    Dear Team,

    I am facing signal issues from last 15 days. I registered my complaint on 26, 27, 28, 29th Sept 2016. I keep on calling every day what i get is false commitment that we are giving command but till now there is no resolveation, Nothing else. There is no one who will take responsibility to take action against it. I dont know what you are giving to regular customer who pay monthly. I really feel bad, thinking again & again why i have chosen this company who don't ever care what his customer feel about his services Even after registering several complaints, there is no engineer who take responsible and fixes the problem. On top of that when you contact the call center, most of the time it's kept on hold. Moreover, they keep on saying ''today or tomorrow''. In short, they are never punctual.

    One of the worst service I never experienced. Channels are not coming properly, if I call customer care they are not ready to take the complaint without charge of 200 rs. If you are not providing proper service why you charge customer. The worrest part is some channels shows insufficient Balance/ no signal and channels are not coming in their number.

    My complaint number is 88681640 I also contacted several time to Mr.Anoop Kumar and Ms. Priyanka and also personally made a complaint to them about My Television Problem. but my problem is not resolved till date and receives useless and wrong promise from your side.

    Please take into consideration. Hope you will take this comment in consideration while solving my query.

      I am facing signal issues from last 15 days. I registered my complaint on 16, 19, 20, 24 and 28th sep 2016. I keep on calling every day what i get is false commitment that engineer will visit in 24 hrs but no one has even called me yet. All i get is complaint no. Nothing else. There is no one who will take responsibility to take action against it. I dont know what you are giving to regular customer who pay monthly. I really feel bad, thinking again & again why i have chosen this company who don't ever care what his customer feel about his services. I will recommend all other never use services of this company. Even your customer care senior employee mr vikas from mohali punjab centre don't know how to talk to the client who is having some problem with your product. Your system shows that you have send a command to my d2h box for reboot twice for better signal quality but as per mr vikas you have not registered any complaint in last 15 days, he is making fool to your clients, even i have received 3 calls from your engineer but the problem is still exist. I am requesting you to pls trained more to mr vikas...

        I have requested to shift the d2h in the same premises from last 10 days. But everyday videocon people telling story that they will come now, they will come tomorrow, cant come beyond office hours, they are on leave etc. Today one guy called me @ 6.30 am & told he will come at 7am. As i told him that i have to go to office by 8.30am so make sure you will come by 7am. But he does not come & called 8.30 & told shall i come now. When these people charging rs 400/- for shifting withing the same premises, then why they are delaying & why they are not coming as per the customer schedule. They are not going to do free of cost. Even though i have told them that i will be not available in the home for your timing, else you come before 9.00am or after 7.00pm or even saturdays or sundays but no one visited on our requirement after giving many complaints to the customer care. So i have decided to discontinue with videocon.

            On August 23 they took setup box charges and replace it and said it has 3 months warranty and now again it is not working. Yesterday on 27th of September they came and told us we have to change setup box but you have to pay service charges.

            If the Setup box is within warranty period and if its not working then its the responsibility of the company to change it. They are replacing with their old boxes and doing setting changes at their end and claiming customers to pay the charges for that. In every month we have some issue from their end and they wants us to pay for it.

            They are cheating with customers. We have already recharged it for 500 Rs. and we wants immediate refunds as we do not wants to continue their services.

              We have purchased videocon smart tv from vijay sales on 2nd of sep and since then all we are getting is just a run around from one department to another, from one tech to another to get our issue fixed. We paid extra to get the smart tv only because it has a feature to browse internet and watch youtube. We have high speed internet service at our home with a download speed of around 40 mbps & when we try to browse internet or try to watch any videos on youtube from smart tv, all what we see that its buffering for 20 to 30 minutes and nothing comes up, we have already raised a complaint & your technician came who looks after hardware, he removed the antina from tv to see whether that makes any difference, which unfortunately didn't, so he said there will be another technician who looks after software will come and check. After 2 days your technician came who look after smart tv software and rather than checking what is wrong with the tv was trying to play the blame game on internet speed and router wifi coverage without even checking the speed and network coverage. Just to convince him that the issue is not with the router and speed, we change the router location to next to the smart tv and showed the line speed test results to the technician, he (Technician) rather than doing something about it directly informed that motherboard in smart tv seems to be a problem and needs to be replaced and will again send hardware technician to replace it and left. Since then its been 4 days we are still waiting to get a revert from videocon. It very unprofessional service displayed by videocon throughout from time we have purchased the smart tv. We are even considering to put a formal complaint to consumer forum and will also put in social media.

                I bought videocon a/c on 31.07.2016 they delivered the a/c next week but due to non availability of stock they have the stabilizer after 10 days so i cant able to use the a/c.Then they fixed it .I was using a/c for two weeks no the a/c got complaint with its compressor.I registered the complaint14th sep and the guys came by 17th sep they said compressor got fault and our manager will call u but no one called me .Then after three days they called videcon technician willl coe and check they also register they same coplain and after this much time noone came and no calls made to me.. Is this the way u treat a customer, its brand new and am struggling here with out a/c.I really dont expect from reliance i belived a lot ...I want this a/c to replace or else my should be given back..Total frustration...Kindly solve this issue in priority or else i will move to next level.

                        To, customer care videcon d2h,

                        I have not received any call from the engineer yet. It has been 1 week since the signal problem.

                        I am calling the call centre twice every day since yesterday and i get the same answer. Sometimes they say issue will be resolved in 8 hrs and sometimes in 24 hrs.

                        I would like to officially raise this matter with whoever is in charge of customer care. If the services is not resumed i would be discontinuing the connection.

                              I m buyed double door refrigerator in 2011 videocon make from ashoka trading company, faridabad. Model. No. Val294/2011. They can give compressor warranty 5 years.
                              Last 6 months onwards doors not working properly complaint raised to videocon provide technician to solve the problem. But tecnician informed door damaged and ordered to company for door then our complaint closed. But they cannot solved the problem charges taken. Like two times they can don. Agsin complaint raised but they cannot solved the problem, finally area inchrge declared door spare parts not available in company. So your reefrigerator problem not solved and complaint closed with out information. They are telling what you can do doit. Complaint no;hyd[protected]
                              1. How they can banned the spare parts.
                              2. How they can give the life period of refrigerators.

                              Videocon blammed the customers at the time of purchasing home need. They are telling spare parts available in market.

                              as per your corporate service -Escilation. Mr.Rajkumarjha statement our referigerator bill expired on06/10/2011.
                              In market sparepart is not available . so your complaint closed. helpless.
                              How your company closed the spare parts for 2011 model refrigerator.But you are blammed the customers at the time of purchasing things.. As per Inter NACHI;S STANDARDS referigeratort life expectancy is 13 to 16 years. you are also given compressor warranty 5 years. but door damage in fiveyears you are provide doors what is the purpose of compressor warranty. why you are taken service last 3 times for same complaint . why you are not informed at the first time complaint. its totally blammed the public.
                              i am losed for your company my valuble time & money. iam fight through court.

                              Still now our team is not clarified the life expectancy of your product.
                              videocon totally blammed and saled less quality products with out good service.

                                I want to share this review so that the issues that are seen in my videocon d2h connection should be a
                                resolved
                                the connection of videocon d2h sometimes is not up to mark .
                                when the weather is appropriate it takes much time to load a channel
                                it does not load the channels as faster as before even though the weather is appropriately fine
                                So I hope that these issues get resolved as soon as possible

                                  Im having problem of d2h.i have made of 3mnths and its over nearly in a month.when i called customer care they are saying that my plan is different.where as before recharging i called them and because of wrong information of the boot agent i have lost my connection.then whats my fault in it.i confirmed before recharging about 3 times.so i jst want my cashback .my id is[protected]. My complaint no which was registered is[protected] which was registered on September 9 2016.w hen im calling to call center they first interact and then keep my call on hold for hours.i person i interacted with is mr.ritesh thombare and ritesh kate as told by your culling .my request is pending almost 10 days and so writing this.i request you to solve my issue quickly .as we have immense faith in the brand.and also give warning to the workers mentioned above.

                                  Moreover, we also like to inform you that presently you are having “Super Gold” base package with monthly subscription of Rs. 275/- in your d2h account.                                     One of the worst service I never experienced. Channels are not coming properly, if I call customer care they are not ready to take the complaint without charge of 200 rs. If you are not providing proper service why you charge customer. The worrest part is some channels shows insufficient Balance/ no signal and channels are not coming in their number

                                      I have purchased videocon AC, WM and Fridge 6 months back..that time I was sure that I will get good service in future. ..but I was wrong.

                                      My AC is showing E5 problem since last Monday. ..tried all relevant numbers but no one is providing satisfactory solution.

                                      Called on [protected] but its dead or what can't reach...also lot of people given me this number [protected], but don't know why no one pick up call on this..called several time and no one picked up call...even calling daily since last week.

                                      Its really disappointing from big brand "Videocon"...if know such thing earlier, I would have not done mistake to choose videocon, surely would have gone for some other reputated brand.

                                      Toll free number is not working. ..executives not receiving calls...what kind of support is this????

                                      Finally my father got chance to talk on your complaint register number on Thursday, They said they will come on Friday to troubleshoot the problem within 48 Hrs. They have given service executive# number, he confirmed that he will come on Friday.
                                      We have waited for whole day and not gone outside for our important work, but executive not came, In evening my father called Videocon, they also dont know why service executive not visited till now. Videocon said us that they will ask service executive to call us. Finally Service executive called us and said that due to rain he was unable to come to our location and will come on saturday...Is its service support..????, Isnt responsibility of service executive to call us and say his problem, so we would have done our important work??? This day we managed anyhow.

                                      We thought he will come on Saturday, and again we not went outside for any work...but he didnt came not even called us...This is the worst thing happened...I m not at all satisfied with the service support and attitude of Videocon people.

                                      If you are committing to troubleshoot the problem with in 48 hrs...u failed videocon...i will never never buy ur product, i know it will not effect you, but because o[censored]r stupid service i will ask my friends, family, relatives not to buy such a dump products where you cant even get a call back.

                                      Now come and take back ur scrap...i will bear all expenses for u beggars...and don't even refund me my money.

                                      The people receiving my mails, my calls are such a stupid that they don't know how to satisfy customer, how to provide sercvice, even don't know how to communicate#.

                                      Is disappointing#, that i have purchase AC, WM and fridge from videocon#.

                                      Having problem of TV display not well seenable by every side and it's brightness and contrast are not giving that much advantage of any normal LED or LCD this tv display too bad with comparing with other TV's and it's sound system is too worst totally we are not satisfied what we got info about tv while purchasing old co-operate.

                                        Can a brand new expensive television stop working 100% in just 3-4 months ?
                                        And you dont even get any service in 21-26 days. Just silly excuses ?

                                        Happens if it's Videocon.

                                        I have already registered complain with their company.

                                        I called them hundred's of times but they give silly excuses. And always say it will be done soon.
                                        I have 2 new TV sets from Videocon and both are not working as expected.
