We had purchased split air conditioner on 27 may 2016. Due to heavy storm on 29 may 2016 its outdoor compressor gets lay down. We lodged compalint and service center has provided us the solution too.but they said it has a fitting problem..we then complaint to the shop (metro) from where we had purchase it.but they are not giving us any solution.we are having fitting problem for air conditioner..so kindly provide us the solution of fitting either we will make complaint to consumer forum

    I booked to mount my split ac in new room at jodhpur rajasthan. My complaint nomber is 0d[protected] code no 64396 to toll free number at jaipur. The person came named mr. Sandeep dhadhich. He refused to use old pipe line & all other parts also. Same time he filled gas in compressor with in 20 minuts. When i asked to give bill he told that bill book was finish and give my kaccha bill & told that next day he will provide the bill. Number i called for work is[protected]. They told sms will come but no sms came. It might be a gang which working against people security.

      My customer id[protected]... Had taken ur connection on 30/4/16... With one month free subscription... Though pack is expire on 29/5/16... Ur messeges for recharge said do before 29/5/16.. Though i do recharge on 29th of rs.254 per month as pamplet given by ur dealer... But recharge done only for 28 days with no marathi channels... I asked to dealer for this cheating... He said it will only 28 days for every recharge on pack not a month... As he also doesn t know to recharge of 275 for aonth onstead of 254... It is very unconvenience from ur site that u are not looking at customer.. Only interested in money... I want my money back and disconnect services... Waitimg for reply...

        I have a mobile recharge shop at Raigarh. I had taken retailer ship for recharging from Videocon Telecom service under M/s Harbhajan cellcom, (distributor), Kotra Road, Raigarh.Mobile no:[protected].

        The company has closed their telecom service.

        I have a Lapu balance of Rs. 1166/-, coupon of Rs. 10 X 57 Nos. & new SIM card 10 nos. I have requested my distributor for refund, but either he or the company does not response the matter.

        My Lapu SIM stopped from yesterday (showing Emergency).

        In the circumference I do not get response from any corner .
        Please do needful.

          This is the worst ever company in the whole world with pathetic after sales service. Machine quality is poor.. Technicians are not even fit for cattle rearing.. Fools with very late response. We wait for minimum a month every time we lodge a complaint through the call centre. Never buy a videocon product ever ever in ur life. Every year we encounter a problem and every time we face the same kind of experiences with the service technicians.

            Hi,

            I've raised complaint on 20-may-2016 for the service cancellation because of the poor service. Complaint id[protected] and they mentioned it will be solved on 27-may-2016 at 2:00pm.

            But till now, the issue it not getting solved and also they have raised the new complaint today 27-may-2016 from the back end team without my knowledge and they mentioned it will be solved on 3-jun-2016 at 10:39am, complaint id[protected].

            For the past 10 days, i didn't watch the channels because of the issue. But my account is debiting by the provider day by day.

            Also, the same issue happened on 29-apr-2016 with the set box issue, that time also, i was not able to watch the channels for 5 days.

            Is it possible to get the refund for the above days.

            I've called the call center and spoke with the supervisor for the setup box cancellation issue and also asked for the new complaint is raised without my knowledge. But they told all the reason for the issue.

            Now, i'm not able to make the call for the customer care through my registered mobile number. I think, they have included my mobile in no screening.

            Please do the needful for the service discontinue.

                My product name is Videocon d2h and my and my customer I'd is 46183680. I am facing the problem audio or video every 10/15 min my product loss its audio or video. When I complement for this problem to the Videocon D2h company they can't solve this problem n just giving annoying reasons n they did not sent any engineer for home visit to see that issue. Videocon d2h provides very worst services to there customers. Coz my product is in warranty period so they must have provide the free of service to me but engineer said on phone call u have to pay 170 rupees otherwise I not coming when I I trying to say him that my product is on warranty period then he argue with me . I registered my first complaint on 23 may 2016 no one can visit at home till 26 may then I registered compliant again now they told me that ur problem has been fixed in 24 hrs they can fixed this problem in 3 days how they fixed in 24 hrs. Videocon provides very worst services to me. This is very bad experience.

                  My complaint id:[protected]

                  I raised my complaint on 19th may that my d2h connection is not working through costumer care and there after i did not receive any technician till date to resolve the issue.
                  Every day when i enquire the status in the morning they would again say it will be resolved by evening and when i call again in the evening they would say it will be resolved by tomorrow morning. Like this they have delayed for 9 days and so far this is not fixed.
                  Firstly a customer representative will take up the phone and if i ask something they will forward it to the supervisor. He will repeat the same story and say they have raised the complaint on technician on 21st may.
                  It seems like the technician is least bothered about this complaint as well.
                  These videocon d2h, does not have good standard practices or process in place and also are understaff to resolve this issue.
                  And again in addition to the connection i also purchased “videocon premiere club” membership card. This card states it provides “priority service” but in fact after purchasing this card for extra 500 rupees /-, they have not prioritized in resolving the issue but rather there are not attending the issue at all.
                  In fact one of the supervisor in the call said there are about “3000” + complaints there are understaff and are not able to resolve the issue.
                  This is written with frustration as my complaint was not resolved even after 9 days of time. And also due to this in efficiency of videocon d2h manages/ staff i lost my valuable time and money because the customer care is not of free call to raise complaints. These people do not respond or does not know how to attend the call as well, they will be so much background noises, they will not proper information, they will hold the call for several minutes then again they will take time to forward to supervisor. These people are very smart as we purchased the product and if we cancel the services they will not be in loss. The only loss would be to the costumers so they hardly care about the customers.
                  I am still waiting to see if this gets resolved.
                  Therefor my advice is please do not chose to go for videocon d2h as they have forcustomer service is very very very bad. Think before you go for this.

                    Hello,

                    I have made a complaint about the loss of signal for my dish.
                    I have raised complaint on 21 may 2016 and the complaint num is[protected].

                    No engineer has called me. No progress in resolving the issue.
                    Called the customer care people.. Every time I call them, they say that they are escalating the issue with high priority and the issue gets solved by 8 working hours.

                    Its been 5 days since I made first complaint and the engineer have not called me.
                    I dont understand why the engineers delay in such a way and making the reputation of videocon bad.
                    It is very frustating for us to call the customer care people daily and listen to thier false promises.

                    Why is this taking so much time. There is no updates about the complaint.

                          I am Videocon D2h customer and my customer ID is :[protected].
                          I am facing no signal issue since yesterday. I called your customer service many times but still didn't get any response. After trying so many times finally i had a word with your customer service representative and he asked me to pay Rs 170 to your technician.
                          I am unable to understand why i need to pay this extra amount. This is not my fault, then why do I need to pay this amount and if i pay the amount this time, then for how long this amount will be applicable or do i need to pay this amount everytime whenever i face such issues? Could you please explain and revert me with a good acceptable solution as soon as possible.

                          Still dont understand why we should pay for their signal problem.

                          Please be informed that your product warranty is of 1 year and the installation warranty which includes the service visit charge is of 1 month from the date of activation. We understand that since the installation warranty is expired you will be charged Rs 170/- for an engineer visit. In case a product swap is required and if the product is covered under the product warranty then swapping charges and service visit charge will not be applicable.                             I am having a videocon d2h connection with customer id:[protected], after getting connection it worked fine for first month, after that it is not working even if here is pin drop silence over cloud. I am only able to see only promotion channels. Some time it is working during night. After calling customer care so many times not got any satisfactory reply.

                              This is regrading the complain no[protected],[protected] at customer care of videocon d2h for customer id 51099168 has been register on dt 22/05/2016. And 23/05/2016.

                              I had raised a service engineer visit request for my product and i was told my problem will be resolved in 24 hours.

                              The issue is not resolved till date. And none of the engineers have visited or called me to know the issue. There is no response from the company side also

                              After multiple complaints i get only a new complain no and and the time period gets extended but problem is same.

                                Hi,

                                This is very annoying and unprofessional business practice from your side. I have recharged on mar 22 from paytm for rs 1305 for new south diamond pack :-for south region, validity 3 months and i was receiving the exact same channels what i opted for not a single hd channel was coming.

                                Yesterday you guys have disconnected my subscription saying that i have to recharge again just after two months and your customer care representatives are telling me that i have opted for a an hd package costing rs. 650 per month.

                                I did not receive a single hd channel in last two months and when a guy is selecting a package in paytm he will pay the exact amount which was rs. 1305.

                                After all this fraud your customer care representatives are not ready to register my complain. They told me that i have to recharge again even to register a complain. How disgusting is this from your side. First you guys do a fraud with the customer then you don't register a complain also.

                                Please look into this issue and first of all continue my subscription asap if you want to delay in this case just take off your setup box and repay me the amount i have paid for this of yours, because it will be very difficult for me to continue with someone so unprofessional in their business and even in handling the customer.

                                If i don't receive a respond with my remaining one month subscription with in next 24 hrs then i am going to take legal action against this fraud of yours.

                                We would like to inform you that we have received the amount of Rs. 1305 on dated March 22, 2016 however we not received any request at Customer care to change the package due to which you account has been charged for active package NEW SOUTH PLATINUM HD.

                                Further, please note that bases on your request made at Customer care helpline package has been changed to NEW SOUTH DIAMOND effective May 23, 2016 and you will be charged Rs. 435 per month as a subscription charges.

                                  This is to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased videocon 1.5 ton spilt ac (5 star rating) from shopclues.com on 06 february 2016. (Model no: vsd55. Wv2-mda) (Indoor serial no: [protected]) (Outdoor serial no:[protected]

                                  The manufacturer warranty that is promised for the product is 1 year from the date of purchase.

                                  From the second week of the purchase of the product, i’ve been facing a serious issue in the functioning of outdoor unit. The unit makes a lot of compression noise in the inside, cuts off the outdoor and doesn’t cool at all for hours of duration

                                  This issue has been escalated to the manager of authorized service franchise of hyderabad for videocon, multiple times. He promised to rectify the problem every time. But once the outdoor unit is commuted to the service center, i believe no action was taken and returned to me making false promises as i still notice the same issue in spite of escalating it many times. As an honest and kind customer, i accepted for the replacement of spares inside the outdoor unit instead of entire out door unit itself. (As a brand new ac started troubling me). Even then, my problem was not solved. I have all the manual service reports with me as reference and the conversation head.

                                  The service center didn’t provide me any detailed service report on what is causing the issue, what part is causing the problem, what action was taken, what is the serial number (Or) id of the spare that is replaced under warranty etc. Which in general, should be provided to the customer in the form of electronic report.

                                  On a serious note, the manager has provided a spare outdoor unit to me which is used by the service center to get rid of hot summer while my actual outdoor unit was lying in the service center for repair. During this period i did not notice any issue with the functioning of ac. This gave a clear evidence that my outdoor unit was faulty as the spare attached to my indoor was extremely running well

                                  The recent generated service request reference id is hyd[protected]. This request was closed without the outdoor unit being delivered to me.In this instance, i made a call to the

                                  Area in charge (+91-[protected]) and he promised me that my problem would be rectified in two days.

                                  As said by the in charge, i received my outdoor unit and the spare unit was returned back to ms service center. Now, i’m still facing the same issue with my outdoor unit which seems that the issue has not at all been addressed till now

                                  This pathetic service is indeed regrettable and highly non business like. On account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same i have suffered losses/ incurred expense and mental peace disturbing the midnight sleep daily leading to continuous headache (Migraine)

                                  The authorized service franchise for videocon, is liable to compensate to me. You are hereby finally called upon to

                                  1) replace the outdoor unit with a brand new one (Or)

                                  2) pay compensation for financial loss/interest suffered due to your negligence with interest

                                  Failing which i shall be constrained to initiate against you for redressal of my aforesaid grievances and recovery of the aforesaid amount such proceedings, both civil and criminal as are warranted by law, besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of the consumer protection act, 1986 exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequences which please note.

                                    I am using videocon d2h from last 8 months. From last few days, i am getting signal problem on most of the channels. Some channels taking long time to load, some are showing signal problems and some are running, but not smoothly. I have tried calling customer care more than 50 times in last few days, but everytime they showed their customer representatives are busy.
                                    I mean this is the worst customor care service ever i have seen in my life. I did a mistake of buying videocon d2h. The poor service provider.
                                    I hope this complaint will reach to videocon d2h and they will improve their service.

                                    I am also facing same exact problem from past one week, I could not reach out to their worst customer care service via phone so sent an email. Finally they responded saying I need to pay 170/- to services engineer.

                                    So, I just stopped recharging it and exploring local cable operators.

                                      besides this, i do not any further records and cannot get the invoice from gobol since their relationship with videocon has ended/terminated.

                                      i need the refrigerator's compressor to be replaced immediately without any further delay.In case the above with gobol printed does not help and your company policy suggests that you should charge the customer for a product in warranty, please go ahead and get it replaced and i shall pay the amount due.                                       let me begin by suggesting that it's very disturbing and saddening to get
                                      such a callous and undeserving behaviour from videocon representative
                                      towards such a small request.

                                      would have refrained to mark the cc but was not left with any choice. Let me
                                      give you the chronology of events as they occurred once again for your
                                      benefit :

                                      1. Based on multiple complaints for my refrigerator vpl60zps, finally your
                                      engineer vijay (Reference no gur[protected]) visited and checked the
                                      refrigerator. He informed that the compressor which is in warranty needs
                                      replacement, which he suggested would be done by the company by saturday or
                                      monday.

                                      2. Called vijay on saturday to confirm the schedule for saturday or monday
                                      to which he informed that he needs the purchase bill for the refrigerator.
                                      informed him that i have misplaced the bill. He suggested, that he would not
                                      be able to replace the compressor in warranty without the bill and i would
                                      need to speak to his seniors and he messaged me your number.

                                      3. I called you up and you again repeated that you would need the purchase
                                      bill to replace the compressor.

                                      4. I requested you to send me a mail to the effect that you need a copy of
                                      the purchase bill to do the replacement of compressor in warranty and you
                                      responded that you would do so in some time.

                                      5. Followed up multiple times but am still to receive the mail.

                                      mr. Mehta, i never argued and was always pleasant on the phone fully
                                      appreciating your position and the policies that you adhere to. My only
                                      request was to get a mail from you that without the purchase bill, you would
                                      be unable to do the replacement of the compressor.

                                      i am sure that you can send a mail to the effect so that i can take up the
                                      matter appropriately.

                                      again, let me re assure you that it's a matter of principle and not the cost
                                      that bothers me. Your not picking up the phone and a a completely callous
                                      and brazen attitude deserves some correction and hopefully, post this mail,
                                      i can expect a mail and a call from you as due regards to customer service
                                      that brands believe in and deliver.

                                        One month old videocon top loading washing machine not working. Customer service and technicians are not polite and not picking up calls. They are giving excuses and that too in a rude tone. I am waiting from last two weeks but no resolution is provided.

                                        They are not picking up the calls. The technician who came home said that i should wash only 4 to 5 cloths instead of 15 cloths specified in the broucher. They are rudely replying on phone.
