer care no response

                                Worst service i need compensation.
                                I will write a complaint to google, android software not running on your hardware.
                                Worsts customer services.
                                I will not stop here

                                  I'm using videocon d2h from past 5 yrs never had any issue till last Saturday(8 oct 2016). I upgraded my digital set top box to HD and it was installed in no time the same day within half an hour of installation the channels went blank n set top box stopped working, complained to the customer care and they said the conversion to HD is taking place so it'll start working the next day from afternoon, from Saturday till today (14 oct 2016) there is no sign of set top box working in between this numerous phone calls n complaints were done one of the engineer visited on Tuesday(11 oct 2016) to the house and verified and told the set top box has an error and he'll install the new set top box next day and next day he says there is shortage of set top boxes so need to wait. I'm waiting & waiting nothing fruitful & pathetic executives don't have common idea of speaking with the customers.

                                      I have recharge with rs 300. But my account still showing end of subs date is 07-oct. And also receive email daily 'dear customer, your subscription is due for renewal, please recharge your d2h account before 07/10/2016.

                                      I have called multiple time and talk to executive they are not able to solve this and asked for engineer visit and say you have to pay visiting charge. So my question is why customer pay visiting charge related to your service problem..

                                        One of the most worst pathetic service provided. They are really not capable of resolving customer issues. They are really good at cheating customers by debiting money. To split a mirror connection, they are asking customer to recharge of 4 months when asked, that their rule. They say that their back end would contact and manager would contact 2 hours and not even rcvd a call so far. Absolutely pathetic service. Their verification process of RTN is the worst. They accept calls from anyone if they customer id and act accordingly. They dont verify the id and nothing. In simple words as a customer your connection is absolutely at stake and they would do debits without any consultation.
