    It's been 8 days since i made a request for refund because of the rude and hostile behavior of your dealer.

    Everytime i call your useless customer care, i need to wait atleast 30-45 mins just to get connected and then repeat my story to each one, only to get an answer, we will get back to you within 24 hrs!
    I don't know whats considered 24hrs in your system but for us 8 days is not 24 hrs.

    So today i get a call back saying you need to get your refund from the dealer directly we cant help you! Like seriously!

    A guy whom you guys have assigned to distribute your products and you cant get a refund from him! While i as a customer should go and fight for it, while he abuses and threatens me?

    Will you be responsible if the guy does something to me? Well you sure will cuz i'm going to file a case and this is exactly what i'll be filing! Complete disregard to customer/women safety! Your service absolutely horrendous! i don't know how you guys are even surviving still!

      1. That on dated 28/10/2015 the complainant had ported services of mobile number [protected] from airtel to videocon telecommunications company. After porting to videocon company complainant recharged this number from navkar sales ganaur mandi sonipat with rs. 1111-00 + 1111-00 + 1111-00. After recharging with these amounts complainant got account balance of rs. 3750-00 which was valid upto[protected] as message received by the videocon telecommunications company on my above mobile.
      2. On dated[protected] at 12-59 p. M. Complainant received a call from mobile no. [protected] of videocon telecommunication. Through this number employee of this company forced me to finish the balance amount of my mobile number [protected] before[protected] and port this number in any other mobile service company.In this recording it is clear that they refused to refund my amount of mobile balance.
      3. On dated[protected] complainant again received a sms from videocon telecommunication to port this mobile number [protected] in airtel or any other service before[protected].

      It is therefore prayed that the complaint may kindly be allowed to refund the amount of balance in mobile of rs. 2995.68 and special recharge amount of rs. 251.00 total rs. 3246.68

        I have upgraded basic hd to hd with rf remote @1299 for getting recording facility on 20 april 2016. I need recording option so i payed for hd digital box with recording option in online. I have also inr 100 and activated recording option also. But i cant record using it so i called customer care back. This time they asked me the model no in the set of box's pack and it is h6666-rf. They replied that this box won't have recording option in it.
        I got shocked. Even in its pack it printed clearly it having recording option
        I have not got the the features mentioned in the pack of it. So i asked them give me a correct set of box with recorder feature for what i have paid but they refused my request.
        I have called online sales department multiple time after i got this issue. More than 4 executives said me that they we check it. But no one solved this my problem.
        I am very disappointed with this cheap attitude of videocon d2h.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I have requested d2h relocate and install dish to new place and i
          Wait from 15 may - more than 4 days but your engineer are not install
          Dish in my new place.

          I have raised 3 complaints in 4 days and several calls for this
          Issue. Your customer care executive is not responding properly. I
          Call today and talk with your supervisor jagdish goel they said my new
          Area is not serviceable (Because local cable operator problem). So
          They are unable to install dish. I already paid service charge 400
          Rupees but your mr. Jagdish goel said they are not resposible for it.
          Also i checked on my building many videocon dish are installed
          Already. Local cable operator is not my problem. I already paid
          Ervice charge.

            Dear service provider,
            Greetings from purandam jana,
            This is to inform you that i purandam jana residing at ivy estate, a1-101, umang homes, wagholi, bearing the customer id no 89264078, last saturday dated 14th may 2016, i called to customer care no [protected] & registered my complaint vide no woid42950490. At 11 am
            After registered my complaint, your representative advised me that it will resolve within 24 hrs.

            But sorry to say that till date at 10:10 pm dated 17.05.2016 it has not resolved after more than 72 hrs

            My point is :
            You have opened a department "customer care service", they are taken the complaint from customer & registered the complaint & share the complaint registered no.
            But you have no responsibility to close the token no or taking feedback from your back office the registered no has closed or not.

            After particular date expired, your service will stop if not recharge the d2h, but you not bother to see customer will utilize the channel or not.

            Hence advice you either closed the customer care service or increase the service level.

            Finally requesting to you. If you not closed the complaint immediately i will go to grievance cell.

              My sel[censored]mesh sharma, video con customer id[protected] and my existing plan is running @rs. 283. Yesterday i received a massage on tv screen to recharge your d2h before 21/05/2016 and your remaining balance is rs. 41.73. According to above massage i rechage my d2h account with rs. 302 at 8.28 pm approx and received a massage from video con d2h (Cust id 49975607 recharge with rs.302, balance rs. 343.71, due date 19/06/2016). Respect of received massage i call to customer care representative for the reason of change of plan (Talk with customer representative (Supervisor) mr. Hitendra vaghela. Not satisfied from his reply.
              So, please look in to matter and set my earlier existing plan as early as possible.

              We have already validated your concern about the package change and found that the subscription package was changed to “New Gold Sports pack” over the IVR on May 17, 2016, when you had called at our helpline from your registered mobile number.

              Please note that the package was changed by you over the interactive voice response unit by selecting the required option ( 1 ) and there was no manual intervention from our side. As per the package change policy any package has to be subscribed for minimum 1 month i.e. 30 days. Hence we are unable to make any changes at this moment.

                    I had registered a complaint on 11th of may 2016 regarding some issue in the antenna of DTH. I have been told that service engineer will be at my home within 24 hours to resolve the issue but nobody came till the 13th of may 2016 8:00 p.m. while I am writing this . Three complaints in three days been registered in three days by me.72 hours have gone past still waiting for the service engineer to resume the services. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

                      We have a videocon washing machine under their amc contract and is not working. So placed a complaint - mum[protected] at their call centre on 22.04.16.. It was attended by service engineer on 24.04.16 and had declared its motor faulty. But till now nobody is giving any commitment when it will be replaced. I'm just following up with call centre, service centre and on emails.
                      Really frustrated with the answer that part is not available and cant believe that it requires 18 - 20 days to arrange a motor by such global brand.

                        I bought videocon split ac (3 star rating) in may 2015.In the first year itself o[censored]sage, we had to lodge complaints twice.

                        The first complaint was due to breaking of outdoor unit fan. Strange...

                        The second time complaint came as a surprise as the support engineer said that the gas is to be refilled, whereas the indoor unit displays e6 error. How come gas is to be refilled within one year.

                        E6 is supposed to be due to communication error between the indoor and outdoor unit.

                        They said the total bill will be rs. 2600 + rs. 560 wow...

                        Please do not buy this brand videocon airconditioner at all... It is the worst ever experience in our life o[censored]sing ac for the last 15 years...

                              I had purchased 32 inch led tv of videocon from vijay sales on the 15th of may 2015. After 8 months, small black patches were visible. Thinking that it might be dust of some picture distortion i ignored them. The same patches kept on increasing day by day. Now i have complained for resolving the same for which the representative from videocon duly visited my residence and after checking said that the unit will be service by the company for which the unit will be picked up by the company. I said ok and still waiting for the people to take the handset for repairs / replacement. After calling the helpline, the person on the call is claiming that there is no problem with the unit and the person visiting my place had given this report. Now where to go and what to do...???

                                i had requested for transfer of my d2h connection from thekkallur to calicut on 5th may 2016 to your customer care executive.

                                he informed me that i will have to pay rs 400/- which includes removal of my existing d2h connection at thekkallur and for my new connection at calicut...

                                accordingly, your mechanic visited y house at thekkallur on 6th may 2016 and removed the connection a nd i have paid a sum of rs. 400/- to the said mechanic as directed by customer care executives.he asked me that i should make a call to the customer care immediately on reaching calicut so that you r mechanic would come and install and activate my connection.

                                i regret to inform you that since 8 am in the morning on 7th may i have been trying to contact your customer care executives but without success .how ever i was lucky to get one executive at 2 .00 pm when she told me that i should wait till 5.00 pm in the evening.

                                at 4.30 pm when i again contacted your customer care executives to know the status of my complaints i was shocked to learn
                                1)- i will have to pay additional sum of rs 500/- for installation and activation.
                                2)_ the executive told me that the mechanic would be coming tom y house for installation after 10 hours from 5.00 pm which means the a mechanic will be coming to my house at 2.00 am on 8th may 2016.
                                3)- i am rather surprised a reputed organization of your repute is making blunders lies executives visit to the residence of the customer in midnight.
                                4)- how one executives tells me payment of rs 400/- for removal and installation while the other executives demands rs 500/- extra towards installation and activation.is this a fraud from your company ?
                                i feel sorry to become a consumer o f such fraud companies.

                                kindly let me know
                                whether the d2h will be installed and activated at my new address without any additional costs. this work should be done to my satisfaction before 6.00 pk today failing which please refund me the amount lying in my account with interest at 24% so that i can go for any other d2h connection where i would get better services and facilities.

                                further to my email complaint dated 6th may 2016, i wish to bring to your kind notice the following facts which clearly shows that videocon is telling lies.

                                1. no executive of videocon d2h visited my house till 10.00 am on 7th may 2016.

                                2. when i called up the customer care, the executive told me that since he did not have my full address at the new place, the complaint has not been registered.

                                3. when i spoke to the team leader mr. bindesh, i was surprised to note that my complaint has been attended on 6th may 2016 at 2.00 pm.and the d2h has been installed. he also told me a lie that the executive could not contact me on my phone as it was switched off.

                                4. now i have received a sms message stating that the engineer would come to install the d2h on monday the 9th may 2016 by 1600 hrs.

                                hats off to videocon d2h team and their management for fooling the consumers with lies.,

                                this is not the first time that they have told such lies number of times. i think it is high time that the management intervene and take legal action. as far as i am concerned, my msg has been recorded and will be taking up the matter with higher authorities.

                                around 2.30pm i called the said engineer and asked for his programme. he told me that he would be coming between 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm. i was waiting for him. but he never turned up. thereafter i tried to contact the gentleman called vijay at 5.00pm. i was told by the customer executives that mr. vijay is talking with his wife and hence they can not disturb him. at 9.30pm he called me and said that he would attend the work only on monday or he can come at night. since i was away to one of my relatives house i told him the matter will be taken up with the head office. immediately i also addressed a letter to mr. arun kharee and forwarded to the customer care email id. on monday the 9th my 2016, i tried to contact the gm and ceo. however, i got mr. vijay and he assured all the work will be done in 10 minutes. in the meantime, i got a call from cochin office stating that the engineer had reported that i did not respond to his phone call. i told the said incharge that it was he fixed the time to meet me between 4.00pm and 5.00 pm and he himself called at 9.30 pm and during this time i attended the call. hence he is telling a lie. i told him that due to delay on their part in getting the work executed i want the following:
                                a) i will not bear any extra cost for the cable
                                b) the validity of connection would be extended till 31st jan.2017 .
                                he agreed to both but later backed out from the same. i asked for refund of the money lying in my account as well as the excess payment collected for installation. he refused to this.
                                this clearly shows that videocon is a fraud company trying to cheat the consumers. hence i would request all the people to boycott products of videocon immediately.

                                    My 1.5 ton split air conditioner has a water leaking problem from the indoor unit and i have complint it on authorised videocon service center after march 15th.
                                    They came to check the unit and a problem with the swing motor has been occoured while they worked. And they promised me that they will replaced the part because it was happened by their mistake.
                                    But now after 2 months they are not even responsing to me and once i called them to ask about the status they told me that the spare is not available so it is not possible to replace. And also they talked to me in a harsh way.
                                    I am feeling very much shame to be a videocon customer and i never ever reccommend this worst product to anyone. And also it has the pathetic after sales service.

Cost is premium but service is not at all worth of a penny. Not sure what to do next. If it continues for next two, I will submit a case against them in customer court with the registration number which I have on handy for their worst performance.

                                        The display of our videocon tv has fault as we can see fine white color lines in middle of the screen. We have called the service center and logged a complaint. This was sent to the local service center in faridabad.

                                        These technician (Mithlesh-mob#[protected] and kamal-mob#[protected]) have been trying to repair it since 4 - 5 days. Twice they bought it back saying it has been repaired but both times there were problem in display with different shades and uneven colors on the top and bottom of the screen. They took it back now and we are not getting any update.

                                        Now i want to escalate this matter to next level as the local technicians are unable to repair this tv, they are rude and just want to resolve the issue even though the tv is not repaired yet. They are also not answering our calls.

                                        Please escalate this matter to next level so we can get a completely repaired tv which is still under warranty.
