I have a twin cable connection from a single dish from Videocon DTH. The customer ID is[protected]. I took the connection in October 2014. It worked well only for two months. After that the image started freezing. The resolutions have been different:
1. the call centre operator would send a command to the set-top box, which would then reboot and the image would get restored (this solution would work for 2-3 days only)
2. the service engineer would come and reboot the set-top box, change the settings and make it ok - this again will would work for 2-3 days
3. the service engineer changed the connectors of the cable connecting to the set-top box. Worked for a few days
4. then, the service engineer came and said that the cable was faulty and he needed to change it from the roof (7 storey apartment). When pointed out that the cable was new and was put in by the Videocon engineer who installed the system, he said that no warranty would apply to the cable and it needs to be changed. This was done. Again, it worked only for a few days
5. the service engineer comes in again - now, he claims the set-top box is faulty - and surprise, even this is not covered in warranty now! Changes it - no use - the images continue to be freezing (see attached images). The man now claims that the splitter near the dish needs to be changed.
I am at my wits end. Am definitely going to change to a new service provider

    The services from nashik office is very poor.They just keep fooling the customer every time. They have taken pledge to make fool out of the customers and they never keep there promise.
    They talk very rudely, seems videocon is not in need of any new customers

    I was planning to take 2nd connection but no response
    I made a repeated complaint but no response.
    Feel cheated whereas other service provider solve the complaint in couple of hours but videocon D2h needs more then a day.

    Sorry will not recommend to any one

    I am ordered videocon 32" tv . Amount is 6749/- deducation but not reply sms
    Customer care not attending call. When we call the customer they are always busy nd this lead in deduction in our mobile balance ..we spoil or money by calling them. They are not attending call

            I brought an Air conditioner and since then I am calling the customer care for the installation. The first time I raised a request was on 26th March (Ticket no. BAN[protected]). I waited for 4 to 5 days and then received a message saying the call was cancelled due to repeated house lock. I was shocked to see this message as there is one or the other person at home always. I called up the customer care to enquire about this and another surprise unfolded when they said the ticket was not at all assigned. I wonder who tried to reach out and saw a locked house!!! I again registered another ticket on 3rd of April and the executive said, I will receive a message with the ticket number. I waited till the next day and called the customer care again when they said no compaint/ticket was raised the day before. This time I was irritated to the core and blasted the executive saying I had brought the item online and if there was any damage in the item, I had to return it back within 15 days, otherwise the vendor will not accept. She again registered another ticket and this time I was smart enough to ask for the ticket no. (BAN[protected]) without waiting for a message. I also asked for contact numbers whom I can directly call to get the AC installation done. She gave me the managers number who take care of assigning engineers- Mahesh and Bhaskar. I waited for a day and the next day I got call from Mahesh informing that an executive will be sent on the same day. It was tuesday and I waited for the whole day. No one turned up. I called him on wednesday and he said definitely someone would come today. Again samething happened. Today is thursday (7Apr) and I have been calling Mahesh and Bhaskar and both of them dont bother to pick the phone. I do not know what to do. I'm scared my AC will be fixed after this summer. Please do not buy anything from videocon. Their customer service is worst!!! Such a sick customer service!!!

              I am not able to view any channels though I have sufficient balance in the D2H account. I am not able to connect to customer care via RTN even after entering correct Cust ID. In addition to this I see the website is down for some maintenance. I received a message yesterday saying that my services were suspended due to Non Payment of service charges, which I have already paid in CASH to the service engineer who visited for the de-install and re-install of the dish.
              Please resume my service immediately and if required reach me out on my RTN. thanks!

                It's been a month I am getting messages from videocon service center . Your executive has examined the led TV set . And told me that company will get repair it within two days before one week . And today I got message that your call has been canceled . I am totally dissatisfied with Videocon service . If my TV is not going to be repaired I am going to complaint in consumer forum . AS well as I will ensure to make this on social networking sites . I have all call recording of your executive .                     I have given a complaint on[protected] about the picture is not coming the error message showing Scanning in process the message is coming past one days. I have given complaint they replied me the engineer will come and solve the problem the problem with in 24 hours.Even after 24 hours the problem has not resolved.The engineer called and saying "today is sunday so today I will not come".Again I have called to the call centre they have replied me it will be resolved with in 8 working hours.Even though after 8 working hours it was not resolved.Again I have called call center the same replie came.Again the local engineer called and said;It is not possible to come there because the complaint is only one of you.So we will not come".Again I have called the call centre and they are telling again the same & same it will be resolved with in 8 working hours.

                        Balance as on 21st dec 2015 : 3342.96

                        Month package : 254 rs
                        Addon : 15 rs

                        Now the team informs me that i have consumed about 1342 so far from 21st dec 2015 to till date and they have refunded me only 2091 where as videocon app shows me 2400 and they inform that the videocon app is showing incorrect information.

                        This happened to me when i subscribed for sports channel and it never gave me the 3 months lockin period and when tried to unsubscribe its telling me that its in lockin period and cannot be unsubscribed.

                        The app that is been used to subscribe is from videocon and videocon employees are telling that the app has some issues then why the hell was the app released to public when not tested it correctly and they have done a lot of cheating the customers.

                        The videocon customer care people are so worst that they dont bother to help the customer and they used unprofessional language as well.

                        So as to compensate the agony i have undergone so far from customer care i need to be compensated in the form of money.

                        Incase if not then will take up this matter to the consumer court and get the issue resolved.

                          My name is rahul gop, i am a videocon d2h subscriber (Customer id:[protected]. Recently i shifted in bangalore from one place to another, i have made calls to videocon helpdesk (+91-[protected])several times and requested them to do the re-installation.

                          After raising request, i received call from the technician, who was about to attend me but he was coming into my old house; where i shifted from. I asked him to please come to new address which i have requested. Then he said, he would inform his local team to visit me. I waited and waited then finally i had to make another call to helpdesk.

                          This time again i asked customer care executive to send the technician in my new address, i got the call on 1st april from the local number[protected] timing 03:00 pm to attend me in my new address, i requested them to come after 5:30 pm, as i was in the office. Later i called them in the same local number but no one responded.

                          Here is my first complaint through help desk:

                          Complaint number[protected] timing raised - thursday 31st march, 14:33 pm, resolution time was assured - 01st april 12:30 pm

                          Complaint number[protected] timing raised - saturday 02nd april, 12:29 pm, resolution time was assured - 3rd april 10:26 pm

                          Complaint number[protected] timing raised - sunday 03rd april, 10:02am, resolution time was assured - 3rd april 06:00 pm

                          Complaint number[protected] timing raised - sunday 3rd april, 18:33, resolution time is again assured till monday 4th april, 04:30.

                          Call received from[protected], in order to confirm if i had received any call. Which i haven't.

                          Feedback number is also not working - [protected].

                          Would request you to please guide me the litigation policy on this, apart from this i am also going to raise file against them through legal channel to sue videocon for their false commitment.

                            Even videocon manager mr. Rehman – mob no – [protected], he said me will call back me in 24 hrs on 28th mar. Till now i have not received the call. If the manager fails after commitment where should we go?

                            This is the great revert from VideoconD2H.
                            Till date you were finding out my call which i made on 11th July 2015. You are unable to get that record. Now on that you come up with new way saying IVR...

                            I never ever called on the IVR nor any sms received to me for the same.

                            On 11th July 2015 i received the sms on that i have complaint for deactivating. This was not solved from your end. I have the proof of my call made for deactivating, what do you have?

                            This is not the right solution of my complain. Need a resolution and my refund.

                              I have selected star sports hd instead of sony six hd in online ala carte features. When i requested customer care to correct it. They are saying we can replace the channel as three months are not complete yet. Also when speaking in phone with customer care, they are disconnecting it.Poor customer care service.

                              Also why is there a lock in period of 3 months for expensive channels.

                                Videocon DTH in their web site mention the charges for 3/6/12 months whereas when we recgarge for 3 motnhs / 12 months, the renewal is affected as 360 days (30 days * 12 months) instead of 365/366 days. Thus it give less credit to consumenrs. Ideally, if they mention for months, it should be 28/29/30/31 whichever is applicable at the relevent period.

                                My issue is when the charges are specified as monthly/yearly it should not be counted on day basis. The terms should be clarified accordingly.

                                  My videocon customer no. 52374952.
                                  I have complaint to deactivate one of the channel (D2H Cinema) which is cost rs.60 p/m
                                  to customer support executive. but they did not deactivated. after that i received message that my due date is 28th of march where i have recharged on 3rd March 2016 and date should be 2nd of april 2016. After calling to customer care, they told me that channel is not deactivated and they took my complaint (Complaint No[protected] for that channel they have deducted my amount and also without any notification they have changed my due date i.e. 28th March 2016.

                                  When i ask them to refund my 5days amount they told me they cannot refund as the channel was activated they have charged for that.

                                  I want to know why they are charging me for this channel which i already told them to deactivate. the mistake had done my their executive and not myself. Even I explain the same thing to them but they are not ready to understand. They are always giving a negative response for this query.

                                  Please help me in this situation. I am unable to do anything as they are not ready to refund my amount which they have deducted also they are not ready to extend my period of 5 days which they have change tobefore 5 day of my recharge.

Even if it is started some times, program channel are remaining blank. And right now he is not even picking my call.

                                        I am a consumer of videocon d2h. My customer id no is 77943190 and my connection has been manipulated in the past for 2 to 3 times in the last 2 years. The below instances will highlight the issues i have faced:

                                        1. My rtn (Registered telephone number) was changed from [protected] to [protected] (This is a delhi number as per the attached image).

                                        2. D2h cinema and smart games add on pack was activated on my d2h account on july 22, 2015 with the consent & receipt of request form the changed registered telephone number [protected].

                                        As per my conversation with the customer care of videocon d2h (E-mail chain attached) they have mentioned that my original rtn was [protected] at the time of installation dated october 04, 2012 which was changed to [protected] on july 22, 2015.

                                        On august 22, 2015 i realised that d2h cinema add on pack was active for my connection as i accidentally visited the said channel and immediately i cancelled the subscription for d2h cinema. At the same time i changed my rtn back to [protected] as this is my number and not [protected].

                                        On march 08, 2016 i realised that smart games add on pack was active for my connection when i was recharging my account (This was since july 22, 2015, when the rtn was changed from [protected] to [protected]) and immediately i cancelled the subscription for smart games.

                                        I seek to receive refund for d2h cinema and smart games add on packs. Also the company should put stringent verification process in place such as otp before doing any said changes to the account or account information.

In the meanwhile while talking to your representative i learnt that my registered mobile number was automatically changed. Can you please provide the log details of the same as well with details about how and when it happened? Just to bring to your notice i have also replaced my set top box as the earlier box used to give error message smart card not inserted properly (E04-4). I think my account has been manipulated and i have not received the services as per expectations. I have recharged my account on 8th march, 2016 with the annual new diamond package where i should be receiving extra 30 days and the due date should be 8th april, 2017 instead of 25th march, 2017 which is currently being reflected on my account.
