I purchased a 16" led set from prakash agencies rewa on 23 aug. 2015 but after few months a problem came in panel few lines come in display and noted the complaint to customer care on 4th jan 2016. But no one is responsible for the conplaint. As yesterday(12.01.2016) talked to techician(Mr. Manohar namdeo) he said abhi tak service cneter se kuch nahi bataya. Talk to service center( shrivastava electronics, satna) when talked to him also he also said the same and told to talk to service incharge( mr. Rathod) and when talked to him he also said the same that uper ae kuch nahi aaya hai talk to service head( mr. Abdul usmaani) when talk today (13.01.2016) told that i am on leave talk to me on saturday... Nothing to say only i want to complete my set as soon as possible... I am very fed up of this kind of response.. Please do n complete my set.

      Dear Sir/Madam I had purchased a colored TV of above company in 1998 model No. 5313R, Having S.No. V8D499 and there was scheme of money back under which Rs. 4000/- was deposited by application No. 6106384, company promised to pay Rs. 8990/- after completion of 5 years. A bound having Sr. no. E/00022053 was issued on dated 07/05/1998. After completion of 5 years I had submitted the original Bond duly signed as desired by the company, to the address given on the bound. After that company communicated me to send the bond to another compay, M/s Willington at Hydrabad, which they told, will look after this scheme. I had communication with M/s Willington, they offered me to either get cash or purchase of some Videocon make items. I offered to get cash only. Till date I have not received the amount after my repeated reminders. Kindly help me to get my money back

        D2h ID 30241906, we have recharged our account on April-2015 for 1 year package as one month extra benefit will be available for long term package recharge. Unfortunately service has been disconnected today while enquired with customer service, responded lady hold my call for more than 15 minutes (Not toll free no.) but failed to give solution/ response. Again i called them and learnt that recording has been activated in our account, but none o[censored]s requested/ demanded for activation of recording, they did on their own as sufficient balance available in our account deducted all amount before our service period ends. While i searched for this package in TV it shows that "NOT SUBSCRIBED". Last time also we have recharged for one year package but service disconnected within 7 months, but we didn't asked Videocon as we didn't kept proof for the same. Now we had proof of recharge date and screen shot of TV showing channel not subscribed. These people are unnecessarily looting public money by activating unwanted program/schemes. Complaint registered in the morning but still services not resumed. Requesting once again to look in to the matter seriously and resume services immediately as we need to watch important program scheduled at 4 PM.

                  Dear Sir Recently my Videocon LED TV JB32FM-B1A[protected] required repairs. I registered my complaint Call. No. PUN[protected] The service center sent a service engineer who inspected the TV and said that the TV would be required to taken to service center as the mother board was faulty. The TV was then taken to service center and repaired with assurance to return my TV in three working days. However the TV was returned to me. After one month, I had personally contacted and discussed the issue with Area Manager and Regional Manager. They assured me of penalizing the service center and return the repaired TV as soon as possible. I received my TV in working condition after two months in service center. I was asked to pay bill amount Rs.5900/-. Service center refused to give a proper bill receipt when asked for. The Area Manager has assured me rebate in the bill due to delay. I have not made payments due to this. The service center employee on 30.12.2015, entered into my home forcibly in my absence and removed the motherboard. I was on duty and when called refused to talk to me. However after some time he talked to me and fixed back the motherboard in the TV when i assured them of making payments. I am reporting this to appraise you about this incidence. Requesting you to kindly look into the matter and reply.

                      I had Recharge my Videocon d2h DTH[protected] for Rs.3240 for 1 year (extra 45 days free) on 19th May 2015 & getting insufficient balance message on 22nd Dec 2015. I made complaint against my balance deduction on 22 Dec but not get any resolution Detail:I ask to change my base packege before doing recharge(i.e. before 19th May) I have not activated USB DVR recording service but activate in my account. I have activate Sony six for 1 month only & confirm to deactivate Sony Six after one month but still showing in my account.

                          I have Videocon dth connect for more than 10 years now, meaning I am old customer of Videocon dth. in spite of being such a old customer, they can befool you and can get money out of you and after that they have guts of listening to you. I got a call from Videocon dth that they have offer of HD set up box where I need to pay only for box and subscription is free for an year. I said yes. They came and saw I have a CRT TV and not LCD. I asked them whether HD would run good on it, they said ok. then after having HD box, picture was not clear and tv also gets blank may times, I asked them they said CRT don't support HD. Knowing fully they charged me for which my TV is not meant for. Then I complained Videocon dth, I was told that HD can even be run on CRT, engineer will come and sort the problem. I complained atleat 5 times, mailed earlier also, but nothing happened. I am not sure if this mail also help or not.

I was given the number of Mr. RAJESH BURMAN-[protected], Area Service Manager but his mobile number is switched off always. The customer care executive answer is it will resolved soon. 2. I was forced to write to you, so that you should know what service we are getting.                                       Hello I have been a customer of videocon d2h from 10 jan 2015. The date when the connection was activated. Since it was a new connection of basic platinum HD 12 month pack, I was provided with extra benefits, that's 1 month extra connection. that is 12 +1 extra month . and one month of free d2h cinema channel. When i had bought the connection I had personally asked the provider and the installation if i will have to pay any hidden charges. They said No. On 9th of December 2015 my connection was deactivated. When i checked with the customer care they informed me that they the d2h cinema was only free for one month and then its charges were applied. Since the charges were being applied they had to deactivate my account before time.. that is in 11 months. So I had lost 1 month within the subscription and one free month. That is 2 months totally. When i told i was never told that the service would continue and would be chargeable. They told we inform the customers about it. But when i crossed check i had never received a message nor a call nor a mail not even a notification on tv which they send. When i asked for resolving the issue they told its charged and cannot be reverted. So clearly this is a fraud because the service was started without my consent. Now where am i wrong. They have no proof of my consent. And now they blame the user. I had to contact 5 customer care out of which 4 were very rude. I did talk to the supervisor and he told it was a fault from their side and would resolve it in 48 hours. I get a message that the issue is resolved but my account was still deactivated. Now when i ask the customer care about the complaint he is like we have removed the ad on but cannot reactivate the account .. what about the compensation for my 2 months. he is like "I am sorry" ..What about my hard earned money. They loot it and then "Sorry" .I need my compensation. So I had to use this forum to solve my issue. Please look into it. The reason for this complain is that to my complain, the videocon replied that i had confirmed my self that i want the add on at that also in "24 sec". wow..So i ham raising this complain because they did not reply to my comment regarding their answer. "My Comments were": How can I give my consent within 24 sec. to the call. Any body will ask the details about the add On before taking it up. In just "24 sec" how can one especially i will not give you the consent. Also if i did give consent i would have received a confirmation mail or message or at least a message on the tv. No nothing of that was recieved by me. If you need to prove me that i gave my consent please send me the audio clip(IVR call) and all the details related to it on [protected]@gmail.com and also mention the delievery of the details to me on the forum so that it would be proved you have shared me the details. Now please answer this time. I need proof not some silly reply

                                      Further we would like to inform you that services of d2h cinema remained activated on your account for 10 months, however same has been already cancelled on Dec 10th 2015 as per service request number[protected] raised from your end .Furthermore please be informed we cannot process for any waiver/credit from our end in this case.

Your agent told me he will sent your technition at 5 pm after 5 pm I called the agent and told I need the connection today itself, hevtold me he will surely give it today, at 6 pm technition called me and told he will come at 7:30 pm, at 7:30 pm when I call technition his mobile is switched off.how irresponsible is your dealer and technition.I don't need your connection any more, even my friends or family members won't take a Videocon connection ant more.
