I purchased videocon ctv 8600 34"jumbo flat 800w on inv no. 260 tv s. No.[protected] on date 07/06/2008 from next retail shop. Shop no. 25120/111202. Tv price 11546 rs. + vid-bond 6222 rs. + tax - 2221 rs. =19990 rs. Was paid by me. According to scheme after 2 year &11 month company promised to give plasma 32" tv in exchange of bond. But nothing is given to us til todays date. Company has done fraud with us. Company has done a big scame in this scheme. We want justice.

    I would like to draw your kind attention that I have availed your D2h facility a two years back and making the monthly Rent of Rs.225/- uninterruptedly but regret to inform that for the past 3 months we could not view the Tamil channels clearly and there are some technical problems like audio breakage and despite of our repeated complaints made to your Customer care department yet it has not so far been cleared and they are demanding Rs.200/- towards rectification charges and hence, I request you to kindly intervene in this matter and instruct your technical persons to rectify our problem immediately.

      Two months earlier i have made a complaint against videocon d2h service provider through mail but it was worthless and effort was proved useless. on 08.08.2016, once again i made a complaint but this time they refused to resolve my d2h problem (under trai regulations and provisions).
      It is therefore requested that please take some effective steps to correct it.

        Hi my videocon dth customer id is[protected]. I am receving almost more than 10 calls per day from dth regarding new plans. I am not interested in taking any new plans from dth. Its just a telemarketing call and really hate hearing the telemarketer. I pay all my bills on time and there is no reason why i am receiving so many calls in a day.

            I already submitted a complaint on two times but there is a no response for vidicon side, on first time complaint was closed by him side automatically and my issue was not resolved and nobody either call me for service, then i again submitted a complaint but still there is no service engg came to my home to resolve my issue, i called you on coustomer care around 10 times, is it your services, shame on you...this is a cheating with coustomer, from last 5 days i am facing the problem but u r not resolve my issue, by this type of services you want a no 1 d2h company ... never...i want to register my compalint on consumer forum. please help me out

              Even after my request for removing the add-on (recording) of recording from my account subscription, it is seen that it continues to be there. please remove that add-on and add on the sports channels after notifying the additional charge, if any is required.

                Has been harassed for the last 1 week for relocation. Utterly frustrated for your non-customer centric approach.
                Your technician came to my location as requested on 1st Aug. As per our society's norms we are not allowed to install any dish antennae at the roof top, so asked him to install the same in the balcony, as others had done. But to my surprise. he was so arrogant that he denied to install it in the balcony and insisted to install it in the roof top and purchase cable for the same. I stay in 8th floor, and the apartment is designed in such a design that the strength of signal is high. When asked him to take out his machine to check signal strength, he denied having any such machine. Then I asked him to leave and said, I am okay for him to install the d2h in balcony but not in roof top. So he left and gave a wrong feedback the customer care saying that I denied to pay for the services. Since then I called up daily in the customer care for 3-4 times. Also lodged a complaint against the technician. To my surprise, no actions have been taken and despite my repeated request to send another technician, your callous customer care didnt take any action.I am left with no option but to scrap videoncon's d2h due to unavailability of support and services of installation. I am surprised that no one has the commitment or ownership neither do you have any ethics, morality to guide a customer properly. I have been misguided by your technician and also by your customer care. This is utter desperation which I am calling out now.
                Never have been so frustrated and dissatisfied towards a company's approach than what I had to experience now.

                It doesn't matter to me now. Without having received any support from customer care, your operation team, your back end team, your zonal CRM officer, your zonal sales team I decided to switch off to Airtel. It seems the technician is running the company. He is all in all the CEO of the company. He is managing the entire operation. Every one in the customer service team from junior officer to supervisor to SDL, did not take my complaint request.

                I tried every possible way to get a resource visit. I also requested for a new connection so that I could have a 2nd connection. But all my efforts went in vain. Had I ben in the management team, I would have penalized the service team and sued the technician for hampering the goodwill of your company.
                What I do feel now is that Videocon is a headless company run by 5th pass technicians, who call themselves engineers.

                I no more need your services even if you provide me lifetime free services. Your post sales service suck, it's after all a company headed by group of technicians

Also i would like to ask why is there enforcement of 3-month lick in of sports channels? What if i only want to subscribe for a month? Please take this in consideration.

                    on July 28th my set up box got problem nd have taken new box nd with in 2days again same problem new box is not working. Again i have given complain on this issue but no one responding my issue From 6 days i have given so complaints but no one came upto now this is worst thing no response from u guys i thought Videocon D2H is a best one now changed my mind. to change network .i knew that u cant solve my Problem. Refund My Money which i have recharged on 28th for 450Rps and for Box 550Rps which i have paid for this .

                      Vd2h has some of the most unethical practices when it comes to handling customers after they have given up their service. I was a customer till the end of may when i moved apartments in bangalore and surrendered my service.
                      Little did i realize that i was going from the frying pan into the fire. My owed balance of around rs 4, 000 was promised to be sent to me by check multiple times by multiple supervisors. These staf[censored]nfortunately have no authority to work on and close an issue. All they say is "sir, i apologize so much for the inconvenience - however, i promise that within 24hrs, our refund specialist will call you up and process the refund". Inspite of specifically asking to speak to a higher up who could sort out this issue, i was not transferred. Till date - i have called your call centre atleast 10 times, spoken to umteen useless "supervisors" with no money returned.
                      The latest stint was yesterday night when i talked to pawan and then kiran ub (Floor supervisor) who as usual gave me the same speel.
                      It was supposed to have been resolved today by someone calling - but hey, you know what happened - nada.
                      Does vd2h have any qualms at all of duping your customers?? - if you were such desperate for 4k, you should have just come out and told me that you were bankrupt and needed the money to top you off.
                      Monday morning i am approaching and filing a consumer court compliant with all relevant dates of calls, people talked to and results promised documented and submitted. I have had enough of the bs your company talks and you will hopefully learn the meaning of customer service.

                        My Sansui TV was damaged by Videocon Service Team. I called Videocon Customer Care number several time, escalated the issue to Videocon Area Service Manager and even GM Service but till date no solution and caused lot of harassment and mental agony to me and my family.
                        Also, they have taken Rs 625 on 06/06/2016 but till date no solution provided to rectify the problem. TV Complaint Reference Number GHA[protected] (Reference number given by Videocon on 05th June, 2016)

                          My videocon d2h cust id is 12825130. its showing E 04-4 (Please insert smart card properly) but channel no.100 is coming properly. I spoke to Mr. Deepak at customer care he was unable to resolve my problem even he did not able to tell that why only channel no100 is coming and others not. He said that enge. needs to visit my place and he will charge Rs. 200/-. But i think this is not my TV/set of box problem but this is satellite problem for which why should I pay.

                          Kindly help me out to resolve this problem ASAP or else i will disconnect this and will take necessary action.

                            Please do not join vidoecon industries... They do not pay salaries on time, abuse employees and have no culture. They play with people career and the only culture they have is "thoko"... Once during the national sales meet.. They called all the sales employees and the owner himself abused all the staff. Some people who lick their bosses feet can only survive in this culture. My sincere request is to never join them

                              Today morning Service engineer came and now they are saying this issue is related to Panel(No Video with Audio). i am not at all happy with the service provided by you guys last time also it seems to be same issue but it was mentioned as SMPS Power Supply in the bill and Now they are saying it differently and my RS4300 which was charged last time was eaten by your vendor(SRINIVAS ELECTRONICS). Now i just need to throw this useless TV into Waste basket. If you guys provide service in this manner i am damn sure Videocon is not going to survive in this competitive market and i am going to write this in all online consumer complain let the world sees about your service.

                              Please don't act to smart by providing some useless Email ID and Phone NO, the service provided by you is one of the worst service(Srinivas Electronics chennai) in the world, i have already Exchanged this useless Videocon LCD TV with new Samsung LED TV. In future you will lose all your customer close your brand this is my wish. I lost RS 4300 because of you people, I have already wrote a review in most of the online retailers like Flipkart, snapdeal and amazon because of that many people will not purchase anything from videocon brand hope you have a loss in crores.

                                Almost every day I have to do factory reset to my d2h due to Smart Card error. But the home channel works fine. It says switch off d2h for 30 sec. and try again but when i do so nothing happens. When I call D2h customer service they are on waiting I have already spent 100 rs waiting for them to answer the call. I am losing the lot of money calling d2h customer support. I would like to bring you this issue into your notice. Home channel is working fine why cant other channel work. It says smart card error all the time but how come the home channel is working. Plz help and take action against Videocon. Thanks

                                  I raised a request for relocation on 16th july for relocation. But when i called on 19th they said that there is no request.
                                  I raised the request on 22nd july again. They wasted my whole day but no one came to fix it. When called they say there coming now and then. I raised a complaint with videocon d2h cc then they said within 8 hours they will fix it or by max 8 o clock in morning on 24th july.
                                  Till 11 am 24th july, no one called and again called videocon d2h cc they are saying there is no relocation request and there is no complaint registered. One of the engineer came on 24th july to relocate, he misbehaved and went off with out providing the services.

                                  I was very unhappy withe services and raised for cancellation of services completely. I raised the complaint for the refund complaint no.[protected] and it provided sla for 31st july but videocon d2h cc said it will be done within 24 hrs. But one week passed, sla date and time also passed still it was not refunded. When called up videond2h cc they raised request gave a new sla date 6th august. Instead of being apologizing to me, they are asking me to wait for another one week.

                                  Sla time is crossed, are you serious, it is really pathetic. My cust id:[protected]. Please look into this issue and try to resolve asap.

                                  I used to recharge for a year at a time. I think that was my mistake.

                                        This is the reference of earlier mails sent on 11.05.2016 for same issue which was resolved on 03.6.2016
                                        for closing the issue again taken 22 days (Almost Month)

                                        After resolved the next complaint again i got problem within 15 to 16 days got the same issue
                                        I have sent mails on 28.06.2016 for the issue and requested for replacement for my product but nobody revert me back then i called Mr Sagar bodake for issues which i faced then on next 2 days he sent mail about (Call Resister Call No is :-PUN[protected]) but after that mail no single mails received from any one till now i called Mr Sagar to reaplace my Tv or please change my model so he told Mr Sagar revert will check with seniors and send mails to XYZ person abtout repalcement

                                        After taken lots of calling and sms even mails then after 5 days he revert me such unprofessional way that' you got the replacement approval past two days back but i forget and not seen the mails'

                                        Mr Sagar Told me that provide the the require model no for replacement on next days i send the model details to him 50 enches tv Model no (VKV50FH18XAH) then Mr Sagar told me that They have ordered both the TV from wear house and it may delivered within 7/8 Days at office and after received both Model you can choose any one of them

                                        There are offer price was 54000(difference of 13000) which was too higher then other online or Vijay sales showroom they offer 49, 990/- but Mr Sagar not ready for the nego. told this is the last offer or else take the same Model or do it on your way

                                        Then i got the contact details for Mr Nitin Sir from call center he told will make 11000/- but i fill price are too higher for me then on 04.07.2016 i told Mr Sagar And SMS as well that Please replace the same model again he told wait for 7 to 8 days

                                        Mr Sagar given commitment for Monday 18.07.2016 last day for closing your complaint

                                        Then i clearly told Mr Sagar & Mr Nitin Sir after 18.07.2016 i will not take TV then i will buy a New set of TV from other brand so they also given commitment that without any delay you will receive the TV on or Before Tuesday


                                        Today 20.07.2016 still issues not resolved 48 Days (more then one & half month)

                                        This is my humble request to you & Videocon Company Please stop doing my Mental Harassment and not having enough capacity to handle more

                                        I already got harassment from past 4 Month
