    Dear sir,
    I am complained about my LED tv not turn on then changed board.
    then TV turn on now.but now remote not working.
    I am check in another tv that is working .So i call and tell this remote issue in after board Change.
    and then he is closed my complaint 4 times.without clear issue.
    But still now last 1 month my compliant is not resolved.
    complaint is again closed.

    I think nobody in control in service.

    Your brand service is available or not, i case you are not able to do i send to your corporate address in my LED .

    I have mail conversation also but still now nobody doing service.
    My LED TV under warranty also i am complained 23-june-16.
    My experience worst brand service in videocon.
    Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Registered a requirement of relocation of satellite TV on 26th of june 2016. they assured me a job completion within 24hours. Still awaiting any response or service .Completely ignorant of repeated calls.

      I am Sandeep Chaturvedi having customer id no 60793477. I have been calling your customer service from last 72 hours but yet my complaint (Signal not available) has not been resolved. First complaint I made on dtd 2 July 2016. From last three days I am unable watch television, eventually only because your engineer failed to visit.
      These three day delays in service have made me loss of my money and valuable time which I wasted behind chasing you.
      I hope you will take an accountability for loss of money & time take place due to negligence in customer support service..

        Due to the signal disturbance in the Videocon D2H setup box called the costumer care for the issue resolution. Firstly the have registered the complaint in the third call and after registering no engineer came for visit.

        Engineer called once on(30th Jun 2016) for the address but still no one came. Date 1st called: 26th Jun 2016
        Complaint registered date: 28th Jun 2016

        Please take immediate steps against them.

                Sir,
                I have rechrged d2h connection by making an advance payment of Rs.1305/- for a period of 3 months in the month of May 2016, Rs 435/-. wherein I was getting all Asia net channels. However, from 28th June 206 d2h abruptly withdrew all Asia net channels. On an enquiry with the d2h I am told that as per d2h new policy for watching Asia net channels I have o make an extra paymnet of Rs.61/- per month. When I said I had already made payment for 3 months as per the channels chosen the same should continue for the entire period for which I had made payment d2h official told me that thecompany is at liberty to withdraw the channels even if payment had been paid in the past.


                I said that this is a clear case of cheating the customer and reqeusted either to restore the channels originally I was viewing or refund me the money for the remaining period. D2h as per the company's policy they cant make refund or restore the cha nnels.


                Hence, I would request you to kindly register my protest and complaint against videocon D2H for breach of contract and cheating the customers. There may be many other customers like me affected by the policy change of the company. Policy cant be changed with retrospective effect for the existing customers but for the prospective customers.

                Thanking you and looking forward to redress my grievance at the earliest.

                  This is regards with the complaint raised on 24 June 2016. Below are the details of the complaint launched
                  • Lower portion of our refrigerator was not cooling & freezer has sufficient cooling (something wrong with the lower portion of the refrigerator)
                  • Complaint # DEL[protected]
                  Complaint was assigned to Ashok [[protected]], SVC Center [[protected]], and SCode S82153
                  • Ashok visited home to check the problem on Saturday afternoon
                  • Tested and he [Ashok] suggested to have GAS refilling in compressor
                  • We agreed to get it done on the same day to make sure our problem gets resolve
                  • Rupees 1000 has been taken in advance
                  • Another technician AZAD [[protected]]visited home to fill the GAS later afternoon
                  • After GAS filling Rupees 1700 was given which was the balance
                  • We were asked to wait and observe – till next day nothing changed in the condition
                  • Called Ashok but due to Saturday no technician was available, we insisted to send a technician home to see the problem
                  • AZAD visited the home later afternoon and informed us that he cannot do anything right now and can only inform Ashok the current status
                  • Called Ashok again, he visited but he himself was unable to understand the problem
                  • Again there was a visit [Ashok & … ] they checked something and told us to switch off the refrigerator for 24 hours to make sure ice not stucked somewhere which is preventing cooling at lower portion
                  • Called Ashok after 24 hours, were told to turn ON the refrigerator and wait for 24 hours again
                  • Nothing was changing so we decided to call and ask them to visit and check
                  • Ashok came with another technician; they said nothing can be done. We need to wait for 48 hours to see if something works
                  This service is not acceptable, technicians himself does not know what they have been doing. Without any proper diagnosis we were told that there is an issue with the GAS and it should be re-filled, that we did. Then we were charged rupees 2700 in lieu of service provided. Technicians were doing hit-an-trial to resolve the problem. There should be some concrete solution to the problem. We purchased this product just 4 years ago.
                  • Do you think the life of a Videocon Refrigerator is just 3 to 4 years?
                  • Where we can go now please answer, we are in the mid of nowhere, this is summer time and you guys must understand under what circumstances we might be living without refrigerator.
                  • Do you want us to purchase a new refrigerator [please let us know clearly if you CANNOT and DONOT have service to resolve problems]
                  • With this type of service you are giving a ZERO satisfaction to your customer

                        Today due to rains, our services were not available since afternoon in our soceity, as we hv common dish for our wing.
                        But now it is restored but mine is still not started & getting msg signal not available.. On calling ur customercare they says you will charge rs 200 for visit.
                        My view is bcoz of your fault, why i sud b charged??
                        It is your prime duty to provide this services.. At no cost to customers...

                        As i have Recharged D2th on 22 may 2016 but its disconnected on 18 june 2016 so it shows that d2th not providing 30days service to the customer and this happening every month so i have planned to switch to some other service provider

                          After getting harassed by videocon customer support, i had to raise the complaint here. I had purchased a refrigerator in october 2015 from videocon and after 2 months it is getting problems (Not cooling properly) and than i raised a call on videocon customer support but i did not get any solution from them. Now i am trying to get resolved for 3 months but i was failed.
                          After all i need help to get resolved. I request you to please forward my complaint to concern department and let me know about status.

                            My name is santa. I am using videocon dth since last three years. Since last three days not getting malayalam tv channels in the dish, displays a message that signal not found.

                            I have complained the same but videocone asking for service charges for visiting home.

                            I have already paid for one year subscription. So why they are asking for additional fee for problems which is not in my side.

                            The problem is not only for me. Most of the customers i my area suffering this and videocon asking for fee for rectifying the same.

                            Signal problem is due to videocone poor service so why we customer to pay additional for that. If they are altering their signals strength why i should pay fee for rectifying that.

                            I will surly give publicity for this issue through social media's so that people may be alert when buying this dish. My mob [protected]. Any one can call me regarding my issue. I will explain u about their poor service. Share my message to more groups and facebook also. Thus we can protest against the unfair customer deal.

                                Worst D2h service in India. Without india. Do not take this connection. Without intimating Super Gold pack channels have been removed. Now they are asking to pay extra money for language channels.
                                After talking with customer care they told all language channels have been removed and if I ask why not informed us? They have only answer “Sorry Sir” ridiculous.
                                After all they are providing Language Add-ons(1 Free) http://www.videocond2h.com/wsc/super_gold_pack.aspx But when i asked to remove “Free Marathi Add-on” & give “Free Kannada Add-on” they said ok. And taken complaint also[protected],[protected]. In next day complaint has been resolved (surprisingly I don’t know what resolution has been taken). Again I called customer care they said same “Sorry Sir” we can provide you “Free Kannada Add On”.
                                Since I have money in my account they are ready and repeatedly asking can I activate sir.
                                Finally my needed channels gone, what they promised not done, No Required Free Add-on given. Very worst experience

                                  I am the customer of videocon d2h since last 07 years. This is first time happen to me. My tv was not working since 19 jun 2016 morning and i have complain the same on same day morning. I was assured that service engineer will come with in 24 hrs. But its 33 hrs but there is no service engineer will come to check the tv.
                                  I was also call to the service engineer 4-5 times but he was also have same answer that i will come after an hour.
                                  Please look into the matter seriously & do the needful.

                                    Purchased 32 inches led from dehradun. Remote found damaged. After 16 days the tv started with problems. Called up d2h people as error was showing d2h was the cause. 3 times complained. Then d2h people come after 3 days when their commitment is 24 hrs. He says it's tv problem. I call up the service station. Complaints generated but engineer denies to come for service. I have 3 yrs warranty. I request for change of the model. And they deny

                                      We has made a complain last 15 days there is no you are not able to understand the costumer whis is paying you, your person required the wire rate Rs 12 per feet & costumer cell is asking for rs 12 peer meter & without doing anything you has charged me Rs 200 from my account, when i am not secifed with your service cell we are not resiving the signal that is whose problem & we want our money refund.
                                      we are not resiving the signal last 15 days when we are making complain they gives us message that the your complain is so & so it will resolved next 7 working days, what is mean of seven days, no one comes only one person make the phone call to ask what is the problem & asked to change the dish side & for that he ask rs 400/- +12 per feet wire, the company is the wire rate is 12 rs per meeter & the person ask too much the complain is not resolved & the company is dected rs 200/- from our a/c, when we ask the person to do the job & i wii ask the company we are on the same place we are not resiving the signal, if we had shifted the place then it is right to ask the charges rs 400 FOR THE SIDE TO CHANGE THE DISK SIDE OR ON OTHER ADRESS THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR THE FUTURE OF THE COMPANY IF THE COSTMER IS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PERSON

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        my set top box is not working properly from last few days.
                                        i was already complaint about it on videocon d2h website (2 times). My Complaint WO Id:[protected].but his engineer didn't give us a proper answer. Even they Engineers didn't come (visit) & check the fault, just call me and ask the problem.engineer who call me, is mobile number is +91 [protected].
                                        And also Call me for a delight code after 8:30pm on Saturday without working/visit.but when i was call him back for issue, he told me that my duty time is upto 8 pm only.
                                        his engineer also told me that sent me a video of your set top box problem so that i have sent him on last Saturday. but still he didn't come & fix the problem.
                                        please do needful as soon as possible.
