I was recharge my phon with Rs.251 double data net pk last month.today my data day pk is over.I don't know about that and company my balance. I have no alert for the cutting balance.many times I was face this same problm .company charge me 91 Rupees. Plz help me I, m not from rich family.

    Dear sir,

    I am facing service related problem from digital solution service centre of videocon for the last one month. They charged rs. 1250/- and the same was paid. Television worked only for two days since payment paid. Complaint no. on non working of television in customer care of videocon DEL[protected] & DEL [protected].

      Hi Team,

      Before I am writting this mail, I have created a 5 tickets/cases with Customer Care .. Evenytime I create CC they open a tkt and giving such STRONG PROMISE taht our enginner will come to home to resolve this issue. and next day someone will call me ask "sir u may have got some 4 digt Unique code can u tell me i ll send the enginner " . I have asked this has been repeately said for 4 times and no one has came to my home and He droped my call without any ansering . Then I today i called Customer care [protected] I have been spoke to 6 Enginers and requested to transfer the call to Supervisior . I swaer to GOD I have been hold more then 1 hrs ( Including multiple calls) today. Finaly One CC Excutive said .. We cant do anything Since You have booked via Agent .. You have to talk to same agant. I told him That agaent are not picking my calls since past 2 weeks ..

      SINCE THE FIRST DAY OF INSTALLTION MY CHANNELS ARE COMMING AND i HAVE PAID Rs.2800 FOR THE CONNECTION :(:( ..

      PLEASE IF ANYONE OF YOUR vIDEOCON EMP HAVE ANY HEART .. I HUMBELY request you to look into my issue else .. PLease help me to get my MONEY back .. I give 30 % back to videocon itself andf I silute you them ..

        There was some display problem in my led tv of videocon company. So i make a complaint about this on 26 jan 2016 and till date my television is lying in service centre and they are making certain excuses that the parts are not available.           This is to keep you informed that I have changed my old set top box to a new set top box recently. However, I have been given a used remote, instead of a new remote. I had complained about this ten days earlier, but I'm not getting any response from this person.

          I would like to place a complaint about your customer representative, having mobile phone no: [protected] who has given me a used remote, instead of a new remote.

          Please let me know by when I can expect to get a new remote. If I don't get any response from your end, I will be forced to take legal action against Videocon.

            I am submitted our Videocon Z-30 Pace mobile your om sai Telecomm. Navi Mumbai Vashi 13/1/2015.

            (this mobile purchase flipkart and only ringtone problem)

            His repair handset but same problem facing on the stop and his sending Videocon mobile company replacement mobile parts.

            But first to till now I am calling either Videocon or service centre only one answer come 24hours your product repairs.

            It’s very unfortunate and manner answer daily one and repeat answer come.

            So pls request to you crash handset or throw now only refund my money and please no harassment.

              महोदय, आपसे अनुरोध है कि आप LCD/LED बनाना बंद कर दे। मेरी LCD का पेनल 2 साल मे ही खराब हो चुका है । और नया पेनल 5000 ₹ का बताया है । ऐसी कम्पनी और ऐसी के उत्पादन से केवल एक आम आदमी को ठगा जा रहा है ।किसी तरह मेने ₹ जोडकर LCD खरीदी थी। एक आम आदमी के ₹ की वेल्यू को समझने की कोशिश करे।

                Videocon 24 inches led tv is the worst product i ever purchased, i have been facing problem with the malfunction of the picture screen, it ok some times, or shaking or no ful clarity of the product . It must be a default peoduct which they are selling to the customers . Dont buy any product especially Tv sets which are Led or lcds .

                  sold that particular product to Khoshla Electronics so they are not be
                  able to deliver the product and insist me to choose 'Haier' Brand

                      I have shifted a house last month, I have requested to relocate my D2H connection within the city limit. On the next day engineer came and removed everything and for the installation nobody came till now. It's almost more than 10 days. Everyday i am keep on calling the customer care They are raising the complaint and after that no response. Like that i have 5-6 complaint numbers. None of them resolved yet. Even supervisors also telling the same story like within 1 hour or within half hour. None of them working out. Don't know why the videocon d2h service become very worst now-a-days. Please do the needful atleast this time. don't know where to escalate this issue. If you are checking my Customer ID you can take the complaint numbers which i raised.                         I purchased a videocon tablet(model-VT87C+, IMEI-[protected])on 13/08/2015 online in Jhansi(Uttar Pradesh).After one month, its speaker stopped working.I submitted the tablet in service center in Jhansi on 26/10/2015.

                        After 3 months of mental torture, they(service center) are saying that my tablet cannot be repaired.They provide me with an old and outdated tablet whose specifications are very much less than my original tablet.I refused to receive the tablet.They(service center) also threatens me to go to consumer court.

                        Sir, I am an engineering student.Due to all these problems, I am mentally disturbed from past 2 months.
                        Sir, I want my money to be refunded with an additional compensation of INDIAN RUPEES 5000 for mentally torturing me for 3 months.

                        I am attaching the purchase receipt and service center receipt with this complain.
                        Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                          I bought the videocon semi automatic washing machine from vijay sales branch - Goregaon west opp. filmistan on 26th of january 2016. And the washing machine was delivered on 27th jan 2016 in evening arround 6.30 to 7.00 pm and no demo was provided to us and even while buying when i asked for demo at my place, the manager completely refused to us. And for your information its been stated in the catalogue for a demo. And there is a fault in the machine. Like when u fill water in the machine the water keeps on draining even when the drain button is off. I did a complaint on 29th jan 2016 in afternoon and on 30th jan 2016 a technician came and he checked the problem but he couldnt fixed the issue. And my concern is if its a new piece there should not be any fault in the machine atleast for the first 6 months. And if it happens so its a defected piece. So i demand a replacement as soon as possible.

                            I have a registered a complaint on 27th Jan 2015 that Screen of my Videocon LED went half screen black when i powered on.

                            In response to mine online complaint an engineer named Mr. Prince ([protected]) has witnessed the screen problem in the TV unit which has been very wrongly concluded as "Has happened due to mishandling", I had lengthy discussion with Mr. Vijay Kumar ([protected]) and had clearly explained that the problem has been observed moment after the unit was powered on and simply passing the buck on customer will not end the matter, If it would have been a case where the unit was transferred from one place to another then it is understandable but this unit has been mounted at the same place right from the day of purchase so stating that unit has been mishandled is clearly an unresponsive solution to the complaint.
                            Please address the problem on priority, The unit is still under warranty period and help me continue to have the confidence on Videocon company and its products

                                I had paid Rs. 2100 for new connection of videocon dish antenna. The technicians from the company visited once and said "due to network issue, dish cannot be fitted".
                                I had not received the product and according to company's customer care team, dealer will refund the entire amount. The dealer has closed his shop. Please suggest from where will I receive my money.

                                    SIR, my custmor id is66522685 @ Ambernath name Jinendra Kothari.
                                    previously also receiver(white) was disconnected and later by callimp with some plastic ng local d2h service person it was repaired by jointing plastc clamp.with solution and he charged a good amount. Now agaIn the clamp broken and tv is not in working being cable not connected properly.
                                    The clamps are worst quality.
                                    please change the clamp without charging as previously also i have paid for same.. An amount of Rs. 1365/- is already paid up to May 2016.
                                    PL.ask to give proper service or I have to go for another tata sky services.though i am having connected with D2H since last 3-4 years.

                                      I have purchase Videocon LED with model no LEDTVVJE32FH-AOA with serial no[protected] on 10 Jan 2014. The problem started one month back when LED does not started after we switched on the LED. After doing ON-OFF many times it will get started. Same problem we are facing now every time i.e we have to ON-OFF TV many times before it get started.I have lodged complaint for above case on 04/02/2016 with reference no JAI[protected].
                                      For above case an engineer have visited our place and said that there is need to change power supply, we said ok, change the power supply but now on 11/02/2016 he is saying that part is not available so we will change the LED but we will charge 40 % depreciation which is very large amount.

                                      I have searched online that LED of same model is available online so If you are selling same model then why parts are not available for my LED. I am a fan of Videocon but these issues are making my life hectic,

                                      So I request you kindly change the faulty part or replace LED without depreciation.

                                        Address: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, 530045

                                        Washing machine manufacturing defect not working since purchase. Complaints lodged 4 times poor service provided almost 15 - 45 days from the date of complaint. Same complaint recurring. No proper response from service staff. About Deficiency of service reminded to area sales manager. No timely response. Request for returning the money and take back the machine with + damages towards the physical and personal stress we faced in the family. All phone calls with the service staff recoreded as evidence.
                                        Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
