Problem starts on 10.06.2016.

I recharged for 12 months pack on 08.10.2015. But company cuts the charges of a hd pack without any consent. I also launch complaint with dealer, sales manager of jalna district, call center & nodal officer, but not resolved till day.
I request you to repay my funds which are deducted without my consent.

I am the customer of Videocon D2h. Day before Yesterday I got call from number [protected] & that girl told me that If you recharge the same on today you will get Flipkart & eBay voucher worth Rs:2000/-. I asked her about the details of same but she denied and told me that you will get the offer details on customer care number.Futher I called customer care team who are unaware of same saying only that you can redeem the same on site...Finally I recharged the account but so far I didnt got the vouchers.

This is mislead towards the customer.Let me know what the problem is.Cant we trust to videocon D2h anymore??

    Hi,

    I have been using D2H from last 4 years, I took the gold HD package which was available at that time and was having very few HD channels, however I was promised that all HD channels will be automatically added to my package once available without any additional charge. Now I can see that there are some good number of HD channels which are not visible to me.

    I spoke to customer care and they were not helping in any form, they told me that they will transfer the call to senior and disconnected the call. This is truly unprofessional. This service we get if we are customer for so long.

    Why should I pay extra for HD channels if I have a GOLD package, now you are coming up with different packages for which the charges are too high why should I pay that as I was told that all HD channel are included in GOLD package ( I don't care about English HD channel, but all HINDI should be included).

    If you are not able to include it in my package then please refund my money and I will switch to other service. I cannot stuck with this for next one year just because I have recharge my account for long term.

    Please advise.

      Hi, my customer id is[protected], u have registered a request to relocate my d2h at same area but in other flat. Vu have got a complaint no & a message mentioned below.
      -dear ravi narayan samal your complaint no.[protected] for customer id[protected] has been registered and will get resolved till wednesday, june 15, 2016 01.50 pm..
      But still now nobody has came or called regarding same, when i called again to customer care to know the status, s representive said, your request got cancelled. I was just surprised, when i told that how it was got cancelled, then he kept me on hold by saying he will check.. Till 20 mins i was in hold, but nobody spoken, then i disconnected the call... It's really ridiculous..

        World worst company my customer dth id[protected].
        Yesterday i call the customer care [protected] one agent pic the call i tell them my remote is not working plz issue me new remote
        I ask the price he told me rs. 325. After that he told me plz switch on the set of box we need to upgrade some commands. During this process your set of box restart. After that he force me to press the reset key for 30 sec. He told me there is some need to update your software i said ok. I do that after that its showing some download process see the pic.

        Today morning two guys come from videcond2h with remote i tell the problem my d2h is not working after the commend they check it after that old me sir you need to pay rs.550 extra to resolve the issue we replace your set of box (Not the new one without warranty) then i calculate the toltal cost. 325 remote, 550 set of box, 200 visiting charge total amount is rs. 1075/- only.In this much amount i am getting set of box without any warranty. There is no issue with the hardware your software is not working properly. It a 100% issue of software. My product is out off warranty your technical team just want to make some extra money and providing me swap product without warranty.Instead of this process i go to some other company. Even i buy videocon the cost price is rs.1820 of hd. Paytm cashback 500+ then the cost price is rs. 1320 maximum. Buy paing extra 300 rs. I get the new connection with all new products. 1 wear warranty + i think 1 mth subscription.

        Its my appeal to all the customes plz donot follow the sets of the customer care agents thye talk to you very sweetly. And they do not know any thing about the hardware and software. They donot know what is differance between hardware and software.

        New customer plz do not go with the videocon its a trap.


        I know after reading this admin of this page block me but buddy see what i am going to do. Just wait and watch.

            My d2h is not working since thursday, 9th june evening. It says signal not available please check your connection.

            I called customercare and logged a complain with woid : 43711760 on friday and till date issue has not been resolved and no engineer has called and visited to look into issue. Thereafter i am regularly calling customercare and everytime new complain number is raised and i get a reply that it will be solved in 8 working hours but no action has been taken yet. Its 4 days and my d2h is down and not a single call and resolution provided not even a followup.

            My complains[protected],[protected],[protected] has been raised and no action.

            I get reply that complain against engineer has raised and concerned team will look.

            Till date no call has been received from engineer and no followup has been done

              Before recharging my videocon d2h I called customer service for any offers, they said if I recharge for 6 months I ll get a 1000 rs voucher for online shopping, that I ll get within 24 hours of recharge, when I asked for promo code for the offer they said not required and the voucher ll be sent to my registered mail I'd. I recharged on 4 th June Still I didn't get any voucher, when I called customer service they are unable to process, and keep telling that it ll come.

                My d2h is not working, its under gurantee.
                As I raised a request for resolving "No Signal" issue on 7th june 2016, As they said within 8 workin hours your issue will be fixed, I waited 24 hours no response, again i called to customer care they said Sorry for inconveniences, please give the 12 hours we will fixed your issue again I wait 24 hours and I called on 9th june 2016 evening, they said It will be resolved by tomorrow by 6 PM, I waited again I called on 10th june 2016, they said it will be resolve ASAP,
                Again i called in morning & they said in ur area local engineer create the issue, so we cant provide service.
                Still the issue is open, very bad service. I never expected this service.

                  My customer id is 84716799, i relocate my service, for this i have paid 400/- on 6 june 2016 to engineer mr ashok (Mobile no.[protected]) at kota, i recharge again for 275/- on 8th june 2016, but my balance shows nil, my tv channel are off, i called customer care several time but they continuously assuring me service resume in next 24 hrs/up to 5 pm/up to 8 pm/next day, means contiuously making me fool, i spent 5 days taking fake assurance from your customer care, for this fradulence activity i have to launched a police complain and complaint to consumer forum very soon, i have waste too much time and taken too much tension and can't concentrate in my work, vediocon d2h have to pay much cost for this, dr jubair ahmed kota

                    Hello sir,

                    I am the customer videocon d2h since many years but since 20 days i am having sevior issues with d2h for that i have raised an issue about signal probel emwith d2h cc and technician attended the complaint and could resolve the problem and paid service charges for that and gave a validity of a month. After few days again i got the same problem and technician came and resolved the problem for the 2nd time and very next day the problem once again repeated and technican came and resolved. But for the fourth time in a month problem repeated once again. I checking the antena where the antena not at fixed properly by any technician it was just tied with rope as the i went to see the antena the reciver was just hanging. But yesterday on june 7th i called the cc and asked them for resolution now they raised a complaint and said the tecnician will attend today (8th june) but they did not come i called the cc once again now one cc excutives named with pavankalyan and meena saying they will charge for the technician to attend the compalint. But till yesterday they said it was free. But now they are saying it will chargeable.

                    I would say the problem persisted is because the antena was not physically fixed and it was just tied.In a month i rasied complaint for four times really they do not provide proper service and cc is lacking information and non technical and follow the same old steps in troubleshooting. Please kindly attend to this. Thanks

                      Respected sir/madam, i have videocone sim card having mobile no-[protected] of haryana circle. This sim card shows no any network connection for about 15days as per my knowledge. Plz check out the problem that has happened and why this problwm occured. My email address - [protected]@gmail.com. Plzz solve my problem asearly as possible. This sim is important to me and this my sim card operator has done this as my sim not working. I have also inserted my sim in another phone but problem of no any network persists. Plzzz solve this problem.

                          I had called lg service centre and informed them my refrigerator stopped cooling. They arranged for a technician named shankar [protected] from mehidipatnam.. His boss number - [protected].. It has been over 50 to 60 calls to these guys over the past month and my issue has still not been resolved. They changed the bi metal, fuse and timer after which it works for 4 to 5 hours and then stops. I am fed up.. They collected close to rs 2200 from me so far. They tell me to call if it does not work.. And then i have to call like 30 to 40 times from morning to evening begging them and then they will send this shankar.. He has made my refrigerator from worse.. Broken the thermocol and plastic wall in the freezer compartment.. Videocon product has given me the worst experience of my life... Please help repair my fridge
                          I meant Videocon service centre.

                            Videocon representative came on 28th to repair my neighbor's connection on 28th. He spoiled my connection. Half of the channels stopped coming. It is more than a week they logging new complain with new time frame everyday. No one coming to repair. After spoiling also they did not realize, initially they said to get it repaired myself by changing all cable. Still i am suffering with the connection for irresponsible engineer and team. I want videocon to take such matter seriously.

                            They force user to pay for any engineer visit either for their mistake or machines. Now they are not even coming after spoiling my connection.

                              This is tripti bhattacharjee and i am using videocon d2h from last 6 months only and when i bought it your agent said that i ll get free service for 1 year and suddenly from last 4 days i am getting an error message on my screen saying signal not available. Today when i called your agent told me that i need to pay rs 150 to your service engineer for his visit. This is absolutely not acceptable from you guys. I would never pay extra for you guys mistake and now seriously i am thinking of moving to another service provider. Please revert me back asap, before i give a pick to consumer forum.                               What kind of service is this first you promise us to give free service for 1 year and now after buying it you guys just forget everything.
                              Each and every customer has rights to get whatever you promises. So i am not only going to show this to cusumer forum but also the recordings and screenshots as well in my blogs and social sites.
                              Every customer is facing the same problem.
                              We value money.
                              Every people should know about this.

                                My D2h id 18470406. 2 days before it rained heavily here and since from that day the signal is not available is showing in most of the channels. I lodged a complaint to the customer care and today they are replying that i have to pay Rs 200 for service charge. Why i will pay for the service i never paid to local cable supplier then why will i pay now. This is highly unacceptable, not providing services will not only create a bad example but also loosing their reputation. I am highly unsatisfied with the service and i am planning to switch to local cable provider.

                                  I had complained on 30th may, issue was regarding recording but as usual engineer will call and they will say I am coming to your house but they wont come and complain will be closed without resolving it.

                                  Its not the first time actually they will wait for expiring of the warranty so that they can take again the money, if this will continue and they will ignore this kind of issue then its not going to work.

                                      This is with regards to the service provided by Videocon D2H service that I am using, since the time I have shifted to Mumbai there is a network issue going on though re-installed. My Customer ID 67861455, with complaint #[protected], for the same issue.
                                      Since the time I have recharged it I have hardly seen anything and due to this network issue they asked me to request for a technician for which I had to pay Rs. 170 every time. I mean why should I when they are not giving the right service and when escalated the supervisor said you ca get this re-installed but you will be charged. I mean they were ridiculous and didn't provide any solution. I got so irritated that had to hang up. and they never got back to me since than. Its been more than 24 hours now.

                                      If this can be taken on consumer forum it would be really good as its not about money but about the service and when they can torture me day in and night for recharge if delayed they what happened now.
                                      Isn't this a part of customer service.
