I purchase videocon z nova 45 phone
Nd battery backup problem in this handset. I made a complaint of this phone and my phone was replace with new phone. But same problem with another phone. I made another complaint bt my phone repair by customer care center. Bt not solve my problem. I made another complaint bt not satisfied answer.

Ive puchased a led tv back in nov 2015 and they have promiced a 5 year replacement warrantee and the same is mentioned in the documents but a week ago the display of the tv got stuck and the tv is shut down since then. Purchased a AC 2 year back... Now it is not cooling... Videocon has been informed they sent a service man who told the compressor need to be changed and as it is under warranty so he will arrange it ... he took some service charge and went back but never came back to replace/repair the compressor. After that we called/wrote several time to videocon for last 2wk but for no result !!...
