    we the customer of your product since last 4 years and some periods it was disconnected again we recharged last week
    and in response to our complaint one technician came to our house and tried but not attended properly instead demanded Rs 150
    &received so we are very unhappy with his service stil the problems persist as any T.V channels are properly displayed
    so please kindly attend the problems otherwise we will withdraw the memberships

      I'm repaired my Window A/c 1.5 ton its compressor is damage. its working but so much noise on compress i can't sleep well if A/c is On. i was complaint the customer care so person came and said that its not a new A/c so little bit noise came. but its a not little bit noise its a hugh noise.         सर मेने अपने विडियोकॉन नंबर[protected] को एयरटेल पोस्टपेड में पोर्ट करवाने के लिए डॉक्यूमेंट एयरटेल ऑफिस में जमा किये थे यहाँ से पोर्ट की सारी फॉर्मलिटीएस पूरी हो चुकी हैं पर मेरा नंबर अभी तक एयरटेल में पोर्ट नही हुआ हे में एयरटेल ऑफिस जाता हु तो वो बोलते हैं की विडियोकॉन टेलिकॉम की तरफ से आगे की प्रोसेस होगी और म विडियोकॉन टेलिकॉम में बात करता हु तो वो बोलते हैं की आगे की प्रोसेस एयरटेल में होगी मुझे विडियोकॉन की तरफ से ऑफर भी दिए गए थे विडियोकॉन से जुड़े रहने के लिए पर मेने उनके ऑफर्स एक्सेप्ट नही कीये और एयरटेल में नंबर पोर्ट करवाने के लिए डॉक्यूमेंट सबमिट क्र दिए और अब विडियोकॉन टेलिकॉम मेरे नंबर पोर्टेबिलिटी में बेवजह परेशानी पैदा कर रहा हे और मेरा नंबर [protected] एयरटेल में पोर्ट नही होने दे रहा हे ।

          Nd battery backup problem in this handset. I made a complaint of this phone and my phone was replace with new phone. But same problem with another phone. I made another complaint bt my phone repair by customer care center. Bt not solve my problem. I made another complaint bt not satisfied answer.

            Ive puchased a led tv back in nov 2015 and they have promiced a 5 year replacement warrantee and the same is mentioned in the documents but a week ago the display of the tv got stuck and the tv is shut down since then. I called up the videocon guy and they took the tv now they are saying that its touch panel is damaged and if you want to get it right it will cost you 28000 rs. When i asked them why do i meed to pay if its still under warrantee they said we dont know about warrantee but this is how it works and it will cost you the same.

              Smart led tv purchased for rs. 39990/- 1st piecer faulty replaced by another piece.Giving problem for last 2 months. Engineer unable to locate the problem. Half portion of tv is black and half poortion is functioning. Hence colloected by your service centre on 24/09/2015. Today i have received call from mr. Sudhir kadam offerring replacement by ddb ll or 4k tv. In this regard i am not interested to buy 4k as difference amount is considerable whereas ddb ll price is less than my smart tv price by 2000/3000. As you will be demanding difference of 4k then whether you will pay difference of ddb ll to me if i accept your offer. Otherwise give me the same smart tv. Also smart function is not available in ddb ll tv. Now i feel that i have made great mistake by purchasing your tv . I will also note in future whether to go for any videocon product and also whether to recommend to my friends. Your service centers are also not kind enough to give status of my complaint. Every time i have to run or call all your engineers/support services. Your immediate action if done is highly appreciated otherwise in fuuture i will never buy any videocon prodouct or recommend it. Thanks. 30/09/2015 despite my 2 emailed complaints you have not replied or solved my problem. Your asi asking for 1 week more for replacement of led tv. Already 8 days lapsed. Please give me exact date when my led tv will be replaced. Your support personnel are only diverting the calls but no one is sincere to solve the problem. Unnecessarily i am only the sufferer and you are not bothered about my situation. Please place yourself in my shoes and imagine how you would have acted. Atlease this will open your eyes. 01/10/2015

                      I had logged a complaint on 27th August, 2015 for AMC to my Washing machine which warranty had expired on 2 Sept. 2015. I called customer care on 30th August for follow up & he said complaint was cancelled because your cell was not reachable & door was locked but I had given the two mobile no. (one is my office no & one is my personal no.) & my family is living at my home 24*7. Also I had called to Service Center manager on [protected] 3 days continuously but he was always said engineer will come at your home but till yet no one has came to my home.                         आशा है कि तुम अच्छा ही कर रहे हो। श्रीमान जी मैं आपका ध्यान टेलीकॉम सेक्टर की ओर लाना चाहता हूँ। पंजाब में वीडियोकॉन सहित आठ कम्पनियाँ टेलीकॉम सेवाएं प्रदान कर रही है। सभी कंपनिया अपना कस्टमर बेस बढ़ाने के लिए नए नए ऑफर देती है परन्तु वीडियोकॉन नए ऑफर्स के साथ साथ अवैध गतिविधिया करती है जैसे कि नए कनेक्शन फेक डाक्यूमेंट्स पर जारी करना, जिससे वो पंजाब में नंबर एक बन सके। इस काम में वीडियोकॉन कंपनी के कर्मचारी भी शामिल है। इसकी उच्च सतरीय जांच करने पर बहुत बड़े गैंग का भंडाफोड़ हो सकता है। आपसे अनुरोध है कि इसकी उच्च स्तरीय जांच करवाकर अवैध गतिविधिया करने वालो पर कानूनन कार्यवाही की जाये। इसमें मैं आपकी वैध प्रमाण के साथ पूरी मदद करुँगा। मुझे इस सम्बन्धी रिप्लाई मेल भेजकर वैध प्रमाण मंगवा सकते हो।

                          Hi,

                          This is Gaurav Sunil Gupta, Have placed an order of Videocon Refrigerator at your store on 27th june 2015, Since I received defective fridge with water saturation issue at the bottom and that fridge had a crack at the bottom, videocon was not still not ready to change the fridge till i launched the complaint in VIJAY SALES . pathetic they always keep defending their fridge and denied for replacement, Now after a long time when the got it replace on 5th august 2015, they have send us refurbished fridge with cooling issue, technician keeps on visiting and sends wron report to the company stating that the fridge is functioning fine, Fridge which was send earlier did not have cooling issue at all . This is pathetic brand want to get it replaced with different brand of fridge or else want the full refund for the product, do not want to use videocon any more.

                                  Purchased a AC 2 year back... Now it is not cooling... Videocon has been informed they sent a service man who told the compressor need to be changed and as it is under warranty so he will arrange it ... he took some service charge and went back but never came back to replace/repair the compressor. After that we called/wrote several time to videocon for last 2wk but for no result !!

                                    I recharge my no with 14 rs unlimited whatsapp for five days on 6/09/2015 at 10:51 but I can't use my whatsapp so I recharge my no with 10 rs topup I got 7.25 balance. As I use whatsapp they deduct my balance without any reason. Then I call to costumer care they make me fool and not give me any complaint no. Nor any solution.                                       Hello Sir/Madam, I have been videocon number [protected] for the last 5 years. by profession I am an advocate. now i want to port my above said number in Vodafone. But whenever i try to send Port msg from my videocon number to 1900. i got the msg of msg failure . i visited so many times their local office Patiala and called so many times on customer care numbers but i didnot get any satisfactory result. Therefore i requested to kindly do the needful at the earliest to sort out this problem.

                                        I purchase Spilt AC from dubai expo shopper in sep 2014 from Golden sun electronics RECEIPT NO 02036 & delivered in India. i fixed in april 2014 AC. In July first Remote problem occured after complaints received after 20 days another Remote. Now again problem complaint ref JAL [protected].Some ERROR 6 Showing. We are not getting good response. please check now iam thinking i did mistake to purchase videocon ac in dubai.MY Mobile no. [protected]. next time i will not prefer to any one to purchase in dubai videocon any item.
