    Accidently we pressed 1 for t20 wc channel subscription last month and with in few minutes i called the customer care and cancelled it. Now when we recharged for this month the videocon company took additional 40 rupees from us for the channel we did not use . This is pathetic service from videocon company and they took money from us for the channel we didn't use for 1 month at all.

    We regret the inconvenience caused to you due to the IVR system. The IVR system has been designed in such a way that the callers who are interested in activating the Sports channels can activate all the sports channels easily without waiting to talk with our representatives. While designing this IVR system complete care has been taken that no channel gets activated forcefully or erroneously. The automated system asks the caller to press 1 for taking consent for activation. If the caller presses the key 1 then the package gets changed. The caller has complete liberty to skip this option, and talk to our representative. We had to come up with this option of IVR activation to help the Sports fans to activate the channels. As per the package subscription policy, the package can only be changed after completion of the minimum subscription period. We request all our callers to make the selections on all the IVR carefully. Thank you.

Z33133345 dtd. 13/04/2011 and same was received by you on dtd. 16/04/2011 (Courier pod shall be submitted if required by you) but still we did not received any reply in written from your side.

      Now we would like to inform you that you have not left any choice for us instead of approaching consumer court. We still request you to acknowledge our matter and provide us details of our free gift. We will wait for another couple of days and if in the mean time we did not receive any reply from your side than we will assume that you have no intention of giving gift to us and we will forward our application to the consumer court on 16/05/2011.

      Dear sir,

      With reference to your attached letter regarding our free gift of 32" plasma tv under maano ya na maano offer we have to pay rs.4980/- towards taxes and rs.400 plus rs.700/- extra for table top stand and installation i. E we have to pay rs.6080/- extra for getting our free gift.

      With reference to above charges we would like to inform you that at the time of purchase nobody confirm us that this much of amount we have to pay extra at the time of delivery of our free gift and even in your catalogue you have mentioned that you will provide 32" plasma tv against certificate without paying any extra cost (Catalogue copy attched for your reference).

      Even the certificate was handedover to us by your dealer after 45 days from the date of purchase and when we gone through your certificate terms and conditions mentioned on back side which states that the transportation cost from the said point and all local taxes shall be borne by customer. This condition mentioned in your point no. 12 only while you have not mentioned the same any where in catalogue or certificate while as per company policy if your are not giving free gift than you should not compaign like this, you have to mention clearly that this plasma tv is not provided by company at free of cost basis and company is going to charge so much amount of money at the time of delivery.

      After 45 days we talked to your dealer (M/s sushil electric co. Ghaziabad u. P) and ask him that he has cheated us as he did not tell us anything regarding the taxes and than we ask him how much amount we have to pay extra at the time of taking our free gift as at that time we had made our full payment and we did not have any option for quiting this scheme than he told us that there will be very very nominal charges of rs.500/- only which we have to pay at the time of taking our free gift.

      But now after completion of three years when we send mail to you on 14/02/2011 at [protected]@videoconmail.com e-mailid we did not get any response from your side and even we talk to your executives mr. Madhusudan khanonkar at head office at nos.[protected] and your branch office at ghaziabad u. P with mr. Abhay trivedi on mobile no.[protected] but we did not get any confirmation / reply from your side and we were following up with you on phone on regular basis (Phone details shall be submitted if required) and finally we wrote a harsh mail to you on 06/04/2011 i. E after 51 days and after that only you have send your mail in which you are demanding rs.6080/- extra for our free gift.

      We would like to inform you that after purchasing videocon product we got free harashment from your side as we are mentally harashed by your behaviour / attitude.
      Please let us know when we should get our plasma tv 32" at free of cost basis only i. E we will not pay anything extra for the same as this a cheating done with us.

      Please revert back at the earliest for this issue and donot force us to opt legal battle with you.

        I purchased a Videocon washing machine from vijay sales on 10th April 2016. The sales person of the vijay sales said that "anything happens to the washing machine. We will take the responsibility and the customer will not have to call the videocon company and need not worry as well." just after 2 to 3 days of purchase, I immediately raised a complaint as my washing machine was faulty. I reported the problem the problem to the vijay sales customer service, they noted down and there was no reply for a week. After one week I again called up vijay sales for the status of the complaint. Then they book a technician visit for that faulty machine. Technician came & inspected the washing machine and said that washing machine is faulty. He said that I will get a call back from videocon company. But probably I did not recognise the call from videocon hence I missed their call. So they closed the conplaint without resolving the issue. Again I called vijay sales and logged a fresh complaint. Again the technician came and said the same thing that washing machine is faulty and he was insisting to repair it. But I denied it because I purchased a brand new product and not a refurbished product. On 29th April 2016 morning I got a call from videocon company that I will not get a replacement for that product and instead I will get a repair for the same. So again I denied. They are not ready to replace my product and say that I have made the delay in replacement procedure. Instead they themselves made the delay, vijay sales and videocon. Vijay sales took a week’s time to book the technician visit. And then videocon technician came after two to three days and just because I did not answered their one call, they closed that complaint but they couldn't call me on my alternate number and did not even called me twice. And then the same procedure again technician visit. Now they are not ready to give me replacement for that product as they gave me a faulty product.

        Fault is that, there is leakage in the spinning tub of my washing machine. They want it to be repaired as for them it’s a minor issue and not a major. But as a customer for me there is no minor or major. I have purchased a brand new washing machine so it should be proper. Nor with major or minor faults in it. Request this department to help me with this.

        30th April 2016 another technician came from Videocon Company to inspect the Washing machine. There are two pipes on the upper side of the washing machine and it is written on it (Hot Water on one pipe and on the other pipe it is written Cold water). I normally use cold water when I start the machine. The technician who came today for final inspection, says that those pipes should be used as follows (Hot water pipe is of Wash Tub and Cold Water pipe is of Spin Tub) It is clearly mentioned and written in user book manual that While using cold water please use Cold Water pipe and while using hot water use hot water pipe. But this genius man is trying to fool me. When I plug a water pipe into Washing machine’s cold water pipe and keep the knob towards wash Tub the water starts leaking in Spin Tub. Whereas My Sister’s husband has purchased the same washing machine on 08th April 2016, just two days before my purchase(Same model, brand etc.) He doesn’t face such issue with that machine. Than how do I face this issue with the washing machine I have. On this topic this genius technician who came today for final inspection says that β€œSir, may be this is the updated which you have received, within two days they updated the entire model, says the features of this washing machine are different. He called up his senior Mr. Rajesh and started asking that if we done any changes. So this is how Videocon Company tries to fool Indian customers. This is the reason why people prefer outsider brand but not Indian Brand, because people know how good Indian brand customer support is. I am not asking for any money, instead I just want a replacement for the faulty / refurbished product I received at a Brand new cost.

        Anyways this is worst customer experience I ever had. Today I understood that never go for Indian Brands. Instead I can trust outsider brand. I will never ever suggest my friend or any of my family to buy Videocon products and not buy any product from Vijay Sales as well.
        BAD EXPERIENCE OVERALL.

          Sub;-ac1.5 ton booked at coolex mid night at lucknow, delivered by m/s ruchi electronics, sec-b, jankipuram, lucknow in the name of manjula tiwari, at m-2/159, sec-c, jankipuram, lucknow

          First of all i am using your ac for last 5 years & i have got enough install material from your good office such as wire, pipes etc but at this time the installation material is too less that installation material can not ful fill the complete installation. During installation i have paid 200 rupees to your person & purchased other material for rs.300 . Total rs.500 was spent & delayed in installation by 5 days. Even water pipe too less & your so-called mechanic never connected or told me that pipe are needed . Any way, your services are so poor & behaviour of staff are too bad . If you are interested to grow your business, kindly increase your wire etc. With free installation.

            Since 23th march i am waiting for one complain to get solved.
            Videocon has not solved my complain till date.

            Consumer forum please help me.

            1st complain no –[protected] – 23rd march
            2nd complain no –[protected] – 26th march
            3rd complain no –[protected] – 27th march
            4th complain no –[protected] – 28th march

            Apart from this why videocon executive and supervisor disconnect the call.

            Even videocon manager mr. Rehman – mob no – [protected], he said me will call back me in 24 hrs on 28th mar. Till now i have not received the call. If the manager fails after commitment where should we go?

            Till date they are finding out my call which i made on 11th july 2015. You are unable to get that record. Now on that you come up with new way saying ivr...

            I never ever did not call on the ivr nor any sms received to me for the same.

            On 11th july 2015 i received the sms on that i have complaint for deactivating. This was not solved from your end. I have the proof of my call made for deactivating, what do you have?

            This is not the right solution of my complain. Need a resolution and my refund.

              I called many times to call centre and requested for engineer visit many time within these 10 days but there is no engineer visit at my residence at my fisrt complaint engineer came but he is not able to resolve my problem i m again n again calling at call centre but there is no action from there they used to give me time for 24 hrs but no engineer is coming in and after that 24 hrs i talked to head n senior at the call centre but they are not even trying to resolve my problem i was complaining this for many days and now i m fed up of your bas services. And now i want to have my account balance back and request them to cut off my connection and give me my money back...

                I am consumer no 39346647. I had recharged my cable connection on 20/07/2015 @ 2893/- for one year. the validity was till 1st September, 2016. Now tha company tells that rates have been revised from March, 2016 so I am getting validity till 31st May, 2016. My complaint is this that as per norms rates are applied from the date of revision but rates are not imposed from older dates i.e. for old customers. I have lodge three complaints[protected],[protected], and[protected] on dated 13/03/16;20/03/16; and 15/04/16 respectively with videocon, Each time they responde d me that complaint has been resolved but I did not get the validity which was given me on the date of recharging. They also told me that I have taken the music service Bu it was given to me without my cosent. For this they given me three days extra validity(Previously 28 May, now till till 31st May. Now they have put through my phone to Tamil version so I cound not understand the language and made any furthe complaints. their service representative/executives have accepted the mistake. I request your goodself to resolve my complaint at the earliest so I may not be impelled to take the services of other operator.

                We would like to inform you that your due date is changed due to activation of Add On smart service & same was activated on basis of IVR call done from our end on your RTN & after receiving confirmation prompt from your end same Add On was activated on Aug 21st 2015 also confirmation SMS regarding activation of this Add On was sent on your RTN, since then we have not received any request for deactivation of this Add on from your end.

                Further we would like to inform you that this service remained activated on your account for 7 months, however same has been already cancelled on Mar 13th 2016 as per your request & please be informed we cannot process for any waiver/credit from our end in this case.

                  I have bought Videocon 40 inch LED TV from Vijay Sales Borivali branch on 10th Apr and got delivery on 16th April. After that many time I have called Vijay Sales and Videocon co. for demo and installation but no one has help me in this regard. It is very difficult for end customer to chase retailer and manufacturer again and again.

I put up several complaint over phone and through email. Every time the response is that engineer will visit and rectify the problem on payment basis as set top box is not under warranty. I insisted that the problem created due to videocon upgrade. Hence, why client have to pay? Let the changes be reversed. But they always insisted on charge based engineer visit.
                    I got the email id & local no. Of zonal officer through customer service but zonal officer never reply mails but as a test case when i put a request for bulk connection, i got immediate response that zonal manager want to talk.

                    Yesterday, 20th apr star network channels & few other channels sound were muted.

                    Since, dth service charges are get prepaid videocon customer has no option except paying. Videocon dth do this manipulation from ho end just to make an engineer visit and un-ethically charge engineer visit charge.

                    Videocon DTH customer service, give office address of your Kolkata city region with concern officer in charge name & contact details . I want to have face to face interaction with Videocon DTH employee.

                    Company is desperately want to make money by means of cheating prepaid customer. First in 2015, they changed regional channel no. from 800 series to 700 and muted channel no. star movies, zee movies, kolkata TVs. Rest channels are working fine.

                    Once they failed in their mission to charge engineer visit and engineer will say make some false parts failure and extract more money, they few days back muted star network channels. Now again they came up with the same line of reply.

                      I was attracted by the 99 flexi pack package and i got a new videocon d2h connection on 28th march 2016, however from the day one i noticed i was activated with south silver sports pack with addon hd channels and while enquired with the dealer about why i was activated not activated with flexi pack, i was informed that this was an offer and from next month i can change my basic pack to 99 flexi pack by calling customer care.
                      But now while i requested the customer care to change my basic pack to flexi pack 99. I was informed that the pack is available only for new customer and not available for me. This was not informed to be while taking new connection last month and even in web site it does not states so that it is applicable only to new customer as on today.
                      I have opted to select videocon d2h only for the reason flexi pack 99 and thought of addon with additional packages.
                      The website and the sales person are completely misleading and felt like i am cheated. Please take necessary steps to change my basic pack to 99 flexi pack.

                          I got a promotional call from Videocon DTH customer care Kolkata office stating that if i will activate my recording service then i will get a coupon for online purchase of Rs 500/- then they activated my service. But when i asked several times they neither gave me the coupon nor de activate the service. when i talked every time they replied that they will make call but they didn't.
                          I am going to disconnect the connection. please don't go for this Connection. Only Frauds are there to trap you.

                            I have purchased a videocon ac from reliance retail ltd. (Muzaffarnagar), first floor ugf asj grand plaza mall, khasra number 352(M) & 353(M), tin no- [protected] . As they promised the installation next day but it's the third day but installation hasn't been done till now . They again extend the installation for next day and i seriously don't know how long this will go.

                            Kindly acknowledge the issue on priority other wise i have to take a serious legal action against this. Batter to arrange all amount return if these are not able to install the product

After few days o[censored]sing i have got some problems on my tv after that i went to that store liluah radio emporium and they told me that i have to lodge a call to videocon customer care. Then i do that and after that the cse told me that within 12 hrs service center execuitive will be at your doorstep on 13.04.16 at arround 19.39 hrs. But till now no one come to my house for solve the problem. They also give me a time on 14.04.16 within 16.00 hrs their staffs will be attend to my house but they didnt come within 16.00 hrs and even they didnt make any call to me. Is this a customer service which are providing by the company? Plz do something for that.

                                I Am Regular follow up with Videocon Company for repair my Washing Machine. Presently Machine Not Working Properly Hence I Logged a Call for Services in Videocon company customer care, Service Man Came & Say They Not Able to Repair Machine at my home same is Repair his Service Center. As per his commitment Machine repair & sent at home next day Evening but Machine Not Received as per Commitment after 7days follow up machine given by services center. I Regularly Called to Service & says Machine Not Repair after 7 days Finally Received Machine but Still Not Working Properly. Still we follow up with company but not any support or help receive. I called to customer care but he not answering my question & do rude behavior.

                                      I'd bought a 40" led tv form m/s national electronics in last jan., 2016, during purchase he assured me of best care of any complaints(if any) by both retailer and service center.
                                      it became dead on 02/04/2016(sat) night, i complained about the same to dealer(i was not having service center no.), but no corrective action taken till 05/04/2016(tuesday) evening.
                                      complained it to videocon service center on 05/04/2016 evening and a service engineer approached home on 06/04/2016 morning. he inspected the system and told us that there is some problem with the video card and that we will get detail about the repair on phone through service center.
                                      till that day received no phone call from service center.
                                      on 08/04/2016 on enquiring about my complain from service center they told me that they don't have the records of complaints at that time so to call some another time.
                                      again on calling on09/04/2016 i was told that no such complain have been registered.

                                        Sir today i got message from videcon that they are closing there services videocon gsm from madhya pardesh and got message that use your balnce or port your number within 11th may 2016 otherwise your balance will be null
                                        i also talked to custumer care they said same
                                        but problem is that in my number there is rs 4997.64 balance in my account and its not possible to any one to spent this amount within 1 month.

                                        plz i request to u that either transfer all my money to bank account or transfer balance to switch network as they are switching to airtel.
