      I am totally harassed mentally with there services. my tv is nt wrking since past 1 mnth. every day i have to cl customer care and no technician cms within 48 hrs. once one technician came and tuk 200 rs. aftr an hr d same prblem. pics gets hanged and no channels r wrkin. he gave his no. for immediate help bt aftr he left i tried contacting that no. To my disappointment dat no. is switched off. what is videocon d2h doing. I am really getting bugged up and i want to file a case in consumer court against them for not providing proper services. I am payin rental, also callin them everytim i have to spend money. I really need compensation for all this and they need to be dragged to the court and fined heavily

      Last 1 and half year I am using videcon only. I given this number to my frnds circle also. Now I couldnt able to do recharge. last 3 weeks I am trying to do recharge. In paytm there is no option for videocon operator. What happened? I would like to know about the reason why I couldnt able to do recharge.

          Team,

          Have done NEW GOLD SPORTS ([protected]) Rs.365 recharge and also add Marathi add-on to this recharge, which is showing added in my account (on your site) but channels are not getting telecast on set top box since last 3 days.
          Have done 8-9 calls (Total call time 1 hr) to your customer care by using non toll free number (because I am in Mumbai and your set top box is in Sindhudurg) which cost me because of you inefficient services. Non of your customer care office resolve my query, few cut the call in between, few kept it on hold, few assured me resolution and technician visit, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED.

          This is happening every month when I do recharge. Have to call customer care to refresh account to get benefit of recharge. Why you need call to refresh account? Is your site and setop box are controlled by two different orgnisations? In which age your organisation technology is working, you can’t resolve such small issue. First of all why this issue should occur?

          HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED DUE TO BELOW

          1. Post recharges have to call customer care: to get my telecast started on setop box. Why is it so? Doesn’t your recharge mean activation of services? Or you consider yourself Government organisation that needs several applications to do their duty. Do you think customers have all the time in the world for your good for nothing recharge?

          2. Good for nothing recharges: You have very few recharges and using along with add-on services is again big headache even for well educated people. And your guys are selling D2h in villages.

          EVERY TIME HAVE TO CALL YOUR CUSTOMER CARE TO REFRESH ACCOUNT TO GET BENEFIT OF RECHARGE once I do it. Also same for Add-ons done on base recharge. Don’t you have any automatic system to do it. Do you want customer to call you every month post doing recharge. What will uneducated customer do?

          3. Customer service – who are your executive and technical team. Are they all uneducated of 10th passed. Don’t have any brain, don’t understand what customer is speaking or customer problem.

          There Moto is to finish call by fooling customer and informing them “thigs cannot be done due to some blah blah blah blha etc”. Your customer service does not believe in resolving queries or in customer satisfaction they just here to do false promises and fool the customer. They behave like government officers.

          4. http://www.videocond2h.com/ : your portal is not at all user friendly. Till date don’t understand how to do recharge from your site. Have to surf for hours to do single non sense recharge of yours. Same thig with add-on recharges. Have to check channel list of recharge on some other sites. Can’t you design one single user friendly site?

          5. Bad telecast: Rain, clouds, air everything affect you setop box and telecast get affected. Are you telecasting form Mars? Can’t give good telecast without interruptions.

          Who the hell is going to pay for 3-4 telecast laps and my calling charge to you customer care, also for my highly dissatisfaction and for waste of my precious time.

          DO THE NEEDFUL TO RESOLVE MY MARATHI ADDON RELATED ISSUE AND IF POSSIBLE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICES OR ELSE CUSTOMER FORUM IS NEARBY AND OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE OFFERING GREAT SERVICES.

          CALL ME ON TO KNOW MORE / FOR CLARIFICATION.
          Do not trouble my parents by calling on registered number because they are in Sindhudurg and not much educated to understand your mischief.

Videocon on dated[protected], and my port code is ad322511 but still today you have not port my mobile no.[protected]. Why so delay? I can not understand. The man who came to my resedense his name is chowhan who has given me his mobile no. As [protected]. I have applied for bumper 199 plan. Either you convey your reasons or do not do anything in this regard within stipulated time, as i am going out of station for my business works.

              Hd 6666-rf stb is not supporting "smart remote app / dongle".
              I have hd 6666-rf stb since 2 months. At the time of purchase, company representative told me that the hd 6666-rf stb will support "smart remote app / dongle". But is is not supporting the same.
              I contacted customer care many times regarding this issue. They told me that the problem will be solved with in one month. But still the problem is not yet solved.

                I had complaint regarding my Videocon D2H (ID[protected] not working on 25 August 2016 with complaint number[protected] & 42471836 today i.e. 27 August we fix appointment at 5 PM but still now no technical person visit. When I calling to that person who fixed appointment he told other person was allocated to visit I take number of another guy and call him but he don't have any idea for my complaint it so embarrassing and pathetic service given by Videocon. Last week I paid service charges (Rs-200) to them having 1 month service warranty for that but after paying Videocon d2h unable to solve my issue .I want it is solved right now. We never recommended D2h other. I already waste my weekend due to Videocon.

                Never Go With Videocon it will waste your Time & Money

                  Dear Team,

                  We purchase Branded electronics for comfort and peace of mind thinking it’s been designed and tested by expert engineers for better user satisfaction. But Videocon proved consumer expectations to be wrong by continuing delivery of faulty product to consumers.

                  I have purchased 2 A/c’s with Model code- VSD55, and used at two different flats. One is for regular use and other was sparingly used.

                  Suddenly one of the A/C stopped working with Error Code E6, which is very well noted on User manual. Error code recorded in User Manual clearly suggest the error is common and frequency of such codes are high. My query is, if Brand engineers have noticed such frequent repetitions of this error why are steps not taken to rectify the product, instead of end user approaching you post facing the difficulties.

                  As this A/c was sparingly used I faced this code after expiry of warranty. Also the error in not due to usage nor forms a part of normal wear and tear, if my observation is correct then it’s definitely a product failure and should be rectified with no extra cost to user as its noticed from the time of manufacturing and noted in Manual.

                  Not only product but also service I experienced is pathetic.

                  My complain number THA[protected] was registered on 22 Aug, but nobody turned back or contacted me for attending the complaint. After waiting for two days I contacted your Engineer(as per contact number received on SMS) and was surprised to notice he was not aware on my complain been allocated to him, but after several explanation he agreed to attend the complaint today ie: 25th Aug at 10 Am. As its working day I had requested him to abide with timings as I have to attend office after he finishes his job. Today I called him at 10 am to understand his location and had to explain all things what I narrated yesterday as he forget todays appointment, but on REQUEST he agreed to visit my location by 11.15 and he turned up only at 11:45 Am and explained reasons for delay.

                  My query is why should a consumer do such coordination even after paying for Brand product, and what is brands responsibilities in closing registered complain. Believe me such service and quality will force consumers to prefer local products where customers are mentally prepared for poor OR no service at least we save money what Brands take away from us.

                  Overall I have experienced poor product and service, and expect to get things attended and rectified without any further hassle or escalation.

                      I recharged my Videocon D2H account on 15.08.16 for Rs.500. The payment was successful while the recharge has failed. My bank account got debited while my Videocon account has not been recharged. When I contacted customer care immediately which is an useless one (they just run our time and call goes on for 10 mins each time connecting to their supervisor), they said the server is under maintenance and the issue will get sorted out in 24-36 hours. I got no response from their side until 2 days. I mailed them stating the issue again and they said the issue will be sorted out in 8-10 days. The days past but I got no reply from their side. When I again contacted them, they said me to follow with the concerned card issuing bank. The bank has clearly said it is not their fault and the bank has been credited to Videocon. While Videocon has given no response for my query yet. I request you to take an action against these people who swindle our money.

                            Am very very disappointed with videocon d2h. Star sports select hd 1, star sports select hd 2 launched on aug 10 and still you have not activated those channel. I pay for the highest package, but what's the use if you guys haven't launched channels like espn hd and star sports select hd, while other dth have. You should be ashamed. This is pathetic.
                            I kept reaching you people for last 3 weeks, through customer care numbers and through emails and i get the same answer saying the feedback is taken and will update once the channels are available in this platform. Today (Aug 24th) i spoke to the supervisor (Bharanitharan), who has confirmed that they wont be able to provide this channel anytime immediately. So all premier league lovers, its time to switch to other d2h service providers like tata sky who are offering star sports select hd 1, star sports select hd 2 in package starting from rs535.

Instead of giving excuses you must start providing Star Sports Select HD 1 and HD2 as well as Sony ESPN HD channels as soon as possible or else you'll lose more valued customers and I'll be one of them.

                            Videocon D2H you should be ashamed yourself for cheating your customers... Even I have a videcon D2H connection and have the highest package your company offers and still I am not getting all the channels for such a hug price... Its absolutely rubbish... Don't give us justifications that both channels have the same content... They don't... And as a service provider it's your job to provide all the channels available out there like Star Sports SelectHD1, Star Sports SelectHD2 & SonyEspnHD... Please make these channels available... I did not buy an HD Tv to watch these matches on Star Sports 4 which is a non HD channel... And at least be open enough to your customers if you are never going to make these channels available rather than just taking feedbacks... Make the channels available or lose your customers... Your call

                            I chose you bcoz I thought you were a transparent service provide, but to my utter disappointment you are not.
                            I don't understand why it's taking such a long time to get the Star Sports Select HD1 and HD2 on your platform when it has already been active with Tata Sky and Airtel.
                            I am an avid follower of Premier league and Formula 1 and bcoz of your inefficiency, I am missing on both. I am forced to shift my services to other operator and I am sure many more like me will follow the suit if you don't upgrade yourself.

                            It is so disappointing that you are unable to provide Star sports select HD1 and HD2 while your competitors are providing it next day after launch. It is so sad and pathetic to know that you wont be be providing it till October.

                            TataSky and Airtel have added Star Sports Select HD1 & HD2 & we on Videocon are missing all the IPL action on those HD channels. Missed the Arsenal-Watford Action last week.
                            We are also not getting Sony ESPN HD and so are missing some La Liga matches too on HD.
                            Further, Videocon is not providing various HD Movie & entertainment channels like Movies Now HD, Sony LePlex HD, Zee Cafe HD, etc. (to name a few) which even the local cable people are providing.
                            Lousy!!!
                            Won't wait for long. Another satisfactory service provider is just a phone call away.

                            I have been a d2h user for years now and i am tired of this.. Football lovers its time to give up videocon..it has been over a year and yet we dont have sony espn hd while other providers have sony ten 1hd sony ten 2hd and sony ten hd3..shockingly d2h do not even provide sd channels like star sports select 1 and select 2.. Ridiculous ..im so done with this..just bought a 65 inch tv for football and tata sky is the right provider to enjoy my tv..d2h thnx for beign the worst service provider..

                            As per new TRAI regulation I have selected my own package online on 4th March.. since then my existing sports gold pack was stopped along with some free channels were also showing E16-4 error and till date the new service has not been activated. I am really frustrated trying out their helpline numbers where the call ends before even ringing.

                            No response even after sending email to the customer support mail id. Need to switch and get rid of such pathetic service provider. Our local cable operator for my othe TV set provides much better service than yours.

                              Got a service call saying that if i recharge for 1yr dth then they will give 2000 worth coupondunia coupon, i didn't not got yet, whenever i call customer care they say complaint is taken and closed. Three time they filed complaint but not solved, and they put my call on hold for long time, but the response is same each and everytime, 5 times i rang customer care everytime they say complaint is lodged but never they give immediate solution
