Videocon d2h service is not working with the "Technical Signal Issue"

Very very very poor company . The manager of videocon service centre ( mb - [protected] ) says to me that after 2 years if your product is not working then our service engineer will take 200 rs from you and he will not repare your product due to unavailability of parts. And he also says that you can put your product in dustbin and purchase new videocon tv. Shame to this company....

Please provide as much information as possible... i come to videcon before 3mnths and they gave me 250 mb 2g data per month for six mnth and now detect my all balence and saying the pack was for three mnths. how poor is this. i just want to solve my problem...

Technician visiting the premises is not able to solve the HD DVR recording problem as they are not qualified. As I have warranty period for set of box replace it with new one ASAP....

and in response to our complaint one technician came to our house and tried but not attended properly instead demanded Rs 150
