Hi, on 28th Jan'2016 I've raised a request for shifting the connection to new address and till now it's not been done. I've followed up with the customer care and assigned service engineers and they made me to wait hours after hours almost 7-8 times at the previous address for the un-installation process. But not a single time they turned up at the place. I waited and came back home.
However, the customer care did not forgot to mention every time that I need to pay 300 rs and I need to carry the dish antenna and cable myself whereas no apology/action was shown towards resolving the request.
I demand full refund of my money (deposit+ set top box amount ) else I'll be moving to Consumer Court within a week with all the evidences and call records. I'm ready to return set top box/ antenna(I'll not take the responsibility o[censored]n-installation/if stolen from old address)

Complaint marked as Resolved After 40 days finally the d2h is shifted and installed at the new address. So much harassment, false commitments, and the irritating promo calls that recharge your account..blah blah. Never ever will recommend Videocon to anyone.
Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Update: Waiting from last 2 hours and as usual no call from Gitrish.
