My vieocon d2h tv is showing error e-404 : smart card error from 26-june-2016.

I have complained 8 times in call center approx (total : 1 hour and 30 minutes) but no reponse is came.
Every times is saying "tommorow engineering will come."
But no engineering is came and no call is coming for services.
Yesterday (14-july-2016) i have taken the leave from office, i thought engineering will come.
And i also call in call center to humble request please send some one to check my connection. but no one came.
Today (15-july-2016) i also taking a leave from office for just your engineering will come and check.

My losses because of your poor services.
1. two days leave taken from office. (because of hope of engineering coming) (loss : rs. 2000)
2. call in call center (1 hour and 30 minutes) still no response. (loss : rs. 60)
3. so much time watse you have done. and 20 days connection lost amount.

I am totally fed up with your service.
Today (15-july-2016) if no one come i will just remove your dish tv connection.

Please refund my money and recover my loss if no one is coming.

    We have been asking for downgrade the south silver pack to flexi pack for past two weeks. but without our knowledge they changed the silver pack to other one and made a restriction that we cannot change to flexi for next one month as it is their process.

    My question is..
    1. why do they change the plan without our knowledge?
    2. we ahve asked to change the plan to flexi but they say that "just before your plan has been changed (which was changed without our knowledge) and you have to wait for one month"
    Why should i wait? do i asked you to change?
    3. we have logged complaint on this a week back still videocon is not managed to resolve this even after multiple chase? what is the sla for complaints to be get resolved?

    We are extremely unhappy on the service from videocon. we were unwantedly wasting our one year subscription because of this.

    I want this to be resolved within two days of time. that is before monday eod. else will see how legally this can be resolved.

          Totally D2H IS Useless company ...i ll never refer this net work to anyone and CCE are very much irresponsible and are if we talk to them negativity we feel...and 1 year warranty they will give in begin after taat 6 months once they ll force us to change setup box and NET WORK OMG its very worst, , , , am comp linting from last 6 month issues is same and i have changed the set box too but again they are telling me to do ...no body is taking care ...if we call they will make us on hold and they will talk to other customer don't know which type of service they are giving ...am fully fed up...?????? will invest but wont get good services means what to do...such worst company it is

            I am getting lots of automated calls from number starting with std code "120". eg.[protected],[protected], etc..
            Its really irritating and quite disturbing for me... i already logged complaint at customer care but still same result. i am getting daily at least 15-20 calls on my registered number with various promotions and recharge information. requesting videocon to kindly look into it asap

              Bad experience no after sale service.
              No mechanics.
              Arranges untrained machanics from local markets at very poor payment.
              I m fool.
              Who bought videocon.
              So called dealers misguide.
              I called for repair machanic a week ago.
              My ac is not repaired till the time.
              Should i use my ac in winter.
              Everybody is lingering the job.

                I have registered my complaint on 8th june 2016 - mum[protected]. I received a call there on promising to attend to my call asap... This went for days but finally on 17th june i was attended by deepak. Since i was unsure of his expertise i kept questioning him again n agin if he is well versed with the appliance. Being unsure, he came the next day again & attended to the problem. However the appliance on checking the next day was not working. So i registered the complaint again... Till date i get a lot of call & false promises but no one actually turns up.
                When q... They blame the call centre, than the office staff & the rigmarol goes on & on. If i ask for a senior persons contact or ask them to put me on to them... They put on hold & than come back to tell me that he will call me back since he is over loaded with other things. Till date i am yet to get a call from a responsible person or any person to attend to my complain.

                I have missed out on my office (Staying back to receive his highness) since they call in the morning & say they will be there after 2 hrs or so... But alas... No body turns up.

                Sad plight... Videocon service have hit a new low. Very very poor service of attending complaints... False promises & after sale service is horrible. No doubt the consumers prefer better mnc i. E sony etc who treat consumers with great ease... Sad

                    I had purchased videocon d2h hd set top box with 1 year gold maxi pack on 03/01/2016. the installation of the stb was done by some freelancer and not by authorized videocon personnel. ever since that, i have been facing issues in watching channels. i have raised 3 complaints till date and each time videocon sent the same technician who doesn't know his job but charges hefty for the service which is under warranty.

                    On july 6th, 2016 the technician had again visited my doorstep for a complaint that i had launched on 2nd july, 2016 for no signal at all. the technician couldn't figure out what the problem is despite wasting 2.5 hours. finally when i suggested to check if the cable is fine, he replaced the original cable with a spare one and signal started to appear. i was charged rs 150 for 4 meter cable.
                    Till date i have paid a total of rs 1370 in the name of service, charged by videocon technician. all this when my product is still under warranty and just 6 months old. i demand a refund of all additional cost incurred by me in the name of fake service. i am not even considering to sue videocon for the mental agony caused to me and my family members by the ill mannered and uncouth technicians.

                      i have a d2h stb which looses signal every two-three months and every time i make a complaint at customer care the service man replace a lnb cost

                      Rs.250 and additional service charge of Rs.170 in name of visit charge.
                      this is the third time within a year i has to lodge complain and again they charge same amount.
                      i have to pay the regular monthly package price and this additional repair charges to watch the so called "DIGITAL ******"
                      I have one year advanced subscription and paid Rs.6000/- .
                      I want my money back and discontinue this "DIGITAL ******"

                        Incident: whenever my subscription expires there are about atleast 10 calls a day. if a customer does not pick it, company should understand rather bombard me with continues calls. this is violation of privacy and its an issue that needs to be resolved. i have been loyal customer for more than one and years now, things have gone too far now, something needs to be done. this sorta call must to going every other customer who are day or two later to recharge due to various reasons, instead of calling, company can send a text but no.

                            I am one of the your d2h customer. but unfortunately i would like to say the system which company following is totally unfair with the customer. customer care unit is nothing but customer harassment.

                            Being cable operations are closed, company's responsibility increases to serve better.

                            Ince 4'th july 2016 registered complaint, company department not able to close it till time and same so many calls from my end, people simply giving false commitments and end of the day result zero. and this kind of experience i got everytime whenever had a complaint.

                            O we need to stop all this harassment.

                              I am facing error that no signal available from last 3 daya and unable to watch tv just beacause your engineer did not visit. i called customer care several times for same issue till date i haven't received any positive response from your end.
                              Customer service dont even care about it, every time i get different answer that service engineer will visit. all the time they note my complain but provide no response.

                                On[protected] I recharged my accouunt with Rs.200/- and my due date for current recharge is[protected]. I have received a sms saying the recharge successful and my new recharge due date as[protected]. I do not understand how you arrive at the due dates. Even at the beginning also the same thing happened and after I sent a email complaining the same was rectified. Even now before recharging I have sent two email to you and your nodal office for which I am yet to receive. I am forwarding all my my mails to the appropriate authorities I requested only SD set top box whereas your people told as the same is not available they provided HD set top box. Package also I wanted only flexi pack with tamil addon at Rs99/- and Rs.61/0 respectively. I am very much perturbed by the way the customer service functions. I am sorry tell that I may have to revert to my old d2h provider apart from taking remedial steps to your goodselves for what all the things done to me together with compensation.

                                  Smart service 12m add-on package was activated without taking any approval from me and money was deducted from my account.
                                  I raise a complaint #[protected] on 27'th june 2016 and there is no response and my money was not refund yet.

                                  I called customer service more than 20 times and its very poor response from them.

                                  Please do not take 12m package from videocon d2h, they say 1 month free.
                                  You think that you are free from monthly recharge for 13 months. but it will come only for 11months. they activate some addons without your knowledge and they deduct money.

                                  I hope i will get my money refund at least from this complaint.

                                    I have purchased videocon ac dated 11/05/2016. at the time o[censored]nboxing i noticed that ac remote has some display issue. i immediately raised a complaint against it. 1st time service engineer visited my place and he tries to fix this by opening the remote but he couldn't fix this.in that time he made remote condition horrible. he told me that he'll inform main office to replace the remote. but after one day my complaint got cancelled without my confirmation. i called customer care and they informed me that my issue has been solved. again i requested customer care associate to reopen the complain and inform nirmal ([protected]) the number is provided from customer care. i called him and he assured me that my issue will resolved. again service engineer came and take a look at the issue and he told he will replace the remote within a week. after a week i called that guy and he told me that me issue is now taken care by some other service center. then i called nirmal and informed him again the issue and he said that that provider is no longer associated with them so i have to raised another complain. again i raised one complain ref no - kol[protected] and response code is r27435 dated 02/07/2016. till today no body came to replace the remote.
                                    I never faced this kind of pathetic service from any other provider. no i consider that videocon service is as bad as anything and customer care associates are same too. as i requested him to transfer the call to supervisor same guy received and told me that he is the supervisor. i never ever recommended videocon name anyone and really its my poor choice to choose the brand.
                                    If possible then please take an action against them and please contact me if you need any information.

                                      Hi,

                                      This is with reference to above mentioned complaint number. Complaint#= gha[protected].
                                      My name is ankur talwar, i bought videocon led along with other items such as washing machine and refrigerator 5 months back (I. E. On 22nd jan 2016).
                                      It's been 5 months only and led has some issue with panel. I had words with customer care, one of the technician came to my home after probing he said, one part of this led has manufactured defect which need to be replaced.
                                      I want to ask one question, how could part has manufactured defect in 5-6 months.
                                      I don't want any part to be replaced, i want full exchange of this defected led with new one. Manufactured defect products can create problem in coming future as well.
                                      I bought products of videocon with a believe that these are branded one but after seeing this kind of defects i am really disappointed. Please don't force me to take any inappropriate action against this in consumer forum.
                                      Take necessary and early action again this complaint.
                                      Again, i don't need any part to be replaced, i need full exchange of this defected piece with new one.
                                      Waiting for an early reply from your end.

                                        I have 3 diffrent connection from videocon d2h, after warrenty all setup box not start after that i was showing service egg. his statement his chip (ic) is failure, it was very shocking because same problem my last 2 setup box, my question is if videocon is aware if yes why they making or supply faulty products. why customer pay unnecessary charge?

                                        Hi Team, When i am writing this mail I am completely dissatisfied with the services of Videocon D2h. you guys make fool of your customers, because i was bought & installed 3 unit set up box, instant after one year my setup box stop working, all setup box is same problem no one can believe, its faulty products, why videocon supply in the market, evan i pay service charge + engg . visit charge ?why customer pay unneseersory, videcon need to attention for this
