Respected Sir, Sub : Disconnect of my Videocon D2H without any proper reason. Ref : Compliant No.[protected] & Customer ID No. 93454987. ------ With reference to above subject cited, I bring your kind information that I am having a conection D2H – Videocon for my home since from the three years. At present I have taken a connection of “South Gold Basic Plan” and I Paid an amount of Rs. 2, 900/- ( as per your record). The amount was deposited in the month of April 2015. The basic plan was Rs. 254/- per month. As per my records till up to April 2016 you want to continue my connection to my home. Last few days back ( 05th December 2015) I check my balance the amount was Rs. 1, 100/- On 6th December 2015 morning I got a information that, insufficient balance and you want to recharge it and my D2H – Videocon connection was disconnected without proper reasons. I brught this matter to your Customer Care Centre, Bangalore on 08th December 2015. Till up to day I contact nearly about 15 times by telephone, when ever I made a call they agreed their mistake and this matter will brought to higher authorities. On 11th December 2015 I made a contact your Customer Care Centre, Bangalore the Supervisor and Manager both are given assurance within 24 hours we will rectify our mistake and do the best for your self. On 14th December 2015, the Manager of Customer Care Centre, Bangalore is informed is having a power for a three months for that purpose I can deposit Rs. 450/- in your account for this answer I am not for happy and I want to get aconnection till up to April 2016. Again the Manager is given one more phone number the number is [protected] his name is Vijay and he is Nodel Officer for Videocon. I am keep on contact him but he is not at all pick up the phone. Hence I brought your notice, where is the mistake was happened and who done the mistake findout and given a connectionto my home without any delay. I hope that expect the answer with in 24 hours positively. My contact phone number is [protected] and my present working place number is [protected].     I had received a call from [protected], He ask me you will get 1 GB data & Local & Std all Calls are free for 28 days at Rs 147/- of online recharge which is done by customer care center, But after service activation calls still charged however 147/- deduct from my mobile balance on 13-Dec-15 12:13 pm.So pls refund my 147/- amount & request to you in future don't make a such type call.

        Hello I have been a customer of videocon d2h from 10 jan 2015. The date when the connection was activated. Since it was a new connection of basic platinum HD 12 month pack, I was provided with extra benefits, that's 1 month extra connection. that is 12 +1 extra month . and one month of free d2h cinema channel. When i had bought the connection I had personally asked the provider and the installation if i will have to pay any hidden charges. They said No. On 9th of December 2015 my connection was deactivated. When i checked with the customer care they informed me that they the d2h cinema was only free for one month and then its charges were applied. Since the charges were being applied they had to deactivate my account before time.. that is in 11 months. So I had lost 1 month within the subscription and one free month. That is 2 months totally. When i told i was never told that the service would continue and would be chargeable. They told we inform the customers about it. But when i crossed check i had never received a message nor a call nor a mail not even a notification on tv which they send. When i asked for resolving the issue they told its charged and cannot be reverted. So clearly this is a fraud because the service was started without my consent. Now where am i wrong. They have no proof of my consent. And now they blame the user. I had to contact 5 customer care out of which 4 were very rude. I did talk to the supervisor and he told it was a fault from their side and would resolve it in 48 hours. I get a message that the issue is resolved but my account was still deactivated. Now when i ask the customer care about the complaint he is like we have removed the ad on but cannot reactivate the account .. what about the compensation for my 2 months. he is like "I am sorry" ..What about my hard earned money. They loot it and then "Sorry" .I need my compensation. So I had to use this forum to solve my issue. Please look into it.         We would like to inform you that Add On d2h cinema was activated on basis of IVR call done from our end on your RTN [protected] on Feb 12th 2015 at 3:47 pm having call duration of 24 Sec & after receiving confirmation prompt from your end same Add On was activated on Feb 14th 2015, since then we have not received any request for deactivation of this Add on from your end

        Further we would like to inform you that services of d2h cinema remained activated on your account for 10 months, however same has been already cancelled on Dec 10th 2015 as per service request number[protected] raised from your end .Furthermore please be informed we cannot process for any waiver/credit from our end in this case.

        How can I give my consent within 24 sec. to the call. Any body will ask the details about the add On before taking it up. In just "24 sec" how can one especially i will not give you the consent. Also if i did give consent i would have received a confirmation mail or message or at least a message on the tv. No nothing of that was recieved by me. If you need to prove me that i gave my consent please send me the audio clip(IVR call) and all the details related to it on [protected]@gmail.com and also mention the delievery of the details to me on the forum so that it would be proved you have shared me the details.

              We have a Videocon fridge which stopped working around November 20th. We complained to Videocon service centre on 21st November. They forwarded the complaint to local agency Balaji Refrigeration. After repeated calls they send a person 2 days later. He checked and said that some parts needs to be replaced and it would cost 2700 RS. He said he will come back next day to repair. We keep on calling and calling but nobody came. Then on 29th November another person came, he repaired and gave us a bill of 2700. When we asked about the rates of the parts we replaced, he got agitated! Reluctantly he gave us an breakup of the bill with the rates if each part specified clearly. When we checked in Google, rates seemed too higher than the market price. We asked this, he talked to the manager and reduced 200 RS. Fedup of their behavior we paid 2500rs. After he left we started hearing sparking behind the fridge! On the second spark, the fuse went out and whole house's electricity got cut!! We then repaired the fuse and switched off the fridge. All this happened on 29th Nov and since then we tried calling everyone but to no avail...call centre, manager no body picks our call now. They got their money and they are not bothered anymore...

                I got my mobile connection recharged for rs 222 scheme providing 230 rs as balance on december 1, 2015.At the same time, i got recharged my internet connection of rs 198 providing unlimited data.the reference id for my internet recharge of 198 rs is[protected].2.75G.it was hardly one day and on 3 december, i got the message that my balance is below rs 5. i was shocked because i had not used my cellphone much. when i contacted customer care they told that i had not done my internet recharge which is completely FALSE as i have mentioned you my reference id for the same. Had I not recharged, then how could i get reference id for the same?but the customer care people are not listening to my problem and are insisting again that i had not recharged my internet with rs 198. please help.

                      Dear official My complaint no. are LUC[protected], LUC[protected], LUC[protected], LUC[protected] I want to raise a issue which I have facing since I have purchased the refrigerator since April 2013. The compressor is changed many times as you can check in your logs, I want to know the reason why it is changing so many times even I installed the stabilizer also as it is clearly mentioned in the document of fridge that stabilizer is not required. Currently fridge compressor is in warranty but if it is not than it is very costly. One of your representative told me about the charges of replacement of compressor of my refrigerator Kelvinator KFE 194. Why the charges of transportation is taken by me. As it is fault by your company. Please rectify and resolve my charges issue as early as possible otherwise I have to file the complaint in consumer court against the company this time.

                      My issue has not been resolved yet, the company charged me Rs 1500+ . And again the compressor has been replaced that is my concern that why compressor has been replaced so many times and if the same thing happen every 6 months than after the warranty will over than you charged me 5000+ for the same, Request you please check througly the equipment.

                        I have purchased I 40 inch full HD TV on 25 October 2015 but there is problem in sound system after 30 days. I had also made a complain for that a mechanic came to us and said that one ic is not working and said that it will be replaced within 2 days but after 5 there is no response for the same I had tried many times to customer care but every call receiver transfer the call to senior and senior never review calls.

                            We purchased videocon tv on 28/11/2012 model VJN24HHZMZ led 59cm. from 1month we are facing movement in the screen and horizontal stripes arising, this happened after the installation of vediocon d2h, so we called for d2h service and they checked and told that the problem is with tv and not with dish. we lodged a complaint by calling the reference number is VIZ[protected] and the service person came and checked the tv and said that the led panel should be changed and it costs around 8000. we got a sms if we are not satisfied with the service then the complaint will be reopened and we did it and then also we didnt get any response to resolve other than the sms. why should we bear 8000 for led panel. IS the life of videocon television is only 3 years then its worst to buy this product. We just want to replace our tv, whether it will be replaced by the videocon company or not.

                                I have logged a complaint against my Videocon Television (40") on 3rd November 2015.
                                The problem which got diagnosed was faulty power unit and defected product.
                                This was the same problem which was faced after 2 month of purchase (Oct 2013) of the television but was resolved immediately as the product was in warranty.
                                Initially the service engineer told me that it would cost me around Rs.6000 for repair and asked for 7 days to fix the product.
                                Meanwhile, when i asked the area head/service centre senior executive about such a high cost for repair when this part has already been replaced once and asked them for replacement of my television.
                                Area In-charge/division in-charge assured me that the replacement will be done within 7 days.
                                2 days after that i was asked for 20% of the television cost as the depreciation value and i agreed to pay the same.
                                But, 3 days after that i was told that instead of 20% i have to pay 40% of the television cost as the depreciation to which i asked for the logical explanation but no response was given.
                                When i followed up after 4 days they told me that my previous complaint was closed and a new complaint will be logged to solve the issue.
                                Today morning (30th Nov) after 27 days of logging the initial complaint i have been asked to wait for another 10 days for resolution and still there is no clear picture of what would be the proceedings.

                                    I am having a serious problem here if you can solve it.This year we bought a Videocon Infinium Z30 Lite online. It was delivered very well. All of sudden the display of this phone went off after two months. We took it to Videcon Service Center for repair. They kept the phone for a month and returned it saying that its not fixable. We spoke to your Customer Service many times & They kept recommending to take it to Videcon Service Center for repair. We did that but in vain. One day My cousin took this phone with him and visited your Service Center in Sector 14 Gurgaon, called Luxmi Services. I would like to mention full address here Plot No. 27/4, Near Dev Cinema Mehrauli Road Sec-14, Gurgaon, Haryana 122001. The way they provide Customer service is pathetic.We visited this Service Center on 22nd of August 2015 and since then they could not fix the Phone. They were very rude. I was charged Rupees 940/- even the phone was under warranty.They did not give the receipt for the money we paid. When we asked for the refund they ignored it by saying to show them the receipt if money was paid to them. On 27th of November 2015 when we visited Luxmi Services again Ravish Dhanda the contact person said that we are not dealing with Videocon anymore. This was the worst experience I had ever before. I am raising this voice to you if you can look it into and take an action against them. I am also sending you the required documents along with this email like my order number etc. Regards Saroj Moses

                                      Hi, First week problem was detected and given to “B2 Mobile Care, Kalyan”. Resolution: 1st Time - Software reinstallation 2nd Time – PCB Changed, Only this time, SMS received from Videocon. 3rd Time – Battery Changed, Mobile was received after 40 days without SMS. However, problem is not resolved yet. Mobile are automatically switched off while battery showing 40% to 50%. If Mobile switched off and charge then battery showing from above 40%, while it should be show from 1%. Apps icons are showing with black background randomly. I am not sure, above resolution done by “B2 Mobile Care, Kalyan”. Please check and resolve Mobile issues. 7th October 2015, Mobile received with PCB Replaced. But still problem not resolve. Now, Sai Electronics, Mahalaxmi East, Mumbai Service Centre replied, battery ordered, but still not received from company. Please resolve my Handset issue urgently before 1 Year Warranty finished.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I am writing to you with a lot of dismay.

                                        I purchased a Videocon Z 50 Nova (white colour ) on 20 Jan from flipkart.

                                        Mar 2015: The screen broke. Since it was not covered in warranty, I paid RS 1500 at luxmi service centre in Gurgaon to get it repaired.

                                        After several calls and visits at the service centre, I got the phone back in the month of April.

                                        Within 24 hours of receiving the phone back, the screen became dead and blank, I went back to the service centre and requested them to repair it. They said that I will have to pay another INR 1500.

                                        I spoke to Amit at the callcentre and he convinced the service centre to not charge me for this repair since the screen became dead and blank without any external damage.

                                        The service centre deposited my phone and gave me a new handset (black in colour) after several follow-ups in the month of June 15.

                                        Again within 24 hours, the touch stopped working and I went back to the luxmi services and returned the phone (black clour handset) and told them to repair and return my old handset and I do not want any different handset.

                                        Since June 2015, both handsets are deposited, I have been following up and calling almost everyday to get the handset back.

                                        They are not returning my white handset and are giving me a different black handset without battery and back cover. They are asking me to pay for the battery and back cover INR 750.

                                        In the meanwhile, when I called the callcentre, I was given Manoj's (Service Manager's ) phone number.

                                        Request you to contact the service centre and return my phone back to me.

                                        My phone has been in service centre for more than 4-5 months now.
