Dear Sir,

I am writing to you with a lot of dismay.

I purchased a Videocon Z 50 Nova (white colour ) on 20 Jan from flipkart.

Mar 2015: The screen broke. Since it was not covered in warranty, I paid RS 1500 at luxmi service centre in Gurgaon to get it repaired.

After several calls and visits at the service centre, I got the phone back in the month of April.

Within 24 hours of receiving the phone back, the screen became dead and blank, I went back to the service centre and requested them to repair it. They said that I will have to pay another INR 1500.

I spoke to Amit at the callcentre and he convinced the service centre to not charge me for this repair since the screen became dead and blank without any external damage.

The service centre deposited my phone and gave me a new handset (black in colour) after several follow-ups in the month of June 15.

Again within 24 hours, the touch stopped working and I went back to the luxmi services and returned the phone (black clour handset) and told them to repair and return my old handset and I do not want any different handset.

Since June 2015, both handsets are deposited, I have been following up and calling almost everyday to get the handset back.

They are not returning my white handset and are giving me a different black handset without battery and back cover. They are asking me to pay for the battery and back cover INR 750.

In the meanwhile, when I called the callcentre, I was given Manoj's (Service Manager's ) phone number.

Request you to contact the service centre and return my phone back to me.

My phone has been in service centre for more than 4-5 months now.

    Dear sir, my name is Sachin B. Gholap. 19/12/2014 i purchased a videocon mirage plus LED Tv(model no. VKC40FH-FDA) on the name of my brother in law nikhil k. kadwe. In the month of october tv started showing dotes on the screen so i called videocon ccare and complaint about the same date :- 28 oct 2015 compliant NO. MUM[protected] . mechanic came to my house and inform that part is faulty so we have to change it the person will came to u r house to take delivery of tv for repair in next 2 days but no one came. After i called to area incharge [protected] he inform me that the part is not available so we will provide u new set of television in next few days and after few days they called back and inform me that same tv set is not available so we will provide u new tv set but price of that tv set is high so u have to pay difference amount[protected] or else visit vijay seles and ask them for new tv only vat[protected] have to pay i dinied so they inform me that 2 option is only u have and or else u have to mail on a specif email id for complaint but the person also did not provide me that complaint email address. after few days i called back again to same are manager he inform that no other option u have to pay money for new tv set. i cant pay money for new tv set .i want my tv to be repair it is in warranty of 3 years. till now there is no any action from videocon company and services person also not giving proper solution please help me with this

        Videocon d2h service is not working with the "Technical Signal Issue"

        My Customer Id:[protected], and I have raised couple of complaints regarding the technical signal issue on 13th Nov and on the corresponding days.

        It's almost more than 5 days now, none of the area service engineer or from the videocon d2h I didn't get proper response. Every time I call the Videocon Customer Care they say it will be resolved by 5pm today. No one even responded on the raised issue and the balance in the a/c gets deducted everyday.

        Really upset with the videocon d2h service and the commitment they have towards the customer relationship. Hoping the issue will get resolved at the earliest. Thanks.

        For the past 4 days I am getting no signal error. I tried factory reset and switch off and on option nothing helps. I complained several times no one has come up to attend the issue. The tickets are[protected], 39125981 and[protected]. Without even contacting me they have closed the call. How irresponsible customer care. One of you customer care person told me that they will charge me 150 rs. I don't understand why they will charge "No signal" is not my mistake or my device. There are many ways to impose this "no signal" error from your end using many software to earn illegal money. I am really regret to have Videocon D2H service.

          Very very very poor company . The manager of videocon service centre ( mb - [protected] ) says to me that after 2 years if your product is not working then our service engineer will take 200 rs from you and he will not repare your product due to unavailability of parts. And he also says that you can put your product in dustbin and purchase new videocon tv. Shame to this company.

This recharge has not succeed. but amount of INR :-253 is cut from my state bank of India account . I have recharged through net banking via state bank of India (SBI). Transfer date is 11 November, 2015 and transfer to INB Bharat Business Channel L TECH_BARATB Payments with ref. no. :[protected]IG0AZDZHH4. 253/- rupees is deducted from my SBI account but in my d2h account have not received this money. I am sending the proof of online payment transfer detail and please request to you take action quickly on this report.

                    I have purchased a 40" and a 32' in Aug and Oct 2014 respectively from Vijay Sales, Vashi, Satra Plaza.
                    Since then there have been multiple issues with both TVs; like there were black spots inside the TVS. when inquired with the technicians, they said that its dust formation. I never understood how did dust get inside the fully packed LED TV. Nevertheless, twice each they opened both the LEDs at different occasions and cleaned it from inside and once both TVs panels have been changed. (Both; Vijay Sales and Videocon have the details for these).

                    On July 27, 2015, for the second time the panel of the 40" TV was changed. Only this time, the changed panel also didnt work properly. It showed a blank white screen with a black line partition. I registered a complaint with Vijay Sales.
                    It took them approximately 3 months for them to change the panel. and while doing so, they also disconnected my 32" TV connection. When asked for the reason, they didnt have any. It took them another month to restart the 32" TV and by then my subscription for 32"was about to expire on October 28, 2015.

                    Exactly on October 27, 2015, I received a conference call from Vijay Sales(Akshay and Sagar) and Videocon staff members (Firoz and Sailesh) stating that i need to renew my subscription.

                    When i asked for compensation, they said that they have accidentally given my subscription id to some other client, who has recharged for INR 7000/- on my id. But still both my TVs aren't working.

                    Today is November 9, 2015 and still i am fighting with Vijay Sales to get my case sorted.
                    They have been so rigged and adamant that All they have got to say is I first recharge and then they will compensate.

                    I have never seen such Customer Service, wherein Customer has to bend according to the company's management.

                    Moreove, r these were not the only electronics purchased from Vijay Sales. I also have purchased a laptop and a split Ac as well.

                    I now regret my decision of choosing Vijay Sales and will never recommend anyone to use the services of Vijay Sales.

                    I want Vijay Sales and Videocon to resolve my issue at my terms and conditions and not theirs. It is them who has to compensate, not me.

When call to customer care for problem they are asking for charges. Today (8 Nov'15) again DTH stop the working & I have called at customer care & again he has asked for visiting charges 150 rupees.                           Videocon Telecom service is one of the worst service in india, customer care doesnt respond with satisfactory answer. Few day back i get port my mobile number([protected]) from IDEA---VIDEOCON due to network issue but still i am facing signal issue even worst then IDEA, i mean there is no signals found at my home area. if i complaint about it then they dont provide resolution. I am now out of world, any one cant contact to me, even i cant contact to them. Videocon prooved that india is still village area I am stuck for 90 days, i want again porting to other network service provider. Please anyone give me solution/resolution.

Last I written a e-mail to videocon and registered a complaint as on[protected] but no engineer came to repairing the LED till date.

                              on17th Oct Vidoeocon DDB TV speaker not worked. Service Eng visited on 18th, without opening tv he concluded tv speaker fault and took photo and said within 3days it will be fixed. After 3 days he came and opened the TV and looked into the speaker which he bough which is not fit to the TV and he said the speaker which he bought is small, But the tv speaker is bigger one. Then he said it will take another 3 days.

                              I am keep on calling videocon customer care service from 25th till today. I am getting same response and SMS from customer care stating, service engineer will come and fix the issue in 8 hours time. Even now I called customer care they are telling the same thing. I am not sure what is happening. To fix a TV speaker its almost 11 days now and still I am not getting it fixed. Really fedup on following on this. IF you cant able to fix I tell clearly so that we can choose local service expert they can fix it in a day.

                              Also We are using Videocon DTH connection only but the 11 days we are not seeing the TV but the DTH cost will deduct. without watching tv we need to occur this expenses as well?

                              Can any one help us in this regard.

                              Can any one look into it the issue on the tv speaker and fix it ASAP Or confirm if Videocon wont provide this services so that I can go for some alternative.

                              Personally really fed up on this for the past 4 days..

                                My complaint number [protected] My refrigerator was repaired for non cooling and water leakage and I was charged rs 2200 but it stopped working within three days.After complaining again they again asked me to pay rs 800 more for some part to be installed. I paid the amount but the technician plainly refused that the water leakage problem cannot be solved as they don't know the reason. Firstly they could have told me the same on the very first day about this and I would have thought of getting it repaired or not or would have asked some other technician. After charging me 3000 rs which I paid they simply refused that water leakage problem cannot be solved. I then called on [protected] and they directed me to call on [protected] who is the nagpur asi. After calling him he reply me and disconnected the phone. Again after calling him his mobile phone was on call waiting thrice but he has not bothered to call me back. I request you to either solve the problem or refund my 3000 rs immediately.

                                  I have purchased one mobile phone Z-45 nova on line ( flipkart) Bill Dt. 29.01.15
                                  since last two months I am facing so much problems with its battery backup when a call coming then the phone is getting automatically switched off and then it is going total inactive. I informed their service centre they are telling that no new battery in their stock and when the new battery will come it is not possible for them to confirm me.
                                  last two months I am continiously contacting their sales person named Mr.Dipayan Gupta he is telling to wait me truly they have no battery in their stock.So Now what I will do I need your help Sir my Father is seriously ill age 85 yrs urgent phone cant contact me.                                   One Phone came to me from.[protected] saying that he will refund my mobile handset value through. SBI debit card so asked for card no and then the amount of Rs. 4900/- was debited from this A/C. then I called him to this no he said he will refund the same amount but till now no such refund has come and the Phone is switched off. I have traced out the ph. no through True caller the cheaters name is Whaaky Raj Agarwal location Delhi.

                                  Sir I need your help and for your information I have already done one FIR to hare street police station on 27th eve after this incident. Thank you and expecting your rapid action the Cheater will cheat anyone else anytime.

                                    I have buy a videocon 245ltr direct cool Refrigerator before 2 days, when i open it at home and start uses then found this is faulty as ice is not making in it, and also cooling is too much low. I really want to replace this faulty product to new one or refund my amount.

                                      I daljit singh bought geyser kenstar 25 l . company cant give warrenty lekage of tank .warrenty of tank is 72 month. purchasd date 26/10/2011.service centre is not given warrenty. when I register the complaint . they told me no model no. is located when isend snap of model no. & bill then thay told no serial no. is show. when I told service centre u required mdel no. & bill. I provide u why u cant give warrenty. this is 3rd complaint every year tank complaintregistered. pls solve my complaint. complaint no. LUD [protected]TEL NO. [protected]

                                        Hi, I opted for AMC for my refrigerator at INR 1250 but the AMC card is not issued yet, after continuous complaining to customer care and branch manager they are not able to issue it, now they have stopped responding to my calls and mails.                                         I have already done that, it has been about 6 months nobody is listing, infact people has stopped responding .I was in Discussion with Mr. IRSHAD SAIFI - [protected], Branch Service Manager Mr. MANJEET SINGH-[protected] who has now stopped responding.

                                        Well thanks a lot after 6 months and repeatedly calls solution was returning my money back .

                                        Will never recommend anyone to make any kind of deal with videocon, who never looks towards there customer .

                                        This was not the first time i faced such problem with videocon service, once earlier too when the engineer took almost 10 days even then he was not able to resolve the issue and after repeatedly complaining he just made the refrigerator as it was, i had to take help from outside unauthorized service provider.

                                        My feedback - Remove 3rd party service provider to provide better service experience to customers .
                                        And thanks a lot for Consumer Complaint Forum who really helped to get issue resolved.
