Dear Team,
As, I am using your service for the last 8 months and I am facing many problems from your side, my Card no. is"[protected]" in the name of Sumit Talwar.
After complaining so many times and even talk to the Supervisor the result is "ZERO". No one whether your supervisor or engineer are helpful to resolve the problem. As per your Supervisor it will be rectified within 02 hrs after talking to her (Ms.Mansi).I had made the call around 16:00hrs, but still till now no respone from your side. As, per her the engineer will call me, but till now no-one has approach me.
I have made complaint on 26th Mar'16, your engineer come to my home and rectified the problem, after he had left from my place within 5 mins the problem again come and its again show the same thing Single are not coming.
So, after again the call center again they the engineer will visit you to your house within 24 hours.So, this the ridiculous thing when I am complaining within 05 mins it should be rectified at the same moment, as your engineer is within the same area. But the no one have taken such steps, if this is your customer care service than I will give minus point to you.
If you are not able to provide us the service, than I will go for some one else (like TATA SKY or Airtel).

Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
He said will solve the problem by today 4.41 Pm.
But till now its not solved nor i received and call from them.
They says that the call which i made for deactivating the service is not able to receive easily. so it will take time. Such a un reasonable excuse are received from Manager.
request you to take a immediate action on the same.
We have forwarded your issue to our concerned department and will get it resolved at the earliest.

Can you tell me why my complain is not solved from 7days?
For one single complain I have received 4 complain number. Each time 24hrs is said and not solved anytime nor received any feedback.
1st Complain No –[protected] – 23rd March
2nd Complain No –[protected] – 26th March
3rd Complain No –[protected] – 27th March
4th Complain No –[protected] – 28th March
Apart from this why Videocon Executive and Supervisor disconnect the call.
Even Videocon Manager Mr. Rehman – Mob No – [protected], he said me will call back me in 24 hrs on 28th Mar. Till now I have not received the call. If the Manager fails after commitment where should we go?
Request you to solve this ASAP.
