    Lathergic attitude about the customer care executive and useless engineers aligned to rectify the problems- I am Shashidhar and we have dth under my Father name I.e. Dharmalingam K with customer Id[protected], My parents stays in Mysore and I work in Bangalore, every month or 40 days once your team is smuggling our money because we face problems of signal not available and accordingly engineer will be aligned to rectify with chargeable basis. my parents are not so educated to call and log a call hence I need to do this, so your team wasting my time and smuggling our money. in fact I do hold Dth in my name in Bangalore residence and earlier faced lot of problems which also made me to complaint in consumer forum and finally till to day no problems. now in this case I will wait for another three days I.e. 1st August 2016 then will log a call with consumers forum. contact Me @[protected]

      I have a videocn d2h connection. I must say it is the most incompetent service provider I have known. I have two connections one in Bombay and other one in Pune. I told them to transfer my balance of from my Bombay customerid to my Pune customerid. I called them and they committed it shall be done within 24 hours and it has been 2 and half weeks. I would have literally called them not less than 10 times and same commitment is given but no action. This is pure harassment as I am not getting the service I have paid for. I am not able to watch my television with Videcon D2h connection since 2 weeks. Plus the backend team is so incompetent they do not know the basis of the service they are providing. I plan to go to consumer court for the same. I do not believe Mr. Dhoot has such incompetent people on his payrolls.

        The worse establishment i have seen in my life. There is no after sales service and no response from the staff for complaint made repeatedly for three days. No one not attended the complaint even after the lapse of 60 hours of complaint made. The sr #[protected] of 25.07.16 &[protected] of 26.07.16. Videocon d2h is third grade company & the worse for service delivery.

          Worst service of videocon I have complain many time but they didn't visit us even a single time, my tv is not working power red button show on but its not ON either by remote or manual switch. before its get faulty the pictuce quality and sound quality and was not good plz tell me some ideas to screw them or else how to complain to consumer court

            First time my STB was defective, It took me seven days to resolve after complaining to your head office. This time when there was reception only for few channels and that too not on their proper designated channel no. since Thursday 21 Jul 2016 night. I lodged a complain with customer care, who was only trying to convince me that it was because of the rain. He was adamant when I told him it is a defect since many hours. I also told him that it was a common fault in the building and others also have a problem. Customer care only insisted that the engineer will come in 48 hours and will charge Rs 200+ parts cost. Anyway the engineer came on Sunday forenoon and resolved the problem in two minutes as amplifier on the terrace had to be rebooted. Please attend problems on immediate basis if the whole building has a problem. Every time there is complaint, we have to wait for long to get it resolved. U C Mehta [protected]@hotmail.com

              I am really fed up of complaining now.In the past 1 year i have had 2 set top boxes changed and everytime an engineer comes to visit the place i have shell out atleast rs1000/-. They say its the cost of the box and the service charge. The service is so pathetic & slow that i can lodge a complaint and take a round trip from mumbai to delhi and back in their promised 24 hrs. I think for them 24hrs means 24 days. If you guys are increasing the rates of the monthly recharges without informing the least i can expect is service on time. And when you receive a call from the engineer, they talk to you as if they own us and they clearly say that if you dont like the service, you can leave us. Is this customer service or customer harrassment. Oh by the way the name of the engineer is joginder or yoginder. I am looking out to contact thier corporate office to get a solution to this.

                Hello,

                Customer id for videocon d2h is 97541867.

                Videocon d2h service is very pathetic.

                I am not getting service from past 10 days and local engineers and customer care are least bothered.

                They all speak different language and process.

                They have replaced setup box couple of times and relocated the dish but still issue remains unsolved.

                I would have called them 250 times but all the time different engineer gives different answers and gives false promises.

                I am tired of following with them and needs issue to be resolved at the earliest.

                Also they have to understand that for the days they were not able to provide the service need to give the compensation.

                I have also sent couple of mails to their customer care and tried reaching nodal officer but no response.

                    Last time I had complained when my d2h was not working your engineer called me when I was in office. I requested him to come at around 5pm and he was insisting to come at 2pm when no one was at home. You'll are not concerned on customers convenience. That complaint was resolved 2 days later. Today morning I complained that my set up box is not working. The advisor said he will arrange for engineer as I told him my problem as I had off today and tomorrow no one will be at home but when no one turned up I called again and spoke with Supervisor who said he can't do anything and I have to wait 48 hours. Pathetic service. After my service ends I won't recharge and move to Hathaway.

                      I had purchased videocon split air conditioner from an authorized retailer on 11th june 2016. my air conditioner stopped working few days back. i registered a complaint with patna service center (ref no # pat[protected], response code # r86531).

                      A service person visited yesterday and advised that compressor isn't functional and should be replaced. since compressor came with 5 years warranty, it should have been replaced without any fuss & issues.

                      To my surprise, the service person refused to do it. he mentioned although it is in warranty, compressor will be chargeable. i was taken aback. reason he cited was - some sticker is missing on outdoor unit. i did not really understand this reason. i think this reason is a pure excuse to not abide the terms of purchase and promises of warranty at time of purchase.

                      Compressor which is non-functional and is under under warranty should be replaced if i have a warranty card. this is totally dubious reason for not servicing a product which:

                      1. was purchased at authorized retailer
                      2.installed by videocon technicians
                      3. all receipts and warranty cards is available
                      4. not sure what sticker was he looking for - but even if any is expected, where did it go? and which sticker was he looking for? was it ever present? how would a customer know of these gimmicks when purchasing any product.

                      Outdoor unit of a split ac is always exposed to extreme weather conditions, isn't it? so what remains where and in which condition - how would a customer supposed to know? i doubt something like that was ever present.

                      I have a valid bill, proof of purchase and warranty card. so why should any warranty service request be refused? i am going to escalate it at all possible levels and make people aware about what videocon does when offering any product under warranty. i should have never purchased a product form such a company, which tricks customers like this and does not abide by terms and conditions of warranty.

                      My air conditioner compressor should be replaced without any question since authorized technician established that it should be replaced and it is under warranty. my family has all rights to sleep in peace in this scorching summer.

                        Rash behavior of manager pratap and technician on service reliability
                        Im a customer in videocon d2h and i have raised complaint for more than 5 times in a 3 days and my customer id is 71995654. Staff and technicians are saying that there will be only one month service will be done on the problem statement. I see rude behaviour from the technician and the customer call center especially manager pratap and asking me to move out of the service. If they dont need customers and not giving value then what for the service is meant. This in turn will make customer to lose trust and hope. I need resolution not the rude suggestion from videocon guys. Totally dis satified with your behaviour.

                        I had been raising complaints on the bad service but they are not responding well.

                          I have done 196 unlimited internet pack on 29th june on [protected] no.Internet pack is valid till 28th july. My 2gb is finished after that my internet speed is down to 20 kbps. Which is actually in bytes not even 1 kb.
                          So i done rs. 198 a new pack at 18 july but still my speed is in bytes.
                          My speed is very slow not any website open with any browser, even playstore is not open. Plz solve the issue videocon telecom.

                            After so many complaint given but till today no resolution, i am not seeing tv since 10 days. No one had come to resolve my problem.
                            After repeatedly calling and getting 24 hrs timeline to resolve the problem, didnt get the solution.
                            Second complaint raised 24 hrs later given a timeline of 8 hrs with an arrogant voice.
                            Called 6 hrs later didn't get a solution. Said 2 hrs left for the complaint time to close.
                            Called 2 hrs later, given 48 hrs resolution time.
                            Pathetic service from the videocon d2h...
                            I req you to resolve my problem. At eatliest

                                I have purchased videocon tab in jamshedpur (dealer name hello brother), unfortunately this item was damaged, it was june moth i reached to nearer service center. after then i could not get proper service, some time says parts are not available or company stop making this product, i unable to understand if service not get update then why should this company make sell or deliver to people. after that service centre charged rational amount of the parts for replacing new one from dealer. i paid rs 2500, but when sen d by service center to particular dealer, they replied to me the stock is unavailable because videocon has stop making such kind tab (8 inches). i relased i have mistaken to buy this product, now they ask me to wait another 7 days to get another one, i have no option, i wanted to know if videocon copany such kind company has not upto the mark for giving service to the customer company why they mis-selling such kind of product

                                  Hi, we had complained about the broken antenna. A service engineer visited us but demanded excessive amount. Repair is quoted at the same price as of new antenna. No further action has been taken after re complaint. Customer service repeated same and the demand seems un reasonable. The engineer behaviour was very rude. Would want you to take necessary action. Else, please return our balance pending which is 1084 rs as of today.

                                    No one cares to work on the problems... The problem of my tv is since 2months... Its been 4 days and our tv is not working. Getting started and stops immediately... Engineer came and said the tv will work back with an hour and. Not its more than two hours.. No one is their to listen us...                                       Hello,
                                      I have ordered d2h smart remote dongle on 7th july 2016 when the price of it was ₹399. Within 2 days the price slashed by ₹150 to ₹249 which is huge compared to actual price of the product. I received the dongle yesterday it was billed on 9th july 2016 for ₹249 only. So the actual value of the product is just ₹249 and i have paid ₹150 more. I have the product with bill amount of ₹249. So kindly issue me ₹150 refund.

                                      Email customer support never respond i have mailed 5 times till now. Horrible customer support. I feel totally dejected and cheated.

                                        Complaint no 44625211 is not attended at all even after 72 hrs.

                                        Complaint lodged on 12th july 2016. They respond to send service engineer with 24 hrs. No response.
                                        We mail them again on 14th july 2016. Same response by the company.

                                        This company only traps customers in buying their product and the customer lives his lifetime with a guilt of being a fool to do so.

                                        Hopeless and insensitive company as far as customer service is concerned.

                                        The same problem is persisting since last 2 years and the only communication this company does is for recharge.
                                        Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
